Aaron Hernandez Report: Arrest Warrant Issued

Published | Updated

7:40 AM PT The Boston Globe says no arrest warrants have been issued -- yet -- but the paper also claims police have seen video footage of Hernandez and Odin Lloyd hanging out at a bar on Monday.

Lloyd's body was found Monday night.

Aaron Hernandez will be in handcuffs soon, and charged with obstruction of justice -- and possibly more -- according to reports.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the New England Patriots star -- according to WBZ in Boston -- and Massachusetts State Police are expected to handle the arrest sometime on Friday.

Police have been swarming around Hernandez's home all week investigating the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd ... who was found shot in the head about a mile away from Hernandez's home.

Police searched Hernandez's house, and the obstruction charge would reportedly stem from evidence he destroyed his home security system -- which included video surveillance footage.

As we first reported ... Hernandez is also accused of shooting a man in Miami back in February. The victim has filed a civil lawsuit against Hernandez, but it's still possible he could face criminal charges.

The judge ordered Madsen not to leave the facility without court approval -- and said the court would reevaluate the situation after the 30-day period based on a progress report from the facility.

Madsen was ordered to check in to the program within 72 hours.

It's pretty remarkable -- Chad says he's THANKFUL for the time he's had in the pokey the last week, telling reporters, "I had a lot of time to reflect. A lot of time to think about where I've been, where I am now, and where I'm going."

But the craziest part ... he says, "A lot of people have tried to get me to slow down in life. Coaches, my agent, my lawyer. And there was one person that was able to do it. And that was my judge Ms. McHugh."

He added, "Little does she know, I love her to death. Basically what she's been is a blessing in disguise."

Which is crazy because practically everyone else on the planet felt like she overreacted big time.

We're told the arrest stems from a criminal trespass complaint that was filed back in May. Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Keef had been trespassing at a housing complex on the south side of Chicago and had repeatedly been told not to come back.

We're told cops were waiting for Keef outside the courthouse because they knew he would be there ... and once he emerged, the 17-year-old was almost immediately taken into custody.

Talk about a bad day ...

It's a good thing Chief Keef's rich ... 'cause he's gonna need a chauffeur after an Illinois judge banned the rapper from driving for 18 MONTHS for going 110 in a 55 last month.

The 17-year-old rapper pled guilty to one count of driving more than 40mph over the posted speed limit -- and in exchange, the judge sentenced him to 18 months of conditional discharge ... in which Keef is FORBIDDEN from driving a vehicle.

Liberace's Ex TAKES SHOTS TO THE FACE

Published | Updated

Liberace's ex-lover Scott Thorson is a man with priorities ... his first stop after getting sprung from jail -- a doctor's office where he was pumped full of Botox.

The photos were snapped in Vegas ... just days after Thorson was released from the pokey where he'd been rotting since February 22.

Thorson -- portrayed by Matt Damon in the new HBO movie "Behind the Candelabra" -- pled guilty to burglary and identity theft in May. He was eligible to bail out while he awaited sentencing in July, but couldn't make bail until last month, with the help of Bunny Ranch brothel owner Dennis Hof.

Once free ... he made a beeline for the Botox doc. We're told the procedure cost $1,200 ... and famed Bunny Ranch prostitute Air Force Amy (above) footed the bill.

Pretty insane ... considering Thorson sued Liberace for cajoling him into getting so much plastic surgery so Thorson would look like Lee ... he got addicted to painkillers and other drugs. So getting more work done seems a bit strange.

Then again, there's nothing wrong with a little prick here and there.

Published | Updated

Erin Brockovich has officially been charged with drunk driving a boat last week -- after police say she threw a cell phone into the water, slapped her husband, and openly admitted she was a TERRIBLE boat driver.

TMZ has obtained the police report from the incident last Friday on Lake Mead in Nevada -- and according to the doc, Brockovich and her husband were fighting loudly on board their boat when a game warden approached to investigate the situation.

According to the warden, he observed Brockovich throw a cell phone in the lake and then slap her husband ... which is interesting ... because Brockovich's husband filed for divorce last year. (The divorce has since been called off.)

The warden says he asked Brockovich to dock her boat but she stated that she was "not very good at driving" it -- so the warden helped guide it in himself.

At that point, the warden suspected Brockovich was under the influence -- claiming she smelled like booze and was slurring her speech. According to the warden, she also blew a .186 and .190 on the breathalyzer ... MORE than double the legal limit, which is .08.

Brockovich was subsequently placed under arrest. She has since apologized for her actions.
