10:08 AM PT -- A rep for the Irving PD tells TMZ Sports ... Johnny showed NO signs of intoxication.

As for how the whole thing got started, Manziel told police he was being harassed by an 18-year-old man who was hounding him for an autograph.

When the man realized Manziel wasn't going to give him one, Johnny claims the guy started "talking trash" and Johnny responded by throwing the water bottle.

Security stepped in ... and the cops came as well ... but in the end, no one was arrested and everyone went their separate ways.

Johnny Manziel allegedly got into a fight with a buddy of his after a golf tournament Saturday and according to one eyewitness ... Johnny's throwing arm was way off.

Johnny and a group of friends were leaving the Byron Nelson Golf Classic in Irving, Texas, near Dallas, when he got into an argument with a guy in his group. The eyewitness tells TMZ Sports, the guys were yelling at each other when Johnny threw a water bottle "really hard" at the guy, but missed.

The eyewitness tells us, Johnny's friend sarcastically screamed, "Nice throw, Johnny," which apparently enraged the Cleveland Browns QB. The eyewitness says Johnny charged his friend, but was stopped by someone in his group.

Off duty cops who were working security came quickly, spoke with Johnny and his friend, and calmed the situation down. The pic shows Johnny sitting in a chair and talking to a cop by the Four Seasons hotel.

We believe no arrests were made.

Johnny's rep told a reporter the QB was being harassed.

Dustin Diamond was convicted Friday in the case where he stabbed a guy in a bar, but in a way it's really a victory for him.

Diamond was convicted of 2 misdemeanors but acquitted of the far more serious felonies.

As TMZ reported, Diamond, who was with his girlfriend, stabbed a man in the Wisconsin bar last XMAS, but he claimed self defense. Diamond testified, "I felt like we were being set up for antagonistic purposes." The actor who famously played Screech claimed he was merely waiving a pocket knife around to fend off aggressors, never intending to stab anyone.

The guy he stabbed didn't even know he was cut until after he left the bar.

Diamond was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct. Worst case scenario is a 9 month jail sentence.

Ex-NBA player Chris Gatling -- a former All-Star -- was arrested in Scottsdale, AZ yesterday ... with cops saying he was the kingpin in a massive illegal credit card and I.D. theft scam.

TMZ Sports has learned ... one of Gatling's alleged victims is a woman he met on a dating website who owned a fitness studio -- who he allegedly screwed out of $90,000.

Long story short ... cops say Gatling set up Internet businesses to gather credit card information from people.

Once he got the numbers, he would take them to the fitness studio ... convinced the lady to run the cards for various dollar amounts (she believed they were legit) ... and asked her to front him 90% of the payment in cash.

For example ... if the woman ran a $100 credit card charge for Gatling, she would give him $90 in cash and keep $10 for herself.

But cops say the credit card holders never authorized the fitness studio payments and cancelled their transactions -- leaving the fitness studio owner in a $90,000 hole ... the amount she had given to Gatling in cash.

Officials eventually caught on to the scheme ... and arrested Gatling for fraud, aggravated identity theft and forgery.

And get this ... he was busted while meeting with his probation officer -- stemming from a forgery and theft CONVICTION back in 2013 when he attempted to rent out a home he didn't own.

An attorney for Gatling tells us she's still gathering information on the case.

FYI -- Gatling was a 1st round NBA Draft pick in 1991 ... and played in the league for 11 years.

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has decided to face the music and turn herself in to police in South Carolina amid allegations she beat up her baby daddy.

Evans showed up to the Myrtle Beach Police Department -- with a few camera guys in tow -- Thursday afternoon after her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith filed a police report claiming Evans punched, kicked, scratched and tried to choke him.

Evans was charged with domestic violence and is currently being processed. She got a shiny new mug shot to add to her collection.

Evan was released Thursday afternoon.

Former boxing champ Jermain Taylor is a wanted man -- TMZ Sports has learned an arrest warrant has been issued after JT allegedly attacked a man at a rehab center.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department in Arkansas tells us the warrant was issued this morning. Taylor is suspected of 2nd degree battery. So far, he is NOT in police custody.

As for the backstory ... law enforcement sources tell us Taylor allegedly attacked another patient at a rehab facility in Little Rock on May 13th ... knocking the man to the floor.

We're told the alleged victim was transported to a nearby hospital -- and was treated in the intensive care unit.

Taylor has been in rehab on a court order since March following a string of disturbing incidents -- including an altercation at a parade where Taylor allegedly pulled a gun on a family and another incident where he shot his cousin.

Taylor's attorney Christian Alexander says he believes the complaint is "frivolous" -- and says he's already spoken with witnesses who believe the whole thing is a shameless attempt to shake down a famous athlete.

Ray McDonald's parents are adamant their son did NOT attack the mother of his child ... claiming he's a good man whose NFL career has been destroyed by his accuser's lies.

Labrina McDonald tells TMZ Sports she and her husband have spoken with Ray since his domestic violence arrest and he says there's a WITNESS who can prove McDonald never laid a finger on his accuser.

"[Ray's] personal driver witnessed everything that happened. He never touched her."

As we previously reported, Ray's ex-fiancee claims McDonald was drunk and aggressive toward her and their baby during an incident early Monday morning.

But Labrina says her son was NOT the aggressor -- adding, "Ray is never going to hit a woman. He may say some stuff to piss them off, he may kick them out of his house. But he'd never lay his hands on them. We didn't raise him that way."

Ray was arrested for a second time on Wednesday for violating a restraining order when he returned to his ex's apartment. McDonald's father tells us bluntly, "He should not have been there."

Ray's dad says the family knows the reality of the situation -- that Ray will likely never play in the NFL again -- but it could be the best thing for him.

"He can move on from football, develop a business mindset like my wife and I have. He'll be okay. He's going to be successful. He comes from a great family."

9:00 AM PT -- Jenelle's rep claims Nathan actually attacked her by driving over her with his truck. The rep claims Nathan stole Jenelle's phone and refused to hand over their son. Jenelle intends to press charges.

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans will be arrested when cops find her, because she allegedly flew into a rage, attacking and choking her baby daddy/former fiance.

Nathan Griffith told Myrtle Beach cops Evans called him early Wednesday morning, informing him she was outside his home damaging his car.

Griffith says he ran outside where they began arguing and that's when she attacked him, slapping, punching and even trying to kick him down a flight of stairs.

According to Griffith, Evans reeked of alcohol and tried choking him with his shirt, then began clawing him with her nails.

Griffith told police he was able to make his way back inside his apartment, as Evans stood outside screaming, "He won't give me back my son!"

Griffith had scratches around his neck, a ripped shirt and bruising on the side of his face ... this according to the police report.

Police are looking for Evans but can't find her.

Griffith was arrested in March for allegedly assaulting Evans ... after she was popped the week before that for driving without a license.

Adidas -- All Day I Dream About Stalling.

In the wake of several FIFA execs being arrested for allegedly taking more than $150 MILLION in bribes, we asked Adidas if it would continue its relationship with the soccer organization.

Here's the answer we got ...

Ray McDonald has just been arrested AGAIN -- this time, cops say he violated his restraining order ... and was taken into custody at a Togo's sandwich shop.

According to police, the NFL player had been ordered to stay away from the residence where his ex-fiancee has been staying in Santa Clara, CA after Monday's domestic violence arrest.

As we previously reported, McDonald was accused of attacking his baby mama while she was holding her child early Monday morning.

But cops say he returned to the scene of the alleged crime Wednesday afternoon -- but quickly left ... and went to the Togo's, where cops found him and arrested him around 5:35 PM.

Cops say he was arrested without incident and taken to a nearby jail where he was booked.

Ray McDonald's baby mama says she was "freaking out" and scared because the NFL player was drunk during an alleged domestic violence incident Monday morning.

McDonald's ex-fiancee called 911 around 3:45 AM to report an incident at an apartment in Santa Clara, CA that Ray pays for.

During the call, Ray's ex sounds frantic and informs the 911 operator that Ray is "drunk" -- but help was delayed because the woman called from her cell phone ... and officials needed to figure out which PD had jurisdiction over the situation.

TLC execs must be dreading that "trouble comes in threes" saying -- a cast member from "Breaking Amish" got busted by cops ... the 2nd legal headache this week for the cable channel.

Cops in Pennsylvania tell TMZ ... Jeremiah Raber from "Breaking Amish" was a passenger during a routine traffic stop Saturday morning. Everything went smoothly until cops let the vehicle go and Raber, a passenger in the car, decided to hang out the window and yell profanities at the officers.

We're told PA State Troopers followed the vehicle and found it parked at a nearby home, and Jeremiah screaming at the driver who'd taken him home from a bar.

Cops booked Raber for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness ... he was later released.

Of course, TLC just pulled "19 Kids and Counting" in the wake of Josh Duggar's admission he sexually molested multiple underage girls when he was 14.

Flavor Flav was arrested early Thursday morning in Las Vegas by highway patrol and got nailed for so many alleged crimes ... it might be easier to tell you what cops didn't pin on him.

Only sorta kidding, but here's what they booked him on:

-- Driving with a suspended license

According to Nevada Highway Patrol, this all began when cops spotted Flav at 12:30 AM 2005 black BMW and going 73mph in a 45mph zone.

Flav was busted for speeding last year in NY on the way to his mother's funeral. When cops ran his license, they found it was suspended 16 times.

He swore to a judge he fixed the problem, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Paris Hilton's kid brother is now facing a felony charge, and an arrest warrant for that high-speed chase he lead CHP officers on ... before wrecking his expensive ride in the desert.

Conrad Hilton has been charged with reckless evading of an officer for the blistering chase that went down near Palm Springs last August ... according to docs filed by the Riverside County D.A. As we previously reported, cops say the then 20-year-old was dangerously weaving his BMW through freeway traffic and driving up on the shoulder.

Police initially clocked him doing about 90 mph, but they say he punched it -- topping 100 mph to get away from an officer. Conrad eventually clipped the back of an 18-wheeler and drove off the highway.

Miraculously, no one was injured besides Conrad ... who walked away with a fractured hand. The potential 3 years in prison he faces if convicted would hurt a lot more.

It's death for Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev ... a jury has ruled.

The convicted murderer/terrorist/scumbag appeared in a Boston courthouse ... where the sentence was read in front of several survivors.

According to witnesses inside the courtroom, Tsarnaev showed no emotion as the sentence was read.

The judge has thanked the jurors for their service.

Dzhokhar and his brother were responsible for the blast on April 15th 2013 ... which killed 3 people and injured several others. A police officer was killed in the hunt for Tsarnaev following the explosion.

Suge Knight has given doctors a piece of his mind ... refusing to have a bullet fragment removed that’s been lodged in his head for the past 19 years ... a bullet intended for Tupac Shakur.

Rewind to 1996 … Knight infamously drove the car carrying Tupac the night of the rap legend’s drive-by murder off the Las Vegas strip.

One of the bullets missed Tupac but grazed Suge's head; a fragment lodged in his skull, and was never removed.

Here's the problem. Suge's in bad shape as he lingers in a jail cell, and doctors want to perform an MRI so they can figure out why he keeps passing out. But the bullet fragment causes interference with the machine, so doctors want to remove it.

Suge’s attorney, Matthew Fletcher, tells us Knight thinks he'll die if doctors start screwing with his head and try to remove the fragment, especially given his fragile state.

Aside from medical concerns, you gotta admit ... how cool is it to have a Tupac bullet in your head?

Adam Bartley -- the lovable, bumbling Deputy Ferguson on "Longmire" -- just got a taste of his own medicine ... a skosh too much to drink landed him in jail for DUI.

Bartley was pulled over April 26th in Santa Fe, NM after a cop saw him driving a '93 Dodge pickup sans seat belt.

The officer says he smelled alcohol on Bartley's breath, and the actor folded like a cheap suit admitting he had "a few drinks."

Bartley performed poorly on multiple field sobriety tests ... so claim the cops. The breathalyzer was a heartbreaker ... .09, just over the .08 legal limit.

Bartley was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, and no seat belt.

"Longmire" originally aired on A&E. It got cancelled last year but it's since been picked up by Netflix.
