Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are headed home from the hospital with one more baby than they started with.

The couple left Cedars-Sinai in L.A. Saturday, just two days after Chyna popped out Dream. It's tough to see Chyna, she's sitting behind Rob, but it's more than likely to keep the new bundle happy.

Good luck with that whole getting sleep thing ... you're gonna need it.

Dream Kardashian is taking her first few days all in ... and mom's letting everyone know it.

The two DAY old fired up her very own Instagram account Saturday with a pic of some bonding time with Blac Chyna ... and to say she looks content would be an understatement.

Reggie Bush's alleged baby mama's saying it loud and clear ... her kid's gonna need a LOT of stuff.

Reggie Bush is living in a world of uncertainty, because a woman claims he's the father of her unborn baby ... sources tell TMZ Sports.

The woman -- Monique -- is a nightclub waitress who lives in Miami. Our sources say early on in her pregnancy, she contacted Reggie and there were discussions about terminating the pregnancy in return for a large payment. We're told ultimately the discussions went nowhere.

Our sources say Monique, who is now 6 months pregnant, hired Florida attorney Marwan Porter, but this time around it's about child support.

We're told there has NOT been a DNA test, but Reggie will own up to his obligations if the tests show he's the father.

As for Reggie, there appeared to be issues back in August, around the time Monique first contacted him, because he left Buffalo Bills training camp to fly to California to work things out with his wife, Lilit, with whom he has 2 kids.

A rep for Reggie tells TMZ, "He's aware of the rumors and remains happily married."

Stevie J is about to get some baby news he may not want, with the help of a judge and even a little bloodletting.

Joseline Hernandez just filed legal docs demanding that Stevie J take a paternity test, and she's so positive it will prove he's the father of her unborn baby ... she's also asking for child support and a parenting plan.

Stevie has been vague about the kid, not publicly saying it's his but not denying it either.

Joseline claims in the legal docs Stevie has privately agreed to pay her medical expenses associated with the pregnancy, although she does not say he fessed up to fatherhood.

It's now apparent she doesn't think she'll get any money from him, so she's asking a judge to extract it, and STAT.

Joseline's due in January, and now, based on some new medical advancements, all she needs to do is have some blood drawn and ... voila -- Stevie J will know his fate.

Louis Tomlinson's 9-month-old son, Freddie, is becoming the spitting image of dad.

Freddie got a lift from Louis' baby mama, Briana Jungwirth, Tuesday after a stop at a San Fernando Valley nail salon.

Looks like she's got the single mom, multitasking thing down. Still ... it's gotta be hard seeing Louis every time you look at your baby.

Raiders star Donald Penn's wife is calling quits on their marriage ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported ... Donald's wife, Dominique Penn, BLASTED the star lineman over social media earlier this month after he allegedly knocked up a reality TV star.

At the time, Dominique vowed to stick by Donald's side ... but something clearly changed ... 'cause only days after calling out her husband and his alleged baby mama, Dominique filed for divorce in L.A.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Dominique -- married to Donald since June 2012 -- lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

In the docs -- filed on October 20th -- she asks for spousal support and joint custody of their 3 kids.

We reached out to Donald's rep ... who had no comment.

It's been a good 24 hours for Nick Young ... because he just became a father AGAIN ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've confirmed Nick's ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green, gave birth to a bouncing baby girl moments ago!

Green and Young aren't in a relationship anymore but they're on good terms. They already have a 4-year-old son together.

Nick rushed to the hospital late Wednesday night after the Lakers game (they won!) and wanted to be there when his daughter was born! Success!!!

Nick Young had a helluva night ... it started with beating the Houston Rockets -- and ended with BABY WATCH at an L.A. hospital.

Young's ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green -- who already has a 4-year-old with Young -- went into labor late Wednesday night ... so Swaggy P rushed to the hospital to try to be there for the delivery.

The good news -- Nick didn't miss the birth.

The bad news -- it hasn't happened yet and Young spent the entire night awake at the hospital.

We're told Nick's super excited and can't wait to meet his kid.

Gilbert Arenas says he's NOT REALLY struggling financially -- despite what he said in court docs -- claiming he's still extremely loaded and hiding his fortune from his baby mama.

We broke the story ... Gilbert filed court docs in his family law case saying his $111 million NBA contract pays out on Oct. 31st -- and once that day comes, he won't be able to afford to pay for his kids' expensive private school.

In the docs, Gilbert makes it very clear he'll be living on interest from previous investments -- and not rollin' like a $160 MILLION baller.

But after TMZ Sports posted the story ... Gilbert posted a video of his own -- showing off his kids messing around with thousands of dollars in cash and bragging that he's "hiding" it from his baby mama, Laura Govan.

Gilbert also shows off his kids' safety deposit boxes and says they're "gold digger proof."

He also says if Laura is insistent on sending the kids to school she better start "selling that p**sy."

Khaled's "Major Key" album was blaring in the delivery room as fiancee, Nicole Tuck, pushed her son out.

Ludacris has the final say when it comes to what his baby mama can and can't post on social media about their 3-year-old ... so says an ATL judge.

In docs filed Wednesday in the rapper's child custody case with Tamika Fuller ... the judge said Luda can force Fuller to remove any pics of their daughter she might post, if he doesn't approve. The judge also ruled neither parent can use the kid in interviews, articles or for GoFundMe pages.

Luda's also the official decision maker now when it comes to his daughter's school, doctor and religious upbringing.

Luda and Tamika have been locked in this nasty custody battle for years. Tamika even got Child Protective Services involved, at one point.

Blac Chyna is pissed at Tyga for jacking her Ferrari birthday party plans for their son, and adding his own bells and whistles to outdo her ... and she smells a rat behind the whole mess.

A source close to Chyna tells TMZ ... she believes a production staffer on her reality show fed Tyga and Kylie Jenner all the details of her party for King -- which she spent 2 months planning. We're told Tyga and Kylie were invited to the Saturday event, but no-showed ... then threw their bigger copycat bash the next day.

Chyna says she's happy her son enjoyed the birthday double up, but as a mother ... it was a slap in the face. Plus, it's insult to injury if someone from her own show tipped off her enemy.

Co-parenting. It ain't for everyone.

Ciara's $15 million lawsuit against Future is going to be more of an uphill battle for her ... after the judge just ruled the rapper's angry tweets alone aren't enough to prove Ciara's been damaged.

The exes are locked in a nasty suit -- with Ciara claiming Future ruined her image as a mother and a singer. However, a judge ruled Wednesday the tweets ... including gems like, "this bitch got control problems" ... aren't libelous on their face.

It means, Ciara will have to offer up more evidence as to how her career has been damaged since Future's Twitter rant.

The issue still for Future, there's still a count of libel and distortion left in the case ... which could hang him out to dry.

Julian Edelman's baby mama only rolls with the best ... Exhibit A -- the insanely hot guests who attended her baby shower over the weekend.

Ella Rose was surrounded by about 30 smoking hot friends -- seriously, the group shots look like a modeling agency's Christmas party. Makes sense 'cause most of 'em are models, like Abigail Ratchford who hosted in her Bev Hills pad.

We're told the shindig cost about $10k, and some of that was even spent on food, including ham and cheese croissants and mini beef wellingtons.

Rob Kardashian surfaced for his coed baby shower with Blac Chyna -- a strong sign they might be able to salvage a second season of their reality show after all.

We're told Rob planned most of Sunday's Armenian-themed fete which was held at a family friend's home in Woodland Hills, CA. None of his sisters got an invite, but we're told Scott Disick and French Montana showed up, and a bunch of other family members.

It's a complete 180 from the fight that exploded last week after the sisters attempted to throw separate showers for Chyna and Rob, who had gone back to being a recluse again.

Rob put personal touches on everything from the champagne party favors to the desserts with the expectant parents' faces. Plus, a 7 layer cake, belly dancers and a Louis Vuitton diaper bag for Chyna. The whole thing was taped for their reality show. Rob had not been showing up for shoots recently, so this could mean he's had a change of heart.

Due to the taping, everyone had to turn in their phones -- which is why no one got the news about Kim's holdup in Paris until after the party.
