The New England Patriots owner flew from West Palm Beach, FL to D.C. on POTUS' plane on Sunday.

After the flight, Kraft was transported to the South Lawn of the White House on Marine One.

The two had spent the weekend at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort. No word on what they talked about.

The Houston PD wants to make it perfectly clear it was NFL security that had watch over the Patriots locker room ... and therefore it's NFL security who should get the blame for Tom Brady's jersey going missing.

FBI Director James Comey says extreme situations call for extreme measures ... which is why he's actually revealing there IS an open investigation into Russia and the presidential election.

Comey testified on Capitol Hill Monday morning the Bureau is looking into whether the Russians really did interfere, and also whether anyone in Donald Trump's camp was communicating with Russia.

He said it's a break from policy to go public this way, but added there will still be some limits about what's revealed.

As for Donald Trump's claims President Obama was wiretapping him ... Comey said the Bureau has "no information" to support that.

Big victory for Colin Kaepernick ... the NFL quarterback -- along with other activists -- was able to convince Turkish Airlines to donate a plane for a much needed humanitarian mission to Somalia.

Kaep made his initial plea to the airline on Wednesday -- saying, "There's an impending famine because of drought, politics, inaction of (non-government organizations) and lack of media attention."

He added, "People are dying in Somalia right now that need our help."

FYI, Turkish is the only major airline that flies to Somalia from the U.S.

Now, Kaep says part 2 of his mission is underway -- getting the food, water and supplies to fill the plane.

For this, Kaep has teamed up with Ben Stiller's Stiller Foundation to handle all of the funds raised. They've even set up a GoFundMe page called Love Army for Somalia.

Artie Lange was busted with heroin and cocaine in the parking garage of his complex in Hoboken, NJ ... TMZ has learned.

According to cops ... the comedian and 'Howard Stern Show' star had several bags of drugs on him and more in his car and was arrested on Sunday. Cops say he was taken to police headquarters and booked on three separate charges before he was released.

Artie just tweeted, confirming his arrest but saying he's doing great. He says the Hoboken cops treated him professionally and now his lawyer is instructing him on what to do. He added ... "I'm such a flawed person guys. Tryin!"

Floor plans to President Trump's NYC home base are now in the hands of someone who stole a Secret Service agent's laptop.

The agent's computer was jacked from her car Thursday while it was parked in her Brooklyn driveway ... according to the NY Daily News. The laptop contains floor plans, including evacuation measures, for Trump Tower ... as well as info regarding the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

While the prez hasn't been back to Trump Tower since his inauguration ... Melania and Barron are still living there until he finishes the school year. As we first reported ... NYPD is already looking at assembling a special unit dedicated to protecting the building.

Just days after his boob-exposing incident, Ezekiel Elliott jetted out of Dallas and over to Miami ... where he partied in the clubs with Meek Mill ... who appeared bandaged up after his alleged airport fight.

Zeke joined the rapper onstage at STORY Nightclub in Miami -- where he turned up next to Meek for several songs.

Both guys are in the middle of some serious life drama at the moment ... Meek was cited for misdemeanor assault earlier this week for allegedly fighting 2 guys at the St. Louis airport.

Meek's right hand looked like it was in a heavy cast during his performance ... which makes us wonder if he suffered a hand injury during the altercation.

As for Zeke, he's still in hot water for pulling a woman's shirt down and exposing her breast at a St. Paddy's parade in Dallas last weekend ... but didn't look like he had a care in the world Thursday night.

One interesting note, no women onstage with Zeke last night. Baby steps.

Sounds like former Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bobby Carpenter is conflicted on how he feels about Ezekiel Elliott as a person.

On one hand, Carpenter says he absolutely condemns the boob-grabbing stunt ... and on the other, he's personally witnessed Zeke acting like a good dude.

"I don't endorse Zeke's behavior of grabbing women and pulling their shirts down. It's unprofessional at best and illegal at its worst."

Our takeaway, Carpenter wants to defend Zeke ... but he knows it's dicey.

Latavius Murray -- who just signed with the Vikings -- says he will NOT continue to wear #28 on his new team ... because he doesn't want to disrespect Adrian Peterson.

3:48 PST -- A rep for Mc D's tells us they've determined the hack was from an outside source and not from within the corporation.

Donald Trump can safely order Big Macs again -- McDonalds' vicious Twitter attack against him was the work of hackers ... according to the burger giant.

Micky D's verified account tweeted Thursday morning, "You are actually a disgusting excuse of a President and we would love to have @BarackObama back, also you have tiny hands."

It was posted for at least 30 minutes before McDonald's deleted it and said Twitter confirmed the company's account was compromised. McDonald's says it's now investigating.

Bottom line: No McDonald's beef with Trump ... although he does enjoy their burgers.

Of course, Obama has previously said he has real interest in becoming an NBA owner -- and has reportedly discussed being part of an ownership group.

The issues ... Cuban's price seems super high considering the recent sale prices of other NBA teams.

Jose Fernandez's mom and girlfriend will split control of the late MLB star's estate, a Miami judge ruled on Wednesday.

The 24-year-old pitcher -- who passed away in a boating accident back in September -- left behind no will. Fernandez's attorneys have valued his estate around $2-3 million.

Fernandez's girlfriend, Maria Arias, gave birth to their daughter on February 24.

9:58 AM PT -- Sources close to Gronk tell TMZ Sports his absence isn't personal, he's focusing on rehabbing his back after surgery.

We're told Gronk never did the movie as a serious stepping stone for his acting career, but rather as a favor for a friend involved in the production.

As one Gronk source put it, "Movie promotion is NOT a priority, his health and career are."

There is no lovefest behind the scenes of Rob Gronkowski's new movie -- with one of his co-stars RIPPING the NFL star for botching his lines on set ... and bailing on promoting the flick.

Joanna Krupa says she flew in from Poland for the premiere of "You Can't Have It" -- in which Rob plays a cop investigating a violent situation at a bar -- but Gronk's gone M.I.A. and she's pissed.
