Nick Cannon got run over by the Mariah Carey express, because their business manager let her drive the train on the sale of their mansion ... while he was kept 100% in the dark ... according to Nick.

According to a new lawsuit ... Cannon says he never authorized the $9 million sale of the Bel-Air home he and Carey used to share, and believes biz manager Michael Kane was dealing exclusively with her people on the deal. He says he didn't find out about this until after the fact.

But the house isn't the issue -- Nick's cool with the sale -- he says the problem is Kane failed to keep him in the loop from start to finish. He's most concerned about how funds from the sale will be divvied up.

Nick wants the bulk of the $9 mil frozen until he gets a detailed accounting to determine how much cheese he's getting.

Some bad news/good news for L.A. Clippers star Glen "Big Baby" Davis.

The Bad News -- His marriage to his longtime sweetheart and baby mama Jenna Gomez is officially over.

The Good News -- He's got a brand new girlfriend ... and she's a model!!!

Davis and his new flame Jasmin Jaye his up Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills last night where they were on a mission to shoot down rumors that they were dating behind Glen's wife's back.

"I am divorced," Davis said. Davis and Gomez married on December 31st, 2013.

Glen also explained where he and Jasmin met and what first attracted him to her ... and it was all because "she had a big, ol ..."

Nick Cannon is becoming a bridge and tunnel kind of guy ... moving to New Jersey where the twins will have 2 lush acres in which to roam.

We're told Nick strategically picked Saddle River -- 1 hour out of NYC -- to keep the 3-year-olds out of the spotlight. Fact is ... it would be hard to find the equivalent in the City. The house has 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, a private lake, and on and on.

Nick's renting to own, but not because he can't cut it. He'll pay $11k a month with an option to buy the $3 mil estate, assuming he likes it enough.

The house will not have Mariah's ornate touches. Nick's mom will help him decorate ... after his escapades a few weeks back, we're guessing there might be some Jamaican influences.

"Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec is pulling out of his biggest investment in life -- he's separated from his wife and headed for divorce.

Herjavec tells TMZ he and wife Diane Plese are already legally separated and we're told they will be divorcing soon.

The couple married in 1990 and have 3 kids together, two daughters and a son.

Herjavec, who is on the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars," says ... "Human Relationships are so difficult ... I wish nothing but love and peace for our family as we move forward from this."

Herjavec has a net worth in the nine figures, so ... the line forms to the right, ladies.

You get a ride! YOU get a ride!! Everybody got a ride on Nick Cannon while he was partying in Jamaica ... and we got video of all the women who lined up to get a piece of him.

Nick was at Susie's Cafe in Kingston last week when one woman backed it up on his crotch while he was dancing -- and that started the train rolling. Chick after chick after chick ... all getting up close with some Cannon crotch.

You gotta see Nick in action ... pretty impressive.

All of this was for work ... sorta ... since Nick is in Jamrock scouting locations for a movie he's directing down there in April.

Ex-NBA player Earl Watson claims he shouldn't have to pay up just because his estranged wife's acting career FELL OFF A CLIFF after her days of starring on a hit TV show ... and wants a judge to protect his wallet in their nasty child support war.

Watson has gone to battle with Jennifer Freeman -- who starred as Claire Kyle on "My Wife and Kids" back in the early 2000s. They have a 5-year-old daughter together.

The two are warring over cash -- she claims she deserves way more than the court-ordered $2,500-per-month in child support since he's rich. He claims he's not as ballin' as he used to be ... because he's retired from the NBA and only making $30k per year as a coach in the NBA's D-league.

But in new court docs filed in L.A County Superior Court, Watson also included a few digs at Freeman's acting career ... saying, "She has not been employed on a full-time basis since appearing in the early 2000s on the television show 'My Wife and Kids.'"

"She has secured sporadic acting roles for which she has received nominal remuneration. Her last paying job was in Nov. 2014 when she appeared on the Real Husbands of Hollywood."

Ouch.

We may understand where the hostility comes from ... back in 2010, Watson claimed Freeman attacked him with an iron!! Though the two reconciled after that incident.

As for Freeman, she claims she has a holding deal with BET which prevents her from getting other jobs. She also says she's the primary caretaker for their kid and needs more cash to pay for things like private school, extracurricular activities and other child-related expenses.

Freeman says Watson owns a ton of real estate worth millions ... and can afford to pony up more dough.

Rosie O'Donnell filed divorce papers Friday ... 3 weeks after announcing she and Michelle Rounds were splitting.

Rosie filed in Manhattan, and in the docs she calls the marriage "an irretrievably broken relationship." The papers also reveal they have a prenup, according to People ... which first reported the filing.

In the docs, O'Donnell says they've been separated since November.

She dropped the bombshell of their break-up at the same time she first revealed she was leaving "The View."

Wiz Khalifa believes in the motto, "If you don't succeed ..." because he threw a belated birthday party for Sebastian and this time the kid showed.

Wiz threw the bash at his home in Silver Lake Thursday. It was almost a carbon copy of the party he tried hosting last weekend, when Amber and 2-year-old Sebastian were no-shows.

Amber was not present this time around, which apparently was just fine with Wiz. He used his custody time to bring friends and family together to celebrate the BD.

Here's the good news ... Amber's name wasn't even mentioned, which is at least one small step in lowering the volume in what has become a super-bitter custody war.

The party was pirate-themed, so it's too bad Amber didn't show. Imagine her walking the plank.

It's a good thing "American Idol" Season 2 finalist Josh Gracin is a country singer -- he just got a ton of inspiration by losing half his music rights in his divorce ... which was just finalized.

According to divorce docs ... the exes divvied up their assets, and Ann Gracin is walking with a 50% stake in 24 songs Josh recorded during their 17-year marriage.

Josh will also shell out $1590/month in alimony, and $1436/month for child support. They have four kids -- and will share custody, but there's a complication. Each has a restraining order against the other, requiring them to stay at least 25 feet away.

Interestingly, Ann was ordered to return Josh's Glock. As we reported ... Josh was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold after posting an apparent suicide threat on Facebook last August. Ann filed divorce papers the next month.

Josh's next album should be interesting.

Kid Rock really loves otters when they come in the form of a jacket. Yeah, one a certain animal activist/ex-wife of his named Pamela Anderson might get pissed about this.

But we're guessing that was Kid's plan all along.

Amber Rose wouldn't let Wiz Khalifa throw a birthday party with their kid -- according to Wiz -- so he settled for a wild party with strippers.

According to our strip club sources -- and these photos we obtained -- Wiz was droppin hundos Monday night alongside Snoop Dogg and Ty Dolla $ign at L.A.'s Ace Of Diamonds.

We're told the crew let tens of thousands slip through the g-string adorned cracks that night.

This probably won't help Wiz win his war with Amber -- or earn him a parent of the year award.

The Pam Anderson/Rick Salomon war over his beloved Rottweiler Bumblebee is almost over -- the dog's been found, but has not been reunited with Rick and his daughters just yet.

According to our sources, Salomon's daughter Tyson and ex-wife E.G. found the dog at a Malibu pet hospital, where he has been boarded for the past five days. Pam previously booted Tyson and the dog from her Malibu home after TMZ posted a story about Rick filing for annulment. Pam had previously claimed Bumblebee was at the groomer, but that turned out to be false.

We're told E.G. and Tyson were not allowed to take Bumblebee home from the hospital because only Rick is the registered owner. Problem is ... Rick is currently working in Las Vegas.

We're told Rick should be back Tuesday night to go collect his dog.

As for why noted animal activist Pam would seemingly use the dog as a pawn in her battle with Rick -- we reached out to Pam for comment ... so far, no word back.

If you're still intercourse'n ... there's no divorce'n -- so says ex-NBA star Stephen Jackson ... who's asking a judge to throw out his wife's divorce petition because they're still knockin' boots like a married couple.

It's one of the strangest legal docs we've ever seen ... Jackson says the judge should NOT grant his wife Renata a divorce because he believes she's just trying to score a prenup payout ... when in actuality, they're still very much a couple.

FYI -- Jackson says Renata's payout under the prenup is based on his net worth at the time she filed for divorce in 2013 ... and since he was still playing in the NBA at the time, the payout would be significantly larger.

But in new docs filed in state court in Georgia, Jackson says he can prove his marriage wasn't dead then ... and it isn't dead now ... because he's still banging his wife on the regular.

In fact, Stephen says he often still takes her on fancy vacations to places like the Bahamas, Cancun and Jamaica ... and presumably bangs her there too.

Which leads to this explanation Stephen included in new court docs -- "Despite filing for divorce, [Renata] continued her relationship with [Stephen] in an effort to 'have her cake and eat it, too.'"

We can't imagine this case is going to have a happy ending for Jackson -- because if he gets his wish, he's still gonna have a pissed off wife on his hands. And if he loses, he's gonna have to cut a big, fat check.

Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have made it clear in their divorce settlement ... they're both so loaded they can live nicely on their own without bleeding the other dry.

The settlement makes it clear ... each has accrued earnings and earning capacity that makes spousal support irrelevant. You don't see that much in divorces.

Their parting of the ways seems completely amicable ... they agreed to share custody of their 5-year-old son, Walker.

Not amicable enough for you? They're also splitting all parenting costs right down the middle, so no child support either.

As previously reported, the couple has lived apart since 2013 but recently decided to pull the plug and end their 10 year marriage.

Kinda makes you want to get a divorce ... kinda.

Wiz Khalifa threw a big party Saturday for his son's birthday ... but the rapper says his 2 year-old never showed because ex-wife Amber Rose denied the kid a good time out of spite.

Wiz posted sad pics of the party with the caption, "only thing missing was Bash" -- referring to their son Sebastian.

Sources close to Wiz say Amber was supposed to bring Sebastian to the party and they would celebrate his birthday together ... as parents. Wiz says everyone was there and he's heartbroken the boy couldn't celebrate with civil parents.

Khalifa put Amber on blast, saying, "ive never voiced my true unhappiness out of fear of the person I was with and what she would do to make me more unhappy of anyone knew."

Wiz goes on to champion father's rights, saying, "Standing up for all fathers who need, deserve, or can't find help," adding, "As a man, and a dad you'll feel like, 'I got this.' But who got us?" In other words, the system doesn't protect fathers.

For her part, Rose posted videos of their son before and after the party.

Jeremy Renner has fired back at his estranged wife who filed for divorce, making it clear that there are no real issues, so why is she fighting so fiercely?

Renner filed legal docs in which he asks for joint custody of their kid. Sonni Pacheco is asking for primary custody, even though they've been sharing 50/50 custody of 23-month-old Ava since their split late last year.

Jeremy also makes it clear in his papers, filed by disso-queen Laura Wasser, there's a prenup and his earnings are his and his alone. He wants the prenup enforced, and that's that.

Sonni has made a bunch of claims, including an allegation that Jeremy's house is not safe for Ava, but we're told Sonni had no complaints when she lived in the house the entire time they were married.

Sonni's legal docs also suggest Jeremy's not anteing up in the child support department, even though we're told he's been paying her since they split.
