Taylor Swift Intruder Who Showered in Her Home ... Will Get Time Behind Bars

Published | Updated

The man who broke into Taylor Swift's home and used her shower will soon be showering with a bunch of criminals, because he will be sentenced to 6 months behind bars.

The Manhattan D.A.'s office tells TMZ ... Roger Alvarado pled guilty Friday to one count of attempted burglary and one count of criminal contempt.

We're told Alvarado is due back in court December 20 for his official sentencing, which will also include 5 years probation. He will serve the probation in Florida and has been ordered to complete a mental health treatment program.

TMZ broke the story ... Alvarado was arrested in April inside an NYC home owned by Taylor, after climbing a ladder, smashing a window with his hand and climbing in to take a shower before falling asleep in a bed.

Those jail cots probably won't be as comfy.

Kris Jenner Fake 'KUWTK' House Finally Sells ... 11 Years Later

Published | Updated

The house that posed as Kris Jenner's home in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" finally has a new real-life owner.

The 7,843 sq. foot Studio City mansion recently sold for $5.25 million after being on and off the market for the past 11 years. Our real estate sources tell us it was originally put up for sale back in 2007. It passed through the hands of 19 agents and 9 brokerages before finally selling.

Matt Altman, Josh Altman and Jacob Greene of The Altman Brothers Team and Brandon Assanti of Rodeo Realty most recently had the listing, and got the job done.

If the pad looks familiar, it's probably because you've seen it on E!'s hit show a ton over the years ... which was always presented as the "Jenner House." As we've told you before, they just used it for exterior shots -- they don't use Kris' real home for security reasons.

Either way, it's a good thing it finally sold, even at a $2 million loss. It was put back on the market last year for $7.895 million and has been featured on ton of shows like "Chelsea Lately," "True Blood," "American Horror Story" and in Victoria's Secret ads.

NFL's Antonio Gates Burglars Strike L.A. Home ... While Kids Were Inside

Published | Updated

Cops are on the hunt for the scumbags who broke into the home of L.A. Chargers star tight end Antonio Gates and his wife, Sasha, over the weekend ... while their kids were inside the house.

Scary situation ... surveillance cameras at the San Fernando Valley home captured multiple suspects climbing a gate and stalking around the property over the weekend.

We're told the men targeted Antonio's garage where they stole a number of items and rummaged through some of Antonio's high-end cars, including a Rolls-Royce.

All the while, we're told Antonio's kids were inside the home.

The burglars never made contact with the family -- but they stole a bunch of stuff including a hoverboard belonging to one of Antonio's kids.

Cops have the surveillance footage and are hunting for the suspects.

Sources connected to the investigation tell us it appears the men may have cased the property before they struck because they knew exactly where to head once they climbed the fence.

Gates is the latest high-profile burglary victim in the area -- as we previously reported, cops have made a bunch of arrests after stars like Yasiel Puig, Robert Woods and Rihanna were also burglarized.

Unclear if cops believe the suspects in the Gates incident have any connection to the other cases.

One Love Malibu Concert Raises $1 Million For Fire Victims

Published | Updated

The thousands of people who lost everything in the flames of the wildfire in Malibu are about to get six figures worth of relief, courtesy of the One Love Malibu concert.

A spokesperson for the concert tells TMZ … between donations, ticket sales and the live auction, the tally from the weekend event is approaching $1 million. We're told it will be a few more days before they have an exact number.

Sunday's sold-out concert in Calabasas featured performances from Robin Thicke, Katy Perry and Gwen Stefani ... and the auction included a motorcycle ride with Orlando Bloom.

We're told 100 percent of the proceeds are going to MalibuFoundation.org ... and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Malibu will assist with distribution of funds to victims of the Woolsey Fire.

FLEEING THE FIRE

The Woolsey Fire scorched nearly 100k acres and destroyed more than 1,500 structures over 2 weeks. Three people died and nearly 300k people were evacuated.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were among the evacuees as the fire came right up to their Hidden Hills property. A private firefighting crew they'd hired was able to hold back the flames.

While Liam Hemsworth, Camille Grammer, Gerard Butler and Robin lost all or parts of their homes ... there were thousands of non-celebs affected. The concert funds will, at the very least, help start the recovery process.

Elisa Johnson Hooded Men Seen On Street Before Robbery ... Neighborhood on Edge

Published | Updated

Neighbors around the home where Magic Johnson's daughter escaped a home invasion are on edge ... and surveillance cams captured some suspicious activity just before the armed robbery went down.

We've obtained these videos, taken just an hour before Elisa Johnson ran out of the San Fernando Valley Airbnb where 2 armed men held her friends at gunpoint. The first video shows 2 men in hoodies -- one of them on the phone -- walking around that neighborhood around 3:30 AM. We're told they walked back about a half hour later.

Another video shows a black Cadillac Escalade driving in the same neighborhood with its headlights off around 3:45 AM. We're told the Escalade went up and down the hill twice.

At this point, there's nothing to connect the 2 men or the Escalade to the home invasion -- police are investigating, but we're told neighbors were already on edge due to other violent crimes.

We're told Elisa was running down this same street, knocking on neighbors' doors and pleading with them to call 911.

We broke the story ... 2 armed men robbed Elisa's friends and made off with a Rolex, cash and electronics for a total haul worth between $30-40k.

No one was injured and cops are searching for suspects.

The L.A. celebrity burglary ring is WAY bigger than we thought -- officials say a total of 10 gang members were a part of the group targeting stars like Rihanna, Yasiel Puig and LeBron James.

1 of the initial 4 suspects is apparently off the hook (the mother of one of the other suspects) but now 7 new men all between the ages of 18 and 25 have been arrested and charged with various crimes.

The charges include everything from criminal street gang conspiracy to 1st degree residential burglary and home invasion robbery.

In total, cops say the burglary crew hit more than 24 homes -- and had at least 12 more rich and famous targets in their sights, including Viola Davis.

The key to solving the case ... cops say a neighbor of NFL star Robert Woods had called police to report a robbery at his house. Cops located the suspect and, during the arrest, they found items connected to the other high profile cases.

In total, cops say the group stole more than $1 MILLION in property -- including $50,000 cash, watches, purses and a vehicle. Cops say one of the suspects also had a firearm.

Drake Forget Marvin's Room ... I'll Be Lounging in Sick Master Suite

Published | Updated

Drake fans can hold on all they want, they're NEVER gonna go home to the kinda bedroom Drizzy's building in his Toronto mansion -- you could easily get lost in the damn place!

The publicly filed floor plans for his crib feature the layout for the most insane master suite we've ever seen. How big? The 941 square feet literally takes up HALF of the second floor of the ginormous crib.

Here's what he's working with: his own stairwell entrance, 2 dressing rooms AND 2 closets (all part of one elaborate wardrobe area), a steam shower and tub with a skylight above, TWO balcony areas with an outdoor hot tub and a kitchenette.

Again, all of that is JUST for his bedroom quarters. Of course, there are 4 impressive guest bedrooms too ... although they don't compare to Drake's.

If the room itself isn't impressive enough, take a gander at the estate in its entirety -- to call it a beaut is a gross understatement.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The mansion is about 35,000 square feet on a 2-acre lot and the toys include ... 2 saunas, a massage room, a 10-car garage, an elevator, a gym, a screening room ... and a full basketball court. There's more, but we're tired.

Drake bought the place for nearly $4 million and had it under construction for a majority of 2017 and about half of 2018. Talk about views!

Lakers Co-Owner Jesse Buss Buys $10 Million Mansion ... In LeBron's Neighborhood

Published | Updated

Lakers co-owner Jesse Buss doesn't have to go too far to check in on his star player ... 'cause dude just bought a mansion right up the street from LeBron James!!

Jesse -- the youngest of the 6 Buss siblings -- ponied up $10 MILLION for a pad in Brentwood just feet from LBJ's palace ... and the place is sick.

It's 6,500 square feet, has 3 stories, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a home theater, a yoga room ... AND an infinity pool.

Ari Shram and Jen Beron of The Agency -- a high-end real estate firm -- helped Jesse land the spot ... which also has a pretty epic view from the backyard.

So, big question is -- how does it compare to Bron's?? It doesn't really ... LBJ's $23 MILLION crib is 15,846 square feet and has its own freakin' basketball court!

Don't feel too bad for Jesse ... guy's still worth a fortune and his family runs one of the biggest sports teams on the planet.

Kanye West Donates $500,000 To California Fire Relief

Published | Updated

Kanye West is making a gigantic contribution toward relief for the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to battle the California wildfires.

Audience sources tell us Kim Kardashian will appear on 'Ellen' Wednesday and drop a massive surprise c/o her hubby. We're told during the show, Kim and Ellen shift their focus from Kim's new Glam Bible -- from her cosmetics company -- to the devastation of the wildfires.

Our sources say Kim revealed she and Kanye had a serious discussion on how they could ease the burden on those tasked with battling the inferno, and Kanye put an immediate plan into action.

We're told Kim tells Ellen that Kanye went to adidas and his Yeezy brand to drum up relief funds, and they were quick to raise $500,000.

During Wednesday's episode of 'Ellen' ... Kim will present a $200,000 check to the California Community Foundation's Wildfire Relief Fund and a $200,000 check to the California Fire Foundation.

On top of that ... we're told she'll present a $100k check to a firefighter and his wife who are also on 'Ellen' Wednesday. Michael Williams lost his own home, but continued to battle the fires and saved many of his neighbors' homes.

Grab your tissues.

TMZ broke the story ... the California fires came dangerously close to Kim and Kanye's Hidden Hills mansion, touching their property at one point. Many of the couple's neighbors praised them for hiring a private crew to help extinguish the flames and save many other homes.

CARDI BUYS A HOUSE

Cardi B just bought her mom a house in New York, and the announcement came with a pretty revealing financial nugget about just how far CB has come in a year.

The "Be Careful" rapper posted a video on Instagram Monday showing herself doing a walk-through of a beautiful home Cardi says she purchased for her mother. It's a two-story house, with a built-in gym and a pretty sweet basement ... fireplace included.

Cardi says she was thirsty to buy her mom a crib last year, but could only afford a $600k house ... which she says would've looked like "s***" for New York standards. So, she saved up, worked hard and eventually was able to afford the dream home she wanted for her mama bear.

No word from Cardi on how much she dropped for the pad, but we're guessing it's well into the millions based on what we're seeing here. Congrats!

Kim & Kanye's House Photo Makes it Clear ... Private Firefighting Team Saved Neighborhood

Published | Updated

Pictures don't lie ... and now it's clear how Kim Kardashian and Kanye West saved their neighborhood by hiring a private team of firefighters.

Kimye's home in Hidden Hills stands intact and unscathed from the disastrous Woolsey fire ... but only by feet. The torched field is a testament to the proximity of the fire.

As we first reported ... Kim and Kanye hired a team of private firefighters to battle the blaze after the fire started to creep up on their pad. The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac ... if their place went up in flames, it would have started a devastating domino effect on the rest of the neighborhood.

The move paid off big time 'cause Kim and Kanye's $60 million house -- along with countless others on the block -- were saved. But, as you can see, catastrophe came THIS close.

Robin Thicke We Have Bigger Issues Than Looting After Wildfires' Destruction

Published | Updated

Robin Thicke and April Love Geary lost it all in California's wildfires ... but you wouldn't it know it based on the new perspective they've gained in the aftermath of the inferno.

We got the couple Friday in Bev Hills and asked how they were holding up after their Malibu home burned to the ground. The singer told us they haven't even started thinking about rebuilding yet ... instead, they're squarely focused on something bigger than their own property.

We also asked them about P!nk and Carey Hart's issue with looters. As we reported, Carey put any potential looters on notice with a pretty menacing photo. Let's just say Robin doesn't share that concern, but for a very sad reason.

Still, you gotta love their attitude in this clip, in the face of such tremendous loss.

Justin Bieber Egging Lawsuit Settles!!!

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber just settled a lawsuit that lasted nearly 5 years ... and there ain't nothing over easy about this one.

TMZ has learned the never-ending saga that began in January 2014 when Justin and his buddies hurled eggs at the house owned by warring neighbor Jeffrey Schwartz has finally settled.

TMZ broke a bunch of these stories ... Justin was charged with criminal vandalism and ultimately pled no contest to the crime. He was placed on probation and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service. He had to attend anger management classes -- 12 hours of them.

Justin paid Schwartz $80,000 in restitution in the criminal case ... something to do with fancy, expensive Italian plaster.

But, that was just the beginning. Schwartz filed a civil lawsuit for emotional distress, loss of income and various other items that dragged on in the courts forever. There were depositions, threats, more threats, and on and on.

Well, TMZ just got a document in the case that says, "Counsel specially appearing represents the matter has resolved in its entirety."

The terms of the settlement are confidential. We don't know if Bieber paid Schwartz any additional loot.

Bella Hadid Donates $10k for Malibu Recovery

Published | Updated

For Bella Hadid, the California wildfire's destructive path made things personal ... and now she's fighting to avert a looming threat triggered by the ravaging inferno -- mudslides.

The supermodel has donated $10k to the Malibu Disaster Prevention & Relief Fund. The GoFundMe page is spearheaded by the Point Dume Bomberos ... who need the money to pack sandbags, buy pool pumps, generators, respirators, cleanup materials and other tools.

Rain could arrive sometime next week and fire officials have said fast-moving mudslides -- possibly like the catastrophic one in Montecito earlier this year -- could be powerful enough to bring down trees and tons of other debris. Fact is ... torched terrain won't absorb the rain.

This would be devastating for Bella who, on top of losing her Montecito home in January from devastating floods, has seen the area where she went to high school decimated. The Woolsey fire's killed at least 2 people and burned nearly 100k acres and more than 400 structures.

Bella's not the only celeb pitching in to help Malibu get back on its feet. Patton Oswalt donated $5k to rebuild a horse ranch that burned down. Jon Favreau kicked in $1k to another Woolsey Fire relief fund and Sean Astin donated $1k to a similar cause.
