Bill Cosby Lawyer Sued For Defaming Alleged Victims
One of Bill Cosby's lawyers is now on the hot seat ... sued by 2 women who claim the attorney trashed them after they accused the comedian of sexually assaulting them.
Tamara Green and Barbara Bowman claim attorney John Schmitt came out swinging after they claimed Cosby drugged and then assaulted them. Schmitt made a statement in November 2014 that was posted on Cosby's website, saying, "...decade-old discredited allegations against Bill Cosby have resurfaced. The fact that they are being repeated does not make them true."
The women say Schmitt's statement branded them a liar. The women say it caused them emotional distress. They're suing for unspecified damages.

In his suit, Lopez says his company's been using the initials on hats, shoes, hoodies, and more since 1999. Lopez says he has a trademark, and Puma's gear is confusing fans of his brand. Busta Rhymes and DJ Khaled are among the NY celebs who rock Lopez's line.
He wants Puma to stop using the logo in the future, destroy any remaining inventory with it, and fork over any profits already made from it.

'Botched' Doc I'll Make You Rich If You Find the Chick Who Screwed Me
"Botched" star Dr. Terry Dubrow has put out an APB for a woman he says ripped him off ... and if you help him, he'll make you rich.
Dubrow claims he was suckered into loaning a lifestyle management company $1.75 million. He says Jennifer Bell, the owner of the company, promised a hefty return on the loan ... a quarter of a million bucks ... but he only got back $125k so he sued her.
Jennifer went MIA and Dubrow won the case. When she didn't pay the $2 million judgment, he got an order forcing her to come to court and disclose where she kept her money so he could seize it.
Of course, Jennifer never showed and a judge issued a warrant for her arrest. Dubrow decided to incentivize people to help find her so he's offering $25k for anyone with info leading to her capture.
BTW ... Dubrow says his accountant convinced him to make the loan. This dude must be rolling in cash.

EXCLUSIVE
Aaron Carter is accepting Deadmau5's challenge to a video game battle royale in an attempt to clear his name for jacking the DJ's beat.
Aaron got called out by fans Thursday for posting a remix of Deadmau5's "The Veldt" and not crediting the man in the mau5head. When Deadmau5 caught wind he joked they'd settle it like "real men" ... 1 on 1 ... in a game of "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive."
Aaron's rep confirms he's accepted the challenge and Joel's even paying for his plane ticket to Canada to make it happen. The tentative match is set for Nov. 23rd or 24th, and they plan on livestreaming the whole thing.
There's a lot at stake: winner gets remix rights, loser has to clean winner's house, and since Joel is flying Aaron out, it's obvious he's banking on winning.

Nicki Minaj Got $236k for 34 Minute Club Appearance ... Lawsuit Claims
She was late .... for a very important date -- so claims a Vegas nightclub which is suing for a refund on the $236,000 it paid Nicki Minaj after she allegedly botched a club appearance after the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight.
According to the lawsuit, Nicki was booked to appear at Chateau Nightclub in the Paris hotel at 12:00 AM sharp after the May 2nd fight ... stay for an hour ... and perform 2 songs.
Problem is ... people behind the event claim Minaj didn't show up until 1:19 AM and only stayed for 34 minutes. They're pissed -- because they allegedly pre-paid Nicki's people.
The party people say the clubgoers were equally pissed -- and it affected their ability to sell VIP tables at the club that night, which were expected to fetch in excess of $25,000 each.
Nicki isn't named a defendant in the lawsuit -- but her booking company is, Pink Personality, LLC.

Bill Cosby Gets Big Break Insurance Co. May Be Forced to Pay
Bill Cosby just got some good news ... a court has ruled his insurance company may have to foot the bill in the event he loses his sexual assault case to Janice Dickinson.
AIG insurance company tried to get a judge to say Cosby's alleged misdeeds are not covered under the policy, which excludes personal injury claims "arising out of ... sexual molestation, misconduct or harassment."
Dickinson claims Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 1982 and made a joke about the allegations in January that caused her emotional distress.
But a judge has now ruled the exclusion clause is ambiguous. Frankly, the judge's reasoning is weird, but ultimately she says the words "arising out of" are ambiguous.
AIG and Cosby are still fighting other issues, but this one's a big win for the comedian.

Jared Fogle Gimme a Break Judge My Victims Were 16 and 17
Jared Fogle is damning himself with faint praise, telling the judge he should get the minimum prison sentence because the minors he had sex with were 16 and 17 year olds.
Fogle's lawyer filed docs in his child porn case, in which prosecutors have now gone on record requesting the maximum sentence under the plea deal -- 12 1/2 years in prison.
Fogle is asking for 5 years, saying although it was "inexcusable" he had sex with minors, "these individuals were far older than many victims of this same crime."
The former Subway spokesman also says the bulk of the photos and videos in his possession were from 1 thumb drive that Russell Taylor gave him, and he notes he never requested it.
Fogle's lawyer does not go into detail about his medical diagnosis but he did meet with doctors and the doctor will testify Fogle "suffers from hypersexuality and alcohol abuse/dependence." The doctor also identified "weak evidence of erotic preference of a heterosexual pedophilia/hebephilia."

Bill Cosby Actress Claiming Sexual Assault Sues for Defamation
An actress who claimed Bill Cosby stuck his penis in her mouth in a 'Tonight Show' dressing room has just filed suit against the comedian for defamation.
Louisa Moritz, who played Rose in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," is lashing out at Cosby for comments his lawyer made after she alleged Cosby went to her dressing room and tried to ingratiate himself with her by explaining he could make her career soar.
Moritz, who also played a cop in Cheech and Chong's "Up in Smoke," claimed, "He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth," saying, "Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways."
Cosby's lawyer responded to the allegation by telling TMZ, "We've reached a point of absurdity. The stories are getting more ridiculous."
Moritz, who retained Joseph Cammarata -- the attorney who sued Bill Clinton on behalf of Paula Jones -- claims the comment was not only defamatory, but Cosby's lawyer brought up irrelevant information to smear her ... specifically, she became a lawyer and was disciplined by the State Bar of California.

NFL's Bryant McKinnie I Didn't Beat Up Clubgoer ... He Ain't Gettin' a Cent
Bryant McKinnie says he's CHANGED HIS MIND -- and refuses to pay off a guy who claims the ex-NFL star beat him up in 2013 ... even though he already signed a settlement agreement.
It's a crazy story ... McKinnie admits he went to mediation with Alexis Bernier last year and initially agreed to fork over $15k after Alexis accused him of roughing him up at Club Play in 2013.
But Bryant says he did NOTHING WRONG -- and only signed the settlement agreement because his lawyers told him it would be the easiest way to make the whole thing go away.
So, instead of cutting a check, McKinnie has refused to pay Alexis jack squat -- and Alexis has now sued to collect, claiming Bryant has reneged on a legally binding deal.
How does Bryant feel about the lawsuit?
"I don't care."
He adds, "They've been threatening to go to the media with it for over a year. I can't let him just take advantage of me when I know I did nothing wrong."
It's a risky gamble for Bryant -- because if Alexis wins the lawsuit, a judge can make moves to seize Bryant's assets to satisfy the judgment ... including cars, houses, you name it.
Bryant says he's not scared.
Stay tuned.

SeaWorld Toy Co. Pledges ... $1 Million to Free 'Blackfish' Star
SeaWorld is being thrown a golden lifesaver that could pull it out of its PR nightmare, and overhaul their Orca shows -- and Tilikum, the park's most infamous whale is at the center of the deal.
Steven Dunn -- CEO of infant and toddler toy company, Munchkin -- sent a letter to SeaWorld last month offering $1,000,000 to help fund an ocean sanctuary for the Orcas currently in captivity.
According to the letter, the plan is to build a sea pen in natural coastal waters, where the whales can have more freedom, but still be seen by visitors. But Dunn says Tilikum -- whose plight was chronicled in "Blackfish" -- is a deal breaker.
He's concerned Tilikum, who is older and seldom seen in public anymore, would be left behind -- so Dunn specifies Tilikum be moved to the sanctuary upon completion.
SeaWorld recently announced it would end the Orca shows in 2016, and open a new "experience" in 2017. It's unclear if that has anything to do with Munchkin's offer, but the timing could be perfect.
We reached out to SeaWorld ... so far no word back.

Art's family claims he suffered from several devastating neurocognitive issues during the last several decades of his life -- including extreme headaches, memory loss and confusion.

The family is suing for fraudulent concealment, negligence, civil conspiracy and more ... they're seeking unspecified damages.
