JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!

Kim Kardashian's ex-bodyguard ... whose big mouth might have already cost him $30 million, is blabbling again -- this time claiming he'll gladly stop talking for the right price.

As TMZ first reported, Kim and Kanye West are threatening to sue Steve Stanulis into the stone ages for breaking his confidentiality agreement. You'll recall he did a bunch of interviews claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job ... which they deny.

Stanulis seemed to laugh off the threat Thursday in Staten Island, saying he's still owed money from his last gig with the Wests -- and insinuating he never signed any agreement.

Check out the video ... which, by the way, might end up costing him another $10 million! Not smart.

As for his claim about back pay -- we're told the security company that hired Stanulis is still waiting for him to turn in an invoice and expense report. So, he's only got himself to blame.

The Kardashians Quit Using Us for Facelifts!

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and her family just dropped the hammer on a plastic surgeon who's been cashing in with something called the "Kardashian Facelift."

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the Kardashians sicced their attorney on Dr. Gary Eldridge, demanding he quit using their name to promote his product, or else.

TMZ broke story ... the Australian doc had filed docs to trademark the fibrin protein treatment in the U.S. He even claimed it was named after his family dog, and NOT Kris Jenner's krew.

But the letter to Dr. Eldridge informs him the family already holds countless trademarks on its name for beauty, cosmetics and all sorts of advertising, upon which he is infringing.

In plain English: Beat it, doc ... we're working this corner!

The doc got the message. He's already dropped his trademark application and removed "Kardashian" from his website. His patients now have to get a plain old "Fibrin Facelift."

Chris Cornell FBI Swoops In After Stalker Skips Court, Goes Missing

Chris Cornell's stalker is on the loose and could show up at his doorstep at any minute ... this according to the FBI.

The feds contacted Cornell Wednesday to let him know Jessica Robbins -- who was charged with stalking Cornell in 2014 -- is on the loose again. Robbins allegedly sent hundreds of online threats to Cornell and his family, and drove 7 hours in a failed attempt to get inside his home.

We're told Robbins removed her court-ordered GPS ankle monitor and bailed on a Tuesday appearance in NYC federal court.

The FBI obtained a bench warrant for her arrest the next day, and we're told U.S. Marshals and Florida authorities are working together to track her down.

The timing is problematic ... Cornell has 2 shows in Florida soon -- both within driving distance from Tampa, Robbins' last known location.

THE SHOOTING

3:45 PM PT -- Cops have added an attempted murder charge and another count of criminal possession. We're told ballistic testing is ongoing, and depending on results, he could also get a murder charge.

NYPD released video they say shows rapper Troy Ave -- who's now been arrested -- opening fire Wednesday night during the NYC concert T.I. was headlining.

The surveillance video shows the man stumbling into a room, pointing his handgun and firing at least once into the crowd.

Troy was hit in the leg during the shootout, and it appears to be bloodied in the video. Police arrested him at the hospital where he was getting treatment. He's been booked for reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, and menacing.

As for why there's no attempted murder charge? We're told the investigation is ongoing, and more charges could be coming.

3 people were injured and 1 killed in the incident. The fatality was Troy's bodyguard, Ronald McPhatter.

Gucci Mane is finally free ... getting sprung from behind bars 4 months early.

The rapper's lawyer, Drew Findling, tells TMZ Gucci was released Thursday morning from an Indiana prison. We're told he already has a home just outside the city. Findling says the rapper will be on house arrest for a few months and will then be on probation.

Findling and his team filed a motion months ago stating Gucci hadn't received credit for previous time served, and it looks like the judge agreed since he's out early.

His girlfriend, Keyshia Ka'oir, just posted a pic holding hands with who we're guessing is Gucci.

Justin Bieber Sued You're a Sorry Thief

Justin Bieber is being sued by an indie pop star who claims the Biebs jacked her vocal loop for his monster hit "Sorry."

Casey Dienel, aka White Hinterland, claims the "unique characteristics of the female vocal riff" off her 2014 hit "Ring The Bell" are identical to "Sorry." She also names Skrillex, who produced JB's hit, and its writers as defendants.

WHITE HINTERLAND'S "RING THE BELL"

Bieber only uses 8 seconds of the riff ... but Casey says he repeats it 6 times in the track. That's not the only similarity ... according to Casey, both songs feature keyboard synthesizers, samples, synth bass, drums, and percussion.

Casey points out her track was a hit in its own right ... racking up more than 800k streams, and Rolling Stone singled it out as a mag fav.

Casey says she warned Bieber to stop using the sample last December but he ignored her.

She wants Bieber to stop playing her tune ... and she wants $$$$$$$$$.

Kim and Kanye Threaten Blabbing Bodyguard with $30 Mil Lawsuit

Published | Updated

7:57 AM PT -- A rep for Kim and Kanye tells us the money won't be enough ... they also want a full retraction of everything he said in the interviews.

Kim and Kanye have threatened their former blabbermouth bodyguard with a $30 million lawsuit, and he's gotta drop to his knees and apologize.

We've learned Kim and Kanye's lawyer has fired off a letter to Steve Stanulis ... the bodyguard who went to anyone who would listen, claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job and making Kanye jealous. Kim and Kanye have both said it's a complete lie.

Turns out, we're told that Steve signed a confidentiality agreement promising never to breathe a word about Kim, Kanye or the klan. We're told the lawyer's letter is quick to mention a provision which says Steve is automatically on the hook for $10 mil if he opens his mouth ... and they believe he did at least 3 interviews.

It's interesting. We're told Kim and Kanye's lawyer gives Steve an out, if he shuts his trap and issues a public apology to the family. Our sources say the letter does not ask Steve to admit he lied but they demand he stop talking to the press.

Kim and Kanye think Steve's MO is simple ... it's a cheap, underhanded way to get famous. A rep for the couple tells us, "This sad, parasitic maniac has violated every basic human tenet of decency with his story of lies. The Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense."

BTW ... this isn't the first time Kim and Kanye have gone after someone for violating the confidentiality agreement. TMZ broke the story, YouTube founder Chad Hurley weaseled his way into AT&T Park in SF and videotaped Kanye's marriage proposal. Chad signed a confidentiality agreement and ended up paying them $440,000.

Tennessee law enforcement tells TMZ ... they got a call about a swerving pickup truck and were able to locate it. Cops say Hervey was behind the wheel and totally out of it ... slurring, red-eyed and confused.

Cops say Hervey miserably failed a field sobriety test. They searched the pickup and found a loaded handgun, but the actor had a permit. Hervey was booked for DUI and carrying a weapon while under the influence.

The incident went down back in January 2015 but it went unnoticed, until this past weekend when Hervey served 48 hours behind bars for a misdemeanor DUI charge. The weapons charge was dropped.

Chris Cornell Historic Grunge Tapes Returned ... After 25 Years!!

Published | Updated

Chris Cornell just got his hands on the mastertapes for his legendary grunge album -- featuring Soundgarden and Pearl Jam members -- and it only took him 25 years to do it.

We're told Cornell and his label, A&M Records, recently settled a bitter, drawn-out lawsuit over the "Temple of the Dog" recordings. Chris and A&M actually got the physical tapes back on Tuesday ... ending the battle with the album's producer, Rick Parashar.

Parashar had kept the 1991 masters -- which are iconic since the band's one and only self-titled record featured Cornell, Eddie Vedder and future Soundgarden and Pearl Jam members.

When Parashar died his family continued to fight A&M for ownership, but with the settlement ... Cornell finally celebrated with a victory photo.

We're told the label's looking to reissue the album for the 25th anniversary.
