Jared Fogle Sharing Child Porn Just Once ... Enough for 15 Yr Sentence

Published | Updated

Jared Fogle's ass will remain locked up in prison for his full sentence ... now that his appeal to get it shortened was shot down.

Fogle had filed an appeal, claiming his 188 month sentence was too harsh because he says he didn't widely distribute child porn. Instead, he says he only showed one child porn video to one person he was dating ... while they were in a hotel room.

But the U.S. Court of Appeals didn't buy that argument, and said the single viewing warrants the punishment.

Additionally, Fogle claimed he was unfairly punished for his fantasies and thoughts ... as opposed to actual misdeeds. The judges disagreed again, and said the court got it right when they considered his "obsession with child pornography and having sex with minors."

See ya next decade, Fogle. But hopefully not.

Amber Heard 'Homophobic' 'Misogynistic' Cop ... a Gay Woman

Published | Updated

Amber Heard's ex-girlfriend, who just claimed Amber's 2009 arrest for domestic violence was bogus because the cop was a homophobe with a hint of misogyny ... couldn't be further off the mark, because the officer is an openly gay woman who also contributed money to a domestic violence organization.

Amber's ex-domestic partner, Tasya van Ree, minimized their altercation at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, saying it was "misinterpreted and over-sensationalized by two individuals in a powerful position." She's referring to the cops who arrested Amber for allegedly grabbing and hitting Tasya.

Officer Beverly Leonard was the actual arresting officer. She proudly posted pics of herself and her partner a few years back. She's also posted pics of herself at Pride weekend.

Leonard also supported an organization in Seattle that helps women who were victims of domestic violence.

A source close to Beverly says the now-retired officer is indignant ... saying the arrest had nothing to do with homophobia ... she was arrested for breaking the law.

Although Tasya claims the incident was minor, police documents show there was actual property damage ... Tasya's pendant was broken during the scuffle, and the documents also show Tasya was extremely upset with Amber for the alleged attack ... so claim the responding cops.

Fulks says he knows a Senior VP at Columbia Music, Bey's label, saw "Palinoia" sometime in 2015 -- and he thinks the exec stole his ideas for "Lemonade" ... which started shooting at the end of 2015.

He wants Bey and the label to fork over a cut of their profits from her hit record.

A Georgia woman has her t** in a ringer over a joke Ellen DeGeneres told on her show ... in fact she's so upset she's suing the talk show's producers for allegedly besmirching her good name.

In a segment called "What's Wrong with These Signs?" Ellen showed a real estate sign advertising a broker named Titi Pierce. Ellen assumed -- as we would -- it was pronounced "titty," but Titi says, "as grammar dictates," it's pronounced "Tee Tee."

Pierce says in her lawsuit ... no one has ever made such an error in her 35 years on planet Earth. As such, she's suing for defamation and invasion of privacy.

The realtor says, to add insult to injury ... she was on her way to a funeral when the segment aired and she got lots of mocking calls on her cellphone. She also says "The name-calling led to immediate ridicule and raucous laughter from the show's live and television audiences."

The show was supposed to go down in May 2013 -- and Ubosi says he made 3 payments, totaling $160k ... but then her camp asked to postpone the show. Ubosi says he agreed, but only IF Rihanna posted the new date on social media.

Sources close to Rihanna tell us her management knew nothing about the gig and the singer never collected a dime. Her people believe Ubosi is a victim of a scam.
