Diddy's Super Bowl party was a total blast in the face ... for one fan who claims the music/clothing/vokda mogul punched him.

Now, that fan was cursing in Diddy's face -- which is why some people think Diddy just did what had to be done. Ya dig?

12:15 PM PT -- Matt's rep got back to TMZ and said he hasn't owned the ranch since 2011. The website to the ranch, however, still lists Matt as "co-owner." And Matt's nephew Madison went on TMZ Live and said, "My Uncle Matthew, the hunting part is part of the ranch, but he is more with the cattle. That's where his passion is."

Matthew McConaughey has a side business ... letting people onto his property to hunt caged-in animals, and it has enraged animal rights activists.

Matt owns a ranch in Mertzon, Texas with his brother Mike. The ranch breeds and sells horses and cows. The ranch also offers whitetail deer hunting ... where people can come to hunt deer that can't run away.

Hunters can actually stay on the property during the hunting trip ... there is food, a tavern, and other amenities.

As for the hunt ... people can go out during the day and shoot the deer. Someone connected with the ranch tells TMZ there are 22,000 acres for the animals to roam, but animal rights groups claim the deer hang by the feeding area, which makes them easy targets.

The ranch touts the fact that in 2007 they "high fenced" the area so the deer couldn't escape.

Some Facebook postings in the last 24 hours are caustic:

-- "We just lost all respect for you ... This is NOT HUNTING ... This is disgusting behavior for human beings!"

-- "NO MORE support for you Matthew in anything and everything you do."

We reached out to Matt's rep ... so far no word back. But the actor's nephew, Madison McConaughey -- the ranch cattle manager -- tells TMZ they've had death threats from people who don't understand the nature of what they do. He says, "People are disgusted with us but we're disgusted with them."

Madison adds, people who come there do so for the "hunting experience" and he says "We're proud of what we do."

Another ranch manager tells us, "No meat goes to waste after the hunts. It helps feed our families."

Bobbi Kristina's friend who is now accused of being a drug dealer is lashing out, saying he's being smeared -- that he's a savior, not a pusher.

Max Lomas claims through his lawyer ... he's a witness in the Bobbi Kristina tragedy, not a suspect. As TMZ reported, cops initially believed drugs were involved and family sources tell us police actually found drugs during the second search of her home.

But Lomas' lawyer says authorities have not pointed the finger at his client and he is fully cooperating with the investigation.

Dominic Monaghan has strong feelings ... a fan who is delusional, suicidal, vile and obsessed is not a fan at all, and that's why he ran to court for a restraining order.

Dominic claims in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Meredith McLarty says she's been in love with him since 2001 ... even before "Lost" became a thing.

He says she's flooded his inbox with emails and posted countless messages on his social media accounts.

Some of the things she's said ... "I s***ked a guy off tonight. It was awesome!" "Come over and stick it in" and "Don't make me have to hurt you!"

Scottsdale Police want a sit down with Diddy because a disgruntled fan claims the mogul slugged him during a Super Bowl bash -- but video of the incident shows the fan was asking for trouble.

The accuser, Steven Donaldson claims Diddy was slated to host a nightclub party Saturday evening, but didn't show until 1:15 in the morning -- and then, only hung out in VIP ... rarely getting onstage.

Donaldson says he was pissed because he paid $100 to see Diddy -- so he decided to get in his face and cuss him out. In video obtained by TMZ, you can hear Donaldson berating Diddy multiple times before they end up face to face. Donaldson claims that's when Diddy punched him in the face.

The video cuts out as Diddy allegedly throws the blow. Adding insult to possible injury, Donaldson says security tackled him -- NOT Diddy -- and tossed him from the party.

Law enforcement sources say Diddy had split by the time cops arrived, but a very intoxicated Donaldson was there ... and filed a battery report.

We called Diddy's camp for comment, but no word back yet.

Paris Hilton's little brother got his ass into rehab almost immediately after he allegedly went nuts on a British Airways flight last summer ... TMZ has learned.

Conrad Hilton appeared in court Tuesday after surrendering to authorities investigating a bizarre incident. We broke the story ... 20-year-old Hilton allegedly berated and threatened the crew during the July, 2014 flight from London to LAX.

Conrad told feds he had taken a sleeping pill before boarding the plane ... which his attorney Robert Shapiro says could have caused the outburst.

Sources connected with the Hiltons tell us ... right after the incident ... Conrad voluntarily checked into a 30-day inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program.

Hilton was released on $100,000 bail at Tuesday's hearing. He was ordered to surrender his passport and remain in California.

Bobbi Kristina was never ever Mrs. Nick Gordon ... at least that's what her father Bobby Brown is claiming.

According to Bobby's attorney ... "Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon." For once, the Houston family agrees with Bobby Brown ... telling TMZ, Gordon and BK never officially wed.

Further, we're told by Houston family sources ... there are no legal documents that would allow Gordon to get any of the Whitney Houston fortune Bobbi Kristina inherited -- if she passes.

The fake marriage revelation flies in the face of several statements Bobbi Kristina and Nick both made on camera back in early 2014.

Shortly after the alleged wedding ... Bobby was visibly shocked when we broke the news to him, and he doubted it was true.

Ricardo Medina Jr. -- the former Power Ranger arrested for stabbing his roommate to death -- is about to walk free ... while cops investigate and prosecutors decide whether to charge him.

The L.A. County D.A.'s Office declined to charge Medina -- for now -- and instead asked Sheriff's investigators to dig for more information about the fight that ended with Medina fatally stabbing Joshua Sutter with a sword.

Prosecutors had to release Medina now because they're not charging him with a crime yet.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Medina is claiming he acted in self-defense. As we've reported ... Medina told cops Sutter forced his way into his bedroom before the stabbing. The question for investigators -- would stabbing an unarmed man constitute self-defense?

Lance Armstrong has disgraced himself all over again ... so say police who claim the cyclist hit two parked cars after partying in Aspen ... and then let his GF take the blame.

According to the Aspen PD, Armstrong's SUV was identified in the December 29th incidents -- and upon questioning, Lance's GF Anna Hansen initially told cops she was the driver that night.

She also told the investigator that she and Lance had been driving home from an Aspen Museum Party at the St. Regis Aspen Resort ... and didn't want Lance to drive because he had been drinking.

According to the police report, Anna told cops she lost control of the SUV and struck two parked cars ... then returned to the scene on foot moments later and told the owner of the vehicles she'd pay for the damage.

But the investigator didn't buy Anna's story ... and contacted the valet company that worked the party that night.

The valet told cops ... he specifically remembered helping Anna into the PASSENGER seat after the party and Lance WAS THE DRIVER.

When the investigator confronted Anna with the new info, she "became upset" ... and said that they had stopped at a market on the way home and traded seats, so she drove.

The investigator still wasn't buyin' it.

Get this ... two days later, Anna changed her story AGAIN ... and finally admitted Lance was driving that night. But now she insists he was NOT drinking at the time.

According to cops, Anna said ... "He was not intoxicated, and that was um, you know, I’m sorry I lied to you that morning but I was trying to make [it] sound like, well, I was driving because that was, just, I don’t know … I was just trying to make something up at that time."

As for Lance, he was hit with two citations. He's due in court on March 17th.

One of the jurors in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial has been 86'd from the jury -- after a judge said she was a bigger Patriots fan than she led on to be.

FYI -- during jury questioning, potential jurors were specifically asked how many Patriots game they had attended ... and if they were a fan of the team.

Well, according to the judge ... this particular juror "attended more Patriots games than were disclosed on the questionnaire."

There's more ... the judge also said, "Over the last few years, the juror has expressed an interest in serving on this particular jury" ... this according to WBZ TV's Christina Hager.

The juror has officially been dismissed. An alternate will take her place.

The friend who helped Bobbi Kristina's husband revive her allegedly forcibly drugged his girlfriend weeks before so she wouldn't run away.

Max Lomas was arrested January 14th after the girlfriend's family called cops and said they believed he was holding Danyela Bradley against her will and drugging her so she would stay. Cops responded but the girl said she was fine and not being forcibly held.

But cops found weed and a gun and arrested him for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. The felony was for allegedly possessing drugs with intent to distribute. And he was also busted for illegal Xanax. Cops found a stash of drugs, including 5.2 ounces of weed, 2 marijuana grinders, a digital scale and 1,000 Ziploc bags.

TMZ broke the story ... Bobbi Kristina's family claims cops told them they found drugs in her house the second time they searched. It's an interesting turn if cops are right and Lomas was dealing drugs.

Suge Knight was in court to plead not guilty to attempted murder and murder ... and will remain behind bars without bail.

Suge entered his plea in L.A. County Superior Court Tuesday morning. He also pled not guilty to two counts of hit and run. He's accused of running over actor Cle "Bone" Sloan and his friend Terry Carter ... who was killed.

Interestingly, the judge recused himself from the case because he says he's represented the victims as an attorney in the past.

Former Power Ranger Ricardo Medina Jr. allegedly stabbed his roommate to death during a fight over Medina's girlfriend -- but it wasn't about sex ... just personal space.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Power Rangers Samurai" star was arrested for allegedly murdering his roommate, Joshua Sutter, with a sword. Medina claims Sutter burst into his bedroom during the brawl ... and that's when he stabbed him in the abdomen.

Law enforcement sources tell us the argument started because Sutter was pissed Medina's girlfriend was hanging out at their place when Medina wasn't home. The verbal spat eventually escalated into a physical fight.

Columbus Short threatened to kill Jamie Foxx ... according to a woman Short got pregnant.

Agostina Laneri got a restraining order against Short late last week, after claiming he was emotionally abusive to her and physically abusive to her kid.

She also claims in the docs, Short told her, "If I choose to kill one of these n****s ... I will do that. I'm that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked [murdered] Jamie Foxx." She says he then went on, "Y'all should be very afraid. Very afraid."

Laneri also claims Columbus hit her child, justifying it by saying the boy needed to learn.

She says he was definitely a threatening dude, once telling her, "Don't forget who I am. I have a knife."

Suge Knight has just been charged with murder in the death of his friend, and sources say a videotape will be a key piece of evidence.

The L.A. County D.A. just filed the charges in connection with the death of Terry Carter ... who was killed Thursday after Suge ran him over in Compton.

Suge ran over an adversary -- Cle "Bone" Sloan -- and Carter was accidentally struck and killed.

In addition to murder, Suge was charged with attempted premeditated murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury -- all felonies.

As we previously reported, deputies obtained a video of the incident. Law enforcement sources say the video captures "a portion" of what went down, but authorities tell us it significantly strengthens the case against Suge.

Suge's bail was revoked Monday ... the bail commissioner decided he's a flight risk and might intimidate witnesses.

If convicted, Suge faces life.

TMZ has obtained letters Fox News Channel sent to the lawyer for Lindsay and Dina, informing them an apology had been made on air, and FNC would send them a DVD of it. That letter was sent a year ago. Another letter was sent stating the segment would be removed from the network's website.
A rep for FNC says when they sent the letters, "the Lohans did not make any demands for money, and we are surprised they are doing so now."

Lindsay and Dina Lohan have sued Fox News Channel and Sean Hannity claiming they were smeared on the network when someone on Hannity's show claimed LiLo and Dina snorted coke together.

In the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- there was a discussion about recently deceased celebs, including Philip Seymour Hoffman, regarding celebrity drug use. The panel was discussing who might die next.

Michelle Fields said, "Lindsay Lohan's mom is doing cocaine with her" -- insinuating Lindsay would be the next to go.

Lindsay calls it "malicious innuendo." For the record, she's admitted to doing coke. She also claimed her mom was on coke in a hysterical call she made to her dad in 2012.

The discussion occurred in February of last year, just days after Hoffman's death.

LiLo and Dina claim it was "a direct smear on the character/reputation of Lindsay and Dina."
