Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver might be claiming some of his recipes are gluten-free -- but they're actually full of crap 'cause the label's not official ... according to a new lawsuit.

A non-profit called Gluten Intolerance Group of North America is suing Oliver for stamping some of his online recipes with a 'GF' symbol -- which they believe is a straight rip-off of their own label that they're saying is THE official gluten-free stamp of approval.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, GIG says Oliver is purposely marking his recipes with this logo to make it seem like they've been certified gluten-free, which they argue is crowding their turf. They say he's misleading consumers, and could ruin their rep.

GIG's asking a judge to make Oliver yank his 'GF' online labels, as well as damages. We've reached out to the chef ... so far, no word back.

Young Thug is still sitting in jail, FOUR days after a marijuana possession bust that was prompted by tinted windows ... TMZ has learned.

We just got Thug's latest mug shot from his arrest Saturday in Brookhaven, GA. As we first reported ... Thug is facing a felony drug possession charge ... and now we know how much.

Law enforcement tells us he allegedly had 2.5 oz of weed on him, and cops found the stash during a routine traffic stop. We're told Thug was initially pulled over for over-tinted windows.

As for why he's still in jail ... the case is still being reviewed by the D.A., and no bail's been set.

The woman Chris Brown called "too ugly" to party with him ... is open to raging with the singer again -- even though she accused him of battery.

We got Liziane Gutierrez Tuesday night at LAX, where we asked where things stood between her and Chris after settling her lawsuit against him. She's willing to let bygones be bygones.

Anthony Weiner will probably be viewed as a pedophile and therefore a major target for violence by other inmates ... and THAT'S why he wants to avoid serving time in a hardcore Brooklyn prison.

Weiner's lawyer damn near begged the judge NOT to send him to the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center. Our sources say Weiner is freaked out because inmates there dole out their own brand of justice against convicts serving time for crimes against children. The disgraced former congressman, of course, pled guilty to sexting a 15-year-old girl.

The MDC's no joke. It houses drug dealers and organized criminals, and beatdowns and sexual assaults are rampant. As one source put it, Weiner would be taken to the brink.

We're told Weiner will likely serve time at a low or medium-security facility.

One possibility is Otisville in New York ... considered a cakewalk because of its dormitory-style housing. The Bureau of Prisons will ultimately have the final say where Weiner gets locked up.

He must surrender by Nov. 6.

Jessica Alba's Honest company is not keeping things mellow with a health and wellness competitor it believes ripped off their brand name to boost sales ... according to a new suit.

Alba's company is going after a Colorado company, Honest Herbal -- which makes cannabinoid rich hemp products -- for trademark infringement. According to the docs ... Herbal intentionally jacked the 'Honest' name to confuse customers into thinking its products are associated with Alba's.

Honest Company claims it sent a letter to Honest Herbal earlier this month asking them to drop the Honest moniker to avoid a suit ... but it was ignored.

Young Thug's now facing a felony drug charge, and a misdemeanor for tinted windows ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper was arrested Saturday in Georgia by Brookhaven PD, and booked on one count of marijuana possession. He was also slapped with a charge for having tinted front windows.

Thug's had a year full of legal issues, but so far it's worked out for him -- he skated on another felony drug charge in April thanks to a technicality, and was cleared for allegedly slapping a woman outside a nightclub.

Prosecutors say surveillance video shows Miami Dolphins WR Jarvis Landry pushing his baby mama during a dispute in front of her car on April 1 ... but they ultimately believed the woman who claimed it was accidental.

TMZ Sports has obtained official documents in the domestic violence case -- in which prosecutors say Landry's baby mama initially told responding officers that Jarvis had "pushed her back by placing his hands on her chest and pushed her backwards into the vehicle, causing her to strike her back against the top of the vehicle."

Jarvis denied getting physical with the woman -- but cops noticed a surveillance camera nearby and obtained the footage.

Officials say the footage shows Jarvis pushing the woman -- and then possibly slapping her twice.

The woman said Jarvis did NOT slap her -- he was reaching for a cell phone -- and it only LOOKED like he slapped her.

Cops say they enhanced the video and it appeared the woman was right about the slap. As for the push, cops say both the woman and Jarvis claimed the contact was unintentional -- he was trying to grab her phone and accidentally pushed her chest.

The woman later told investigators she was emotional from just having a kid when she initially told cops Jarvis pushed her -- and insisted she had "exaggerated" the facts.

2:35 PM PT -- We did some more digging and found a penal code section in O.J.'s file in the spousal battery case, and it appears the conviction was indeed expunged, so it makes sense why authorities would not have informed the Nevada Parole Board.

O.J. Simpson might not have been paroled had the Nevada Parole Board been officially informed that he had been convicted of spousal battery in 1989 ... but the board never found out.

The Board just said they had never been told that Simpson pled no contest to beating Nicole Brown Simpson on New Year's Day, 1989. Simpson punched and kicked her, pulled her hair and screamed, "I'll kill you." He slapped her so hard a handprint was left on her neck. He was placed on probation for 24 months.

Had the board known about the incident it could have considered it in deciding whether Simpson was suitable for parole. As it stood, Simpson appeared to the board to have a clean record, since he was found not guilty of murdering Nicole and Ron Goldman.

T-Boz Watkins, from TLC, believes cops gunned down her cousin in cold blood at the end of a standoff ... and she's demanding justice for her family.

The shooting happened last Wednesday in Peoria, Illinois -- police responded to a bank robbery and, after using surveillance video to identify the suspect as Eddie Russell Jr. ... tracked him down to a home. Police surrounded the home for 2 hours before 25-year-old Eddie emerged.

While police describe Eddie as aggressively advancing "toward officers with a handgun" -- T-Boz disputes that and says her cousin was unarmed. She also blames cops for "using" Eddie's mother to lure him out of the house. Her biggest issue is he had mental health issues, and she claims police knew that, and promised his mother they would "give him the help he needs."

Cops admit firing 18 shots, and say the coroner confirmed Eddie was struck 17-20 times. They also say they recovered a handgun that matches the one he allegedly had in the bank.

Police released an image from the surveillance video, but T-Boz isn't buying that's a gun in Eddie's hand. Now, she's just trying to get word out about what she considers a senseless killing.

Illinois State Police are investigating.

Zach Randolph says he feels he was "wrongfully arrested" during an August 9 incident in Los Angeles -- in which cops initially said the NBA star was in possession of a TON of weed.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Randolph was initially arrested for possession with intent to sell because of the large quantity of weed cops say he had. He eventually pled no contest to resisting arrest and the weed charge was dismissed completely.

Randolph finally broke his silence about the situation on Monday telling reporters, "I'm not speaking a lot about it but I felt that I was wrongfully arrested."

"Things that was put out there wasn't true. But I don't want to be a distraction to my team, my organization, so I'm just going to move forward and play basketball."

Randolph was sentenced to 150 hours of community service and was ordered to stay away from drug dealers. He's due back in court in December.

9:31 AM -- All 10 suspects -- including the 4 coaches -- have now been arrested, officials say.

8:57 AM PT -- The U.S. Attorney's Office is about to hold a news conference to explain the charges. The conference is set to begin in a few minutes.

The FBI claims Jim Gatto -- the Director of Global Marketing for Adidas Basketball -- paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes to funnel top prospects to Adidas sponsored colleges ... including Louisville.

It's all part of a massive probe into corruption in NCAA basketball -- spelled out in 3 separate criminal complaints.

One of the probes centered around Auburn assistant coach Chuck Person, who allegedly took thousands of dollars in bribes to steer players to a financial advisor and a high-end suit-maker.

The 3rd probe included USC assistant coach Tony Bland, Oklahoma State coach Lamont Evans and Book Richardson from the University of Arizona.

In total, we're told 10 people are facing charges. Eight of those people have been arrested.

It's all in court docs filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of NY and obtained by TMZ Sports.

First, Gatto ...

In the documents, the FBI says Gatto tried to pay one player and his family $100,000 to get him to a school of Gatto's choice. Another player got $150k with the expectation that the player would sign with Adidas when he went to the NBA.

In the docs, the FBI says a coach at a major college in Florida told Gatto that he needed to pay a top player $150k so the player wouldn't attend another D1 school sponsored by a rival apparel company.

The coach allegedly told Gatto that the rival clothing company had also offered the player a "substantial sum of money."

The FBI says it has wiretapped phone calls catching Gatto and his conspirators in the act.

The FBI spells it out ...

"The investigation has revealed multiple instances of bribes paid by athlete advisors, including financial advisors and business managers, as well as high-level apparel company employees, and facilitated by coaches employed by NCAA division 1 universities, to student-athletes playing at or bound for NCAA D-1 universities, and the families of such athletes, in exchange for a commitment by those athletes to matriculate at a specific university and a promise to ultimately sign agreements to be represented by the bribe-payors once the athletes enter the NBA."

As for the case against Chuck Person, the FBI says he collected about $91,500 in bribes in exchange for funneling Auburn players to a particular financial advisor and a high-end suit maker, Rashan Michel.

The FBI says Person would use a portion of the bribes to pay off the families of high-priority recruits.

In one part of the documents, the FBI says Chuck met with a player and counseled him about how players secretly get away with NCAA violations.

He allegedly told one player, "The most important part is that you ... don't say nothing to anybody ... don't share with your sisters, don't share with any of the teammates, that's very important 'cause this is a violation ... of rules. But this is how the NBA players get it done."

"They get early relationships, and they form partnerships, they form trust, you get to know [financial advisor], you get to know Rashan a lot and like Rashan can get you suits and stuff ... you'll start looking like an NBA ball player, that's what you are."

11:05 AM PT -- FOX tells us ... “In 'Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?' a photo of Los Angeles Sheriff Department Commander Steven D. Katz was mistakenly used in the program. FOX regrets the error and extends an apology to Commander Katz and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.”

7:25 AM PT -- Critical Content -- the company behind the special -- issued an apology, saying, "Critical Content apologizes to Commander Steve Katz of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, whose photo was mistakenly included in last night’s airing of 'Who Shot Biggie and Tupac?' He is not the Steven Katz of the Los Angeles Police Department mentioned in the program."

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is irate at FOX over its "Who Shot Biggie & Tupac?" special that accused a Sheriff's commander of bungling the investigation, and the Department is demanding an apology.

The show, hosted by Ice-T and Soledad O'Brien, misidentified Commander Stephen D. Katz as the lead investigator into Biggie's murder. The show repeatedly showed Katz' face and his badge and said the way he handled the case was disgraceful. All incorrect, the Dept. says ... he had nothing to do with the investigation.

In fact, the Sheriff's Dept. says they had no involvement in Biggie's investigation ... it was all LAPD.

The Sheriff's Dept. is demanding a public apology and retraction from FOX, claiming the references to Katz and the Dept. were defamatory.

We reached out to FOX .. so far, no word back.

Jason Derulo doesn't have to say a word about his home burglary if he doesn't want to ... because the sheer number of dudes in his crew speaks volumes.

We got Jason Monday night going into Ace of Diamonds in WeHo, where our photog tried asking him about the recent break-in at his home in L.A. -- namely, if he's beefing up security in the aftermath of getting jacked to the tune of $300k in cash and jewelry.

He's mum on what exactly he plans to do on that front, but watch what happens as he makes his way up the stairs ... at least 5 dudes pop up, almost out of nowhere.

The estate of a man who died after slipping and falling at a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert has filed a lawsuit, claiming the concert set the wheels in motion for his death.

Thomas Decort went to the Wells Fargo Center in Philly on February 12 to catch the show. According to the lawsuit, while he was walking to his seat in a pitch-black area he slipped and fell, hitting his head, neck and back on the floor. He also tore a tendon in his knee, which required surgery.

During the surgery, Decort suffered a pulmonary embolism and died on the operating table.

Taylor Swift's latest obsessed fan won't be facing a jury of his peers anytime soon -- the judge says he's mentally unfit to stand trial.

Mohammed Jaffar had a court hearing Monday in New York, where a judge declared he couldn't be tried on the stalking charge against him in his current state, and would remain in custody -- at a mental health facility -- until he is fit for trial.

We broke the story ... Jaffar showed warning signs of his obsession with Taylor as early as 2014 through tweets that became more brazen and troubling over time.

He was busted earlier this year when cops discovered he'd been camping out on the roof of Taylor's building, and buzzed her doorbell for an hour straight.

TMZ Sports obtained video of ex-NFL superstar Albert Haynesworth calmly explaining to police how his baby mama repeatedly "kicked me in the nuts" during an alleged domestic violence incident ... even the cop is shocked.

We broke the story ... Haynesworth called police on ex-NCAA basketball star Brittany Jackson on Jan. 10 claiming she physically abused him in front of other people after boozing at a friendly gathering.

When cops arrived, Haynesworth tells the cop Jackson flew into a jealous rage and tried to hit him in the face and the groin.

Haynesworth tells the cop, "She kicked me in the nuts a couple of times."

The officer replies, "The nuts?!"

Haynesworth says, "Oh yeah."

In the video, Haynesworth -- 6'6", 350 lbs -- says he's already called police on Jackson 10 to 12 times during their 17-month relationship.

Ultimately, Haynesworth told cops he did not want to press charges on Jackson that night -- and the officer advised both parties to take some time apart to cool off.

Now, the relationship has completely imploded -- and we're told both sides are weighing their legal options.
