Shaun White's sexual harassment accuser -- his former bandmate Lena Zawaideh -- is furious he referred to the case as "gossip" ... and she's carefully unloading on him, through her attorney, in a way to avoid violating the terms of her settlement.

"Yesterday, Shaun White used the word 'gossip' to refer to the past sexual harassment lawsuit by his former drummer ... our client," says Lena's lawyer, Lawrance Bohm.

He continues ... "There are powerful legal forces at play which prevent Ms. Zawaideh from speaking about the allegations and ultimate outcome of the sexual harassment case."

"Before Mr. White made his comments, [Lena] believed that this matter was in the past and she was happy to put the situation behind her ... Unfortunately, by his recent comments and conduct, Mr. White has minimized the problem of sexual harassment in this country."

"Mr. White's comments, on the world stage, directly impugn the character of Ms. Zawaideh. No woman wants to be called a 'gossip' or a liar by the harasser. Minimizing sexual harassment maximizes the harm to Ms. Zawaideh."

He concludes ... "Hopefully, before our country declares someone 'the best of the U.S.' there will be investigation and due diligence."

As we reported ... White apologized on the "Today" show Wednesday for dismissing his sexual harassment case as "gossip" when an ABC reporter asked him about the allegations possibly tarnishing his legacy. The question came up at the media conference following Shaun's gold medal run on the men's half-pipe Tuesday.

We broke the story ... White was sued by Zawaideh in August 2016 for allegedly sexually harassing her for years, and had text messages to back it up. She claimed during her 7-year run with the band, White would text her penis pics, sex videos involving fecal matter and demanded she change her hairstyle.

White denied the allegations, but ultimately settled the case with Lena in May 2017.

Ex-MLB star Esteban Loaiza is fighting the charges in his cocaine smuggling case -- pleading not guilty to possessing more than 40 POUNDS of blow.

The 46-year-old former All-Star pitcher appeared in court in his jailhouse jumpsuit -- where his lawyer told the judge he denies all of the allegations against him.

As we previously reported, cops say Loaiza had a "sophisticated" drug smuggling compartment in his vehicle -- and when they searched his home, they found the motherload. Officials say Loaiza kept the drugs in a home just steps away from a preschool.

Prosecutors say Loaiza had come back from a trip to Mexico on the same day he was arrested.

He's facing multiple felony criminal charges including possession of cocaine for sale.

The judge set Loaiza's bail at $250,000 after prosecutors argued that he's a flight risk. The judge ordered him not to leave San Diego without permission from the court.

Scott Baio has threatened to sue Nicole Eggert, Alexander Polinsky, Lisa Bloom and anyone else he claims has defamed him with false allegations of sexual abuse and harassment.

Scott's rep, Brian Glicklich, says Scott denies every single claim made against him. During the news conference, Glicklich and Scott's lawyer, Jennifer McGrath, said Eggert and Polinsky have had "ever-changing stories" and point to an interview Eggert did where she said, "I would love to work with him [Scott] again and am friends with his wife."

They went on to say Nicole has a track record of making false claims. As for Eggert's demand for an apology, they say Scott will not apologize for things he never did.

Glicklich called this a "media witch hunt" by people "hungry for publicity."

As for Polinsky's claim that he was sexually harassed and even physically assaulted on the set when he was 11 and 12, Baio's team says there were hundreds of people on the set yet no one reported any act of abuse.

And Baio's reps called BS on Polinsky for saying he was not ready to take a call from Scott a decade ago where Scott was going to apologize, and they pointed to photos of the 2 of them with their arms around each other 7 years ago at Scott's birthday party.

The current owners of the Murder House from "American Horror Story" say these videos and photos of fans swarming around their home show exactly why they're suing the previous owner.

The videos are pretty insane -- some fans climbed into a dumpster as it was raised by a garbage truck ... just to get a peek over the fence! Another fan seemed to nap in the front yard, while another chilled right on the porch.

As we reported, Ernst Von Schwarz and Angela Oakenfold are suing the home's previous owner, claiming they were never told the house was on 'AHS,' and has become a "macabre tourist attraction." Even when fans aren't trespassing, they're lined up by the dozens outside the chain link fence.

Schwarz and Oakenfold -- who paid $3.2 million for the mansion in 2014 -- were on "TMZ Live" Wednesday. They wanted to make it clear they don't hate 'AHS' fans, but some go too far, and make them feel unsafe at home.

Meek Mill wants out of prison immediately because the Philly police officer who busted him has a history of making dirty arrests ... according to new docs filed in his case.

Meek says officer Reginald Graham is the cop who arrested him in 2007 for drug possession. As we've reported, the rapper's been on probation ever since then, and he's currently in prison for violating that probation.

But according to docs, obtained by TMZ, Graham's testimony against Meek should be thrown out ... because another officer, Gerold Gibson, says Graham lied when he said Meek pointed a gun at him. Gibson says Meek merely took a gun out of his waistband to discard it, according to the docs. He also says Graham lied about Meek resisting arrest.

Meek's legal team is raising the issue due to a recent Philadelphia Inquirer report about a list of Philly cops with a history of lying, abuse and racial bias. The report claims Graham frequently stole money during arrests and beat up suspects.

In the docs, Meek says Graham admitted to a fellow officer he'd roughed up Meek during his arrest.

Brynn Cameron has filed a palimony lawsuit against her baby daddy, Blake Griffin, claiming he shamelessly abandoned her and their children for Kendall Jenner.

The lawsuit slams Griffin as a heartless cad who left his fiancee after "cruelly embarrassing his family with his public fawning over Kendall Jenner."

Brynn and Blake were on and off for 8 years, they have 2 children together and were engaged, but he called off the wedding last year and then set his sights on Kendall.

Brynn uses Blake's own set of circumstances -- being traded by the Clippers to Detroit after being promised he was the future of the L.A. team -- saying, "Griffin himself, however, knows very well what breaching promises is all about. After all, Griffin had no problem trading Brynn Cameron, his former fiancee, and the mother of his 2 children, for reality television star Kendall Jenner."

According to the lawsuit, filed on Valentine's Day by high-powered celebrity lawyer Bryan Freedman, Griffin made repeated pledges to Cameron, promising to support her after insisting she abandon her sports marketing job and interior design business.

The suit says Brynn did everything for Blake ... "Cameron was not just the mother of Griffin's children and their caregiver, she was also a constant support for Griffin -- his personal assistant, meal planner, scheduler, stylist, publicist, party planner, nurse, nutritionist, branding expert, therapist, cheerleader, basketball and fitness consultant, and more."

In her suit, Brynn included love letters she received from "Blakey" reiterating how thankful he was for "all of the sacrifices" Cameron had made for him "and their family."

The suit also claims she counseled Griffin on how to deal with bad blood between him and Clippers teammate Chris Paul, claiming she advised him on how to be a better leader in the team's locker room when he was being shown up by Paul. She says the 2 had "mounting tension" between them because he felt it was no longer his team ... it was Paul's.

According to the lawsuit, "[Cameron] strengthened Griffin's bond with his teammates and allowed the organization to see a different side of his personality rather than the hard-partying man-child Griffin had been prior to their cohabitation."

Brynn essentially sums it up, saying, "Griffin cared more about the glamour of dating a Hollywood celebrity than the day-to-day responsibilities of being a father and family man."

And she says Blake -- who signed a $173 MILLION contract back in June -- left her in desperate straits ... "While Griffin is continuing to earn millions from his NBA and endorsement deals, Cameron and their children are homeless and cash-strapped. In Griffin's absence, Cameron's brother has had to provide Cameron and the children with financial support."

The suit doesn't specify an exact amount she wants -- but it's definitely in the millions of dollars.

Blake Griffin's ex, Brynn Cameron, claims the NBA star dumped her ONE WEEK before their wedding date because she wouldn't sign a prenup ... and then jetted to Vegas to party without her.

In her lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, Brynn claims the NBA star made an oral agreement with her back in 2013 that she would quit her job to raise their kids so he could focus on getting a max NBA contract, worth more than $170 mil.

In exchange, Brynn says Griffin "promised explicitly that, whatever the future might hold, he would take care of [Cameron] financially and provide her a home for the rest of her life."

Brynn says she and Blake were slated to tie the knot in St. Barth's on July 28, 2017 -- but one month before the wedding, he demanded she sign a prenup.

Brynn shut him down -- claiming the prenup contradicted the oral agreement they made in 2013.

Blake then called off the wedding 1 week before the date -- and Blake sent a note to guests saying, "Brynn and I take this commitment to each other seriously and want to ensure it is done in the right way."

Instead, Brynn says ... Blake "immediately embarked on a high-profile affair with [Kendall Jenner]. The next weekend, on what would have been his wedding day, he was partying in Vegas."

Byrnn says she and Blake began couples therapy -- but he was still seeing Jenner on the side.

It was then Brynn says Blake stopped paying her "full financial support commensurate with her lifestyle and her share of their joint property."

Nicole Eggert's co-star Alexander Polinsky claims Scott Baio exposed his genitals to him and called him a homophobic slur when he was just 11 years old.

Polinsky made the damning allegations Wednesday at a news conference flanked by Eggert and his attorney, Lisa Bloom. Polinsky claimed Baio sexually harassed him and ultimately assaulted him -- with a cup of hot tea to the face -- between the ages of 11 and 15 years old.

The former child star claimed during his first year on "Charles in Charge," Baio called him a "f****t" after witnessing Eggert on Baio's lap. Polinsky alleged Baio "pulled down my pants in front of over 100 people."

Perhaps, the most bizarre allegation -- Polinksky claims Baio exposed his genitals through a hole he'd cut in Polinsky's private dressing room.

Polinsky says he doesn't intend to sue Baio, but he does want a public apology. Eggert was also at the news conference, and got emotional while talking to reporters.

Warren Sapp didn't see this coming!!!!

The NFL Hall of Famer got SERVED with a lawsuit in his battery case by a process server PRETENDING TO BE A FAN ... and executed the trick play to perfection!

As we previously reported, Sapp is being sued by a woman who claims Sapp drunkenly bowled her over at a 2015 Super Bowl party in Arizona. She claims she suffered major injuries as a result.

The woman's attorneys had been trying to serve Sapp for more than a year but couldn't quite track him down -- they felt he was "actively avoiding the process server."

So, they sent a guy to a Sapp autograph session he had been promoting, hoping Warren would show up -- and they could finally slap him with the complaint and summons to appear in court.

The plan worked to perfection ... an unsuspecting Sapp even put his arm around the guy to pose for a photo before he dropped the bomb on him.

Nicole Eggert's co-star, Alexander Polinsky, will hold a news conference today addressing what his lawyer, Lisa Bloom, calls "the sexual harassment abuse he alleges against the actor Scott Baio," and Baio's team is declaring all-out war, saying they will expose Eggert, Polinsky and Bloom as "sleaze mongers."

Bloom's news conference is scheduled for 9:30 AM PT. It's unclear why Polinsky has lawyered up ... whether he has a claim against Baio. The press release has been interpreted by some outlets as Polinsky alleging sexual abuse, but that seems to be a leap because, as we reported, he met with LAPD detectives last week to describe alleged abuse he witnessed.

As for Baio ... his news conference is scheduled for 2 PM PT at his lawyer's office. His spokesperson, Brian Glicklich, tells TMZ, "Nicole Eggert, Alexander Polinsky and their attorney have brought a media circus to town, complete with false allegations, misleading insinuations, and pure sleaze mongering. If they wish to have a public conversation about their histories and motives, it will present a very different picture of why they are making these allegations."

We don't know if Baio will be at his lawyer's news conference.

Shaun White says he's "truly sorry" for referring to his sexual harassment case as "gossip" -- saying, "It was a poor choice of words to describe such a sensitive subject in the world today."

The snowboarding legend appeared on the "Today" show early Wednesday to address the comments he made during Tuesday night's post-Olympic media conference ... where he was asked about the graphic sexual harassment suit filed against him in 2016.

TMZ Sports broke the story back in August 2016 ... White was sued by his female bandmember, Lena Zawaideh, who claimed White would text her penis pics, sex videos involving fecal matter and forced her to style her hair in a way that appeased him during her 7-year run with the group.

White denied the allegations -- but ultimately settled the case with Zawaideh in May 2017, the terms of which were not disclosed.

But Tuesday night in South Korea -- right after White won gold in the men's halfpipe -- he was asked by an ABC reporter to address the allegations. White said he was there to talk about the Olympics, not "gossip."

A second reporter wanted to ask follow-up questions about the case, but was shut down by the moderator.

Luann de Lesseps ain't afraid of no felony charges, apparently ... because she's rejecting a plea deal offer from prosecutors.

The 'Real Housewives of NY' star's attorney was in court Wednesday morning for a hearing on her drunk and disorderly arrest in Palm Beach on Christmas Eve. Prosecutors offered her a deal during the hearing ... and her side turned it down.

Prosecutors didn't lay out details of their offer.

Rejecting the deal is a pretty bold move on Luann's part. She's been charged with a felony count of resisting an officer with violence for the incident -- not to mention 2 misdemeanors ... trespassing and disorderly intoxication.

Why did WWE superstar Shelton Benjamin fear his life was in danger when he found a LOADED GUN in the glove compartment of his Budget rental car?

"Me being a big black guy in a car with a gun in it? There's no way that scenario ends well for me if the cops come."

Yeah, that REALLY happened to Shelton last week in Kansas City -- where he discovered a loaded Ruger pistol with a spare clip that somebody else had left in the glove box.

Shelton says his mind raced when he first saw the gun -- wondering if it was used in a crime and if cops would wrongly think it belonged to him.

But Shelton handled things the right way -- saying he called police immediately and explained the situation ... and cops were cool when they came to collect the weapon.

In fact, cops told Shelton they see similar situations with guns left in rental cars "all the time."

Yeesh.

We reached out to Budget for comment -- so far, no word back.

Hopefully, Shelton gets some free rentals out of the situation ...

Feb 14. 3:20 AM PT -- Guillod's rep tells TMZ, "David Guillod vehemently denies these allegations and is fully cooperating with the investigation as he did in 2012. He looks forward to clearing his name and the truth coming out."

The rep goes on, "In 2012, the LAPD investigated this claim and closed their investigation after witnesses contradicted Ms. Barth's statements and a saliva DNA sample collected came back as a positive match to Danny Cusumano, Ms. Barth's boyfriend, at the time, which she was having an affair with while she was married. Ms. Barth is now married to Mr. Cusumano and the truth is just starting to become clear."

8:19 PM PT -- The warrant says just after the alleged incident a DNA sample was taken that revealed the DNA on Jessica's hickeys was that of her boyfriend and not Guillod or her husband.

Hollywood producer David Guillod -- who's been accused of sexual assault by at least 4 women, including actress Jessica Barth -- is now under the microscope of investigators ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs ... a warrant's been issued to collect the DNA of the "Atomic Blonde" producer in connection with claims made by Barth that Guillod drugged and raped her in 2012.

In the docs, the LAPD detective handling the case says Barth claims she went to dinner with Guillod and a friend, drank a lot of wine, began feeling drowsy and can't recall anything after that. She says the next thing she recalled was coming to in her car with Guillod standing outside the vehicle and yelling at her.

She went to the hospital for a rape kit and the exam revealed a bruise on her left thigh, a bruise on her forehead and potential saliva on her breast and neck.

She says she had hickeys on her neck and asked Guillod if they had sex and he said no, but said they did have a makeout session.

The docs make it clear ... the LAPD has re-opened the investigation. The initial allegations were investigated but the case was closed in 2014. Cops say it was re-opened after "new allegations" surfaced. Cops also say they never collected a DNA sample from Guillod, so they are looking to do that now.

Guillod stepped down as co-CEO of Primary Wave Entertainment in November after Barth went public with accusations. Shortly after, 3 more women came forward with similar stories of being drugged and raped.

Steve Harvey just won a big battle in his legal fight with his ex-wife ... a judge has dismissed her $60 million lawsuit against him.

Mary Harvey sued for mental anguish. She says she was suicidal in the wake of their bitter divorce back in 2005. She even claimed Steve damaged her soul. She sued for child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, kidnapping, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Steve denied he did anything untoward.

John Cena is giving Ford a little attitude adjustment of his own -- telling the car company to take their lawsuit over his old $500,000 supercar and shove it.

We broke the story ... Ford claims it sold Cena a super rare "limited edition" Ford GT supercar -- 647 horsepower, 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine with an MSRP of $450,000.

Ford claims they only selected a few people for the privilege of buying the car -- and Cena was one of the lucky ones (Justin Verlander and Joey Logano also own the whip).

The caveat, according to Ford, owners CANNOT resell the car during the initial 24 months of ownership. Ford claims Cena broke the rules and flipped his ride for a profit. They're suing Cena for every penny he got from the sale.

But in new court docs filed in district court in Michigan, John says he did nothing wrong -- because the final contract he signed said nothing about a 24-month no-resale clause.

Cena says Ford screwed up by not putting the sale restriction in the final binding contract -- and he shouldn't be punished because they suck at paperwork.

Now, he's asking the judge to throw out the case against him.
