Aldon Smith isn't exactly rolling over in his domestic violence case -- the embattled NFL star just pled not guilty to assault charges stemming from a March 3 incident involving his fiancee.

Smith was hit with 4 misdemeanor charges -- domestic violence, assault w/ force likely to produce great bodily injury, false imprisonment and vandalism.

Smith's fiancee previously told us the NFL player bit her during an alcohol-fueled rage. He checked himself into a rehab center the very next day.

Now, San Francisco District Attorney spokesperson Alex Bastian tells us Smith appeared in court Monday for his arraignment and pled not guilty.

Slash claims a man tried make his way into the guitarist's home during a Super Bowl party by convincing Slash's girlfriend he was a friend ... and Slash is so concerned and scared he's gone to court for a restraining order.

Slash claims when he was turned down by the woman, he rang the doorbell several times and got so angry he violently bashed the security camera.

Two weeks later, Slash says the guy showed up at an invitation-only party, claiming to be Slash's friend. When he was turned away he sat on his motorcycle in the parking lot revving his engine.

It's unclear why the guy wanted to get at Slash so badly, but it was enough to scare him into run to court.

The judge granted a temporary restraining order.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's ex, Nick Gordon, was the one who called cops and sounded frantic on the phone, claiming his girlfriend was losing it on him ... according to the 911 call.

In the audio, obtained by TMZ, you can hear Gordon crying and sobbing on the phone, saying he "sounds so lame because I'm getting beat up by a woman." He claims she threw a bottle at him.

As we reported ... Gordon was taken into custody Saturday after police responded to a possible domestic violence incident. He told cops his girlfriend, Laura Leal, had attacked him out of nowhere ... but she claims he beat her on the ride home from a bar.

The arresting officer says he saw visible marks on Leal and placed Gordon under arrest. He'd been released on bail as of Sunday evening.

As for the Brown family, Bobby says he's willing to help Leal with services through the Bobbi Kristina Brown Serenity House in the hope she could avoid the same fate as his daughter. Gordon was arrested for another alleged domestic violence incident last year as well.

Mischa Barton straight-up denies crashing a U-Haul into an apartment building ... and we're guessing she'll deal with this fairly incriminating video once she gets to court.

TMZ broke the story ... the homeowners' association at The Park Wellington Condos in WeHo sued Mischa, alleging she misjudged the height of the carport before slamming into it and causing nearly $27k in damages. Mischa's now filed docs, obtained by TMZ, and she's denying it all.

It's a common move in civil cases to make a blanket denial, but we're guessing the video will be a tough thing to overcome. It shows Mischa clearly shaken right after the crash.

As we reported ... Park Wellington first tried to get Mischa's then-bf, Adam Spaw, to cover the damage, since he rented the truck. That insurance claim was denied, so now the HOA is going after Mischa, who is listed as the driver in the police report.

The crash came less than a month after Mischa's infamous meltdown.

Dennis Rodman just pled guilty to two counts of misdemeanor DUI stemming from a January arrest in Newport Beach ... but he's somehow managed to stay out of jail -- at least for now.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Rodman was busted around 11 PM on Jan. 13 when cops saw him swerving and blasting music with a blood alcohol level of .21 -- more than double the legal limit.

The big issue for Rodman ... he was on probation at the time for a 2016 wrong way car crash and had been ordered to stay clean or else face jail.

But Rodman struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty and, in exchange, he only got 9 months of an alcohol program.

His probation was revoked -- but is now reinstated -- and instead of sending Rodman to jail, he was essentially given a slap on the wrist and told that if he messes up again in the next 2 years, he'll go to jail for 90 days.

Rodman went to rehab immediately after the arrest and insists he's now sober and plans to stay that way.

After 24 years any mystery surrounding the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman is over ... because O.J. Simpson confessed.

FOX aired "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?" Sunday night and Simpson walked publisher Judith Regan through what happened on June 12, 1994. He starts out adamant -- he was just talking hypothetically, which is weird, because if he didn't do it what's his basis for creating the hypothetical.

Simpson starts by talking about his "friend Charlie" ... whom he says for some reason went to Nicole's to snoop around. He says Charlie came over to Simpson's home, told him what was going on and Simpson responded, "Whatever is going on it's gotta stop!" Unfortunately, Regan didn't ask Simpson what Charlie said was going on.

Simpson says, hypothetically, he and Charlie drove to Nicole's with a cap, gloves and a knife under the seat and parked in the alley. Simpson says he walked around the property and Ron Goldman appeared, saying he was at the restaurant where Nicole dined and was returning the sunglasses her mom left behind.

Simpson says he got angry at Ron -- presumably thinking he was there on a date with Nicole -- and started screaming at him. Nicole came out, things got heated, she told O.J. to get the f*** off her property, and then he says Nicole fell and hurt herself. In fact, he swung the knife at her and hit her in the face with the blunt end.

Now the confession ... Simpson loses the hypo and starts talking very clearly -- undeniably -- in first person, saying Ron got in a karate stance, O.J. responded, "You think you can kick my ass?" and then he says, "I remember I grabbed the knife." O.J. eventually checks himself when he realizes he's talking in first person and actually starts laughing ... seriously. Check out the video for the rest.

By the way ... he also acknowledges dropping a glove on the property, which totally blows up the theory cops planted a glove.

Case closed.

Bobby Brown says he's willing to do whatever it takes to make sure Nick Gordon's girlfriend doesn't suffer the same fate as Bobbi Kristina.

Bobby -- through his attorney Christopher Brown -- says he'd like to personally lend a helping hand to Laura Leal, and offer her services through the Bobbi Kristina Brown Serenity House. Bobby says, "Domestic violence killed my daughter ... I do not want to see any more families destroyed at the hands of domestic violence and I do not want any more women to suffer like my daughter did."

The offer comes a day after Gordon's arrest for domestic violence. As we reported ... Leal told cops he struck her several times after picking him up from a bar. Cops noticed visible marks and arrested Gordon.

A rep for Page says, "Authorities intervened in a private matter against the wishes of both parties, resulting in the arrest." He adds it was an isolated incident, and Page and the woman will address it privately "as a couple moving forward."

The rep denies there was any abuse.

"S.W.A.T." star Page Kennedy has been arrested for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

The 41-year-old actor, whose credits include "Bones" and "Cold Case," was allegedly in a fight at his home Saturday night with a woman. Law enforcement tells TMZ the verbal argument turned physical and someone called 911.

When cops arrived they discovered the alleged victim had minor injuries, and that was enough for cops to cuff Kennedy and take him to the station.

Kate Upton has refused to be interviewed by a lawyer who was hired by the Special Committee of the Board Directors of Guess to investigate her claim Chief Creative Officer Paul Marciano sexually assaulted her.

Upton had said publicly she would cooperate with the Guess investigation, but then changed her position when she learned the law firm that was involved in the probe was Marciano's personal law firm. She called it "smoke and mirrors" and a "PR stunt to impress shareholders."

TMZ has learned the Special Committee hired Glaser Weil, a high-powered L.A. law firm that has no ties to Guess or Marciano, to conduct the investigation. Marciano's personal firm is now out of the picture.

Our sources say attorney Patty Glaser contacted Upton's lawyer and asked if Upton would now sit for an interview. We're told Upton's lawyer said his client would not do the interview with Glaser because some of the information in the probe was already gathered by Marciano's law firm, so the investigation was tainted.

We're told Glaser assured the lawyer she was the only one in charge of the investigation, she had no preconceptions and wanted to be fair to both sides. Her lawyer didn't budge ... at least not so far.

Upton has claimed Marciano grabbed her breasts and forcibly kissed her neck and face, among other things, during a photo shoot in 2010.

Marciano is currently on hiatus from Guess after a number of other women lodged complaints.

O.J. Simpson no longer has black America's backing because they all know now what they refused to believe then -- O.J. is guilty of double murder ... so says 'People v. O.J.' star Keesha Sharp.

We got the actress who played Dale Cochran, Johnnie's wife, outside The Jeremy Hotel in WeHo and asked if she was gonna be watching FOX's special, "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?" She seemed iffy about it, but regardless had some strong feelings about O.J.

Keesha's adamant people didn't need to watch the special to know what they've ultimately come to realize -- O.J. killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman on the night of June 12, 1994.

WWE superstar Jeff Hardy -- one half of the Hardy Boyz -- was arrested Saturday night after cops say he drunkenly crashed his car in North Carolina while THREE TIMES the legal limit.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the 40-year-old was involved in a single-car crash and admitted to being the driver of the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan.

Cops say he submitted to a breath test and blew a .25 -- more than three times the legal limit. He was immediately booked for misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated and is due back in court in April.

WWE addressed the arrest, saying ... "Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions. We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials."

Hardy has a history with the law ... back in 2011, he served time in jail stemming from a 2009 cocaine and prescription pill arrest.

As if being accused of domestic violence isn't bad enough ... the wife of NFL lineman Roy Miller now claims he's a vindictive alcoholic who's trying to drain the family's bank account to leave her high and dry.

30-year-old Miller was cut by the Kansas City Chiefs back in November following a domestic violence arrest in Florida -- despite signing a 1-year, $1.4 million deal before the season.

Now, Miller's wife has hit Roy with divorce papers -- and also got a temporary restraining order against him claiming the Nov. attack, in which he ripped hair out of her head, occurred in front of one of their kids.

Miller's wife also claims he's been drinking excessively and it's impaired his ability to parent.

But, on top of all that ... Miller's wife claims she noticed the NFL player has been taking HUGE amounts of money out of their joint bank account -- more than $400,000 -- and she's concerned he's trying to hide the cash before she gets her cut in the divorce.

Miller has reportedly made more than $17 mil in his NFL career.

Chris Darden is incredulous Kanye West would dare sport a "Free OJ" t-shirt, especially now that he has flat-out confessed to the murders of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson on the Fox special.

Darden was on a panel that discussed OJ's belated mea culpa and he's livid at the naysayers who fought for Simpson's freedom. He says the people who should have unbridled anger are the Goldmans and the Browns, but Chris's outrage is right there.

He says he saw Kanye on TV wearing the t-shirt and had words for him. And the words are on point and chilling ... "You freed him ... and look at what you freed."

3/12/18 -- As of Sunday evening, Gordon has officially been released on bail.

11:37 AM PT -- According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Gordon told cops his girlfriend refused to leave his residence after throwing a bottle at him and ripping his shirt. He claims she attacked him for no reason, and that she was "crazy."

But according to Gordon's GF, per police, she picked up Gordon from a bar and that while driving back he allegedly struck her in the right side of her face several times. She also says in the report that he pulled her hair and told her he should make her crash her car. Once home, she claims they got into another verbal altercation.

The arresting officer says he saw visible marks on the GF, and placed Gordon under arrest even though the woman refused to press charges.

Nick Gordon, who has been under the microscope for years in the death of Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina, has been arrested for domestic violence.

Gordon was arrested by cops in Seminole, Florida for an incident referred to as "battery-touch or strike." It is listed as a domestic violence case. He posted a $500 bond, but has not been released as of yet.

As TMZ reported, Gordon was under scrutiny in connection with Bobbi Kristina's death in 2015. There were allegations of domestic violence in the house just before she was found dead in a bathtub.

The investigation has never been closed. Gordon lost a wrongful death suit and is on the hook for $36 million to Bobbi Kristina's estate.

One of the investors on "Shark Tank" says he'd shell out the dough to buy Martin Shkreli's rare Wu-Tang Clan album now that he's going to jail ... but there's a catch.

Our camera guy ran into Fubu founder Daymond John, who tells us he'd absolutely be willing to drop $2 million Wu-Tang album, "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" -- but wouldn't just sit on it like Shkreli did ... he'd make his money back by selling it to the public.

It's a smart business move -- the guy's on 'ST' after all -- but the record might not even be up for grabs in the long run. The feds say they'll seize Shkreli's property if he can't pay his victims restitution on the heels of a 7-year prison sentence in his securities fraud case.

Ex-"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Althea Eaton won't be prosecuted for smacking her baby daddy, Benzino, upside his head, and she can partially thank Benzino himself for that.

TMZ broke the story ... Althea and Benzino had a domestic dispute a few weeks ago, and things got out of control when she whacked Benzino in front of cops. Althea was promptly arrested and booked for misdemeanor battery.

But, the City Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... the case was rejected because Benzino suffered no actual injuries. Other than, maybe ... his ego. More importantly, we're told Benzino didn't want to press charges.
