Nick Gordon is back on the radar of Georgia authorities who are still investigating Bobbi Kristina's death ... after his recent domestic violence arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office tell us investigators are aware of Gordon's arrest in Seminole County this past weekend, and they are factoring that into their Bobbi Kristina homicide investigation.

As we reported ... Gordon was a person of interest when her case initially became a homicide investigation in 2015, although he was never criminally charged in connection with her death. He was, however, found liable for BK's death in a civil lawsuit and ordered to pay $36 million.

Here's why this latest news matters ... Gordon's other DV arrest from last year (with the same girl) also went under a microscope in GA. At the time, the Fulton County Assistant D.A. said her team had interviewed Gordon's GF, and that she "had a lot to say."

The Asst. D.A. also said their interview with the alleged victim, Laura Leal, moved them closer to figuring out the truth behind the circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina's death.

You gotta wonder if they're gonna wanna talk to Leal again, and what more -- if anything -- she can tell them that'd help them close this case or break it wide open ... a case that has lingered for 3 years.

T.J. Miller and his driver -- who he allegedly beat up after the 2 had an argument over Donald Trump -- are letting bygones be bygones ... because they reached a settlement.

According to new legal docs ... the "Silicon Valley" star and Wilson Deon Thomas III came to an agreement last Thursday that will put the alleged beatdown case to bed. It's unclear what the terms were, but we're guessing the driver got some cash from the comedian.

We broke the story ... Miller was arrested in December 2016 for allegedly striking his driver in the head and shoulder after he got mad at him for being a Trump supporter. The driver claimed T.J. was getting high on Whip-Its before the attack.

The family of one of the victims of the New York City helicopter crash has sued the helicopter company, claiming the pilot failed to properly protect his passenger.

Trevor Cadigan was on the chopper that went down Sunday in the East River. He, along with the 4 other passengers, perished when the chopper sank. The pilot, Richard Vance, was the only survivor.

According to the lawsuit, the pilot allegedly failed to maintain proper control of the chopper, failed to properly perform emergency procedures and failed to properly secure personal items within the helicopter. There are reports the pilot claims a piece of luggage may have hit the fuel-control cutoff valve, which caused the chopper to lose power.

Perhaps the key to the lawsuit ... it alleges the helicopter company did not provide the appropriate number of knives, if any, to cut the passengers out of their nylon harnesses. The suit also claims the harnesses were attached from the back by a metal ring, which is a death trap because it does not permit passengers to reach and activate release mechanisms.

The suit also takes a shot at Vance, saying he didn't take reasonable steps to save his passengers after he secured his own release.

And the suit goes on ... the yellow inflatable pontoons did not properly and timely inflate to prevent the chopper from flipping on its side.

Meek Mill made an appearance at a rally thrown for him in Philly this week -- but he did it from behind bars ... and over the phone.

The rapper phoned in to the Reform Philly rally Tuesday through his attorney, Joe Tacopina, who put him on speaker and let him talk into the mic. The rally is aimed at "Bringing Injustice to Light," and was partially created with Meek in mind ... #Justice4Meek.

Meek thanked his supporters for coming out and expressed his appreciation for their continued efforts to get him released from prison. He also talked about his love for Philly, as well as his rough upbringing. He said his long probation sentence at age 18 held him down.

Miley Cyrus needs to stop making money off "We Can't Stop" ... according to an Jamaican dancehall artist who claims her hit would be nothing without his 1988 classic.

The singer from Jamrock goes by Flourgon, and in his lawsuit he says Miley's 2013 song borrows heavily from his tune, "We Run Things." Mind you, Flourgon's song never charted in the U.S., and it came out 4 years before Miley was born, but anyway ... here's his claim.

In the docs, Flourgon isn't saying Miley stole his music, or even a single line from his song. Instead, he says she jacked his "unique and creative lyrical phraseology in order to establish an overarching and pervasive theme ... in the realm of self-discovery and self-governings."

We'll try to translate. Mr. Flourgon seems to thinks Miley's declaration of not stopping ... is the same thing as him saying he runs things.

Hmmm ... listen to the songs, and decide for yourself. Flourgon is suing Miley and Sony to block further distribution, sales, and performances of "We Can't Stop" ... and, of course, for money.

They have really strong weed in Jamaica, right?

The woman who played Kes on "Star Trek: Voyager" has come crashing back down to Earth, courtesy of cops in Tennessee ... who keep busting her for driving when she shouldn't be.

Law enforcement tells us Jennifer Lien was arrested March 2 for driving on a revoked license, which should have sounded very familiar to her. Cops hauled her in for the same exact thing earlier that week on Feb. 27!

We're told Lien was pulled over, for the 2nd time, because she was driving with no visible tags. Officers broke out the cuffs again when they discovered her license was revoked for a previous DUI.

Lien is working on quite the rap sheet near her Tennessee home. She was also charged in 2015 for exposing herself to children under the age of 13 -- although it was later dismissed when she paid restitution.

Julie Bowen's estranged husband wants her to pay up in their divorce case.

Scott Phillips filed legal docs and said he wants her to pay spousal support. That could be a hefty payout for Scott if he gets it -- Julie is reportedly making $500k per episode on "Modern Family" for seasons 9 and 10.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Scott said he also wants joint physical and legal custody of their 3 kids. But the biggy here is spousal support.

The "Modern Family" star is raking in tons of dough off the show, and there's also endorsement deals, including from Neutrogena. Forbes estimated she made about $10 million in 2016, alone.

TMZ broke the story ... Julie called it quits with her husband of 13 years when she filed for divorce back in February. As we reported ... their relationship had been on the rocks for some time.

The woman accusing Trey Songz of beating her senseless alleged the singer hit her so hard he gave her a concussion and she vomited ... and she wants an apology.

The woman, named Andrea Buera, gave a tearful news conference Tuesday flanked by her attorney, Lisa Bloom, and spoke publicly for the first time and in more detail about the alleged incident she claims went down over NBA All-Star Weekend in L.A.

Andrea -- who said she's known Trey for about 3 years -- said there were others who stood and watched as Trey allegedly beat her to the point he gave her a concussion. She wants those witnesses to come forward, and she wants an apology from Trey.

Bloom said an investigator allegedly hired by Trey has also gone after Andrea's family and she wants that to stop. Bloom added they've not filed a civil suit but it is possible.

We broke the story ... Trey and the woman were at a Hollywood Hills party when the singer allegedly struck her in the face repeatedly because she was talking to another man.

The woman -- who hired Bloom and went to court to get a restraining order against Trey -- claims he hit her with such force it was as if 2 men were fighting. She also claimed he choked her and threw 2 of her cell phones down a hill when she tried calling an Uber.

When Nas and Kelis go to war, their lawyers jump right in also ... according to Kelis, who says Nas' attorney is calling hers a "dick."

Of course, the exes have an ongoing dispute over their child and she just filed docs, obtained by TMZ, which describe a deposition for which she recently sat. Things apparently got very heated ... and Kelis says Nas' lawyer called her attorney a "fattie" and a "dick."

Kelis' attorney, Navid Moshtael, says he's used to being called names -- he's a lawyer, after all -- but says this is the first time it's come from an "experienced attorney" in front of clients and on the record.

Imagine the transcriber's fingers flying during the argument.

Ex-Oakland Raiders cornerback Sean Smith was just remanded into custody to begin a 1-year jail sentence after pleading guilty to felony assault stemming from a 2017 attack in Pasadena.

As we previously reported, Smith beat the hell out of his sister's boyfriend in Old Town Pasadena on July 4 -- punching and stomping the man so badly, he suffered 5 facial fractures.

The victim required major reconstructive surgery including a metal plate under his right eye.

Smith initially pled not guilty, but eventually struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty to felony assault by means of force likely to create great bodily injury.

In exchange, Smith got 1 year in jail and 5 years probation. The judge also told Smith he's not allowed to own a gun -- for the rest of his life. He's also ordered to pay the victim restitution.

Smith was handcuffed and taken into custody right in the courtroom to begin his sentence. He already has 1 day of credit under his belt -- so only 364 more days to go.

Attorney Shawn Holley, a member of O.J. Simpson's "Dream Team" that got him acquitted of double murder, says she was disturbed by Simpson's interview with Judith Regan, but it doesn't necessarily mean he committed the crime.

Holley, who worked for Johnnie Cochran during the trial, was a key member of the defense team. She says O.J. isn't stupid, and the only way he would have agreed to such an interview is if he spoke hypothetically and assumed the character of the murderer. She says he was told to behave in a certain way during the interview and he did that.

She admits its super weird for O.J. to assume the character of the man who murdered his ex-wife.

Holley says, at the time she and Johnnie represented Simpson, they believed in his innocence. As for whether her view is now shaken ... well, watch what she says.

The man claiming to be Charles Manson's grandson was just given the right to retrieve Manson's body for burial ... but this does not end the family fight for control.

Michael Brunner, the son of Charles Manson and Manson Family member Mary Brunner has just filed legal docs questioning whether Jason Freeman -- the man who was just given control of the body -- is actually the biological grandson of Manson. Brunner notes Freeman has been unwilling to take a DNA test to establish bloodline, and that makes him suspicious.

Brunner and Freeman are both vying for control of Manson's remains and his estate. The estate could be valuable because it can control the use of Manson's name and image. When you look at the estates of Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley, it's easy to understand how control can turn into money.

Harvey Levin interviewed Brunner in 1993 when he worked for KCBS in Los Angeles. Among the things they talked about ... whether Michael worried he might have a gene that could cause him to do horrible things like his dad.

Roger Mason is firing back at the BIG3 basketball league after he was fired as commissioner -- claiming the work environment has been "hostile and racist."

But BIG3 & Ice Cube say he's full of crap.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Mason got the ax from BIG3 on Monday for refusing to cooperate with a lawsuit against two Qatari investors who allegedly screwed the league out of millions of dollars.

BIG3 says Mason has a personal relationship with the investors -- that he may have taken gifts from them -- and he essentially chose siding with his friends over effectively doing his job as commish.

In fact, after BIG3 sued the investors, Mason commented on an Instagram photo featuring him with the two men saying, "#family."

But Mason is calling BS and claims the real problems center around BIG3 co-founder Jeff Kwatinetz -- who has "made countless unfounded attacks on my integrity, character, and leadership."

Mason suggests Kwatinetz targeted him, in part, because of his race.

"The work environment at BIG3 has been hostile and racist resulting in the departure of valuable League personnel. Among other matters, a former employee of BIG3 recently told me that Kwatinetz has repeatedly referred to black athletes as 'rich n**gers.'"

Mason says he's "disappointed" that other BIG3 execs -- including Ice Cube (who's black) -- would join with Kwatinetz in "leveling these desperate manufactured claims against me."

The widow of one of Toto's founding members says the band is screwing her out of her fair share of the money it continues to make off classic hits, like "Africa."

Susan Porcaro-Goings says her husband, Jeff Porcaro, left her in charge of his estate when he died in 1992 -- which means she should be getting his share of Toto's royalties. According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Susan says 2 surviving members -- Steve Lukather and David Paich -- are acting in concert to keep her in the dark when it comes to the band's finances.

Susan says she's made several requests for details on the band's revenue, but says she's getting incomplete info from Steve and David.

She points out, for the record, Jeff was part of Toto's foundation -- as co-founder with Paich. She says he came up with the band's name (after watching "Wizard of Oz"), and he also co-wrote "Africa" with Paich.

Lil Pump just got a recording contract with Warner Bros. Records and this time it looks like it's going to be binding.

This is the second round of trying to get a valid contract between Warner Bros. Records and Pump. The first contract was invalid because it was never validated by the court and he's a minor -- 17 years old.

According to the contract, Warner Bros. Records agrees to pay Pump an $8 million advance, and then $9,000 for the first year, $12k for the second and $15k for the 3rd through 7th contract years.

As for royalties, this is where Pump can score, getting 14% in the U.S. There are other royalties that are even higher. There are provisions that give him up to 66% in royalties depending on the format.

Mohamed Hadid is lashing out at the woman who claims he raped her by suing her for defamation.

Miranda Vee claimed on an Instagram post Guess co-founder Paul Marciano sexually harassed her and then "passed" her on to Hadid. She says she set up a professional meeting with Hadid, but it turned out to be the 2 of them, "just me, him & champagne where he date raped me in an a apartment."

The 69-year-old father of Bella and Gigi says he had a consensual meeting with the 23-year-old Vee, but she was in a plot to extort him and got $8k from her co-conspirators to have sex with Hadid and then set him up for an extortion demand.

We were told she signed an NDA after she threatened to go public with the story, which Hadid says is an outright lie. He calls her a "pathological liar."
