Charlie Sheen's joined the craze that's sweeping Hollywood ... nannies can be super fun to date.

Charlie's followed in the footsteps of Jude Law, Ben Affleck and Stephen Belafonte ... except he's not married.

Charlie's boo is 26-year-old Julia Stambler, a model who used to be the nanny to his 8-year-old twin boys. Charlie's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, hired Julia around the time Charlie was engaged to Brett Rossi.

And get this ... Brooke's the one who introduced Julia to Charlie!!!

Julia's been modeling for 3 years ... lots of bikini modeling. She was also an extra on "Entourage."

She's actually been dating Charlie for 3 months, but they kept it under the radar until this week.

Here's something for everyone ... a smokin' hot model in a bikini with her equally attractive soccer star boyfriend on a baller yacht in Spain.

The model is Izabel Goulart -- an international fashion model who famously worked with Victoria's Secret.

Her boyfriend is Kevin Trapp -- a German soccer star who plays for Paris Saint-Germain.

The two just took a trip to Cannes for the big film festival -- and apparently needed to blow off some steam with a yacht vacation off the coast of Ibiza.

We got Charlie heading into Giorgio Baldi Thursday in Santa Monica to celebrate his daughter's 12th birthday. He paused to launch into the day's burning topics -- Kathy Griffin and the Paris Climate Agreement pullout -- but showed his manners by first introducing us to Jules, his new lady friend.

Things got serious though when we asked if Kathy deserved to be fired from CNN -- and got even darker when he talked Trump and the environment.

Old flames are hard to extinguish -- especially after getting played by Scott Disick -- which might explain why Bella Thorne's glued to the hip of her ex, Gregg Sulkin, again.

Bella cheered on her ex-bf Thursday at his soccer match in L.A. The two have been spending a lot of time together since her trip to Cannes with Scott, which didn't end well.

Gregg's the better match ... he's 25, she's 19. Disick's 34.

Bella and Gregg dated for over a year before splitting last summer. Looks like another summer fling is in the cards.

"Workaholics" star Blake Anderson has more time to get weird, because his wife has filed for divorce.

Rachael Finley filed legal docs last week in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple married in 2012 and have a little girl. It's Blake's first marriage.

We're told the couple has been separated for at least 6 months so the divorce petition is not a shock. Our sources say the 2 are getting along, to the extent that they're able to work out the whole co-parenting thing.

Tobe Hooper -- director of the iconic horror film "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre" -- got beat up by his ex and has the bruises to prove it ... according to new legal docs.

The 74-year-old was allegedly attacked by 36-year-old Rebecca Hodges 2 weeks ago, and was left with a battered face. Hooper claims there was another altercation in April where Hodges also punched him in the face.

According to the docs ... the 2 used to date and live together, and Hooper's accusations against Hodges were enough to get a judge to order her to stay 100 yards away from him.

We tried to contact Hodges ... no luck so far.

Kristen Stewart enjoyed the benefits of dating supermodel Stella Maxwell by playing photographer for her during an impromptu photo shoot ... while hanging out of a moving car ... in lingerie.

Well, only Stella was showing off her bra, but Kristen hung out the window too Tuesday in New Orleans ... to snap what we can only imagine is that perfect Instagram shot.

Odell Beckham Jr. ain't dating Iggy Azalea, despite reports the 2 had a romantic date night this week ... sources close to Odell tell TMZ Sports.

Multiple outlets reported the stars hit up Bowlero bowling alley in Woodland Hills, CA on Monday night ... and were "cozying up" with each other, "being romantic."

But we talked to sources close to Odell who vehemently denied they were in a relationship ... or dating at all ... saying "people will create anything."

As for Odell, he did make 1 hookup when he was out in L.A. ... running routes and catching passes with Johnny Manziel.
