Gypsy Rose Blanchard is getting out of prison early ... she's been granted parole and is set to be released in December, three years before her original release date.

Gypsy, who's been serving a 10-year prison sentence after being convicted of second-degree murder in connection with the death of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, is set to be released on parole Dec. 28 ... according to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Remember ... Gypsy was sentenced to a decade behind bars in 2016 after pleading guilty in her mother's murder, a case that spawned a Hulu scripted series and an HBO documentary.

You'll recall ... Gypsy's then-boyfriend, Nick Godejohn, admitted to murdering Dee Dee in 2015 to help Gypsy escape her mother's clutches. He's currently serving a life sentence, while Gypsy was originally set to be released from custody in 2026 after pleading guilty to second-degree murder.

Dee Dee was accused of forcing Gypsy to pretend to be disabled for years, holding her hostage and even tying her up in a bed after Gypsy tried to escape. Dee Dee reportedly suffered from Munchausen by proxy -- a mental disorder where a parent fabricates illnesses in their child for sympathy or attention.

Gypsy is 32 years old now, and she's said in interviews from prison she feels more free behind bars than she was when she was living with her mother.

Miley Cyrus just got court-ordered protection from a man she claims is so obsessed with her he showed up at her home days after being released from prison.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the singer beelined it to court this week to file for a temporary restraining order against a 52-year-old man named Alexander Kardalian.

Miley claims the guy has flooded her mailbox with obsessive letters since 2018, often requesting money and making sexually explicit comments about his desire for her.

She says his "obsessive behavior" escalated in the summer of 2022, when she claims he twice showed up to her Los Angeles property and was given the boot.

Miley claims he was arrested in December 2022 and locked up at San Quentin State Prison until this past August, when she says he once again showed up at her front gate only days after getting out from behind bars.

In the docs, Miley claims the guy sent her a letter from prison stating his intention to come to her home, and he followed through ... but was stopped by her security, who contacted police. She says the cops told him to leave and he would be arrested if he came back.

Since the alleged incident, Miley claims she's learned the guy is using her address for his health insurance ... and she says he wrote a letter to her saying if she didn't write back he "doesn't give a f*** if he lives."

Miley says the guy's behavioral patterns show he's suffering from "severe mental health challenges" and she says he has a "dangerous fixation and/or obsession" with her ... and she's worried about her safety, and the lives of her mother, Tish, and boyfriend, musician Maxx Morando.

A 3-year-old girl shot herself with an unattended gun in a Florida home, and the horrific incident was caught on video.

The young girl, named Serenity, was playing in the living room at her grandma's Miami-Dade abode last Saturday when she jumped onto the couch near the loaded firearm sitting in plain view.

Check out this newly released footage ... which shows Serenity grabbing the pistol with her hand and peering over at a relative, Orlando Young, who is preoccupied watching a football game on his laptop.

Suddenly, the gun discharges and Serenity is hit in her arm, crying out in pain.

Young looks up, totally stunned, and rushes over to Serenity to check out her injury and give her assistance. Other people dash into the room as total chaos ensues.

Young directs another person to get a belt to wrap around the bullet wound to stop the bleeding. He then escorts Serenity out of the living room, but soon returns to retrieve his gun from the couch before the video cuts off.

Serenity was eventually taken to a hospital, where she underwent surgery. She was released Tuesday and is now recovering at home.

Ex-New England Patriots star Dion Lewis has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charge he was hit with following his arrest last week, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court records, Lewis' attorney submitted the plea for the former running back in his Hillsborough County, Fla. court case on Tuesday.

Lewis is now due back in court next month.

We broke the story ... Lewis was arrested on Sept. 18 after authorities alleged he had been unruly and belligerent at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. They claimed the 33-year-old caused a disturbance -- and then refused to leave the premises, leading officers to slap him in handcuffs.

Lewis was hauled off to a Hillsborough County jail ... and later charged with misdemeanor trespassing.

The suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer is almost certainly the one authorities have been seeking for years -- this according to prosecutors, who now say the proof is in the pizza.

Rex Heuermann appeared in court Wednesday for a status hearing ... and prosecutors announced a couple of big developments in the case -- including their claim Heuermann's recently collected DNA (via cheek swab) does in fact match the DNA profile they found on a discarded pizza crust ... which was the key to cracking this whole thing.

As a refresher ... cops went through Heuermann's trash in search of DNA and say they found some on the pizza which they later concluded matched DNA from a hair follicle discovered in a burlap sack that contained remains from one of the 4 victims.

Now, in the wake of further testing ... the D.A.'s office is saying there's no doubt the DNA they found on the pizza belongs to Heuermann. Essentially, they're declaring they have their man.

While prosecutors insist the pizza DNA matches ... Heuermann's defense team made sure to emphasize in court the hair follicle DNA isn't quite so clear ... arguing that the hair could belong to other people, even though law enforcement has alleged 99.96% of the North American population can safely be excluded as a match.

Another nugget of info that surfaced during Wednesday's appearance ... Heuermann told the judge he'd been going over evidence in his jail cell -- explaining he'd been dedicating 2-3 hours a day, on average, to review materials provided by the prosecution.

Prosecutors say they've forked over at least 10 terabytes worth of info to Heuermann and his legal team -- so there's a lot to pore over, and there may be more to come.

Two teens stole an SUV and went for a joyride in Florida, but they got into a wild, high-speed police chase and ended up under arrest.

Sunday's dramatic pursuit was captured on aerial footage from a police helicopter as marked vehicles followed the juveniles in a red Toyota along the Tampa freeways, going at dangerous speeds. Earlier that day, the suspects had stolen the vehicle, which was left unlocked with the engine running in a driveway.

In the footage, the helicopter cop talks over the radio with another officer, confirming the color of the SUV and that it's traveling in the left lane.

The video then jumps to another highway, where police cruisers surround the Toyota and try to corral it.

But, the SUV drives off the road and onto a grassy embankment, managing to escape, though it's only for the moment.

While continuing its pursuit, one cop car performs an approved police maneuver called PIT, plowing into the Toyota, which spins around and comes to a stop on the thoroughfare.  (PIT stands for precision immobilization technique, which is used as a tool to end police chases.)

Deputies exit their vehicles and point their guns at the teens, ordering them out of the SUV.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said they arrested the 15-year-old driver who was charged with aggravated battery on law enforcement deadly weapon, grand theft motor vehicle and fleeing to elude high speed. The 14-year-old passenger was charged with grand theft auto.

La dramática persecución del domingo fue captada en imágenes aéreas desde un helicóptero de la policía mientras vehículos señalizados seguían a los menores en un Toyota rojo por las autopistas de Tampa a velocidades peligrosas. Los sospechosos habían robado el vehículo ese mismo día. Lo dejaron abierto con el motor en marcha en una entrada.

En las imágenes, el helicóptero policial se comunica por radio con otro oficial, confirmando el color del carro que está viajando en el carril izquierdo.

El video salta entonces a otra carretera, donde patrullas de policía rodean el Toyota y tratan de acorralarlo.

Pero el sospechoso se sale de la carretera y llega a un terraplén cubierto de hierba logrando escapar, aunque sólo por un momento.

Mientras continúa la persecución, un carro de policía realiza una maniobra policial aprobada llamada PIT, arrollando al Toyota que gira y se detiene en la vía pública.  (PIT son las siglas en inglés de técnica de inmovilización de precisión, que se utiliza como herramienta para poner fin a las persecuciones policiales).

Los agentes salen de sus vehículos y apuntan con sus armas a los adolescentes, ordenándoles que salgan del todoterreno.

La Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Hillsborough dijo que detuvieron al conductor de 15 años de edad, quien fue acusado de agresión con agravantes en aplicación de la ley arma mortal, robo de vehículo de motor y huir a alta velocidad. El pasajero de 14 años de edad fue acusado por el robo del carro.

Este intenso video acaba de salir a la luz como parte de una demanda en curso que un hombre llamado Anthony Ramos presentó contra la cadena de comida rápida. El incidente ocurrió en 2021 y Ramos cuenta que el video muestra a una trabajadora de la cadena de comida abrir fuego después de que ella y Ramos tuvieran una discusión sobre las papas fritas.

Básicamente Ramos dice que él y su familia —incluyendo a su esposa embarazada y su hija pequeña— pasó por un Jack-in-the-Box de Houston en marzo de 2021 y pidió una comida combinada para llevar pero cuando le dijo a los empleados que le faltaban algunas cosas comenzaron los problemas.

One Jack-in-the-Box employee got wound up a little too tight when dealing with an angry drive-thru customer -- whipping out her gun ... and firing as the customer fled.

This INSANE footage just surfaced as part of an ongoing lawsuit that a man named Anthony Ramos filed against the fast food chain -- all over a 2021 incident that Ramos says was caught on video showing a JITB worker firing bullets after she and Ramos got into it over curly fries.

Essentially ... Ramos says he and his family -- including his pregnant wife and young daughter -- swung by a Houston-area Jack-in-the-Box in March '21 and ordered a combo meal to go, but when he told the employees he was missing items, things escalated.

The back-and-forth arguing got so intense that Ramos apparently started to chuck some of the food back at the JITB drive-thru crew -- which spurred employee Alonniea Fantasia Ford to head back into the recesses of the restaurant ... only to return with a pistol in hand.

The surveillance footage Ramos and his legal team obtained in discovery seems to show Ford shooting at least a couple times at Ramos/his car -- which speeds away.

Luckily, it doesn't sound like anyone was hurt -- but Ramos and co. are now going after the Jack-in-the-Box ... alleging they were negligent in hiring Ford.

Alabama State's Jacob Freeman punched a security guard in the face during Saturday's Florida A&M game, an attack that was caught on video ... and now the wide receiver has been arrested.

The altercation started when Freeman, number 16, lost his cool with a fan on the sidelines ... and seemingly attempted to get to the person. Security attempted to step in and stop JF, which evidently angered the Alabama State player.

That's when Freeman, helmet still on, threw a quick right, landing square on the guard's face, who immediately clutched the area that had been punched.

On Sunday, Freeman was arrested by the FAMU Police Department, according to the Leon County Sheriff's Office. Freeman was charged with one count of "battery causing bodily harm".

Freeman took a mug shot and was eventually released from jail.

However, he won't be seeing a football field anytime soon ... Bama St. suspended him for his behavior.

"We do not condone the actions of the student-athlete, nor are the actions representative of the expectations set forth by the athletic department and our university," the athletics department said in a statement.

Hornets head coach Eddie Robinson Jr., during a SWAC coaches media call, said Freeman is remorseful, "but at the same time, he has to go through the process of his actions."

There was a lot of commotion in the moments after the Las Vegas cyclist was intentionally struck and killed ... panic you can hear play out on the 911 call, made by the man's Apple Watch.

In the audio, obtained by TMZ, you can hear 64-year-old Andreas Probst's watch letting the 911 operator know he suffered a hard fall and was unresponsive.

What's more terrifying is the growing panic and chaos that can be heard in the background during the call, the retired police chief was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

That wasn't the only call from that day, however -- remember, cops believe the 2 suspects also hit another cyclist about half an hour before Probst. In that 911 call, you can hear the 72-year-old man tell dispatch the attack was intentional ... saying he could've been killed.

As we reported, 18-year-old Jesus Ayala, who was 17 at the time of the incidents, is now facing 18 counts, including murder ... this after cops say he was the one behind the wheel when Probst was killed.

Footage from the Probst incident was filmed by 16-year-old Jzamir Keys, and it sparked serious outrage after going viral. Officers had a hard time tracking down Keys a month after Probst's death, but he was eventually located and taken into custody, too.

Officials say Keys was behind the wheel during the non-fatal hit-and-run with the separate cyclist earlier in the day.

Fans and haters alike were surprised Monday when Tory’s official social media accounts posted a pretty upbeat voice memo from jail where he sounded like he's free as a bird ... even though that's clearly not the case.

As we previously reported, Tory’s celebrity status has him holed up solo inside the Administrative Segregation at North Kern State Prison in Delano, CA … and the “Color Violent” rapper says he’s loving the extra legroom.

Tory’s new facility isn’t without its issues -- several people have been killed within the prison this year alone -- but Tory says it’s better than the L.A. county jail where they had him on 24-hour lockdown and in his words, they were “hating” on a G.

Tory thanked his supporters for holding him down and expressed how the situation made him fearless.

He's gonna need that confidence ... Tory's just starting a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Nate Diaz is no longer facing any time behind bars for his role in an altercation on Bourbon Street earlier this year ... prosecutors have just dropped the criminal case against the former UFC star.

A spokesperson for the Orleans Parish District Attorney's office confirmed to TMZ Sports on Monday afternoon that Diaz's second-degree battery charge has been dismissed. No further details surrounding the case's disposition, however, were given.

Diaz's rep, Zach Rosenfield, said in a statement that he was pleased with the decision ... reiterating yet again that he believes when Diaz choked out Rodney Petersen in the middle of the famed New Orleans street back in April, he was doing nothing more than defending himself.

"Since Rodney Peterson sought out to fight Nate on Bourbon Street, we have maintained Nate's actions were 100 percent in self-defense," Rosenfield stated.

"It was clear on the video, clear in pictures and clear from the multiple other videos Rodney posted before and after."

"Nate has a right to defend himself against those who want to make a name for themselves and did so," Rosenfield added.

"We appreciate the Orleans Parish District Attorney taking the time to review all aspects of this case and their decision to not proceed with it."

Diaz never seemed to be too bothered by the criminal case ... he actually joked about it all with Jake Paul in May -- laughing with the YouTuber/boxer at their pre-fight press conference.
