Judge Arthur Tilson has signed the final papers, making Jon and Kate officially single.

Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer, tells TMZ, under the agreement, "Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home."

As for Kate, she says, "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children." Kate calls the divorce "challenging," and says she will now focus on "restructuring our lives."

A rep for Jon tells us, "While the arbitration proceedings are still a work in progress, Jon and Kate will remain binded in their commitment to their eight wonderful children. Jon is confident that he and Kate will be able to move forward in a fashion that will be in the best interest of the Gosselin family."

As for who got what, Momjian simply says, "We are very pleased with the final outcome."

Judge Tilson inked the docs after the arbitrator came down with his ruling on how Jon and Kate's property will be divided.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Mary Phillips was arrested at around 1:30 this morning, after cops got a disturbing the peace call at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.

Phillips -- who worked with Simpson on such epic films as "The Dukes of Hazzard" and "Employee of the Month" -- was arrested for being drunk in public.

We're told Jessica went to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department in West Hollywood after Phillips was booked, trying to bail her friend out. But poor Jess was turned away, because deputies felt Phillips was still too drunk to be turned loose on the streets.

Yesterday, as the couple left Jimmy Au's -- a store for men 5'8" and under -- Bill revealed they're "still working on" having a kid, but due to health concerns they "just don't know how yet."

May we suggest a nice hotel, some champagne ... and let Marvin Gaye take it from there.

Tina Knowles filed divorce papers in Harris County, Texas last month, in an attempt to end their almost 31-year marriage. In the documents, it says Tina and Mathew "ceased to live together as husband and wife on or about January 5, 2009" -- the exact day of their 30th wedding anniversary.

Back in October, Mathew was hit with a paternity lawsuit from a woman who's not his wife -- no word if that affected Tina's decision to pull the plug.

Mathew has been Beyonce's manager for years, so there could be a ton of cash up for grabs in the split.

The couple has two children together: Beyonce and Beyonce's younger sister.

A woman who claims to have been Katt Williams' assistant says the comedian made a joke out of her loyal service -- and now she's looking to have the last laugh to the tune of $232,000.

Jacqueline Gutierrez filed a complaint with the California Labor Commission against Kattpack Investments, INC. -- after she was allegedly never paid for the 10 months she was on the road with the comedian.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez also claims she had to pay all of her own expenses during the tour -- including food and lodging -- and racked up huge bills in the process.

Gutierrez claims she's owed $100,800 in wages, $32,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, $58,645 in hotel bills and on and on -- a grand total of $232,645.

Calls to Katt's people have not been returned.

NFL star Chris Henry has died as a result of the injuries he sustained after falling out of the back of a moving pickup truck yesterday.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police tell TMZ Henry died at 6:36 AM EST this morning.

He was 26.

As we previously reported, cops believe Henry -- a wide receiver on the Cincinnati Bengals -- jumped into the back of the truck, in an attempt to stop his fiancee from leaving a "domestic situation" at her parents' home in North Carolina.

Henry was rushed to a local hospital -- where he passed away this morning.

Authorities tell us they're still investigating the situation.

TMZ has obtained photos of Tiger and Tony Romo hanging out in the quarterback's box at Cowboys Stadium during a U2 concert back in October.

The blonde woman next to Tiger doesn't appear to be his wife, Elin Nordegren -- which begs the question, do you think she knew where he was that night?

Former "Big Brother" winner Adam Jasinski was finally released from the slammer yesterday -- thanks to a giant move from his parents.

According to the U.S. Attorney's office in Boston, Jasinski's parents offered their home as collateral to post Adam's $200,000 bond.

Authorities tell TMZ Jasinski is now required to "clear up" a warrant for his arrest issued by a Massachusetts court -- and then check into a local in-patient drug treatment facility.

Under the terms of his release, the judge also required Jasinski to collateralize three of his homes, surrender his passport, successfully complete the rehab program. Jasinski is also banned from traveling outside Massachusetts.

Jasinski was arrested on October 18, when cops busted him for allegedly trying to sell a sock full of 2,000 oxycodone pills -- he's been indicted on one charge of possession of oxycodone with intent to sell.

TMZ has learned Simpson has fired off a nasty letter to Star Magazine over a recent article which explains how Woods "liked what he saw" when the two met at a golf tournament last summer. The article also claims Simpson "decided to have fun with Tiger whether it bothered Tony or not" -- meaning the two exchanged digits and e-mail addresses.

Jess, however, remembers it a bit differently -- and besides the letter, took to her Twitter to call BS, saying "can't believe that I'm on the cover of star magazine with Tiger Woods, what a JOKE! "The Shocking Inside Story" is (insert drumroll) A LIE!"

The failed Vice Presidential nominee took time off from shilling her book to vacation with her son Trig, daughter Piper and opposite sex spouse Todd, in President Barack Obama's birth state of Hawaii on Tuesday.

But during beach time, Sarah chose to wear a visor from her campaign -- a visor that was emblazoned with the former presidential candidate's name ... that is, until Palin redacted McCain's name with a black marker.

Sources tell us the temporary restraining order was signed under seal.

As TMZ first reported, lawyers for the guardianship went into court last Friday, where a judge created a temporary guardianship on behalf of Frances Bean. The legal guardians are Wendy O'Connor, Kurt Cobain's mom, and Kimberly Dawn Cobain, Kurt's sister.

A hearing to make the restraining order permanent is set for January 5.

An official from Puma -- the athletic wear company -- has confirmed they are in "internal discussions" to sign Elin as a spokesperson for a new Swedish-inspired clothing line called Tretorn.

The rep tells us Puma is after Elin because they feel she's "a good brand fit."

We could not reach Elin for comment.

As TMZ first reported, Keith pulled back his eyes when Will Smith rapped the word "yellow" during an impromptu performance in Norway a few days ago -- Toby's rep blew it off, telling us, "nobody at the party thought Toby was out of line." But outside the party -- people are pissed.

A rep for the Asian American Justice Center tells TMZ, "Toby Keith embarrassed himself and his country, denigrated the Noble Peace Prize and offended Asians and Asian Americans by using a crude, racist hand gesture."

Another group -- the Media Action Network for Asians -- also took offense with Toby, telling us, "By doing this, he is telling his Asian fans 'you don't matter, you're not on my radar.'"

Ian Baker-Finch -- former PGA golfer-turned-announcer -- told the Sydney Morning Herald yesterday, "Mate, if I say one word about Tiger, I will get fired."

Lil Wayne's gonna have to reschedule his Valentine's Day plans -- because a judge just set the rapper up with a romantic stint behind bars.

Weezy was finally given a start date to serve his one year jail sentence after pleading guilty to weapons charges -- and his first day will be February 9th ...one week after his new album drops.

Wayne didn't say one word during his brief appearance in Manhattan State court today. So far, no word on where Wayne will serve his time.
