Mischa Barton bucked the trend -- her entourage caused zero problems in an Atlantic City nightclub ... because TMZ has learned she rolled completely solo to host the event.

Barton was the celeb guest host for Pool After Dark last Saturday night at Harrah's Resort. A rep for the club tells us hosts usually have entourages 5-15 people deep, but the former "O.C." star thinned her crew down to a party of one.

Sounds like Mischa could've used a wingman -- we're told she stayed at the club until 3:00 AM, talked to no one, ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of tequila, and did shots ... by herself.

Barton did a court-ordered rehab stint in 2007 following a DUI, but has never claimed to be sober.

A source close to Barton tells us ... Mischa decided to attend last minute and opted to roll solo rather than miss the payday for hosting.

Dave Brockie -- lead singer and founding member of legendary metal band GWAR -- died of a heroin overdose ... and officials tell TMZ it was accidental.

Brockie -- a.k.a Oderus Urungus -- was found dead sitting in a chair at home back in March.

A rep for the Virginia medical examiner's office tell us the official cause of death is acute heroin toxicity ... and the death is being ruled an accident.

Brockie is not the first GWAR member to meet an early demise -- back in 2011 guitarist Cory Smoot died on the band's tour bus from a blood clot in his heart.

Dina Lohan was sentenced today on Long Island in her DWI case, but the judge delivered his harshest words to Dina after the fact ... saying she was lucky she didn't kill anyone.

Lohan pled guilty to DWI and speeding ... and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and had her license revoked for a year. Once she can drive, she'll have an interlock device installed on her car for another year.

But after Judge Engel handed down the sentence, he had rough words for Dina, saying, "The only person responsible for this ordeal is Miss Lohan. She is just lucky nobody was killed. She may not be as lucky next time"

Upon hearing that, Dina replied, "There will not be a next time."

Chris Brown is freshly freed and vowing to clean up his life so he never gets thrown behind bars again.

Sources close to Chris tell TMZ ... the singer is making a Lindsay-type pledge -- to stay away from drugs and bad people, especially those connected to gangs.

Chris seems to be blaming part of his problems -- which landed him in jail for 108 days -- on the people with whom he was hanging. But he's also acknowledging his problems with violence were largely his doing. Doctors believe his erratic behavior was largely the result of bipolarity. He's now on meds and doctors say he's now stabilized.

Brown says his singular focus now is music and he has privately told his label he will not screw up again.

George Jung -- the prolific cocaine smuggler portrayed by Johnny Depp in the movie “Blow” -- has been released from prison after serving almost 20 years behind bars -- and TMZ has a pic of his first moments of freedom.

Jung (now 71-years-old) was doing time at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey and was supposed to be released in November ... but for some reason the ex-drug smuggler got out early.

For those of you who haven't seen the movie ... Jung was one of the biggest coke dealers of the '70s and '80s -- and was said to be responsible for roughly 89% of cocaine smuggled into the country at the time.

Sources tell us Jung is being released to a half-way house on the West Coast ... where he'll receive help transitioning back into society.

As we previously reported, Tucson cops say security for Linkin Park approached them to report Sublime's dressing room weed-fest last weekend -- and said it was because one of the L.P. guys is allergic to smoke.

We're guessing Rome Ramirez lit up on-stage last night in protest.

Or he just wanted to get high.

One Direction is gunning for the person they say stole a private video showing Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson smoking weed.

The video, which appears on MailOnline, shows the guys enjoying a joint while riding around in an SUV while in Peru.

At one point in the video -- shot earlier this year -- Louis is seen passing Zayn the joint and saying, "One very very important factor of Zayn’s warm up of course is Mary J, herself."

A rep for the band tells TMZ the video was stolen and that the band's lawyers are investigating.

Sublime with Rome had their weed confiscated this weekend in Arizona ... and they have Linkin Park's posse to blame for it.

According to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, security for Linkin Park approached off-duty deputies at the KMFA Day concert at Tucson Electric Park on Saturday. The sheriff''s report says the security guard told deputies that members of Sublime were smoking weed.

The report -- obtained by TMZ -- says the guard dropped the dime because one of the members of Linkin Park was allergic to marijuana smoke. When deputies went to confront Sublime With Rome, they found their dressing room empty ... but did find "several bags of marijuana."

The deputies took custody of the pot -- as well as some rolling papers, a pipe, and a few roaches.

A rep for Sublime With Rome tells TMZ ... Linkin Park felt badly and offered to replace the weed that was taken. But the rep says the band refused and is still pretty pissed off about the whole thing.

El Paso cops are investigating a breach in jailhouse security ... they want to know how in the world Wiz Khalifa managed to sneak a selfie while he was in lockup.

We broke the story ... Khalifa was busted early Sunday at an airport security checkpoint for trying to carry weed on a plane. He was hauled off to jail ... where he took a selfie and tweeted it out.

Now we're told police brass have launched an investigation because inmates are NOT allowed to take pics in the jail with their phones. Cops want to know if Khalifa was left unsupervised or if one of the jailers was a star f-er and facilitated the pic.

Justin Bieber luxuriated on a yacht in Monaco Saturday.

Bieber looked more ripped than ever as he took a break from the Monaco Grand Prix, kicking back and drinking a brewski.

As we reported ... sources very close to the singer tell us he's off Sizzurp ... in no small part because it screws up his workout routine. One source very close to Biebs says in the past 3 weeks he's been like a different person.

Cutting out Sizzurp ... it does a body good.

Young Buck may have a little performance anxiety ... he's missed two court-ordered urine tests and has now been warned ... third time will NOT be a charm.

Buck -- who's on probation for gun possession -- has had a steady stream of drug tests since November when he got out of the slammer -- all with negative results. But he bailed on the 2 most recent tests.

Buck admitted in court docs he screwed up ... but his probation officer was pissed off and threatened to throw him in jail.

Wiz Khalifa was arrested early Sunday morning at an airport in Texas ... after a "green leafy substance" was found during a TSA check.

The "Black and Yellow" rapper was flying from El Paso to Dallas when TSA officials discovered the green stuff ... according to law enforcement sources. Wiz was taken into custody and turned over to local police.

We're told cops concluded the obvious -- the leafy substance was marijuana -- and that's against the law in those parts ... so he was arrested.

Cops say he was in possession of 0.5 grams of weed.

Wiz clearly isn't that concerned ... he tweeted a jail selfie.

Disney star Tiffany Thornton says she'll come out of hiding -- and bring her two kids home -- but first, her husband has to get sober, TMZ has learned.

Ruth Carney -- mother of Tiffany's husband Chris Carney -- tells us she helped Tiffany run away to escape Chris' alcohol habit ... but she says everyone's calmed down now and they're actually trying to work things out.

We broke the story ... Chris filed a police report Thursday accusing Tiffany of child stealing ... after she took their 2 boys to Texas. Chris has denied he has a drinking problem.

Disney star Tiffany Thornton did NOT abduct her two baby sons -- she ran away to protect them from their alcoholic dad ... his own mother tells TMZ.

Musician Chris Carney filed a child stealing report with cops, alleging "The Sonny With A Chance" star abducted their 3-month old and 20-month old boys with the help of his mom, Ruth Carney.

Ruth tells us ... her son has a big drinking problem and recently went to rehab. She says he relapsed recently and "went crazy."

Ruth -- who is the mayor of Hot Springs, Arkansas -- was in L.A. to help Tiffany with the baby, and says when she saw her son acting crazy and drunk, she took Tiffany and the kids and hightailed it out of town to the home of Tiffany's parents in Texas.

Ruth claims Chris knew exactly what was going on during the entire drive, because Tiffany FaceTimed with him daily. She says he was upset.

Chris tells us ... he's not an alcoholic, but rather a social drinker. He says his mom simply freaked out when she saw a beer in the fridge.

In Chris' view his mom is anything but nurturing, calling her an accessory to a felony.

Lindsay Lohan's motto is when in Rome, Paris, L.A., Secaucus ... Cannes ... doesn't really matter -- as long as you keep the party going ... which she did in a French nightclub last night.

LiLo shrugged off her sobriety struggles, and hit up VIP Room in Cannes -- and while she wasn't seen drinking on camera ... she was surrounded by the worst temptations -- alcohol and French guys.
