Black Power Ranger Defeats DUI Case

Walter Jones -- the guy who played the Black Ranger on "The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers" -- has escaped the clutches of doom yet again ... because his recent DUI case just got dismissed.

An Alabama court clerk tells TMZ the case was tossed out right after Jones paid his court costs ... which totaled a mighty $200.

It's unclear exactly why the case was dismissed.

Jones was arrested in Huntsville, Alabama last July on suspicion of DUI -- but now that Jones is off the hook, Zordon will be pleased.

Megan Hauserman -- Arrested for DUI

Former VH1 reality star Megan Hauserman was arrested for DUI yesterday -- after cops pulled her over around 3:15 AM in Miami Beach.

Hauserman -- whose dating show "Megan Wants a Millionaire" was canceled after one of the contestants, Ryan Jenkins, allegedly killed his wife and then himself -- was busted as she made her way to a strip club where she is currently employed.

Law enforcement tells TMZ cops observed Hauserman in a black 2008 BMW, weaving between lanes. She then accelerated to 75MPH (in a 55MPH zone) so cops pulled her over.

Cops say she had bloodshot, watery eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, and slurred speech. She told cops she had been "filming a TV show and was tired." She blew a .102 on her Breathalyzer test and was taken into custody.

Hauserman was released early this morning -- after nearly 24 hours behind bars.

Jason Wahler Charged after DUI Arrest

Jason Wahler is going for an all-time international party boy record. The former "Hills" star just got charged with two counts of DUI after his second alcohol-related arrest in a month.

According to the Orange County District Attorney, Wahler -- whose blood alcohol level was allegedly .15% when he was busted on March 19 -- faces six months in jail if convicted.

Just a week earlier, Wahler was arrested after a bar fight in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico -- then mysteriously bailed out and traveled back across the border to start more trouble.

Real World's Puck -- The Most Painful Smile

He's in a real world of hurt -- and could possibly be in a real world of legal trouble -- but Puck from "The Real World" is still tryin' to smile ... despite the fact that he's hooked up to a bunch of hospital tubes.

Puck is still expected to spend another couple of days at a San Diego hospital following Friday's horrifying car crash in which he broke several bones ... and his 8-year-old son injured multiple internal organs.

As soon as he's healthy enough to leave his bed, Puck will be booked by the CHP for DUI, driving without a license and child endangerment.

Cops and photogs greeted reported side chick #2 as she pulled up to her Orange County home Wednesday -- flashing more arm tattoos than Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee.

Smith has some history with the police, who were just there for crowd control...today.

As we first reported, Smith did jail time for beating up a cop last year -- and just this week pleaded not guilty to DUI.

Cops: 'Real World' Star Was Driving Drunk

Puck from "The Real World" was allegedly blasted when he wrecked his car last week -- seriously injuring himself and his 8-year-old son.

The CHP tells TMZ they will arrest Puck for driving under the influence and driving without a license when he gets out of the hospital.

Puck's son was in the car and was seriously injured. As a result, Puck will also be booked for child endangerment.

Puck blames the accident on a deer in the road, but cops say he was just driving drunk.

Puck is nursing broken bones in both feet, as well as a broken neck, sternum and clavicle.

Jason Wahler Busted for DUI

Jason Wahler was arrested last night -- in the United States for a change -- for allegedly driving under the influence.

Newport Beach PD tells us Wahler was popped last night around 10:54 PM. He was driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe and described himself to police as "an actor."

He was released this morning under his own recognizance.

As you may recall, Wahler was arrested in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico earlier this month after a bar fight.

'Deadliest Catch' Star Dodges Bullets

"Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris -- arrested last month for DUI, hit-and-run and much, much more -- had his DUI case dropped yesterday ... which is what normally happens when you blow a .00.

And it gets better for Jake ... even though he admitted to having a prescription for Xanax -- cops had no evidence he was driving under the influence of the med.

And there's more good news for Mr. Harris. Although an imprint of what looks like Jake's license plate was found on the car he allegedly hit ... he wasn't charged with hit-and-run because witnesses couldn't place him behind the wheel.

Jake was charged with driving on a suspended license and reckless driving. He's due back in court on March 26.

'Apprentice' Reject Charged with DUI

The "Apprentice" reject who was busted for DUI after being clocked going 35 MPH on a California Freeway has just been charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI.

Heidi Androl -- who Donald Trump booted from the board room in season 6 -- was arrested back in December after we're told she performed "poorly" on several field sobriety tests.

Androl -- who's due back in court on March 29 -- faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

NBA Star Arrested for DUI in Miami Beach

Miami Heat forward Dorell Wright was arrested in Miami Beach early this morning after cops say he was driving his 2005 Bentley under the influence of alcohol.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Wright was pulled over at 3:37 AM after cops noticed he was driving erratically.

Cops say they approached the vehicle and when they began talking with Wright, they noticed "red and watery eyes, odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and low and slurred speech."

Cops say the 24-year-old couldn't provide current insurance information -- they also discovered he was driving on a suspended driver's license.

Wright was taken to a nearby jail where he was booked for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

Earlier in the evening, Wright played 22 minutes in the Heat's victory over the Los Angeles Clippers -- but he only scored one point in the game.

'Heroes' Star Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Adrian Pasdar -- the flying Senator in "Heroes" -- pleaded not guilty to one misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence today.

Pasdar -- who's married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines -- was arrested on January 27 after cops pulled him over for speeding on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles.

Pasdar faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

San Diego Chargers Star WR Sentenced to Jail

San Diego Chargers star Vincent Jackson is going to jail -- after pleading guilty to a 2009 DUI charge.

Jackson -- who had a DUI on his record before the 2009 incident -- was sentenced to spend 96 hours in jail and five years probation.

The Pro-Bowler must also attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving Class and pay a $2,408 fine.

Jackson is due back in court on March 2 to face another driving-related charge -- driving without a license.

'Deadliest Catch' DUI -- Caught on Tape!

"Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris was busted for DUI -- and his arrest was filmed from above, courtesy of a Washington State Patrol chopper.

The 24-year-old was pulled over after a witness called 911 about an aggressive driver. The footage -- which is pretty interesting to watch -- shows Jake flunking a field sobriety test.

We're told Jake, whose father Captain Phil Harris died earlier this month, refused to take a blood-alcohol test.

As we previously reported, Jake was arrested on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run and driving on a suspended license.

He was released on $1,500 bond Saturday and will be in court tomorrow.

Michael Lohan Wants OJ Lawyer for Lindsay

Michael Lohan is trying to enlist the help of famed lawyer Robert Shapiro in Lindsay Lohan's DUI probation case ... this after M.L. was shut down by the judge on Friday.

Michael was a no-show for Lindsay's hearing Thursday, but on Friday he went to the courthouse in Beverly Hills and tried going before Judge Marsha Revel. We're told the judge muzzled him, saying she would not let him appear in Lindsay's case.

Michael tells TMZ the judge told him to hire his own lawyer, who could then confer with the prosecutor who is handing Lindsay's DUI probation case.

Michael thinks his daughter is in trouble with substance abuse.

No immediate reaction from Shapiro or Lindsay's lawyer.
