Gilbert Arenas -- Not Licensed to Pack Heat
NBA star Gilbert Arenas didn't have a license to possess the guns he stored in his locker in D.C.... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told there were four guns in Arenas' locker that were turned over to police, including a gold-plated Desert Eagle -- a gigantic handgun.
Arenas could be charged for "CPWL"-- carrying a pistol without a license.
As we previously reported, Arenas could also face assault charges stemming from the alleged gun-toting standoff with a teammate on Xmas Eve.
D.C. cops plan to bring in Washington Wizards coach Flip Saunders today for questioning. GM Ernie Grunfeld will be brought in later this week.

Tiger Woods Sex Tape?
Someone is shopping what she says is a Tiger Woods sex tape, and Vivid Entertainment is in the market.
Steven Hirsch, head honcho of Vivid, tells TMZ a woman approached him two weeks ago, claiming she had a sex video of Tiger Woods. She said it was shot approximately two years ago.
Hirsch tells TMZ his people have seen 30 seconds of the video but is not confirming it's Tiger on tape -- he says he's still trying to ID the players.
Two things. First, Tiger's lawyers have already put out a threatening letter, stating they will go after anyone who tries to publish nude photos or videos of Tiger Woods.
Thing two. There is no way such a video could be legally released without Tiger's John Hancock. Good luck with that.

Tyrese Hits Day Spa After Car Wreck
Tyrese's car was smashed up -- and an SUV was completely flipped over -- in a frightening crash in Miami yesterday, but this story didn't end in the hospital ... it ended in a day spa.
It's unclear how the accident happened, but cops say, miraculously, neither Tyrese nor the woman driving the SUV -- a mother of 5 -- were injured in the wreck.
Moments after the collision, Tyrese went straight to his Twitter page and posted, "Mother of five left without 1 scratch and we ended up hangin at the spa for a massage."
The big question -- who drove?

Jeremy Piven's Cranial Conundrum
TMZ has gotten to the bottom of Jeremy Piven's top -- that mysterious scar on the back of J.P.'s melon.
The "Entourage" star tells us he got banged up bad doing theater work back in the day -- so bad it left big scars on the back of his head.
Piven -- who was photographed in Hawaii -- tells us on December 17, he went under the knife for a "scar minimizing procedure." We never heard of it either, but supposedly it reduces the scarring. But Piven says he had no idea post-op scarring would be so prominent.
So what's Jeremy gonna do? He says he was thinking of shaving his head but can't because of continuity problems with "Entourage."
Our advice -- chicks dig scars.
Angelyne Plastered Without Permission
Angelyne -- the woman who has plastered herself all over the billboards of Hollywood -- is suing FOX Searchlight Pictures for allegedly using her billboard image in the movie "Notorious" without permission.
In the federal lawsuit, Angelyne calls herself "a world renowned celebrity" who is world famous "for her eye-catching and highly visible billboards and photographs..."
Angelyne says after the January 2009 release of "Notorious" -- a movie about Notorious B.I.G. -- several of her fans saw the flick and told her the famous billboard was shown in the movie for at least 12 seconds.
Unlike the highly-acclaimed movie "Volcano" (in which an Angelyne billboard crashes to the ground during a volcanic eruption) ... FOX Searchlight violated her copyright by not getting her permission before showing the billboard in the movie.
Angelyne wants damages and an injunction putting the brakes on using her image in the movie.

Barry Williams Ex: He Seduced Me
Barry Williams -- "The Brady Bunch" star who wanted a restraining order against his ex -- wined, dined and seduced her, according to ex-GF Elizabeth Kennedy. Now, Kennedy says, Williams is just a whiner.
In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kennedy denies ever threatening to kill Williams or herself -- in fact, she says she was not a threat whatsoever.
So why, you ask, would Williams make such a claim? Kennedy says it's sour grapes because Williams is pissed because she's hired a lawyer to file a palimony suit against him.
Williams claims Kennedy pulled a knife on him and threatened suicide after losing a beauty contest. She denies it.
Today both parties were supposed to show for a hearing on the restraining order, but it appears a deal may have been struck because neither party showed and the case was dismissed.

NBA Gun Incident Grand Jury Bound
A plan is in place to convene a grand jury to determine if NBA star Gilbert Arenas and teammate Javaris Crittenton will be charged with crimes for their alleged Xmas eve locker room gun-toting showdown ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Arenas -- aka Agent Zero -- and Crittenton are being interviewed by D.C. detectives right now. Law enforcement tells TMZ after the interviews, the plan is to take the case before the D.C. grand jury. We're told the U.S. Attorney (which presents local cases to the grand jury in D.C.) will call the head coach for the Washington Wizards and someone on the security team at the Verizon Center as witnesses.
We're told, in addition to weapons charges, Arenas and Crittenton could be charged with criminal assault.
As for their interview with cops, a rep for the U.S. Attorney's office is present and the case could go to the grand jury as early as today.
Both players have said the incident was nothing more than a prank.
