Dr. Drew has one less bone to pick with his alleged stalker -- because that crazy lawsuit filed by the man who allegedly threatened to murder the doctor's family just got dismissed.

An L.A. Superior Court judge threw out Charles Pearson's small claims suit against the "Loveline" doc after both parties failed to show up to court Monday.

Pearson -- who was arrested last week and charged with felony stalking -- filed the lawsuit against Dr. Drew on February 8 claiming the doc was a member of the KKK and owed him $2,500 for performing "illegal surgery" on him.

Pearson is currently being held on $400,000 bail.

Michael -- who was hospitalized over the weekend for chest pains -- was at the Suffolk County District Court yesterday for his ongoing battle with his ex girlfriend Erin Muller, where he said he's "felt better."

We've also learned Michael was told by his doctor that he needs a heart catheterization, and that Michael is now taking medication to thin his blood and nitroglycerin to make sure his heart doesn't act up.

Lil Wayne has arrived at Rikers Island jail in New York -- which means he only has 364-and-a-half more days to go.

Weezy arrived to the NY jail in a corrections van -- we're told because the rapper is a "high-profile inmate," he was not transported with any other prisoners.

As of now, we're told the rapper is still undergoing the admissions procedure at the jail -- which entails a physical & mental health exam & questionnaire.

It has yet to be determined whether Lil Wayne will be in the general population at Rikers -- or if he will be given his own cell.

And since moving can make any convicted felon hungry, the jail chef has the perfect dish for Wayne's first night -- noodles with beef sausage & marinara sauce, steamed greens, a mixed green salad, whole wheat bread, sliced peaches & a fruit drink or tea.

Weezy was sentenced to a year in the big house for a gun charge -- but he could be out sooner if he stays on his best behavior.

TMZ was in court this AM as Kendall's lawyer made a bid to allow Kendall to take the divorcing couple's two kids to Kansas City for baseball season.

Chantel, who came to court with boyfriend Sean Stewart, is trying to block the move. There have been numerous accusations between Jason and Chantel of physical and emotional abuse.

Chantel has suggested in legal papers that Jason is overusing Adderall, which he says he's taking for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

The judge continued the case until March 18.

Williams -- who won the Academy Award for "Music by Prudence" -- was interrupted mid-acceptance by producer Elinor Burkett.

Burkett and Williams had been feuding over creative control of the project, and they struck an out-of-court settlement. Burkett had been removed from the movie, but still kept her producer credit.

Here's the best part: Burkett tells Salon.com, when she stood up to go onstage, Williams' mom tried to block her with a cane.

Ben Roethlisberger had his arm around his accuser before the alleged assault ... and she had a big grin as she wrapped her arms around him. No doubt Ben's lawyer -- rightly or wrongly -- will make hay of this.

We now know the accuser's identity -- we will not post the picture in this story. A photo of the two taken at Capital City bar in Milledgeville, Georgia shortly before the alleged incident shows a cozy scene -- at least at that moment in time.

Of course, a photo never tells the whole story, and the mood could have darkened in an instant. Police sources tell TMZ the woman claims Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her in the women's bathroom.

And, other women in the bar also posed for photos with Roethlisberger before the alleged incident.

Erica "Rikki" Mongeon is finally starting to show signs of improvement after an accident last week left her in a medically induced coma.

The "Ikki Twin" from MTV's "A Double Shot of Love" is not out of the woods yet, but Mongeon's manager tells us her eyes are open and she's responsive. Doctors have reduced Erica's medication and replaced her breathing tube with an oxygen mask.

Erica and her sister Victoria were passengers in a car that collided with a semi-truck in Bakersfield last Tuesday. There were no other serious injuries.

At the Academy Awards, only certain fake items are tolerated -- and according to cops, red carpet passes are not on the list.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ 9 German men were arrested on the red carpet at The Oscars yesterday -- in the middle of peak celebrity traffic time -- after cops noticed ze Germans were rubbing elbows with the stars without proper authorization.

When cops approached the men around 4:45 PM PST, we're told they brandished red carpet passes with the MTV and CITI logos on them -- but the problem, according to law enforcement, was that the passes were counterfeit.

It all went down around 1:30 PM PST -- right before the stars began to arrive.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they believe a 28-year-old dude scaled a six or seven foot fence, got on to the red carpet and began "skipping."

We're told he then broke in to a run but cops immediately caught up with him and escorted the dude to the ground.

The woman accusing Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault was "hysterical" when she spoke with cops ... this according to a source at the Milledgeville Police Department.

We're told Ben's accuser arrived at the P.D. with three other women. According to a source at the police department, Ben's accuser was extremely emotional and looked like she had been crying for hours.

Ben's agent, Ryan Tollner, said on Friday, "we are skeptical of motive." Our source begged to differ, saying Ben's accuser did not look like a girl who was making it up.

Roethlisberger has not been charged.

Ben Roethlisberger is still not out of the woods in his other sexual assault battle -- the civil lawsuit filed against him by a woman in Nevada is very much alive.

TMZ spoke to the lawyer for Andrea McNulty -- the woman who claims Ben raped her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room back in 2008 -- and he tells us McNulty's case has been temporarily put on ice ... while the Nevada Supreme Court decides where the case should be tried.

As for the new sexual assault investigation surrounding Roethlisberger in Georgia -- McNulty's lawyer, Cal Dunlap, tells us they will be "aggressively looking into this new case."

As TMZ first reported, Roethlisberger is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the bathroom of a nightclub in Georgia -- so far, no charges have been filed against him and Ben's camp is denying any wrongdoing.

We're told the photos were taken before the alleged incident occurred -- we are unclear if any of the women featured in the photos are the accuser or any of the girls in the accuser's party.

As TMZ first reported, Roethlisberger is being investigated for allegedly sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman in the bathroom of the Capital City nightclub.

Around 9:00 PM PT, at least five officers entered through the front gate of the compound with shotguns drawn -- while an LAPD chopper circled overhead. Cops tell us they were responding to a burglary in progress call.

But everything was fine once they got on the grounds. We're told the emergency call -- which came from outside the house -- was a false alarm.

No word on exactly which Jacksons were home during the raid.

L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services investigators have been at the Jackson home all week over that whole stun gun thing with Jermaine's son Jaafar.

We're going to find out soon if Kate Gosselin has two left feet, but already know she's got one lead foot -- because she was busted again for speeding.

Gosselin got a ticket on February 21 in Latimore Township, PA for going 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. But Kate didn't let it linger -- she pled guilty just five days later and paid a $155.50 fine.

Kate did almost the exact same thing back in November 2009 and paid a $109.50 fine.

We're told the calendar was made for clients of a Florida tree selling company ... hence the stuffed beaver that's featured in most of the photos.

The Ikki Twin who is in a medically induced coma will not be taken out of the coma today as planned ... this according to her manager.

Erica "Rikki" Mongeon -- the "A Double Shot at Love" star who was involved in a car accident earlier this week outside of Pasadena -- was placed in the coma after doctors found blood on her brain after the crash.

According to Rikki's manager, doctors tried to take her off of the meds to reduce the swelling of the brain. But when they did that, the swelling did not subside-- so she's back on the meds

Docs are going to wait a few more days before they try again.
