Honey Boo Boo and her family were in a bad car crash Monday night ... TMZ has learned.

Honey Boo Boo, Mama June, Pumpkin and Jessica were all passengers in the car driven by Sugar Bear.

Sources tell us ... they were at a red light, waiting to turn left. The light turned green and Sugar Bear began the turn. A guy driving a truck was allegedly speeding in the opposite direction with his lights off and crashed into them.

Members of the family were taken to a local hospital ... an ambulance showed up, but Mama June tells TMZ ... the EMTs were going to take them to a hospital they didn't like so they went to another hospital in an SUV driven by their bodyguard.

Pumpkin says Sugar Bear has a contusion on his back, Mama June has a back and neck sprain, Honey Boo Boo hit her head against a passenger window and has a headache, and Pumpkin herself has severe chest bruises and is having panic attacks.

And June tells TMZ ... "We've only had that Suburban for 6 months and it's not even paid off yet."

A Venezuelan soap star and her ex-husband were shot to death by a roving band of highway robbers -- but amazingly ... police say the couple's young daughter survived the attack.

Monica Spear -- Miss Venezuela 2004 -- and Henry Thomas Berry were shot and killed after their car broke down near the town of Puerto Cabello in Venezuela.

Police say the family was waiting for a tow truck when the bandits showed up. Spear and Berry locked themselves and their 5-year-old daughter inside the car ... but police say the robbers opened fire, killing them and injuring the girl -- who's hospitalized with a bullet wound to her leg.

The family lived in the U.S., but were on vacation when they were attacked.

Venezuela has one of the world's highest murder rates. According to news reports, violent crime is so bad ... even residents are afraid to venture out at night.

Rapper Young Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta for battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats against his own son ... TMZ has learned.

According to the charging documents -- obtained by TMZ -- Jeezy got into a fight with his son in a bathroom and he threw his son into the glass shower door, causing the son to hit his head. Then Jeezy allegedly punched him in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed and pummeled him.

According to the incident report, Jeezy's son attempted to escape but the rapper's bodyguard blocked the stairwell.

The docs go on -- claiming Jeezy subsequently choked his son and said, "I will kill you." According to police docs, Jeezy's son claims his dad said, "I will put a bullet in your head right now," adding, "If I could get away with it, I would kill you." The incident allegedly occurred in Sept., 2012.

We've learned Jeezy turned himself in to authorities Friday after a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued. He bonded out soon after for $45,000.

11:40 AM PT -- Sources close to 50 Cent tell TMZ, he removed the photos from Instagram because he personally felt that posting the child's face online might compromise his safety.

50 Cent thought twice about posting photos of his new baby boy on the Internet -- because moments after he loaded his Instagram with pics of his 16-month-old son ... he deleted them ... or tried to.

Fiddy posted the pics yesterday of Sire Jackson -- born 9/1/12 -- along with a bunch of funny captions. He even posted a side by side photo of Sire and himself to show the father-son resemblance.

For some reason, 50 then deleted the photos roughly an hour after posting them, but not before one of his followers saved them ... and leaked them back online.

As we reported, the rapper was charged with a series of crimes last fall -- including domestic violence and vandalism -- after a blowout fight with Sire's mom. The domestic violence charge was ultimately dropped.

Jenna Jameson is slamming Tito Ortiz for his DUI bust ... claiming he's putting their children in danger while committing public relations suicide.

Jenna thinks Tito's arrest after crashing his Porsche proves what she's been saying all along -- that Tito's a bad dude, and told us -- "A lot of people think he's this fantastic guy ... it's just not true."

She added, "Slowly but surely he'll hang himself. Not literally, but figuratively."

Jenna also explains how Tito's arrest could lead to her snatching back custody of their 2 boys.

Evander Holyfield may think homosexuality is wrong ... but his son says the heavyweight boxer's got nothing but love for gays -- and even had a great relationship with a gay in-law.

Ewin Holyfield tells TMZ ... Evander is no bigot -- despite being bashed for expressing his opinion on homosexuality during last night's "Celebrity Big Brother" in the UK.

Ewin says, "My dad is the most loving and caring person you will ever meet. He treats everyone like a human being ... even if they are homosexual."

In fact, Ewin says he has a gay uncle ... and Evander treated him like a brother.

Ewin adds, "My dad feels that being gay is a choice ... and naturally that's how things work. You cannot procreate and make a baby with two women, or two men. But at the same time, my dad is not going to judge someone for their sexual orientation."

Charlie Sheen did NOT actually tie the knot with his ex-porn star GF Brett Rossi over the weekend -- despite tweeting he did -- Sheen tells TMZ, he was just joking ... in a humorous attempt to incapacitate his ex-wife.

The Warlock sent the tweet Sunday from Iceland, including the photo, saying, "This is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it's also where S and I GOT MARRIED!"

But Sheen tells us, the tweet was all in jest ... "I wanted to give Denise [Richards] a stroke!!!"

As we reported, relations have been strained between Charlie and Denise recently. Charlie accused Denise of refusing to allow their daughters to open Christmas gifts at his house over the holidays, calling her a heartless ugly hag. Denise denied the accusation.

But not all of Charlie's recent tweets were a joke -- we're told the forearm tattoo he dedicated to Brett and his children is 100% real. Each letter stands for one of Charlie's children: Max, Lola, Bob, Cassandra, Sam, and Denise's adopted daughter Eloise. The safety pin symbolizes Brett.

"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson's a reckless druggie who abandoned his pregnant wife for a 22-year-old woman ... so claims his pregnant wife ... and now, shocker, she's filing for divorce.

Kylee Cochran filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. She says 43-year-old Seth bailed on their 12-year marriage in September to shack up with his 22-year-old side piece, while his wife was 3 months pregnant with their third child.

Kylee is now 7 months pregnant and wants a judge to give her full physical and legal custody of their kids, including their 5-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She claims Seth is already okay with this, and agreed to give up all custodial rights.

Kylee says she's open to giving Seth visitation, but only under supervised conditions, given his alleged past drug use.

And she wants spousal support -- if she's telling the truth, it's only fair.

Calls to Seth weren't returned.

Ludacris' longtime GF Eudoxie is turning a blind eye to her BF's infidelities that produced a kid ... because she's still determined to marry him.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Eudoxie forgives Luda for impregnating baby mama Tamika Fuller. Luda claims they were on a break when he hooked up with Tamika. Sound familiar, Dwyane?

We're told Eudoxie -- who's been dating Luda since 2009 -- is emotionally hurt, but she too is taking the position they weren't a couple at the time of conception ... even though their Instagram suggests otherwise.

Ludacris would rather spend his money on Kibbles 'n Bits than his newborn daughter ... so claims the rapper's baby mama.

Tamika Fuller just filed docs in her paternity battle with Luda -- responding to the rapper's bid to put a $1700 cap on his child support obligations.

Tamika grouses ... Luda has millions of bucks -- an impressive $80 mil between 2006 and 2012 -- and spends roughly $7,000 a month on lawn care and $5,000 a month on his pets.

So Tamika's calling BS and wants Ludacris to pay ALL of her lawyer's fees so she can afford to hire an attorney who will take him to the cleaners in court.

Single is the new married for Pablo Schreiber -- who plays the corrupt drug-peddling fellatio-soliciting correctional officer George Mendez on "Orange Is the New Black" -- because TMZ has learned ... his wife just pulled the plug on their marriage.

Jessica Schreiber -- a yoga instructor -- filed for legal separation shortly before Christmas -- bummer -- citing irreconcilable differences.

Pablo -- whose nickname on the show is "Pornstache" -- married Jessica in 2007. They have two kids, a 5-year-old son and a 22-month-old daughter.

Jessica isn't going easy on Pablo either -- she's demanding full physical custody of the children, and she wants Pablo to pay her spousal support. She also wants the judge to reject any bid he might make for spousal support.

Nonetheless, Jessica says she's open to giving Pablo visitation and she's willing to share legal custody. Sounds like something even Pablo's brother, Liev, can't fix.

69-year-old George Lucas stepped out on New Year's Day in St. Barts with his 4-month-old daughter Everest, his first ever biological child. Lucas has three other adopted children, two in their 20s, one in her 30s.

Lucas and his new wife Mellody Hobson got married last June. Everest was delivered via surrogate in November.

It's unclear if Everest has a twin brother currently residing on another planet, so right now ... she's our only hope.

12:01 PM PT -- Police investigating Kayo's death tell TMZ all evidence now points to suicide -- a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Henry County P.D. says the body of Kayo -- aka Caodes Scott -- was discovered last night in the Georgia subdivision where he lived. The autopsy will be conducted later today.

Foul play is NOT suspected in the death of Kayo Redd -- younger brother of rapper Waka Flocka Flame -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Redd died over the weekend ... and so far the cause of death has not been determined ... but our sources tell us it does not appear to be a homicide. There are unconfirmed reports Redd may have taken his own life.

Waka's mother and hip-hop manager Debra Antney confirmed the death on Twitter ... with the message, "I just lost another son." Antney also had a son who died in a car accident when Waka was 13 years old.

Waka tweeted a message yesterday, saying "Ya Big Brother love you Kayo."

Paris Jackson looked healthy and happy vacationing with her mom in Hawaii ... but MJ's daughter still has a long road ahead of her -- we're told the treatment will last years.

Debbie Rowe and Paris mugged for the camera during the trip ... as you know, Rowe lost contact with Paris after she divorced Michael Jackson, but the 2 reconnected a little over a year ago and are now extremely tight. Rowe speaks constantly with Paris -- who is at a boarding school in Utah.

As for Paris' treatment ... our sources say she's riddled with so many problems she's almost certainly spending several years at the facility ... where she is getting intensive counseling.

Britney Spears' dad learned a lesson in swag ... you gush over a product and the company that makes it will probably send you free stuff ... which brings us to duct tape.

During the "I Am Britney Jean" special Jamie Spears couldn't stop talking about his obsession with duct tape.

Now enter a company that manufactures "Duck" tape ... someone heard Jamie and the company sent him 1500 yards of the sticky stuff ... enough to span 15 football fields. Yeah, we know our sports.

The company sent various colors, including classic grey.

After the special, Britney tweeted bout her dad's infatuation saying she's gonna buy him a ton for Xmas.

TJ Jackson -- the guardian of Michael Jackson's 3 kids -- is not in the XMAS spirit when it comes to a cousin who is trying to yank guardianship away from him ... we've learned TJ has gone to court asking a judge to blow this dude out of the water.

Anthony Jackson II filed legal docs asking a judge to appoint him guardian, but TJ says he never explains why. The petition sounds like BS, but what's interesting is TJ revealing a little bit about his role. He says both he and Katherine are doing a great job as co-guardians.
