Kim Kardashian doesn't seem to have the word awkward in her vocabulary, 'cause she asked the guy who cheated on her sister to unblock her on social media ... right to his face.

Kim was celebrating Khloe Kardashian's 34th birthday Wednesday evening in L.A., with none other than Tristan Thompson in attendance. As you'll recall, Khloe and the NBA star seem to have moved past his cheating scandal while she was pregnant with their kid.

Same goes for Kim too, actually. She straight-up asked Tristan to unblock her on Instagram ... and recorded him doing it as well. Talk about Queen of Confrontation, sheesh.

Prince William toured Jerusalem on the final day of his solo pilgrimage to the Middle East and made sure to stop at the tomb of his great-grandmother, Princess Alice of Battenberg.

A little royal lineage knowledge ... Alice was the mother of Prince Philip, who is married to Queen Elizabeth, William's grandmother. Alice was deeply religious, and took in Jews during WWII, and her remains were transferred to the Convent of Saint Mary Magdalene in Jerusalem in the '80s, long after her death.

The brother of NY Giants star Janoris Jenkins has been charged with aggravated manslaughter in the death of a man found in the basement of JJ's New Jersey home ... officials say.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... William Jenkins was taken into custody early Tuesday morning on an unrelated parole warrant violation.

But now, officials clearly believe that, before they arrested Jenkins, he killed Roosevelt Rene ... the man discovered at Janoris' home.

Rene's body was not found until roughly 9 hours after William was arrested. But, once they started investigating ... they believe they found enough evidence to connect William to the killing.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office says the investigation is ongoing and notes that the charges are "merely accusations. Defendant presumed innocent."

10:30 AM PT -- Family sources tell TMZ, Joe died at a hospice in Las Vegas. The hospice is connected to a hospital where Joe was admitted. We're told he was moved to the hospice a day and a half ago.

Joe Jackson -- the patriarch of the Jackson family -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell TMZ, Joe passed away at 3:30 AM Wednesday.

We broke the story ... Joe was hospitalized in June with terminal cancer. His family had been flocking to his bedside since. His wife, Katherine, had been at his bedside as were some of Joe's children and grandchildren.

Joe had been battling health problems for some time now. He was hospitalized back in 2016 after coming down with a high fever. But, he bounced back not long after and was seen partying in Vegas. His health was also fragile after a stroke and 3 heart attacks back in 2015. Doctors implanted a pacemaker.

Joe may have been the most successful parent managing his children in the history of music. He, with a little help from Diana Ross, engineered the careers of The Jackson 5, and then Michael and Janet Jackson as solo artists.

The elder Jackson took a lot of heat from Michael and his siblings for abusing parenting and management practices, including physical brutality. Joe copped to it but, far from apologizing ... he said his methods made his kids successful and kept them out of jail.

Michael's dad stood by him during his molestation trial. After Michael's death, Joe was criticized for trying to make money off his son's memory.

A rep for Michael's estate tells us, "We are deeply saddened by Mr. Jackson’s passing and extend our heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Katherine Jackson and the family. Joe was a strong man who acknowledged his own imperfections and heroically delivered his sons and daughters from the steel mills of Gary, Indiana to worldwide pop superstardom."

Joe had 10 kids with Katherine, his wife of more than 60 years. The 2 did not live together and had a strained relationship for the last years of his life, but they frequently interacted.

"Braxton Family Values" is on an indefinite break after the sisters and their mother made a family decision -- no taping until they're paid what they're worth.

Sources connected to the show tell us the entire cast -- Tamar, Toni, Towanda, Traci, Trina and mom Evelyn -- was scheduled to shoot in Atlanta last week, but only Traci showed up ... so WE tv sent the crew home and pulled the plug on taping.

Our sources say the Braxton women are refusing to return to work until the network and Magical Elves production company renegotiate their contracts for the second half of season 6.

The major bones of contention, we're told -- the cast feels their wardrobe and travel stipends are so low it's laughable. They also want their salaries increased to an "appropriate" level.

Everything Barbara Bush left behind is, not shockingly, in the hands of her 94-year-old husband, George H.W. ... for now.

According to the doc -- obtained by TMZ -- H.W. is the executor of Barbara's estate, but the doc also reveals a clear line of succession in the fam. George W. and Jeb will control the estate when 41 passes away. H.W.'s had many health scares -- most recently, he was hospitalized last month for low blood pressure and fatigue.

After W and Jeb, there's a second tier -- the other 3 kids ... Neil, Marvin and Dorothy would be co-executors in the event their big brothers can't do it.

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ Sports ... the older brother of NY Giants star Janoris Jenkins is a "person of interest" in the case of the dead body discovered at JJ's New Jersey home.

We spoke with Ontario County NY District Attorney James Ritts ... who tells us, "William Jenkins is a person of interest in relation to dead body case at his brother’s house."

"Bergen County wants to talk to him."

Here's the twist ... according to jail records obtained by TMZ Sports, 34-year-old William Jenkins was arrested in upstate NY on June 26 at 1:46 AM ET ... about 9 hours BEFORE the body was discovered at JJ's home.

It appears William was arrested for an unrelated parole warrant issue -- but now, investigators in the dead body case believe he might know something about the death of Roosevelt Rene.

Ritts tells TMZ Sports ... there will be an extradition process to bring William from Ontario to Bergen County, NJ -- which is about 300 miles away.

Important to note, William Jenkins is NOT a suspect -- officials just want to know what he knows.

Joe Jackson is in the final stages of life ... getting weaker by the day, and his family is assembling for what they believe will be the final goodbye ... sources connected with the Jacksons tell TMZ.

As we reported, Joe has terminal cancer. He is currently in the hospital and had planned to go to his home in Vegas to live out his final days, but that has not happened.

Our sources say Joe is very weak and getting significantly weaker. As one source put it, "It's now a waiting game, and the end could come at any time."

Joe had a famously contentious relationship with Michael Jackson's estate after his son died, but we're told he has made peace with the people running the estate ... in part because they have made sure Joe has been well taken care of during his illness.

Donald Trump's cringeworthy comment comparing a murder victim to Tom Selleck didn't upset anyone that truly matters ... so says the deceased man's mom.

Agnes Gibboney -- the mother of Ronald da Silva, whose portrait Trump compared to Selleck "except better looking" -- tells us she took no offense to the President's remark about Ron last week. To the contrary ... she was flattered.

She says tons of people have told her that her late son looks like the famous TV P.I. -- and that if she really thought the comment was distasteful ... she wouldn't have laughed along with everyone else.

Chumlee's relationship with Richard Harrison spanned about 20 years, and he has a lot of fond memories of the man they called "Old Man" ... and some funny ones too.

The "Pawn Stars" star tells "TMZ Live" ... even though "Old Man" wasn't truly his family, he was always treated like a grandson and he learned many life lessons from him.

Chumlee says he's happy he got to spend some time with Harrison in recent weeks as he battled Parkinson's Disease and, while he was prepared for the inevitable, it was still a surprise when he died ... because "Old Man" always fought like hell.

Chumlee tells us the outpouring of love for the "Pawn Stars" patriarch has been incredible, and he shared his favorite memory -- taking "Old Man" for a ride in his lowrider, and giving him a surprise hydraulics lesson.

The famed "Pawn Stars" shop is already honoring its TV patriarch, Richard Harrison, a day after his death ... and fans can pay their respects in a number of ways.

Sources close to the family of Richard, best known as "Old Man," tell TMZ ... a makeshift memorial was set up in the corner of the Gold & Silver shop in Las Vegas in remembrance of their late founder. As we reported, "Old Man" died Monday ... and his memorial is already getting tons of love.

The shrine includes his signature chair, hat and coffee cup -- plus a life-sized cutout of him and photos from his office too. We're told fans and customers alike have been dropping off flowers and other items in droves.

We broke the story ... Harrison lost his battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was surrounded by loved ones when he passed at the age of 77.

Family sources also tell us ... a number of celebs have reached out with condolences, ranging from Russell Crowe to Dana White and the NHL's Golden Knights hockey to The Oak Ridge Boys quartet. We're told the outpouring of support has been incredible.

As for donations ... the Harrison family wants any monies sent to the Epilepsy Foundation ... an affliction his son Rick dealt with as a child.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye's old Bel-Air pad -- the one they transformed and sold for nearly $18 mil -- is back on the market ... and we've obtained never-before-seen pics in and around the palace.

TMZ broke the story, Kimye sold the 10,000 square foot home for $17.8 million back in November. It was scooped up by Ukranian billionaire Marina Acton, who also struck a friendship with Kim in the process.

The crib's full of marble floors, gold fixtures and a complete chef's kitchen. Doesn't look like Marina did much with the walls Kim and Kanye left her ... just a lot of white. And we're told asking price is a totally reasonable -- relatively speaking -- $18 million. The Altman brothers at Douglas Elliman Real Estate Co. will rep the sale.

Acton tells us she's still in love with the home, but is expecting a baby in a few months, so she needs more space ... 10,000 sq. feet more!

Marina -- who says she's having a girl -- tells us her parents plan to join her when she moves, and a new place in Miami or West Palm Beach with a guest house would be ideal.

As for a budget on her new place? Marina said what you'd expect from someone flipping 8-figure mansions ... "The sky is the limit."

Thomas Markle thinks the Royal Family is putting him in the "penalty box" after his "Good Morning Britain" interview a week ago, especially since President Trump is getting to meet Her Majesty before him.

Thomas tells TMZ, he hasn't spoken with anyone from the palace since last week's interview. Not even his daughter, Meghan ... who, of course, has been busy with royal stuff.

Markle thinks he's getting the cold shoulder, and tells TMZ ... “If the Queen is willing to meet our arrogant, ignorant, and insensitive president she has no excuse not to meet me, I’m nowhere near as bad.” Trump's scheduled to meet Elizabeth in the U.K. next month.

Natalie and her family hit up The Happiest Place on Earth on Sunday where they got the royal treatment. The entire family was there ... hubby Benjamin Millepied, 1-year-old Amalia and 7-year-old son, Aleph.

They hit up It's a Small World and Big Thunder Mountain, but with Queen Amidala in town, it was a no-brainer that she also sit in for a 'Star Wars' show. Some of the kids, including Aleph, took the stage for a lightsaber show against Amidala's grandson, Kylo Ren.

The woman who was engaged to Aaron Hernandez has given birth to a baby girl ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources close to the family tell us ... Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez -- who has a previous child with the late New England Patriots star -- welcomed a healthy baby in a Rhode Island hospital on June 16.

There were rumors that Aaron was the biological father (the product of frozen sperm) -- but that's NOT the case.

We're told the father of the child is Dino Guilmette, an amateur boxer from Providence. We're told both parents are excited for the happy and healthy baby.

Jenkins kept the pregnancy under wraps until last month ... saying, "I couldn’t be a luckier woman to have such a perfect little girl that’s prepared to become the best big sister, and even more blessed to welcome another babygirl to our home."
