Charlie Sheen is taking sides in the "Tip War" involving NFL star LeSean McCoy -- claiming he's giving $1,000 to the waiter McCoy stiffed after a controversial lunch earlier this week.

Actually, it wasn't a technical "stiffing" -- the Philadelphia Eagles running back tipped a waiter named Rob 20 cents on a $61.56 meal at PYT restaurant in Philly. McCoy reportedly felt he was mistreated inside the restaurant.

The receipt -- with the 20 cent tip -- was later posted on social media by the owner of the restaurant, Tommy Up.

Now, Charlie Sheen is getting involved ... issuing a statement saying, "dear Tommy Up at PYT in Philly. Please tell Rob K I'm pledging 1000 dollars to him for the tip debacle just wanna help. c #NoJudgement"

Paris Hilton is not so cool that she can't chow down on Subway ... she just thinks she's too cool to be SEEN with a Subway sandwich.

Everyone's favorite leggy socialite was spotted Monday hitting up the popular sandwich shop in New York City, but as soon as she walked out ... and realized the paps had seen her ... she tried (unsuccessfully) to slip the sub behind her clutch.

A big German guy guzzled some OJ at McDonald's and claims he got supersized -- with a 4" spear that fired into his throat.

Klaus Geier claims in his lawsuit he went to a San Fernando Valley McDonald's in April, 2012, and ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a large OJ at the drive thru.

Klaus reached in his bag, noticed there wasn't a straw so he took the plastic top off as he drove away and started guzzling it.

Klaus claims he felt something lodge in his throat -- a 4" valve which he believes was part of the OJ dispenser. As he reached in his mouth to remove it, Klaus says the serrated spear on the tip deployed and fired into his esophagus.

Attorney Anthony Liberatore, who reps Klaus, says his client grabbed the valve and spear and ripped them out of his throat, causing severe injury.

Klaus claims he is left with 2 bad options -- either highly risky surgery which could cause him to permanently lose his voice, or live with the damage which causes raspiness and a constant mucus buildup.

Former NFL superstar Albert Haynesworth dumped a bucket of ice cold water on a transient who posted up in front of his burger joint ... after the guy allegedly harassed several female patrons ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Haynesworth -- who famously signed a $100 million contract with the Redskins in 2009 -- now owns the BurgerFi restaurant in Knoxville, TN ... right near the University of Tennessee campus.

Nazarian -- claims Kid should've known Louie was "unusually dangerous" and prone to attack ... and should've kept the animal locked up.

According to the lawsuit ... Nazarian's injuries are so bad, he won't be able to deliver pizzas for a long time to come. So, in addition to medical bills and pain and suffering, he wants lost profits.

Shia was shopping at the Van Nuys, CA Costco and this was a serious food run. In addition to Nature Valley, it looks like he got "Dirty" Potato Chips and Welch's Fruit Snacks. It looks like he also has a box of Honey Bunches of Oats.

A wheelchair bound woman is suing the famous diner featured on "Seinfeld" ... because she says the place isn't handicap-friendly -- and the owner doesn't deny she's right.

68-year old Carolyn Coleman is suing Tom's Restaurant in NY -- Monk's on Seinfeld -- for not complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act ... which requires restaurants to be handicap accessible.

The woman lists a whole slew of codes the restaurant is violating ... and the manager acknowledged to the NY Post they're not up to code -- and don't have any real plans to fix it anytime soon.

Coleman -- who's been in a wheelchair since '96 -- wants more than $30K. She's also looking for a court order that would force Tom's to comply with the ADA.

Kendall Jenner claims she's been defamed by a waitress who said the 18-year-old threw money in her face ... and she's threatening to sue.

TMZ has obtained a letter from Kendall's lawyer, admitting Jenner was indeed at Mercer Kitchen last week and that she accidentally skipped out on the bill.

But legal pitbull Marty Singer says the rest of the waitress' story is a pack of lies. The waitress tweeted she chased Kendall down the street to get the money and Jenner threw it in her face.

Singer says in the letter ... what actually happened was that the waitress did come up to her outside but Jenner was "extremely apologetic" and gladly paid what she owed -- $33, plus a $7 tip ... which she "politely handed" to her.

Singer says, "Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress," adding, "You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself."
