Joe Burrow is looking to follow LeBron James' lead when he starts making that NFL money ... telling TMZ Sports he's gonna hire a personal chef to keep him in shape!!

Of course, the Lakers superstar reportedly spends a whopping $1.5 million a year to maintain peak physical shape -- including trainers, massage therapists and a chef.

Other huge names like Conor McGregor have taken notice and followed suit ... electing to invest in his body rather than spending dough on cars and jewelry (though let's get serious, he'll be able to afford that too).

We spoke with the champ at the Fanatics Super Bowl party in Miami on Saturday ... and he tells us he's already on the hunt for whoever can whip him up the best steak!!

Burrow says he's not a picky eater, so whoever wins the gig won't have too hard of a time.

"I'm a healthy eater, so whatever he or she can make that tastes good and keeps me shredded," the Heisman Trophy winner tells us.

As for how he likes his steak?? Medium rare with a side of asparagus or lobster mac ... with NO A1 sauce.

Once again, MEDIUM RARE BECAUSE THAT'S THE CORRECT ANSWER.

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her epic Super Bowl Halftime Show with Shakira ... by boarding a yacht and conducting an informal poll -- was that the best ever??? Oh, and there was cake.

J Lo was hanging out Sunday night on JR and Loren Ridinger's yacht after the triumphant performance she and Shakira pulled off earlier in the evening. She quickly acknowledged what lots of other people were already saying ... that it might've been the G.O.A.T. of halftimes.

She's quick to point out that's what other people said -- not her necessarily -- and most everyone else around her backed her on that point. Yeah, we know ... they're a bit biased.

Jenny also got serious, talking about what it meant for 2 powerful Latina women to get up there on such a big platform.

With A-Rod right behind her -- and a ton of other celebs like Jamie Foxx, Fat Joe and others nearby -- Jennifer explained what the show meant to her, to moms and to her kids. Watch ... this clearly meant more to her than just another gig.

BTW, Jen was also flanked by a spectacularly designed cake by Divine Delicacies. We're told it was a multi-layered rum/tres leches pastry, with each tier repping an outfit from her show.

Beyonce might want a word with Popeyes honchos -- not about their chicken sandwich, but about their new fashion line. Yes, that's a real thing, and yes ... it looks like a total Bey copy.

The fast-food chicken chain just unveiled new employee uniforms, which are surprisingly chic ... and very much look like Queen Bey's new Adidas x Ivy Park activewear collection.

Take a look ... the resemblance is uncanny, from the maroon and orange color scheme to the casual and comfortable clothing options.

Popeyes says ... "Nothing new here. Just the uniforms we wear every day." It also includes a link to its online store, where fans can buy the items from its fashionable uniform lineup ... which includes the tagline, "That Look From Popeyes."

As for which came first -- the chicken or the Bey? Well, they might go hand in hand. Beyonce DID choose Popeyes colors for the new Ivy Park designs, after all. But, then again, Popeyes sure seems to have swiped her style.

Vin Diesel caught Super Bowl fever early ... the guy's already in the Sunshine State and raging with none other than the great Steve Aoki. Any guesses on what they did on stage???

The "Fast & Furious" star was partying Friday night at Miami mogul David Grutman's STORY nightclub, where SA was booked to perform. Well, sure enough ... Vin got in on the festivities without hesitation. He was dancing his face off from behind the DJ booth.

Trust us though ... that doesn't quite take the cake.

VIN actually took the cake from Steve ... who's known for his birthday cake toss into the crowd. Naturally, VD was down to give a throw himself. Looks like he's done this before.

Joaquin Phoenix passed on the SAG Awards after-parties, and instead headed to a slaughterhouse ... where he comforted trucks full of pigs headed to their final demise.

Joaquin made the surprise appearance Sunday night not long after winning Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a leading role for "Joker." He made the drive from the Shrine Auditorium to the Farmer John Packing Co. ... less than 5 miles away in L.A.

There, Joaquin joined dozens of protesters who congregate there twice a week. They call their demonstrations pig vigils. They've been happening every Wednesday and Sunday night since at least 2017.

Reportedly, the trailers stop for 2 minutes -- with Farmer John's blessing -- so activists can comfort the pigs and give them water. More than 7,000 pigs are butchered every day inside Farmer John.

Someone's leaving in an ambulance, and Mark Wahlberg is positive it'll be Dr. Oz ... IF the good doc follows through with his push-up challenge ... to settle the great breakfast debate once and for all.

It all started out kinda funny, but Mark's no longer laughing, saying to Oz, "We got beef now. You don't want this smoke" -- making it clear he's down for whatever physical competition Oz wants.

Dr. Oz is throwing down the gauntlet like we've never seen anyone do before -- daring to challenge shredded Mark Wahlberg to a physical fitness competition!!!

The so-called "BreakXit" controversy Dr. Oz started is NOT dying down ... and Monday in NYC he was prepared to go all-out to defend his belief it's time to cancel breakfast.

As you know, we got Mark out this weekend and he shot down the good Doc's theory. Turns out, Oz is taking that personally. He told us, he's reached out to Wahlberg for a sit down to come to some agreement about skipping breakfast.

And, get this ... he's also down for more than just talk the talk. Oz is challenging Wahlberg to a one-legged push-up contest -- and seems supremely confident he can beat the muscle-bound celeb without breakin' a sweat ... especially if Mark's got a bellyful o' breakfast.

Ed Sheeran was dishing out free vegan nuggets in England this weekend from a freakin' food truck ... is what you might think happened at first glance from this surreal scene.

A company called THIS held a big promotional giveaway Sunday in London's BOXPARK Shoreditch shopping center, where they were giving away their plant-based nugs to offer customers an alternative to meat. There was a catch too ... they said an A-list celeb would swing by during the handout, and it sure looked like they delivered. Keyword, LOOK.

Bottom line ... the guy who was presented as Ed wasn't actually him -- just a dead-ringer doppelganger who pretty much fooled just about everyone who came up to the window.

Sources close to the company tell TMZ ... fake Ed Sheeran was a gimmick to play up the benefits of their vegan snacks, which offer the great taste of real meat without the downside. To hit that point home, they hired this dude ... complete with a bodyguard and all.

Dr. Oz has a radical New Year's resolution for folks that goes beyond dieting and sounds a little crazy ... he wants to cancel breakfast.

The popular TV doctor is adamant the first meal of the day -- the most important meal of the day according to lore -- is actually a sham created by the advertising industry ... and there's a healthier alternative.

Dr. Oz tells us it's better to wait a few hours until you're actually hungry to eat -- don't just load up in the morning because you think you are supposed to. He suggests brunching daily over breakfast.

As for those who claim they ARE hungry first thing in the AM ... Dr. Oz says you're mistaken -- it's actually just withdrawals because you're a food junkie.

Jillian Michaels stands by her comment about Lizzo's weight, but says don't for a second think she was fat shaming her over her worth as an entertainer ... it was all about her health.

We got the fitness guru Thursday morning in NYC, and she was playing a little defense over her Wednesday interview where she said, "Why are we celebrating [Lizzo's] body? Why does it matter? Why aren't we celebrating her music? 'Cause it isn't gonna be awesome if she gets diabetes."

Lizzo fans came for JM's head immediately, but she says everyone's got it twisted. Jillian told us she's always preached, "Your weight and your size have no bearing or merit on your value, your beauty, your worth, your ability."

Now, health? That's a whole other issue, and Jillian ain't about to back down on that front!

She told us why she believes acting like Lizzo's size isn't opening her up to several serious health risks ... is downright irresponsible. She runs down a few of the dangers the singer could be facing ... again, in Jillian's eyes.

Watch the clip, as a health and fitness expert, Jillian's definitely confident in what she's saying here -- but will Lizzo fans feel good as hell about it?

Kim Kardashian West got roped into an online food fight ... and responded by laying a plant-based smackdown on everybody.

Kim clapped back at all the internet trolls who mocked her for having an "empty" refrigerator and questioning how she could feed her 4 kids ... with a full tour of her MULTIPLE fridges and pantries in her home.

In the video, Kim starts by showing off a gigantic pantry loaded with jars of food, including a separate section for sprinkles for her frozen yogurt ... which goes well with the frozen yogurt machine she has tucked away.

Then Kim shows off the refrigerator that started all the commotion with fans (and haters), which contains various waters and milks ... but not any food. Turns out, it's because it's just her beverage fridge.

Kim's tour moves to her kitchen, where she reveals she does, in fact, have a lot of food for the family ... in a giant WALK-IN refrigerator. That one is loaded with fresh organic produce, more drinks, condiments and already-prepped meals for her and the kids.

So yeah ... nobody's going hungry in the Kardashian West household.

If you're a college grad who relishes handling 27 feet of lean, mean wiener, Oscar Mayer's got a job for you ... driving across the country to spread the mustard good word.

The Chicago-based company's officially accepting applications for its 2020 class of Wienermobile drivers -- which it calls "Hotdoggers" -- to drive its iconic wheels all over the U.S. and serve as an Oscar Mayer brand ambassador.

The job post says OM is specifically looking for recent college grads whose idea of a "year well spent" is being behind the wheel of the famous vehicle.

They're only hiring 12 Hotdoggers for the 12-month, full-time position, who will represent the brand in radio and television appearances, grocery store events and charity functions.

Alex Ovechkin hit up a fancy Japanese Steakhouse in D.C. after the Capitals beat the Sharks on Sunday ... and the dude was feelin' so great -- he hopped behind the grill and fed his teammates!!!

The amazing scene was captured on video ... and we're all thankful for it -- because seeing Ovi flip bits of food to squadmates Evgeny Kuznetsov and Ilya Samsonov was priceless!!

It's unclear why Ovechkin popped onto the hibachi ... but he showed his skills with a spatula are CLEARLY worse than his talent with a hockey stick.

Ovi took a few tries to get the food into everyone's mouths ... but still, good times were had by all!!!

It was almost as much fun as that time Tyrese invited Aziz Ansari, Andy Samberg and others to his personal hibachi restaurant in his backyard after the 2016 Critic's Choice Awards!

Of course, everyone was in a good mood because it was a GREAT night for the Caps' superstar ... he celebrated his 10-year anniversary of becoming a captain AND he helped his team beat San Jose in overtime.

Also, Monday's an off-day for the Caps ... so you just KNOW the partying didn't stop there. 'Cause, c'mon, look at how Ovi has gotten down after big wins in the past!!

Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant got greeted with a sports car that came smashing through the front doors ... which left shattered glass and a chaotic scene behind.

The accident went down Sunday at the reality star's place of business in West Hollywood -- it's called Pump, and it's a restaurant, garden and a lounge. Somehow, a silver Ferrari jumped the curb and smashed through the patio seating area into the building itself.

Gene Simmons doesn't understand why the Internet can't stop talking about his preference for ice cubes in cereal ... he says folks should be worried about more pressing issues, like Vladimir Putin!!!

We got the KISS rocker heading into Beverly Glen Deli for a quick bite to eat and had to ask about his weird eating habit -- putting ice in his cereal to keep the milk cold.

As you know ... Gene got a rise on Twitter New Year's Day by sharing his ingenious way to keep his cereal from soaking in lukewarm milk, setting off an endless debate about the practice.

William Shatner pulled a Christmas surprise out of his stocking for some hungry cops stuck working on Xmas ... filling their bellies with a tasty holiday spread.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 'Star Trek' legend paid a visit to his local police station on Christmas day, pulling up with trays of corned beef and pastrami sandwiches and contributing the grub to a potluck for police.

Our sources say William also came bearing other tasty gifts from Brent's Deli -- bagels, lox and cream cheese. All part of a complete breakfast!!!

Captain Kirk kept spreading holiday cheer with the LAPD ... we're told William thanked those on the force for working on Christmas and also left behind a nice holiday card for the station.

All told, our sources say William dropped a few hundred bucks to feed the guys.
