Pauly D I Support NJ Saggy Pants Ban!!! Who Wants to See Guys' Asses?

Published | Updated

Well this is surprising ... "Jersey Shore" star Pauly D actually supports a New Jersey town's war on saggy pants -- telling TMZ, "I'm not trying to look at guys' asses going down the street."

As we reported, several big rappers -- including The Game -- have spoken out against the City of Wildwood's recent ban on saggy pants along its boardwalks, claiming it's a racist law that targets black people.

But Pauly D doesn't think so ... saying, "Put a belt on!"

Oh yeah, we also talk about air sex. It's a thing.

'Big Brother' Aaryn Dropped By Modeling Agcy. Over Offensive Comments

Published | Updated

Aaryn Gries -- the Paula Deen of the "Big Brother" house -- has been dropped by her modeling agency after dropping racist and homophobic comments in the BB house ... TMZ has learned.

Gries has been under fire for referring to a gay houseguest as a "queer" ... AND for telling an Asian-American houseguest to "shut up and go and make some rice" ... AND for saying racist stuff about black people.

When referring to a black contestant, Aaryn said "Be careful what you say in the dark, you might not be able to see that b*tch."

Now, Zephyr Talent in Austin, Texas says they've seen enough -- and have decided to DROP Aaryn from the agency because of her filthy mouth.

"Aaryn, season 15 cast member of Big Brother, revealed prejudices and other beliefs that we (Zephyr Talent) do not condone."

Zephyr continues, " We certainly find the statements made by Aaryn on the live Internet feed to be offensive. Upon much consideration, we have decided to release Aaryn from her contract with Zephyr Talent."

Obviously, Aaryn cannot be reached for comment -- 'cause she's still in the BB house ... with all of those people she hates.

New England Patriots Aaron Hernandez is Not Kid Friendly

Published | Updated

The New England Patriots want all Aaron Hernandez jerseys off the backs of kids, and off the market completely -- and they don't care what it costs to make it happen.

The team just announced that fans can exchange their #81 Hernandez jerseys for a brand new Pats jersey ... totally free of charge.

A spokesperson said, "We know that children love wearing their Patriots jerseys, but may not understand why parents don't want them wearing their Hernandez jerseys anymore."

The trade-in offer is further indictment of Hernandez by his former team ... which cut him even before the murder charges were announced.

The only catch to the deal is you have to exchange the jersey on July 6 or 7 at the team's pro shop at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass.

Non-local Pats fans -- you're stuck with an alleged murderer on your back.

Lindsay Lohan $5 Mil Lawsuit On 'Rehab Hold'

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan just learned a bad lesson while she tries to get her life back on track in rehab -- addicts get special breaks when they're sued.

As we reported, D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries -- which manufactured clothes for Lindsay's 6126 line back in 2009-2010 -- sued the actress for the massive $5 million sum in May, claiming her "drug-addled image" made the clothes unsellable ... and they lost millions as a result.

But in a twist of irony, Lindsay's "drug-addled image" just bought her more than a month to scramble a legal defense -- because D.N.A.M. has just agreed to a ceasefire while she's in treatment.

According to new court docs, D.N.A.M. won't serve Lindsay 'til she leaves rehab in mid-August "in a gesture of good faith and so as not to disturb her healing process."

FYI, the lawsuit's already been filed ... but the legal process can't begin until Lindsay has been served with the documents.

You'll recall ... Lindsay initially sued D.N.A.M. for $1.1 million, claiming the company licensed the 6126 trademark, but shortchanged her big time on hundreds of thousands of dollars she claims she was promised in exchange.

Paula Deen Kmart & Sears Bailing Out Too

Paula Deen can't apologize enough to stop the bleeding -- Kmart and Sears are now cutting ties with her in the wake of the n-word controversy ... TMZ has learned.

Sears Holdings -- owner of Sears and Kmart stores -- tells us, "After careful consideration of all available information, we have made the decision to phase out all products tied to [Paula Deen's] brand."

But the retail giants -- which carry Deen's cookware and dishware lines -- seem to be guilty of a little fence-sitting, because they added ... "We will continue to evaluate the situation."

Yesterday Home Depot, Target, and QVC also jumped ship ... following the Food Network's lead.

What's that saying about a pound of flesh?

Rick Ross Sued for $90K U.O.E.N.O. How Expensive These Rolexes Were

Published | Updated

Rick Ross has just been sued for being so sophisticated ... he forgot to pay a nearly $90,000 bill for three Rolexes he bought last year -- this according to a new lawsuit.

Johnny's Custom Jewelry in Texas filed the suit against Ross and his company Maybach Music, claiming the rapper agreed to purchase 3 diamond Rolexes last August for a total of $89,847.50.

According to Johnny's, the Rolexes include one 18K gold watch with 30CT of diamonds ($55,000), one 18K gold watch with 7CT of diamonds ($14,000), and one two-tone watch with 5CT of diamonds ($14,000).

Johnny's says it held up its end of the bargain -- delivering the watches as ordered -- but Rick still hasn't paid for the bling. Johnny's wants the rapper to cough up the owed money stat, plus interest.

Calls to Rick's people weren't returned.

Grand Canyon Tightrope Walker PANTSED ... For Life

World record-setting Grand Canyon tightrope walker Nik Wallenda won't have to worry about scaring the pants off himself anymore -- because one jeans company has offered to keep him stocked with trouserly replacements for life.

FYI, Wallenda was wearing Buffalo Jeans when he performed his highwire stunt on Sunday -- becoming the first man ever to cross a massive gorge near the Grand Canyon -- and the jeans company wants to express its gratitude by giving him a lifetime supply of their threads.

A rep for Buffalo tells us, "We know we have brand loyalists but this takes it to a whole new level -- literally."

The rep says Wallenda's wife and children will also be receiving a lifetime supply of Buffalo jeans.

As for some kind of business partnership, or spokesperson agreement, Buffalo says nothing of the kind has been discussed just yet. The rep says, "We can discuss business later."

And if free jeans weren't enough, Buffalo has also erected a thank-you billboard to Wallenda in Times Square.

Jamie says when his parents gave him the pajamas ... they told him about the challenges Hank faced "because of his color" and explained that people deserved to be judged on their merits, not skin color.

They're both appealing the conviction so they're free to continue making really bad, overpriced schmatas.
