Music and fashion are all about expression, and the 2018 American Music Awards provided some great shots of celebs making statements with colorful ensembles, sparkling dresses and flashy outfits.

Some of the stars who shined extra bright Tuesday night ... Cardi B and Offset, Taylor Swift, Post Malone, Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod, G-Eazy and Halsey ... and lots of other pairs and groups who shared in the harmony.

The biggest story of the night, though, was T-Swift's political spin on her record-breaking acceptance speech.

Bill and Hillary Clinton are taking a break from the craziness in America ... to take in the festivities of one of the world's biggest fairs.

The Clintons were spotted at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany Friday, and look pretty happy to be there -- especially Bill.

The former Prez is rocking some traditional Bavarian garb with the high socks and lederhosen ... while it looks like Hill opted to stick to her standard pantsuit.

The couple have been having some fun together this week -- as we reported, they caught Christina Aguilera's show Wednesday night at Radio City Music Hall and had a little meet-and-greet with her afterward.

Nicki Minaj wore fancy threads provided by her fashion stylist, but never returned them to the guy, so now he's been hit with a huge bill ... according to a new suit.

Maher Jridi claims he was Nicki's stylist in 2017 and rented a bunch of clothing from a wardrobe company for her to wear. He says he dropped thousands on the clothes, Nicki wore them ... but then he never got them back.

According to the docs ... Jridi got sued for the missing gear and is now on the hook for nearly $74k. So, he's suing her for the bill ... and says the whole ordeal has been emotionally painful for him.

Maher, who's French, is known for being the man behind Nicki's famous wardrobe during 2017's Paris Fashion Week.

Natalie Pack -- who appeared on "America's Next Top Model" and went on to become Miss California -- claims she wasn't paid on time while working for Guess ... so now she wants BIG money.

According to a new suit obtained by TMZ ... Pack was booked by Guess for several short modeling gigs starting in October 2015 -- most of them being one-day shoots with her daily rate ranging from $600/day to $2,000 for the day.

Pack claims from when she started in 2015 to May 2018, she worked 48 jobs for Guess, but she was not paid within 30 days ... as is required by state labor laws.

According to the docs ... that triggers HUGE penalties for Guess -- totaling $1.265 MILLION -- and the model wants the company to fork it all over.

We reached out to Guess ... so far, no word back.

10/2 -- We've obtained docs that show Horne was more than "merely a vendor" in the company. Horne actually filed a trademark for Beverly Beach back in 2017.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley says the guy claiming she and her husband screwed him over when they launched her swimwear brand is full of it, and in fact ... it's quite the opposite.

We broke the story ... Ryan Horne sued Dorit and her husband, Paul Kemsley, last month, claiming he struck a deal with them in 2017 to make bathing suits and own a third of the biz. He also claimed he got stiffed out of huge profits.

Dorit's company, Beverly Beach, fired back at Horne with a lawsuit of its own last week. According to the docs ... Dorit is the company's sole owner, and there was never a deal made with Horne for ownership.

BB also claims Horne was "merely a vendor" for the swimwear brand ... but failed to provide the goods and services he promised in a timely or competent manner. The company alleges it was screwed out of hundreds of thousands in lost sales as a result.

Yasiel Puig doesn't seem too fazed about all the burglaries at his L.A. home -- he just went out and bought a bunch of expensive replacement stuff!

Puig and the Dodgers are in San Francisco to play the Giants in a hugely important 3-game series beginning Friday night ... but before Yasiel took the field, he hit Gucci and Louis Vuitton with some of his teammates, including Pedro Baez!

Of course, Puig could use some new stuff -- his home was hit 4 times in the past 2 years. In the most recent invasion, crooks raided his bedroom earlier this month while he was playing at Dodger Stadium.

The good news for Puig ... he's rich. Dude's in the middle of a $42 million contract.

The rapper rolled over to the offices of The Fader on Thursday in Trump's "Make America Great Again" hat ... while wearing a sweatshirt with Kaep's name spelled out across the chest.

Remember, Trump famously referred to Colin as a "son of a bitch" and called for NFL owners to fire all players who didn't stand for the national anthem.

But, Ye applauded Nike for signing Kaep to a deal recently -- saying, "I stand for giving everyone a voice."

He added, "Adidas giving me a voice and Nike giving Colin voice on a big business level makes the world a more advanced place."

Slick Woods pulled the biggest shocker of NY Fashion Week -- besides Cardi B and Nicki Minaj -- when she went into labor at Rihanna's show, and 2 weeks later ... she's ready to hit the catwalk again!

The model is flaunting her post-baby bod, and you can totally see why. The baby bump's in her rearview, and her abs are fully toned.

Cardi B isn't ruffling feathers at Paris fashion shows ... she's just flaunting 'em now.

The rapper performed Tuesday during the Etam Spring/Summer show as part of Paris Fashion Week. She matched her purple dyed hair with a purple suit and strutted some very large purple feathers on the runway.

All this while model hotties pranced around her in tiny outfits.

Yup, Cardi's still in hot demand with fashionistas. TMZ broke the story ... the rapper's NYFW rumble with Nicki Minaj raised her profile in the fashion world, and this Paris reception is proof.

Sources close to Cardi tell TMZ the "I Like It" rapper has been on schedule and unfazed for Fashion Week in Milan these past few days ... and, in fact, it seems squaring off with Nicki has only raised her profile. We're told none of her appearances have been canceled, and no designers have pulled invitations that were sent pre-fight.

Cardi attended the Dolce & Gabbana show Sunday as planned, an event she'd been booked for well before her altercation earlier this month with Nicki.

While some might have expected prim and proper fashionistas to keep Cardi at arm's length after her NYFW rumble -- designers seem to be embracing her instead. She was all smiles while sitting front row at the Dolce & Gabbana show.

Hell, even Cardi's sister, Hennessy, walked the runway for the Philipp Plein show in Milan -- a clear sign they were happy to have the MC show up and probably wanted her to, although she did not.

We're told Cardi wasn't concerned about Nicki's schedule in Milan, or the possibility of running into her at any events. Nicki arrived in Milan 3 days before CB, but they were both there over the weekend. No fireworks.

Cardi's now off to Paris for Fashion Week there, and sources say she's going to 3 major shows.

Tom Ford's got high standards ... so high, his $40 million crib isn't quite up to snuff, but that's about to change.

The famed designer bought this incredible estate in L.A.'s tony Holmby Hills hood nearly 2 years ago, and according to building permits obtained by TMZ ... it's getting a serious facelift.

Tom's upgrades include converting the porch into habitable space, turning an existing pool house into a guest house, remodeling the second floor and creating 2 rec rooms on the first floor.

Tom's also got plans to install an elevator and wheelchair lift and gate -- plus his tennis court getting renovated and the swimming pool will be plastered and remodeled.

The mansion once belonged to the heir to Bloomingdale's. When Tom bought the place in December 2016, it was already incredible -- 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, wood-paneled library, billiard's room and a caterer's kitchen with a staff dining room.

Jeremy Meeks walked away from his ex-wife and moved onto bigger and better things ... and now she's walkin' his walk -- on her first runway as a fashion model.

Melissa Meeks -- who was married to the "hot felon" for 8 years -- will take the stage at "Black Excellence" at the end of the month in Los Angeles as she dives into the modeling scene ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Melissa will be dressed in a custom cheetah-pattern bodysuit with a denim jacket over it. Rawr!

It's the latest move in Melissa's dramatic makeover ... she's already had a vaginal rejuvenation procedure. We're told she's hoping to do more modeling as she moves on after Jeremy.

He's already done plenty of moving on -- legendarily, really -- he's got a kid with Topshop heiress Chloe Green and they're reportedly engaged already.

North West had a distinctly Michael Jackson vibe Saturday as she marched down the runway at a celeb fashion show.

The 5-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made her modeling debut at the L.O.L. Surprise Fashion Show in Santa Monica.

She wore what looks like a "Thriller" getup as she walked the runway with purpose.

There were other celeb offspring as well ... Busy Philipps' daughter, Birdie, and Sara Foster's daughter, Valentina, were also front and center at the children's fashion event.

Cardi B has just flown thousands of miles and landed in Milan where a possible re-match with her mortal enemy, Nicki Minaj, could happen ... TMZ has learned.

Cardi showed up in Milan for Fashion Week. Nicki arrived 3 days ago.

Cardi and her team have not announced her arrival, although she certainly dropped hints by posting a pic of a gift basket that has Italy written all over it.

It's certainly interesting ... everyone knows what happened earlier this month at the Harper's Bazaar party during New York Fashion Week, where Cardi tried to attack Nicki and threw a shoe at her. Cardi's the one who ended up injured with a giant lump on her head as she hobbled out of the party on one shoe.

It's unclear if Nicki knew Cardi would show.

We're told so far Cardi and Nicki have not interacted, but we're on the lookout.
