Another bizarre twist in the Tiger Woods missing tooth mystery -- his GF Lindsey Vonn is backing his "camera smacked me in the mouth" story ... despite eye witnesses who claim it's all BS.

Vonn just went to Facebook to back up Tiger's story about why he was pictured without a front tooth at the World Cup skiing event in Italy this weekend -- saying:

"I feel terrible that his tooth got knocked out though. When he was in the finish area a camera man accidentally knocked into him and took out his front tooth. He was still in great spirits though and didn’t complain once or ask for any special assistance or security."

Problem is ... event officials have gone on the record and said no such accident ever occurred and if it had, there would have been witnesses or video of the incident.

One official told TMZ Sports that Tiger never even showed signs of pain ... signs that you'd expect someone to have after losing a tooth.

But Lindsey came up with an explanation when talking to USA Today -- saying, "This pain is really nothing when he has had as many injuries as he's had. It's not a big deal. He was in good spirits."

Stephen Belafonte has done what Mel B did last month ... landed in the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Stephen showed up at the Cedars-Sinai ER Tuesday AM ... complaining of back pain. We're told he says he doesn't know how he hurt it ... but it's gotten bad enough that he needs medical help.

Mel B took him to the hospital and is by his side.

10:20 AM PT -- We also spoke with Nicola Colli ... who tells us Tiger "never seemed like he was in pain."

"We aren't mad at Tiger or his reps," Colli told an Italian-speaking member of our team ... "It's just funny and strange that he would claim something went wrong when everything seemed perfectly OK."

"You would think that if somebody hit you – somebody would say something. But [Tiger] told us nothing."

Tiger Woods may have been lying through his teeth tooth ... because race organizers at a World Cup alpine skiing race in Italy say Tiger's story about being smacked in the face by a photog is BULL.

After photos started circulating of Tiger sans front tooth ... Woods' agent issued a statement saying the golfer was caught in a photog crush and his tooth was knocked out when he was accidentally smacked in the face by a camera.

Curiously, there was no video or photos of the alleged accident ... and Tiger's mouth didn't appear bloody or swollen.

Now ... Nicola Colli, the secretary general of the race organizing committee, told the AP, "I was among those who escorted him from the tent to the snowmobile and there was no such incident."

Colli also says Tiger asked for more security when he arrived -- so police were looking after both him and his GF Lindsey Vonn at all times.

So how did Tiger really lose the tooth? All signs point to Elin ...

Busted. Again.

The viral video of a cop singing "Shake It Off " while on patrol is NOT legit dash cam footage ... TMZ has learned -- but if that stops you from watching, then you clearly have no soul.

The video has been blowing up the internet Saturday ... and already racked up over 400K views on YouTube in less than 24 hours -- but the Dover PD tells us the whole thing was produced ... despite the chyron saying otherwise.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate says he DID NOT have sexual relations with Russell Wilson's wife ... despite rumors to the contrary ... and he claims the Seahawks QB knows it.

Of course, Wilson and his wife Ashton split up back in April -- and there were rumblings that it all had to do with an alleged affair involving one of Russell's Seattle Seahawks teammates.

Golden -- who played with Seattle at the time --signed with Detroit a short time later ... fueling the rumors.

But now Tate is denying everything in a statement posted on TheCauldron -- writing:

"I did not have an affair with Russell Wilson’s wife, nor did I have anything to do with his divorce."

"That is laughable for anyone who knows us. His ex-wife, Ashton, is still best friends with my girlfriend."

"Russell and I were good friends when I was in Seattle, on and off the field — he knows the rumors about me were unfounded, damaging to my reputation, and an attack on my character."

In fact, Golden's GF posted a pic with Ashton just 4 months ago (pic below).

As for Russell, the details surrounding the split were kept super quiet. Neither he nor Ashton have talked about why they broke up.

The demise of the hit Nickelodeon show "Victorious" has been the subject of lots of rumors and innuendos in the years since it ended ... and Victoria Justice says the rumors are BS.

If you're not a 14-year-old girl ... "Victorious" was a show that aired on Nickelodeon from March 2010 until February 2013 and starred Justice and Ariana Grande ... before she struck it big on her own.

VJ was the star of the show and when it got the ax, the prevailing rumor was that Victoria chose to do a solo tour INSTEAD of a cast tour ... sealing the show's fate.

As TMZ first reported, Bieber's legal team threatened to sue a website that claimed to have an un-retouched photo of Biebs' CK ad ... that made him look much, much tinier ... both above and below the Equator. The site quickly pulled it down, but lots of people remained unconvinced.

Bar Refaeli is giving her ex-bf Leonardo DiCaprio the green light (not that he needs it) when it comes to hooking up with Rihanna ... because, well ... LOOK AT HER!

Matt -- who was cool as a cucumber, even in the rain -- was unequivocal about the bogus story. Giada has also said the story was made up.

It only took a matter of hours before the website that posted a GIF making it appear Calvin Klein artificially endowed Justin Bieber with muscles and genitalia folded like a cheap suit.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin's legal team fired off a threatening letter to BreatheHeavy.com, demanding a retraction after the site posted a GIF making it appear that Bieber was way scrawnier and "smaller" than the Calvin Klein photo would suggest.

BreatheHeavy just caved and you can literally feel the fear. The site says, "Bieber denies the photo is real, and I respect that and will believe him."

But the site didn't stop there, quoting Bieber's personal trainer ... who said, "I can definitely confirm that he is a well-endowed guy. I sound weird saying that, but yes.”

Justin Bieber is angry a website made it look like Calvin Klein pumped up his muscles using Photoshop, and unless he gets an admission he's going to court.

Justin's team fired off a demand letter -- obtained by TMZ -- threatening breatheheavy.com with a defamation case for posting a GIF showing Justin transformed from mildly muscly to jacked.

The Biebs and company say the puny photo is fake ... clearly Photoshopped, and it's damaging his brand.

Shut it ... rapper Lil Boosie has video proof for all the haters who say he Photoshopped the XMAS hangout sesh with his kids.

As TMZ previously reported ... Boosie took a lot of heat this week. He's adamantly denied doctoring pics of himself to make it look like he'd spent Christmas with his kids. This video makes it clear ... he was truth-telling.

Boosie's clearly laying in the same position and the kid -- Michael Jordan Hatch -- is striking the same pose ... and the rest of the kids? They're in the room showing dad love too.

Lil Boosie is outraged people think he abandoned his kids on XMAS day and then had the audacity to deceive people into thinking they were with him courtesy of Photoshop.

Boosie posted the pic last week featuring 4-year-old Michael Jordan ... and a lot of people thought it just didn't look real.

We're told it was taken by a professional photog ... which is why the lighting looks better than normal. But Boosie insists the kid was front and center with him at his New Orleans digs. He says 6 of his other bambinos were there as well.
