Pharrell, Kevin Hart and a bunch of other stars headed down to L.A.'s Skid Row Wednesday to put some smiles in the faces and food in the stomachs of people not nearly as fortunate as them.

Some of the other celebs who showed up to feed the homeless ... Minnie Driver, Williams, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Antonio Villaraigosa, Christina DeRosa, Donna D'Errico, Edwin Hodge, Emma Kenney, John Savage, Blanca Blanco, and Loni Love.

The Thanksgiving meal is an annual tradition on L.A.’s Skid Row. In addition to meals, the homeless get blankets, hygiene kits, socks and other items. More than 3,000 people are fed every year.

Nicki Minaj is spreading holiday cheer, sending well wishes to Tekashi69 in prison and handing out turkey dinners to residents in her old hood in Queens.

Nicki started her Wednesday by posting a heartfelt message to 6ix9ine, writing on her IG page, "Danny, I love you and am praying for you, your Mother, daughter & her mom during this time."

Tekashi is in general population in a brutal Brooklyn detention center after getting busted by the feds on racketeering charges. Nicki and 6ix9ine were supposed to shoot a music vid with Kanye West, but production was halted earlier this month after 2 gunmen shot up the set.

After that, it was turkey time in Queens, with Nicki dishing out Thanksgiving meals to tons of peeps in her old stomping grounds.

Bob Barker is out of the hospital and back home recovering just in time for Thanksgiving ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the ex-'Price is Right' host tells us Bob was released from Cedars-Sinai Monday -- a day after he was rushed to the ER, and is now resting at his Hollywood Hills home.

We're told he's feeling better after suffering severe back pain this past weekend, but understands the road to full recovery will be long and slow -- especially at his age.

As we first reported ... Bob was taken to the hospital by ambulance Sunday for back pain. It was the second time in 2 months that he was rushed to a facility. He was also transported in October for the same issue -- back problems -- but appeared alert and conscious.

As for how he plans to spend his time at home, we're told Bob will try to get some movement in every day to help his body heal and get stronger. It's unclear if he'll undergo any professional physical therapy.

They don't call him the G.O.A.T. for nothin' ... Michael Jordan is delivering a huge assist to Hurricane Florence victims ... handing out Thanksgiving meals to those affected by the storm on Tuesday.

TMZ Sports has learned ... His Airness was dishin' out the meals in front of a Lowe's in Wilmington, North Carolina ... personally greeting and helping out the people in attendance.

It's a tragedy that hit close to home for M.J. ... he grew up in Wilmington and later went on to ball out at University of North Carolina.

ICYMI -- Jordan already donated $2 MILLION to hurricane relief and boxed meals with his Charlotte Hornets back in September.

Jordan also raised more money by selling Hornets merch with proceeds going to hurricane relief.

Not only did Jordan do the Thanksgiving giveaway ... M.J's rep, Estee Portnoy, tells us he surprised kids at the Boys & Girls Club and hooked them up with food and Jordans as well.

For the 26th year in a row, Shaq-A-Claus is coming to town -- giving out thousands of toys to kids in need -- and the Big Fella's reason for launching the program is DEFINITELY gonna give you the feels.

Shaquille O'Neal joined the guys on "TMZ Live" and explained how he started his Shaq-A-Claus initiative back in 1992 after someone very special to him asked to borrow money to buy gifts for underprivileged kids.

The NBA legend was so moved, he opened up his bank account -- and got a moving truck (he doesn't really fit in your standard sleigh) -- and brought Christmas gifts to kids with nothing under the tree.

This year, Shaq says he's teaming up with Zappos -- the shoe giant -- to make the program bigger than ever before.

Zappos is essentially offering to cover shipping costs to donate toys through its website -- and will match toy donations on Black Friday and Cyber Monday!

Kenyan Drake's doing his best Martha Stewart impression Sunday ... throwing a Thanksgiving bash for underprivileged kids -- and it's all going down at the Dolphins' stadium!!

Miami's on a bye this week ... so Drake's taking advantage of the empty Hard Rock Stadium by having a feast with 50 children from the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County -- TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told most of the kids have never had a traditional Thanksgiving dinner ... so the star running back is really providing a special treat.

In addition to the turkey, gravy and all the fixins... Drake is also handing out gift baskets (filled with food for the kids' families) and autographed cards.

We're told Drake was very involved in the Boys & Girls Club as a kid in Atlanta ... so the cause is super special to the ex-Alabama star.

Drake ain't the only NFL stud puttin' in this kinda work -- as we previously reported, Cam Newton is set to feed 1,200 kids at his annual "Cam's Thanksgiving Jam" next week.

The Carolina Panthers superstar is one-upping his own holiday tradition this year ... buying a bunch of turkey dinners for 1,200 underprivileged children AND their families!!

It's all part of the 7th annual "Cam's Thanksgiving Jam"... a fun time full of games, music, face painting and balloon artists.

Cam will be there to personally serve the kids in attendance ... so we're sure there will be some dancing goin' on.

And, if that's not good enough for you -- Cam's giving everyone a take-home turkey dinner too!!

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are NOT broken up or on the rocks, contrary to reports -- but they could very well be breaking up a turkey wishbone very soon ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... rumors that Khloe and TT have split or are no longer talking in the wake of his cheating scandal are simply false -- they're still together and going strong.

We're told the reason Khloe hasn't been in Cleveland lately is that she's filming a new season of 'KUWTK.' Meanwhile, he's in the middle of his NBA season with the Cavs. Our sources say Khloe was supposed to fly out to Cleveland last week, but stayed in L.A. on account of the fires that were ravaging hers and surrounding communities.

And besides, would a couple on the verge of a split be spending time together on Thanksgiving? Probably not ... which is exactly what we're told Khloe's doing for the holiday. Sources say Khloe's going to Cleveland next week to be with Tristan and baby True as a family.

As we reported ... Khloe was at Tristan's game in Cleveland a couple weeks ago cheering him on. Her visit must've left some magic behind, 'cause Tristan's been on a tear lately. He racked up 21 rebounds in the Cavs' win over Charlotte Tuesday night.

The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is floatin' our boats with a new lineup for 2018 ... including, at least one, on a half shell!

The "Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" will make its debut at the 92nd annual parade next week in NYC along with a score of others -- like a new Kinder Chocolate Factory float. There's also a new giant and colorful elephant which has a pretty cool feature ... it shoots confetti outta its trunk.

Don't worry, the oldies but goodies like Tom the Turkey are still there. Tom's been in the game since 1971 (ride or die) ... and for the first time ever he'll be self-propelled.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are doing divorce as well as ANY Hollywood couple ever has -- cause they went trick-or-treating together ... WITH their new significant others, and everyone was all smiles!

The freshly divorced duo, along with Katherine Schwarzenegger and Michael Barrett, took Jack out for Halloween in full couples costumes too. Chris and Katherine were Vikings, while Anna was Snow White and Michael took a shot at Khaleesi from 'GoT.' Jack was cool as ever as a ninja.

Costumes aside ... ya gotta check out the gallery, because not only are Chris and Anna getting along -- but Anna and Katherine were chummy and laughing. Bonus for Chris! Always better when the ex and the GF get along.

The modern fam was so NOT awkward, Chris and Kat were even sucking face during the outing.

This is becoming a thing in Hollywood -- we just saw Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry and Miranda Kerr chopping it up.

9:50 AM PT -- Kim has apologized for using the word, telling us, "I want to apologize for what I said in a recent video post that is inappropriate and insensitive to the special needs community. I try to learn from my mistakes and this is one of those times. Please know that my intention is always pure, and in this case, it was a mistake. I’m sorry."

Another huge star has offended the special needs community -- this time, it's Kim Kardashian West who used the r-word to insult Halloween party guests who couldn't guess her costume.

Kim dressed up as Pam Anderson to attend Kendall Jenner's Halloween bash Wednesday night -- but was jokingly irritated when she quizzed guests about her costume and they couldn't figure it out.

But, in a video Kim posted -- and has since deleted -- on Instagram to her 120 MILLION followers, Kim used the word "r******d" to describe guests who were too dumb to decipher her Halloween character.

Of course, the problem ... tons of special needs groups have spoken out about the dangers of using the r-word because it essentially uses a serious condition as an insult.

In fact, earlier this week, Shaun White issued an apology after dressing as a special needs character from the movie "Tropic Thunder" for a Halloween party.

Bottom line -- special needs people are not punchlines, insults or Halloween costumes and people like Kim and Shaun should be more understanding.

Kim deleted the video off her IG page, but the internet backlash was immediate. Some comments about the clip ...

"@KimKardashian using the R word on her IG story from yesterday is disgusting. And I really liked her. Watched, followed, bought shit, spent like 3 grand on her game. My brother is an ANGEL sent from Heaven and if you use it generally, you use it ALL THE TIME. Done."

Bradley Cooper and Kate Hudson aren't about that Hollywood bar scene -- scoring candy bars with the kiddos is more of their thing.

Bradley and Kate teamed up on Halloween in Brentwood for a little trick-or-treating ... with Kate's BF, Danny Fujikawa, also in tow. Bradley sure got in the spirit with a bear costume as he happily carried his 1-year-old daughter, Lea, on his shoulders.

Hard to tell what Kate and Danny were going for -- comfy PJs maybe? Anyway, their daughter, Rani, is only a month old -- too young for candy hunting -- but they ushered some other kids ... probably relatives. Knocking on a door with 2 huge movie stars behind ya has to help score better candy, right?

It's kinda terrifying ... Halloween's officially behind us but luckily these celebs went all out for one last scary ass bash in 2018.

Halsey, Rihanna and Emily Ratajkowski are just a few of the celebs who brought their best on Halloween night. Halsey was a spooky, but very sexy, cheerleader when she hit up Delilah in WeHo. Emily was also there ... and give her a damn hand 'cause she knocked it outta the park channeling her very sexy Raquel Welch.

RiRi was across the pond doing her thing ... busting out Catwoman gear at Annabel's in London. Did we mention it was very sexy? The Weeknd and Bella Hadid killed with their couples outfit, and Fergie went full Pink Ranger.

The stars of "Flipping Vegas" got someone flippin' pissed at their Halloween stunt -- riding horses on the beach -- and they ended having a run-in with Johnny Law.

Scott and Amie Yancey hit Malibu Tuesday evening on horseback while in costume -- Scott was the Headless Horseman, and Amie looked like Daenerys from "Game of Thrones." As you can see in the video ... onlookers at the Sunset Restaurant were in awe, but eventually ... the party on hooves was stopped in its tracks.

Scott's rep tells us cops arrived shortly after the couple trotted their steads down Westward Beach Road and told them they couldn't ride on the street.

Their costumes must have impressed the officers, because they were merely escorted to the trailers where the horses were stowed. Their show's been off the air since 2014, but seems like they still have fans in law enforcement -- Amie and Scott were allowed to go on their way ... on foot.

If the calendar says Oct. 31, TMZ staffers are dressing to the nines to honor the best (and sometimes worst) pop culture moments -- and these costumes slayed, if we do say so ourselves. And we do.

We had everyone from Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson (pre-split), Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ... and Tonya Harding and her ma, LaVona Golden.
