Yolanda Hadid removed the last vestige of her marriage to David Foster with a legal name change ... TMZ has learned.

The former 'RHBH' star filed late last month to drop 'Foster' from her name, and she got a pretty quick answer. The judge signed off on her request on April 5 ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

Yolanda and David's divorce was finalized in October of last year.

Tom Arnold can't fathom how Roseanne still has a job ... but he says the least ABC can do is apologize for her insanity.

We got Tom at LAX on Sunday and asked him about his ex-wife, Roseanne, whose show reboot has brought her new glory, but also scrutiny given she's a Donald Trump supporter. Plus ... she's also under fire for spreading conspiracy theories on Twitter ... like when she tweeted and then deleted David Hogg gave a Nazi salute at the March for Our Lives rally.

The star of "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" has repeatedly shown he's a violent freak of nature ... so claims his ex-gf Jennifer Williams, who says she's got a witness who can prove it.

Sources close to the 'Basketball Wives' star tell TMZ ... Jennifer's legal team has added Horace Hodges to her witness list in her quest to get a permanent restraining order against James "Tim" Norman. Remember, she already got a temporary order against Tim after claiming he's violent and threatening. He calls BS.

Jennifer's witness -- a former pastry chef who worked with Tim -- has allegedly come face-to-face with Tim's violent ways. He sued Tim back in June of 2017 ... claiming Tim damaged his left eye after punching him with his fist.

The star of "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" is firing back at ex-gf "Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams, calling BS on her claims she was abusive to her.

James "Tim" Norman says Jennifer is being incredibly vindictive after producers of "Sweetie Pie's" pressed him to get engaged to her but he wasn't into it. Jennifer got a restraining order, claiming he was prone to violence and was stalking her to drum up attention for his show.

Tim says she's the vicious one, saying she tried to run him down in her car. He also says she slashed his tires. Tim says Jennifer is also pissed off because he closed the cash register drawer on her, refusing to bankroll her online business, "Classy Girl Wardrobe."

He also says she's just trying to create a storyline on "Basketball Wives" to keep herself relevant.

Mel B is not retaliating against Stephen Belafonte by keeping her daughter, Angel, from him ... she says she wants him out of the picture because she now has a strong relationship with the child's biological father -- Eddie Murphy.

Mel B and Stephen are at war over custody of 10-year-old Angel. Although Eddie's the dad, Stephen raised her with Mel B since birth.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mel B says while she was with Stephen he aggressively tried to drive a wedge between her and Eddie. She says Stephen once took her phone and sent text messages to Eddie's assistant ... and whatever he texted pissed Eddie off enough to cancel a visit with Angel.

She says Stephen's allegation that Eddie has abandoned Angel is BS ... Mel B says Eddie has interacted with Angel numerous times.

Mel B says since Stephen's been out of the picture she's resurrected her relationship with Eddie. He got Angel her first cell phone, Angel named one of her dogs Axel after Eddie's character in "Beverly Hills Cop" and she's plastered pics of the "Shrek" premiere on her bedroom wall.

Mel B says Angel is flourishing now but is terrified of Stephen.

She also says it's laughable that Stephen has bonded with Angel ... she says he confuses Angel for his other daughter, Madison, in his legal docs.

Stephen Belafonte has asked a judge to essentially order his daughter into therapy to deprogram her from Mel B's campaign of hate.

Belafonte says Mel B has poisoned 6-year-old Madison with lies about him, making outrageous statements to the child, including putting in her head that Stephen was abusive to her sister, Angel. Belafonte points to a letter purportedly written by Angel saying she was scared of him, but the letter uses adult language such as "witnessing physical abuse," and "attempting to fake sleep." He says Mel B wrote the letter.

He also says it's Mel B's M.O. to alienate children from their fathers. He says during their marriage, she had a consistent plan to alienate her oldest daughter, Phoenix, from her biological father.

Stephen also says Mel B made an outrageous claim that he gave Madison medicine that made her throw up. He says all he gave her was Children's Tylenol.

Stephen wants the judge to order Madison into therapy to shield her from the acrimony surrounding the divorce and presumably deprogram her from what he says are Mel B's lies.

Amber Rose and 21 Savage are officially over ... but it doesn't seem like she's ready to let the rapper go.

Amber was a guest on "Big Boy's Neighborhood" radio show Friday and Big Boy asked point-blank if she was single. Amber didn't reply with a single yes or no ... instead said she wasn't ready to label herself single because she's still in love with the rapper and thinks about him every day.

There have been rumors for weeks now that the two were done. They began hooking up early last summer and things seemed serious. Amber professed she wanted to marry the rapper and went as far buying him a $50k promise ring.

Amber blamed the breakup on the fame game, but says she hopes her and 21 can still work things out in the future. One thing's for sure, it's a touchy subject.

Lamar Odom didn't bolt in the other direction when he ended up face-to-face with Khloe Kardashian's sisters -- he actually went out of his way to have a convo with them ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner walked into Mr Chow Thursday night in Bev Hills while Lamar was already there enjoying a meal. Obviously, severe awkwardness could have ensued, but sources in the restaurant tell us LO walked up to their table.

We're told the former in-laws all chatted and exchanged positive words. It wasn't a lengthy meet and greet -- Lamar was on his way out -- but a family source tells us the sisters were happy to see him out and doing well. We're told all 3 feel no bad blood toward Khloe's ex.

It could have been way different if Kim or Khloe were there -- at least based on the major shading that went down earlier this year. Lamar did an interview saying his marriage was over when Khloe moved on to "her second or third NBA player." Kim fired back it was over when he got caught at his "second or third brothel."

Lamar Odom had a close encounter with his former in-laws -- Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie -- when they all hit up the same Bev Hills hot spot.

Kourtney and Kendall arrived first Thursday night at Mr Chow ... and Kylie showed up next -- around 8:30 PM -- with her bff, Jordyn Woods. The interesting part, and we gotta imagine neither party had a clue, was that we got Lamar exiting the restaurant around 8:45 PM.

The timing makes it seem like he got the hell outta dodge once he saw Khloe's sisters float into the joint. We don't know if they actually crossed paths, but we're willing to guarantee they did NOT break bread.

In any event, Travis Scott showed up a little later to join the ladies, and the whole gang left an hour later, and they were pretty vocal on the way out.

As they say ... SMALL freakin' town.

Terrell Owens ain't even a little intimidated by Iggy Azalea's pyromaniac past ... saying he'd risk his entire wardrobe for a shot with the rap star.

You probably heard -- on Monday, Iggy admitted to torching ALL of Nick Young's designer clothes after she caught her ex-fiance slippin' ... and seemed to be pretty happy about it.

We asked T.O. about it when we got him in L.A later that night ... and instead of coming down on Iggy, he asked us, "Is she single?"

But, what about your damn clothes, Terrell?!

"She can burn 'em up. Just buy some more!"

Nas and Kelis are at war over issues involving their 8-year-old son, but they have actually come together and reached a settlement on the issue of custody.

We've learned Nas and Kelis have agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of Knight. The agreement is specific, breaking down who gets the child during various holidays. For example, Nas gets Knight on Father's Day and Kelis gets the child on Mother's Day.

They'll alternate Knight's birthdays ... he gets the even years and she gets the odd years.

When Nas and Kelis go to war, their lawyers jump right in also ... according to Kelis, who says Nas' attorney is calling hers a "dick."

Of course, the exes have an ongoing dispute over their child and she just filed docs, obtained by TMZ, which describe a deposition for which she recently sat. Things apparently got very heated ... and Kelis says Nas' lawyer called her attorney a "fattie" and a "dick."

Kelis' attorney, Navid Moshtael, says he's used to being called names -- he's a lawyer, after all -- but says this is the first time it's come from an "experienced attorney" in front of clients and on the record.

Imagine the transcriber's fingers flying during the argument.

7:30 AM PT -- Police confirm with TMZ when they took the initial crime report they were told Brandon and Tommy Lee were arguing over a social media post. They say as of now Tommy has not backed down ... he's pressing charges against Brandon. The police report does not mention alcohol.

Tommy Lee's son, Brandon, is being investigated for criminal battery after his dad filed a police report, but we've learned Brandon is saying his dad lunged at him after he called Tommy out for attacking his mom, Pam Anderson.

Family sources tell TMZ, Brandon has been living part-time with Tommy Lee -- Brandon says because he's trying to help his dad overcome alcohol issues. The sources say Brandon and Tommy Lee got into a heated argument Monday night because of Tommy Lee's post attacking Pam for talking about their relationship with Piers Morgan.

Tommy tweeted, "Think she'd find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old s*** but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention. Signed, 'The Abuser' (who she texts everyday & asks for me back)."

The sources say Brandon claims Tommy was drunk and lunged at him and he punched his dad in self-defense. The sources add Brandon doesn't drink at all and wants to get his dad sober.

Tommy posted Tuesday night a different version, saying, "My fiance and I were in bed when my son busted into the room and assaulted me. I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT'S the truth."

Matt Barnes asked his ex-wife last night if they could finally make peace -- instead, a war ensued -- with the two sides trashing the hell out of each other online.

It started when Matt posted a message to Gloria Govan on social media saying, "Wanna wish the mother of my children a very Happy Birthday! Hope this day is everything you hoped for and more."

"Although things have been rocky to say the least the last 4yrs I hope that for the sake of our two beautiful baby boys we can come together & co parent them to the best of our abilities! No more games or bullshit.. They need both of our love & support equally!"

"We lead different lives now but we still on the same team."

Seems harmless and well-intentioned, right? Gloria didn't take it that way and fired back ...

"Thank you, I think? And yes One can only continue to pray that you take your own advice and learn to peacefully co parent! But until then I'll see you in court next week because you love a frivolous lawsuit. But hey let's keep co-parenting."

Yeah ... Olive Branch attempt REJECTED.

Of course, Matt responded with some thoughts (and allegations) of his own ...

"Well ... stealing money my social security # & forging my signature to buy your parents night club & house is pretty serious but hey .. I tried! See you in court! Oh & happy bday."

Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga cannot use their son's child therapist to make their custody case ... at least that's what the lawyer for the 8-year-old is demanding ... TMZ has learned.

The lawyer the judge appointed to represent David Jr. has filed legal docs asking the judge to prohibit Jennifer or David from calling the therapist to the stand to testify about the boy's state of mind and how the custody war has affected him.

We're told the reason the lawyer wants the protective order is so David Jr. can feel comfortable opening up with his therapist about both parents, without fear they will learn what he said.

Both sides, we're told, have been put on notice that David Jr.'s lawyer is asking the judge for the order.

No decision has been made, but it's a good bet the judge will sign on.

Brynn Cameron has filed a palimony lawsuit against her baby daddy, Blake Griffin, claiming he shamelessly abandoned her and their children for Kendall Jenner.

The lawsuit slams Griffin as a heartless cad who left his fiancee after "cruelly embarrassing his family with his public fawning over Kendall Jenner."

Brynn and Blake were on and off for 8 years, they have 2 children together and were engaged, but he called off the wedding last year and then set his sights on Kendall.

Brynn uses Blake's own set of circumstances -- being traded by the Clippers to Detroit after being promised he was the future of the L.A. team -- saying, "Griffin himself, however, knows very well what breaching promises is all about. After all, Griffin had no problem trading Brynn Cameron, his former fiancee, and the mother of his 2 children, for reality television star Kendall Jenner."

According to the lawsuit, filed on Valentine's Day by high-powered celebrity lawyer Bryan Freedman, Griffin made repeated pledges to Cameron, promising to support her after insisting she abandon her sports marketing job and interior design business.

The suit says Brynn did everything for Blake ... "Cameron was not just the mother of Griffin's children and their caregiver, she was also a constant support for Griffin -- his personal assistant, meal planner, scheduler, stylist, publicist, party planner, nurse, nutritionist, branding expert, therapist, cheerleader, basketball and fitness consultant, and more."

In her suit, Brynn included love letters she received from "Blakey" reiterating how thankful he was for "all of the sacrifices" Cameron had made for him "and their family."

The suit also claims she counseled Griffin on how to deal with bad blood between him and Clippers teammate Chris Paul, claiming she advised him on how to be a better leader in the team's locker room when he was being shown up by Paul. She says the 2 had "mounting tension" between them because he felt it was no longer his team ... it was Paul's.

According to the lawsuit, "[Cameron] strengthened Griffin's bond with his teammates and allowed the organization to see a different side of his personality rather than the hard-partying man-child Griffin had been prior to their cohabitation."

Brynn essentially sums it up, saying, "Griffin cared more about the glamour of dating a Hollywood celebrity than the day-to-day responsibilities of being a father and family man."

And she says Blake -- who signed a $173 MILLION contract back in June -- left her in desperate straits ... "While Griffin is continuing to earn millions from his NBA and endorsement deals, Cameron and their children are homeless and cash-strapped. In Griffin's absence, Cameron's brother has had to provide Cameron and the children with financial support."

The suit doesn't specify an exact amount she wants -- but it's definitely in the millions of dollars.
