Jennifer Williams and Tim Norman suffered a double whammy ... both were denied restraining orders against one another ... TMZ has learned.

The reality stars-turned-exes got shut down after the court found no reason to grant the restraining orders.

You'll recall ... Jennifer alleged Tim -- whose real name is James -- had a tendency to be violent and threatening during their relationship, and that he was allegedly stalking and harassing her. Tim alleged Jennifer slashed his tires and once tried running him over with a car.

Both stars accused the other of trying to drum up publicity for their respective reality shows -- "Basketball Wives" for Jennifer and OWN's "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" for Tim.

12:14 PM PT -- According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the couple will share joint legal custody ... she gets primary physical custody. Melissa will have their son 70% of the time, and Jeremy will have him 30%. Both have waived spousal support. Melissa will keep the house and they both get to keep their vehicles.

As we previously reported, Jeremy's been ordered to pay $1,000 per month in child support. He also owes $12,000 to Melissa's attorney, Lisa Bloom.

The hits keep coming for Jeremy Meeks ... 9 days after his son with Chloe Green was born, he's hammered out his divorce from wife #1, Melissa.

According to docs filed in L.A. County, Jeremy and Melissa are both officially single now. The judge signed off Wednesday, but sources connected to the exes tell us their division of assets -- child support and custody agreement (they have a 9-year-old son) -- is still up in the air.

The divorce news comes just as Jeremy, aka the "Hot Felon," and Chloe announced the birth of their son, Jayden, by posting a pic of him gripping their fingers.

Stephen Belafonte asked for immediate protection from the court because, according to him, his ex-wife, Mel B, wants to have him killed or jailed.

Belafonte filed for a temporary restraining order over the weekend against Mel B, asking a judge for protection from what he believed to be imminent threats he'd been hearing from friends ... that Mel was openly telling people she wanted him dead, or behind bars.

Welp, Stephen took those rumors to heart -- 'cause he went running to a judge for help ... but the judge told him he didn't have sufficient evidence to warrant a TRO. He'll have a hearing to discuss the matter in length later this month.

BTW ... Stephen says in court docs, obtained by TMZ, that he's been hospitalized twice for stress, anxiety and high blood pressure ... all because of Mel B. He says the "last 12 months of my life have been a true hell" ... to be continued, we suppose.

Y'know you done messed up, right, Scott Disick?

Sofia Richie was filling up Sunday in Bev Hills ... while rocking a midriff-baring top, sure to remind her Scott what he's abs-olutely missing out on these days. Photogs asked her if they've actually broken up, but 19-year-old Sofia was tight-lipped.

As we told you, Scott was all over some chick at Kanye West's album release party last week, and was overheard telling people he's single.

To each his own, but ... damn.

Tom Arnold says his ex-wife, Roseanne, is undeniably racist ... also acknowledging she's plagued by mental illness.

Tom was on "Good Morning Britain" Monday when Piers Morgan asked him about the tweet that tanked the show. He says Roseanne has been off the rails the last 6 months ... so he's not surprised.

He says Roseanne suffers from mental illness -- multiple personality disorder -- but that doesn't excuse what she said. He talked about her meds, but didn't think the Ambien defense holds water.

Katt Williams is under investigation by the feds, and they're going after his ex-girlfriend in an attempt to get dirt on him ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Katt's ex, former "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Hazel-E, tell us ... IRS agents in street clothes showed up at her door a few days ago unannounced to question her about Katt and his financial dealings.

We're told at first Hazel wouldn't open the door, but they refused to leave and threatened to come back with a search warrant if she didn't cooperate ... so she let them come in for a talk.

Our sources say the agents bombarded Hazel with questions about Katt allegedly hiding money -- she said she had no knowledge of that. They asked if she ever opened any accounts for him -- she said no. Hazel did reveal info about gifts he'd bought her in the past. They cited comments Hazel made to Raquel on "Raq Rants" about the gifts, including a boob and butt job back in 2016.

We're told the IRS agents also asked about Katt's mental state ... to which she replied "he's geniusly insane."

Mel B claims the house she used to live in has become a modern-day "Animal House" ... so she's snatching back possession of it from Stephen Belafonte.

Mel says she'd given her ex-husband access to their former family home in the Hollywood Hills so he could prepare it for sale. It's been listed for more than a month, but in docs ... Mel says she caught wind through social media that Stephen was throwing some killer parties there.

Mel says she found out about the ragers and went over to the house on May 25 to get her remaining Spice Girls memorabilia because she was afraid it would get trashed. According to the docs, things got contentious between the exes, and Mel opted to call cops. She says Stephen refused to leave the home, and officers put him in handcuffs.

Mel says Stephen's attorney showed up, and shortly thereafter cops released him.

In the aftermath, Mel says she inspected the home and found broken locks, and several pricey items were missing ... including a $10,000 Baccarat chandelier, and a one-of-a-kind Marilyn Monroe painting.

The judge has now given Mel sole use and possession of the home until a hearing next week.

5:40 AM PT 5/30 -- John Nazarian tells TMZ he was nowhere near Silva's house at the time this incident allegedly happened.

Frances Bean's ex-husband is not done with her family, because he's now suing Courtney Love claiming she entered into a conspiracy with several people to break into his home, beat him up, kidnap him and try to murder him so they could gain possession of Kurt Cobain's legendary guitar.

Isaiah Silva claims in a new lawsuit, in the early hours of June 3, 2016, Sam Lutfi -- the one involved in the Britney Spears drama years ago -- along with 2 other guys burglarized, robbed, assaulted, sexually battered, kidnapped and attempted to murder him at his West Hollywood Home.

Silva says the goal was to get the guitar that was made famous on "MTV Unplugged" that he claims was gifted to him by Frances Bean.

Silva claims the group also injured his mother.

And the allegations go on. Silva claims Lutfi provided narcotics and illicit benzodiazepines to Frances and Courtney.

Frances settled her divorce with Isaiah and agreed to give him the famous guitar just to get him out of her life, but clearly that didn't work.

Silva is also suing John Nazarian, actor Ross Butler and musician Michael Schenk ... claiming they were all involved in the conspiracy. BTW, he alleges they made their way inside his house by pounding on the front door and yelling, 'Police, open up!!!" and "LAPD, open the f******* door!!!" And he claims, Lutfi grabbed Silva's genitals through his pants, moved to within inches of his face and whispered, "Listen fa***t, calm the f*** down or we'll drag you upstairs and take turns f****** you."

He says he was hurt during the ordeal.

Silva is asking for unspecified damages.

We reached out to Courtney's manager ... so far no word back.

Is it weird to root for your sister's ex-boyfriend?

That's what Kylie Jenner did Monday night -- sitting courtside at the Houston Rockets playoff game ... cheering on James Harden.

Kylie was at the Houston Toyota Center with her boyfriend, Travis Scott -- who's from the area and happens to be a huge Rockets fan.

In the end, Harden and the Rockets lost to the Golden State Warriors 101-92 -- who now advance to the NBA Finals to take on Cleveland ... where Khloe's current boyfriend plays.

Kylie and Travis weren't the only big stars at the game ... rap superstars Lil Wayne and E-40 were there too.

Kevin Federline made his own bed when he decided to have more children after divorcing Britney Spears, and it's not her problem that he's now strapped for cash and seeking more child support ... sources close to Britney tell TMZ.

K-Fed has asked a judge to up his $20,000 a month child support payment he gets from Britney, claiming their 2 kids enjoy a lavish lifestyle with her and all he can provide them with is a lifestyle that is relatively meager. He claims the kids go on 5-star vacations, they have every toy imaginable, a lighted tennis court, all because he claims she makes $34 million a year, while he only pulls in $3k a month.

One Britney source with direct knowledge of the situation tells TMZ, "Britney spends no more on the boys than he does. He's barely getting by because he has to support 3 additional kids and his wife and himself on funds Brit gives him for their 2 kids."

The source goes on, "The law is that both parents are to contribute to their children's support. Where is his contribution?"

Federline says his expenses are around $23,000 a month. So, when you add up his earnings and Britney's $20k a month, he currently breaks even.

When it comes to the drama between Aaron Rodgers and his family, Olivia Munn says ... "I don't think either side of the road is clean."

Aaron's ex-girlfriend -- who RARELY speaks about the Packers QB -- opened up Wednesday on "Andy Cohen Live" ... and addressed the rumors that SHE was the cause of the rift between Aaron and his parents and brothers.

Remember, there was that famous scene on "The Bachelorette" (starring Aaron's brother, Jordan) when the family had an empty chair at the dinner table to symbolize Aaron's absence.

Munn says the truth is ... Aaron had stopped talking to his family about 8 months before they started dating in 2014 and she was the one who tried to convince him to reconcile!

"On my last day when I was filming 'The Newsroom,' I spent the day in my trailer just encouraging him to, like, have an honest conversation with your parents."

Munn suggested there were jealously issues with Aaron's father and brothers -- who each had dreams of sports success -- and it created a complicated family dynamic.

"I don't think either side of the road is clean," Munn said ... "But, I do think it’s NOT okay when you try to stand on someone’s shoulders and then throw dirt in their face, which is what I think they did with him."

Munn and Rodgers called it quits about a year ago and Olivia says they no longer keep in touch.

Rodgers is now dating Danica Patrick.

Jack Osbourne and his wife -- who just filed for divorce -- are ripping a page outta the Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin playbook.

We got Jack and Lisa Osbourne out with their 3 kids Monday in Studio City -- looking every bit like a happy family unit. You'd really never know Lisa just filed for divorce a few days ago.

Jack summed up their new arrangement in 2 words that were NOT "conscious uncoupling" ... but he admits Chris and Gwyneth have influenced them.

Jack Osbourne's wife is calling it quits -- she's filed for divorce after 5 and a half years of marriage, and on the heels of expanding their family.

Lisa Osbourne filed divorce docs Friday in L.A. County. The couple just had their third child in February -- a girl named Minnie Theodora. They have 2 other girls, ages 6 and 2.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, she lists the date of separation as May 4. Jack was already ring-less Friday while out and about in L.A.

Lisa's asking for joint and legal custody of their children. She also wants spousal support, and Jack to foot the bill for her attorney.

Jack and Lisa got married in October 2012 with a small ceremony of less than 50 guests in Hawaii. He popped the question to the model after just 4 months of dating..

Halle Berry needs to get off the dime and tie up loose ends with Olivier Martinez.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Berry's got a final notice to appear in court at the end of June to deal with the unresolved matter in her divorce. Fact is ... she and Olivier are already officially divorced -- that happened in December 2016. They also resolved custody issues involving their son, Maceo.

We know there's a prenup, so there are no real issues. But the case is still technically active ... we've learned because Halle and Olivier have never filed their formal custody arrangement. The judge wants it done once and for all.

The judge wants them in court next month, and if they don't show they could be fined.

2:25 PM PT -- According to the judgment docs, obtained by TMZ ... there's one major condition to Silva getting Kurt's guitar -- Silva's baby mama has to quickly vacate the couple's L.A. house, which is now strictly Cobain's under the property settlement.

Frances Bean Cobain has settled her divorce with Isaiah Silva, and the major bone of contention -- Kurt Cobain's famous acoustic guitar -- goes to him.

TMZ has learned the former couple finally reached a property settlement agreement, 6 months after their divorce became final.

Our sources say, Frances decided she wanted Isaiah out of her life for good, and didn't want the mess of a trial to bog her down. What's more, she was only 1 year old when her dad committed suicide, so it's not like she had lots of memories about the 1959 Martin D-18E.

We're told she knows her decision may piss off lots of Nirvana fans, but it's her life and she wants to move on.

Frances actually did great in the divorce. We've learned she will not have to pay Isaiah a penny in spousal support -- he wanted $25k a month. He has to foot his own legal bills and she gets the house they bought.

The 25-year-old daughter of Kurt and Courtney Love is sober, has a boyfriend and is looking forward.

As for the guitar, it's super iconic because Kurt played it during Nirvana's famous "MTV Unplugged" set.

The Dallas Police Dept. has released the entire Johnny Manziel domestic violence case files ... complete with witness and victim statements ... and photos of the victim's injuries from the 2016 incident.

Manziel had been indicted for misdemeanor assault over the incident with Colleen Crowley. They had dated for 2 years but were broken up on the night of the attack.

Crowley told police she and Manziel met up at a hotel on January 29 and planned to spend the night together. They began having a discussion about "him being with a girl who had caused us problems in the past."

Crowley says she told Manziel she was going to sleep on the couch -- and that's when he threw her on the bed.

In the report, Crowley says Manziel told her he was just being playful but "it frightened me." At that point, Crowley says she told Manziel she was leaving.

Crowley told police Manziel followed her and threw her to the ground, telling her, "I'm not going to let you leave."

Eventually, he agreed to drive her to her car. Once in her car, Crowley says Manziel was driving and she tried to get out and hide in some bushes but Manziel tracked her down and forced her back in the ride.

Crowley says she injured her back when Manziel threw her into the car -- causing bruises and pain.

Once inside the car, Manziel allegedly struck her in the face with an open hand -- rupturing her left eardrum.

"She felt like she was going to die or get beaten really bad," the police report says.

Eventually, Crowley got back to her apartment with Manziel. She tried to FaceTime her parents but Manziel got mad, grabbed her phone and smashed it on the ground.

Crowley says she grabbed a knife out of fear for her safety -- and that's when Manziel ran out of the apartment. She then ran to a neighbor's house and screamed, "Johnny Manziel just beat the s*** out of me."

The neighbor called 911.

Eventually, prosecutors charged Manziel with misdemeanor assault. He struck a plea deal and was ordered to complete anger management, a domestic violence impact panel and was barred from contacting Crowley.
