We found out Rob's flying economy this weekend ... where he can barely look through the curtain and see his fiancee in first.

TMZ got hold of the rider for the couple's appearance Saturday in Vegas ... at the Tropicana's Sky Beach Club. They will get 2 round-trip plane tickets ... one first and one economy. And we know who's not in first.

Their rider also calls for multiple bottles of booze ... bad idea for both.

Chumlee from "Pawn Stars" laid out his plea deal for the judge in his drugs and guns case, and left court one step closer to dodging a huge bullet ... aka jail time.

TMZ broke the story ... Chumlee's attorneys scored him a sweet deal where he'll get off without a single day behind bars for his arrest for drug and weapon possession.

He was in a Las Vegas court Monday morning to lay out the terms for the judge -- 3 years probation, plus counseling ... and if he keeps his nose clean, the felonies will be dropped to misdemeanors. The judge still has to approve the deal.

Outside the courthouse, we asked Chumlee about his penchant for buying weed "in bulk" -- as he explained to cops when they raided his home.

While RG3 is taking over the reins in Cleveland, ex-Browns QB Johnny Manziel was raging in Vegas this weekend -- looking skinnier and more tatted than ever.

Check out these pics of Manziel at a Wet Republic pool party at the MGM Grand -- where witnesses say he partied and boozed for hours ... but that's not really surprising at this point.

You can see how much Manziel's appearance has changed since he was drafted -- back in 2014, his body was essentially inkless and more jacked.

Kylie Jenner's DJ gig at the SLS Hotel in Las Vegas has been scrapped because it was never real to begin with, according to a hotel rep who says someone pulled a fast one.

It appeared Kylie was scheduled to make her DJ debut at Foxtail Nightclub on May 29. The hotel heavily promoted the event on social media. An SLS rep says they even had a signed contract with someone claiming to rep Kylie.

But the SLS now tells us the deal was based on inaccurate info, and the event's been canceled.

The first clue something was fishy came when Kylie herself tweeted it wasn't true.

The rockers in Journey have stopped believing they'll get what they're owed for a Las Vegas gig that never happened ... so they're taking the dispute to court.

Journey just filed a lawsuit against Monster -- the audio company -- which it says booked the band to play the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January. In the suit, Journey says the deal was sealed back in October and their fee would be a whopping half mil ... guaranteed!

But the next month, the band says Monster contacted their rep and cried poverty. According to the docs, Monster said it simply didn't have the funds it expected to have for CES ... and had to back out of the deal. With apologies, of course.

The Selena Gomez-Orlando Bloom cuddlefest didn't end in the club ... because now TMZ has obtained video of the duo leaving together in the same car.

In the video, you can see the pair making a beeline for a waiting car last Friday night as they left LIGHT nightclub inside Mandalay Bay. Selena couldn't hide in that silver dress, while Orlando tried to slip out low key ... head down with a hat.

The video has all the makings of a sure thing -- but our Selena sources say she's adamant there were other people in the car with them ... and they all made a late night fast food run together. After that though, Selena's insisting she and Orlando went to separate corners (hotel rooms).

As TMZ first reported, the pair got super handsy at an after-party for Selena's concert.

Orlando Bloom and Selena Gomez found love in the club -- for at least one night -- when things got VERY physical in Las Vegas, and TMZ got pics of the hookup.

It went down Friday night at Light in Mandalay Bay -- Selena had the after-party for her Vegas concert there, and sources in the club tell us Orlando was a surprise, late addition to the party ... and made a major impression when he got there.

We're told things got very "touchy feely" quickly before 23-year-old Selena and 39-year-old Orlando started neck-nuzzling and embracing in a booth. However, we're told Selena absolutely went back to her room alone.

Sooo ... about Katy Perry. Far as we knew, she and Orlando were still together -- they were spotted together at a Met Gala after-party last week. For what it's worth, Katy was at a Renaissance Festival Saturday in Cali.

This has kinda been 2 years in the making -- Selena and Orlando denied anything was going on when we saw them at a 2014 concert -- shortly after his breakup with Miranda Kerr, and one of her splits from Justin Bieber. And remember, Bieber was rumored to have hooked up with Miranda.

Final plot twist -- Miranda was also in Vegas Friday night ... at Selena's concert.

Machine Gun Kelly got way too hyped-up for his own good during his show in Vegas ... he broke one of his digits.

The rapper was 2 songs deep Sunday at the Drai's Animal House party at The Cromwell when he just banged too hard.

Kelly powered through the pain, and ending up jumping off a balcony into the pool.

And he didn't even drop the mic.

Brandon Marshall thinks moving the Raiders to Sin City is a commitment to disaster ... saying Vegas will DESTROY young players who won't be able to resist unhealthy temptations.

We got the NY Jets WR on Capitol Hill -- dude was doing more great work on mental health -- and asked what he thought of the Raiders possibly bolting NorCal for the desert of desire in Las Vegas.

Raiders owner Mark Davis has been vocal about his plans -- and some think it's just a matter of time before it really goes down.

Tupac fans had to do a double take on the Vegas Strip as his tragic death was recreated ... and TMZ obtained the first photos from the set of a new biopic.

"All Eyez on Me" stars Demetrius Shipp, Jr. as 'Pac and Dominic L. Santana as Suge Knight. Check out this gallery of them filming the crucial scene ... with Demetrius in the passenger seat of the car moments before the fatal shots.

Elton also shared a story about when he and Prince both had Vegas shows ... he said he'd often see Prince in their hotel lobby getting home from the clubs just as Elton would start his day. Vince Neil has an uphill battle to clear his name after his Las Vegas battery citation, since cops say security cameras caught him red-handed ... with a fistful of the victim's hair.

Neil claimed he only "pushed past" a female autograph seeker at the Aria last week ... but according to police records, obtained by TMZ, officers reviewed surveillance footage which showed the Motley Crue frontman pulling the woman down to the ground by her hair.

Neil has denied it got that physical. She says she was left stunned, and suffered a sore neck ... as well as pain in her lower back and hip.

Cameras also captured the woman taking pics with Carrot Top before she saw Nic Cage. She claims she said, "Nicolas, I love you" and followed the actor before being pulled down.

As for the scene outside -- cops say Neil was actually trying to fight another individual, while Nic tried to play peacemaker.

Vince Neil is denying dragging an autograph seeker to the ground by her hair, but according to law enforcement -- and surveillance video -- he did enough damage to warrant a citation.

Sources close to the Motley Crue frontman tell us the woman was "very aggressive" in her efforts to get an autograph from Vince and Nicolas Cage, who were having lunch in the Aria Hotel and Casino. We're told Vince admits he was annoyed and "pushed past her" ... but insists he did not grab her by her hair.

TMZ broke the story ... we got video of Vince fighting with Nic outside Aria. We're told Vince was pissed about what went down inside the hotel, because at that point hotel security had held them for an hour -- and police had already ticketed him for battery.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers reviewed the casino's surveillance footage before issuing the citation.
