"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter says she will never have a relationship again with her mom and her older brother ... this according to one of her text messages.

The text -- obtained by TMZ -- was filed in Ariel's guardianship case. She was texting her older brother Jimmy who has sided with their mother in the battle over Ariel.

Ariel, who is now under the guardianship of her sister, wrote, "How dare you say you miss me ... if you really wanted to see anyone and cared, you'd do a 180."

And then she goes in for the kill: "I'm sorry, what we've been through can't be fixed."

Ariel's mom filed the document, trying to prove Ariel suffers from PAS -- Parental Alienation Syndrome -- and their family is being destroyed as a result of the guardianship.

Like father, like son -- Arnold Schwarzenegger's 16-year-old love child is already showing off his genetic superiority in a Speedo ... kicking ass at his high school swim meet this weekend.

Joseph Baena stripped down to his skivvies Sunday to represent his Bakersfield high school swim team -- swimming butterfly no less -- and his mom Mildred was right there on the deck cheering him on.

Joseph's been busy the last couple months -- as we reported, he just got his driver's license in January.

Ciara's baby won't be born for another month ... but she's already taking steps to make sure the kid appreciates the world of animals ... so she dropped $20K on an animal-themed nursery.

Our baby spies say Ciara and her fiance Future dared to shop at pricey Petit Tresor in L.A. ... dropping $1,800 on an 8-foot stuffed giraffe. They spent the balance on other stuffed animals, lion book ends and art work.

Ciara's been on a spending spree ... she was recently out shopping at another high end baby store with Kim Kardashian.

FYI - A REAL safari costs around $1,000 a day.

Kevin Federline has his very own first wives club -- Britney Spears (wife #1) and Victoria Prince (wife #2) got on like a house on fire Sunday ... laughing and chatting at Britney's son's soccer game.

It was the ideal picture of divorce -- Kevin and Britney (who split in 2006) each took their significant others to their son Jayden's soccer game in L.A. Britney took her current boyfriend David Lucado ... and Kevin took his pregnant wife Victoria.

As we reported, even Kevin and David are pals.

Marc Anthony says ex-wife had to sell her home because the wife of the married man she was banging was yelling "whore" through a bullhorn in front of her house and wouldn't stop.

Dayanara Torres is trying to increase her child support payments from $13K a month to $113K. She says she's so strapped for cash she had to sell her home and now she's living with the 2 kids in a hovel of an apartment in the San Fernando Valley.

But Marc tells a very different story. In legal docs he says Dayanara was SHAMED out of the house because the wife of her adulterous lover took to the sidewalk "with a bullhorn yelling 'whore' for the whole neighborhood to hear."

Marc says the scorned woman was so unrelenting ... he sent his own security to help.

And, he says, part of her financial plight is her own doing, because she ended up selling the house at a loss. Lesson -- don't bang married men.

Marc Anthony doesn't want to up his child support payments to Dayanara Torres to $113K a month because he fears his kids will become spoiled brats ... and even worse.

Dayanara is asking for a huge monthly increase ... she currently rakes in $13K a month. She says she needs it because their kids live in relative poverty compared to the lifestyle they see when they're with daddy.

Dayanara says she wants the ability to fly her and the kids on private jets, to travel around the world and stay in 5-star hotels.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marc says he's saving Dayanara from herself by refusing to up the child support. He claims, the boys already have everything they need and the increase would "spoil them rotten."

Marc scoffs at Dayanara's plea for money so she can have a full staff, including a cook and a nanny. Marc says when he has the kids in L.A., "I cook or we order in. We often get Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut or Chinese food."

And get this. Marc hired a psychologist who wrote a declaration to the judge, discussing, "the problems of children who are raised with near unlimited funds, particularly children in Los
Angeles whose parents have made very large amounts of money in the entertainment industry."

Bindi Irwin -- the newly-minted spokesperson/tool for SeaWorld ... will gladly talk about Australian mammals, but dare to even dance around the subject of whales and you'll get shut down.

Bindi and her mom were cruising through Rockefeller Plaza in NYC when our photog asked the 15-year-old about her favorite animal. She was all chatty until our guy switched gears and asked her if she was an animal expert ... and that's all she wrote.

The handler swooped in and shut things down, because it was clearly headed in a "Blackfish" direction.

Andrew Garfield is blaming Oscars producers for devastating 5-year-old Batkid -- whose surprise Academy Awards appearance with the "Spider-Man" star was 86d at the last minute -- insisting he's not the one who bailed on the boy.

There are reports Garfield threw a tantrum when producers rejected the script he wrote for the presentation -- and left 5-year-old Miles Scott high and dry -- but reps for the actor tell us, it's not true.

The reps say Garfield DID contribute to the presentation script, but he had nothing to do with the segment getting yanked from the broadcast.

They say Garfield and Scott did the dress rehearsal Saturday without a hitch -- it was a real tearjerker too -- but hours later, Garfield was informed via email that the piece didn't fit with the tone of the show ... and therefore had to be cut.

There's a 99.9% chance a 31-year-old man is Michael Jackson's illegitimate son ... at least that's the claim after an alleged DNA test turned up a match.

According to the test results -- obtained by Alki David and his company, FilmOn.com -- Brandon Howard is almost certainly Michael's son. David told TMZ Live he got MJ's dental impression from a Beverly Hills doctor that he got at an auction. The impression is 30 years old but David says its filled with DNA.

Brandon -- who now goes by B Howard and looks and acts very much like Michael -- was not present for the unveiling, but David says he had Howard's DNA and it matched up.

David would not say which lab performed the DNA test, but says it showed a clear match.

Brandon's mom -- Miki Howard -- is a famous gospel singer who Michael knew. She went by the name "Billy" back in 1982. Interestingly ... a year later Michael released "Billie Jean," which included the lyrics, "Billie Jean's not my lover" and "The kid is not my son."

For B Howard's part -- he's distancing himself from the whole spectacle, insisting he had nothing to do with it.

Michael Jackson has a 31-year-old son -- at least that's what the man claims -- and we're told he plans to go public on Thursday with what he believes is ironclad DNA evidence.

His name is Brandon Howard -- the son of singer Miki Howard, whom Joe Jackson represented back in the 1980s.

Sources close to Brandon tell us, Miki and MJ met in 1982 and Brandon was born soon after.

Brandon grew up in Cleveland and now lives in Miami. He's now a singer who goes by the name B Howard. And he's had some success. We're told he's part of a new Akon song.

As for why B Howard is so sure he's MJ's son ... our sources say he somehow acquired DNA from an old orthodontic device worn by Michael ... it's unclear how he got hold of it, but we're told the test results show a match.

The results will be unveiled Thursday on FilmOn.com.

Oh yeah ... once the DNA results are revealed, he plans to go after the MJ Estate for money.

Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, "We've never even heard from him," adding, "Any deadline for claiming to be Michael's child has long since passed."

Allen Iverson and his wife have finally made peace -- after years of being at war -- and Tawanna tells TMZ Sports .... she's thrilled the two are finally on the same page so they can co-parent their 5 kids.

Allen and Tawanna have had a very turbulent relationship over the years -- with Tawanna filing for divorce in 2011 ... followed by a very nasty custody battle, allegations of alcohol abuse and claims Allen was trying to screw her out of money.

So, it was a shock when Allen THANKED Tawanna during the Philadelphia 76ers jersey retirement ceremony Saturday night -- giving her props for "helping me grow as a man and taking care of me throughout my career and always being by my side and loving me."

Iverson added, "She'll always be my favorite person in the world."

So, what changed in the past few months??

Tawanna tells us ... the two finally came together and had a long talk about their relationship and their duties as parents.

"We've known each other since we were 16 years old ... and we have 5 kids together. So, we have to do what's best for our kids."

It's unclear if the two will officially get "back together" ... but for now, they're on pretty good terms ... and that's a HUGE deal, considering it was just last year, Tawanna blasted A.I. in court for not living up to his end of the custody arrangement.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Teresa and Joe Giudice want to serve their prison terms separately ... so at least one parent can remain with their 4 children while the other is behind bars, TMZ has learned.

Teresa and Joe's attorney Miles Feinstein tells us, the couple will ask the judge to stagger their sentences -- i.e. serve them consecutively rather than concurrently -- for the sake of their four daughters (aged four, eight, nine, and thirteen). Their sentencing date is July 8.

As we reported, the Giudices pleaded guilty Tuesday in their money fraud case -- Teresa to four counts and Joe to five. Teresa faces 21 to 27 months in prison and Joe faces up to 46.

Feinstein is confident the judge will grant their request -- he says the judge has granted similar requests before.

It's been a GREAT couple of weeks for Carolina Panthers kicker Graham Gano ... 'cause right before he signed his new $12 MILLION contract, his wife gave birth to their 2nd kid ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Graham tells us ... right after his son was born (the couple's 2nd boy) ... some of his Panthers teammates sent fancy baby gifts to the house ... including a Mamaroo, courtesy of linebacker Chase Blackburn. Apparently, babies love those things.

Graham says ... even ex-teammates hooked baby Gano up with some fresh gear, including former Panthers defensive end Everett Brown -- who sent several boxes of gifts.

As for how Gano plans to celebrate the new contract, Graham tells us he can't really go crazy because of the kid -- but he does have some bachelor parties coming up and hopes his wife will give him a break from baby duty to let him go.

Yeah, good luck with that!!

Mathew Knowles -- who once made millions of dollars a year as Beyonce's manager -- just got his child support slashed because his income has plummeted in radical fashion.

Knowles asked a judge to reduce the $12,000 monthly child support he pays to baby mama Alexsandra Wright, with whom he has a 3-year-old son.

Knowles -- who made $3 million a year before his daughter fired his ass in 2011 -- now says he pulled in a relative paltry $127K in 2013.

And, Knowles says, even though his income has been slashed, his expenses remain sky high -- $51,000 a month. To make up the shortfall, he's liquidating his assets.

The family court judge apparently validated his financial plight, and reduced his child support to $2,485 a month.

Forget the Oscars, Scarlett Johansson has an even bigger award on the way ... she's preggers ... and we're told pretty far along.

Sources close to Scarlett and fiance Romain Dauriac tell TMZ, the "Her" actress is roughly 5 months pregnant.

The 29-year-old Johansson got engaged to Dauriac -- a French journalist -- last September, but Johansson's in no rush to get married.

You'll recall, Johansson was previously married to Ryan Reynolds ... they got divorced in 2011 after about 3 years of wedlock.

Former Tiger Woods mistress Joslyn James is such a terrible mother, she's made a government "Most Wanted" list for bailing on nearly $20k in back child support ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Years before she banged Tiger, Joslyn -- real name Veronica T. Siwik -- gave birth to a son (now 14) ... and since she was the breadwinner in the relationship, she was ordered to pay child support to the dad.

But instead of paying up, Joslyn (a professional porn star) did what she does best ... screwed everyone ... and according to the Washington State Division of Child Support, she owes $18,419.86 in unpaid support.

James even made the division's "Most Wanted" list ... meaning she's in the top 100 of the state's 370,000+ child support cases. What an accomplishment!!!

A spokesman for DCS tells us the list is "the worst of the worst. It signifies you've made no effort. If you're currently making any payments, you're not on the list."

We reached out to Joslyn for comment -- and a rep told us the state must be mistaken -- "It's unfounded."

Joslyn's rep adds, "She loves her child. She's a doting mother."

Sure she is.
