Everyone has to start at the bottom in Hollywood ... well, almost everyone -- because we found out Ariana Grande has been getting baller perks ever since she was a kid.

We got hold of Ariana's first entertainment contract for the 2009 Nickelodeon show "Victorious." She raked in $9,000 per episode for the first season -- not bad for an unknown 16-year-old.

She got even more for writing songs for the show ... $4K for a theme song, $3K for a song played in various episodes, and $1,500 for a 20-second ditty.

She got another music contract to record up to 5 albums -- with a guarantee that starts at $50K for the first album and goes up from there.

Best part -- her contract promises that other than "marquee" stars like Victoria Justice -- no one would have a better dressing room than hers.

Beats working the drive-thru at McDonalds.

Adrian Peterson wants everyone to know he's a super dad ... so he dropped a picture of himself online Saturday that can be summed up with one word -- REALLY?!

Peterson tweeted a pic behind a cardboard cutout of "Super Dad" ... with his head in the empty hole -- alongside his young daughter.

The caption read, "My beautiful daughter A'deja. Dad's & Donuts Day. #LOVE "

Now we know it's a nice gesture ... but with his history of child abuse -- see here and here -- is it really a wise decision to tout yourself as "Super Dad" online?!

Tasha Smith -- who starred in Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married?" -- has a husband who's got to be asking himself that very question ... he just got a court order forcing her to stay away from him.

Thing is ... she won't be THAT far away.

Smith and hubby Keith Douglas still live together ... so she's been ordered to stay 2 YARDS away while they're in the house together. When they're not at home ... it's 100 yards.

Douglas claims Smith flies into booze-fueled rages ... and that she's threatened to kill him ... or get people to hurt him, even warning him to "not fall asleep or something will happen."

Keith also claims Smith -- who currently stars in "Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse" -- threatened him in front of his kids ... and he's had to flee to escape her wrath.

The judge didn't want to order Smith to leave the house ... at least not until there's a full hearing. So Douglas got his restraining order ... even though a 2-yard stay away sounds kind of ridiculous.

As for the booze allegations -- a source close to Tasha tells us that's ridiculous and she has no issues with alcohol.

We reached out to Tasha's reps ... so far no word back.

Kyle Richards' daughter was the victim of a vicious pit bull attack ... a dog owned by Kyle's own sister Kim, and the damage was so severe it required multiple surgeries.

We're told 18-year-old Alexia Umansky spent the weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, twice going under the knife.

The attack occurred early Saturday at Kim's L.A. area home. Kyle, Alexia and other members of their family had been inside the house for a while ... when the dog went into attack mode out of nowhere.

The dog bit Alexia numerous times, but the worst was on her right hand ... where it bit through her thumb right to the bone.

The pit bull has a history of biting. It attacked its trainer on an episode of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... and it's also been very aggressive toward other dogs.

Kim is still keeping the animal at her home ... as the Dept. of Animal Control was never called. We're told they wanted to keep the incident "private."

We reached out to Kim and Kyle ... so far, no word back.

Stevie Wonder says he's not a triple threat ... but he is a single threat in the baby dept. ... he's having 1 kid -- not 3.

It was widely reported Tuesday that Stevie and his girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy are expecting triplets but Stevie's rep tells us it's just not true. She's pregnant with 1 child ... a girl due in December who'll be named Nia.

Stevie will add the new addition to his fold of 8. His kids range in age from 1 to 39.

Lorenzo Lamas claims his ex-wife is an unfit mother who has sex on the beach in front of photogs, is deep into making sex tapes, and lets strange men live in the home she shares with their daughters.

Lorenzo is in a brutal fight with Shauna Sand over custody of their 3 kids. Lorenzo says Shauna is so irresponsible, she made $250,000 off a sex tape for Vivid and blew the money on a Bentley. He also submitted screen grabs of the porn for good measure.

Lorenzo also included pics of Shauna taking the 3 girls -- now 16, 15 and 13 -- to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood and flashing her goods to the paparazzi.

The "Renegade" actor is especially alarmed because he says Shauna is constantly bringing new men to live with her ... and the various apartments are like revolving doors, endangering the kids.

Lorenzo says, "I only pray that our daughters will not take after their mother and think that posing for the camera nude while performing sexual acts is an acceptable way to earn a living."

The girls all wrote letters to the judge, begging him to give their dad custody.

But 43-year-old Shauna -- who says in the docs she's pregnant -- claims Lorenzo is a hypocrite. When they were married she says he encouraged her to make sex tapes, saying he was down with it as long as it paid the bills.

As for photos of her having sex in public, she denies it was sex, saying, "It was a montage for a French magazine."

Adrian Peterson just dodged a bullet -- striking a plea deal in his child abuse case that will allow him to plead no contest to a lesser charge and avoid jail time ... this according to multiple reports.

The Minnesota Vikings running back was originally charged with felony child abuse for repeatedly striking his 4-year-old son with a "switch" ... causing multiple bruises and lacerations.

Peterson had claimed it was just strong parenting -- not illegal.

But now, ProFootballTalk.com is reporting AP has agreed to plead no contest to misdemeanor reckless assault ... which carries a much lighter punishment.

Peterson is expected to appear in court later today to make it official.

As for when he can return to the NFL, the league has yet to decide.

Jon Gosselin has spared himself the humiliation of buying his video games back from his ex-wife at her garage sale ... by playing a serious mind game on himself.

We got Jon arriving at LAX Monday and he was quick to say ... the money he shelled out at Kate Gosselin's yard sale to retrieve his "Call of Duty" game was NOT payment ... it was a charitable donation.

Kate was raising money for an animal rescue group. So Jon helped the dogs, and got doody in return.

Jason Patric just won a 2-year legal battle against his baby mama -- with a judge just declaring he is the legal father of 4-year-old Gus ... TMZ has learned.

Jason had a baby with ex-GF Danielle Schreiber, and after breaking up -- getting back together and breaking up again -- she fought hard against his bid to become the legal father, citing a quirky law.

According to the law ... if a man donates sperm to a woman to whom he is not married and a doctor facilitates the insemination ... the man has NO claim of custody or parental rights.

The trial judge ruled against Jason, he appealed and the appellate court said the trial judge was off base and sent it back for another hearing.

The second time was a charm for Jason. We've learned the trial judge just issued a sealed 45-page opinion ... concluding Jason is the legal father.

The judge ordered Jason, Danielle and their lawyers to try and hash out a custody, visitation and support agreement ... but if they can't, the judge will make the decisions.

This case became a rallying cry for father's rights -- and an enormous victory for Jason.

UPDATE: Schreiber's rep tells TMZ, "The proposed statement of decision is not intended to be public nor is it final."

Sugar Bear and Mama June could not be more clear ... they can't stand Uncle Poodle and will fight to the death if he tries to wrestle custody of Honey Boo Boo away from them.

TMZ broke the story ... Poodle is privately vowing to go to court for temporary custody if Mama June does not sever all ties from Mark McDaniel, the guy who did time for molesting her oldest daughter.

Gabriel Aubry is fighting Halle Berry's attempt to slash his child support by more than 75% ... because her husband beat the crap out of him so bad he can't get work, but the photos tell a different story.

TMZ has obtained documents filed in their never-ending custody and support war. We broke the story ... Halle is trying to reduce Gabriel's child support for 6-year-old Nahla from $16K a month to around $3,800 a month.

Gabriel refers to the Thanksgiving day fight in Halle's driveway back in 2012, in which he accuses Olivier Martinez of a sneak attack that pulverized his face. He says it took him 6 months to heal before he could possibly work again, and since then he's only gotten 3 gigs.

But we checked out photos of Gabriel, and just 6 weeks after the fight there's barely a sign of injury.

Halle attacks Gabriel as a deadbeat who is using child support to avoid having to work. She says, "There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns."

And in Halle's docs, her lawyer, Steve Kolodny, says Gabriel uses monthly child support for his own needs, including:

$740 a month for Gabriel's "Fitness"
$940 a month in clothing (Gabriel lists Nahla's clothing expenses separately -- $675 a month)
$700 a month for Gabriel's health insurance
$1,975 a month in car expenses
$1,100 a month in furniture and electronics

Halle splits custody with Gabriel 50/50. She wants to convince a judge ... during her 50% custody, Gabriel should get off his ass and get a job.

It's a curious pic indeed. Sugar Bear, arm-in-arm with Mama June and Honey Boo Boo.

The pic was taken Wednesday in Milledgeville, GA. It's obvious ... they wanted to be photographed, and June looks especially happy to see the paparazzi.

For June, it's a big deal that it LOOKS like she has an alliance with Sugar Bear, who has been extremely upset that she's been dating convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

As for Sugar Bear ... he's walking a tightrope. He has no plans to fight June for custody, because his life isn't stable enough to care for Honey Boo Boo. He doesn't even have his own place to live.

Given that he's not fighting for custody ... Sugar Bear needs June because she controls access to their daughter.

Sugar Bear will NOT make a play for custody of Honey Boo Boo unless things escalate between Mama June and convicted child molester Mark McDaniel and the child is materially harmed.

Sources connected to Sugar Bear tell TMZ ... as of now he will not fight for custody, and it's not just about June. We're told he does not feel equipped to take custody of the 9-year-old. He doesn't have a place of his own right now -- he's been living with a friend since he and June separated.

It doesn't mean Sugar Bear is not concerned. We're told he stops by June's house daily to check on the kid, but so far he has not sensed anything that has damaged her.

Kid actress Kylie Rogers will never have to babysit, because she's now making more money than most adults ... thanks to Steven Spielberg.

10-year-old Kylie was cast in the pilot for Spielberg's "The Whispers" -- about aliens who take over Earth using children. For 21 days work she snagged $20K ... according to her contract which was filed in court.

It gets way better -- the show was picked up for series -- and the contract calls for Kylie to earn $20K PER EPISODE for Season 1. And if the show does well she'll make even more.

Mama June and her new guy -- convicted child molester Mark McDaniel -- have not done ANYTHING illegal by seeing each other and law enforcement won't do anything to stop them ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tell us ... the Dekalb County Sheriff's Dept. has received various complaints by people who were alarmed after seeing TMZ's stories about the pair hanging out after McDaniel's release from prison in March. He served 10 years for forcing oral sex on June's daughter, Anna.

Our law enforcement sources say ... Mark is not legally prohibited from hanging out with June, Honey Boo Boo or anyone else in her family ... except Anna. So far, there's been no violation.

This is scary ... but June could literally shack up with McDaniel and cops would be powerless to stop it, unless he lays a hand on her kids.

As for Anna ... it seems McDaniel is in the clear because she told us she doesn't want to be near him.

Although cops tell us McDaniel is in "total compliance" ... they add he's on their radar.

What's more ... although we've reported children's services is looking into the situation, we're told unless there's a real threat to the children, they can't take any action. The reality is ... McDaniel has done his time and is allowed to mingle in society.
