El hijo mayor de Jenelle Evans ha desaparecido demasiadas veces como para que las autoridades no investiguen a los adultos en el hogar.

La policía dice que el video de vigilancia muestra el momento en que un jugador de fútbol americano juvenil de 11 años, disparó a dos de sus compañeros de equipo durante un altercado en una práctica en Florida el lunes, y las imágenes son impactantes.

En el clip, se ve a un niño corriendo hacia un vehículo estacionado, agarrar un arma de fuego desde el asiento del pasajero y luego dispararle a otro niño que estaba de espaldas.

Segundos más tarde, se puede ver a una mujer que intenta agarrar el arma de fuego de las manos del niño y que luego le llama la atención en el estacionamiento.

Según la policía, el incidente ocurrió alrededor de las 20:20 en el campo de fútbol del Northwest Recreation Complex en Apopka. Todo ocurrió después de que el niño de 11 años y otros dos jugadores de fútbol de 13 se enzarzaran en una discusión. Dicen que el niño hirió a los otros cuando empezó a disparar la única ronda de municiones, a uno le dio en la parte superior del cuerpo y a otro en un brazo.

Shockingly, Joshua completely disavows his father, saying he and his sister want nothing to do with the guy -- and couldn't care less if he dropped dead tomorrow.

One thing that's clear from his sentiments -- the relationship between Ross Jr. and his kids is strained, and they're distancing themselves from him by a mile and a half ... especially in light of what he's been accused of carrying out.

Remember, cops took Ross Jr. into custody overnight and charged him with first-degree kidnapping -- among other crimes -- in connection to Charlotte's days-long disappearance.

Charlotte vanished into thin air during a camping trip with her family -- this after she was last seen on a bike ride in Moreau Lake State Park. A massive search got underway when she never returned for dinner ... and fortunately, she was found safe and sound on Monday.

As it turns out ... cops say Ross Jr.'s own ransom note led to his capture -- with DNA leaving a direct trail to his location -- and the police ended up finding the girl in a kitchen cabinet within his remote camper in Milton, NY.

Cops say surveillance video shows the moment an 11-year-old youth football player shot two of his teammates during an altercation at a practice in Florida on Monday ... and the footage is shocking.

In the clip, you can see a boy race to a vehicle in a parking lot, grab a gun from the passenger-side seat, and then fire on another boy who had his back turned.

Seconds later, you can see a woman grab the firearm from the kid's grasp ... before appearing to chastise him in the parking lot.

According to cops, the incident happened at around 8:20 PM at the Northwest Recreation Complex football field in Apopka ... after the 11-year-old and two other 13-year-old youth football players had gotten into an argument. They say when the child fired off the single round, it hit the others -- catching one in the upper body while clipping another in the arm.

Both boys are expected to recover from their injuries ... a surprising revelation, considering how frantic a woman was in a 911 call placed just seconds after the shot went off.

In the audio, you can hear a woman claiming to be the mother of one of the boys asking for medical help repeatedly after she says her son was shot in the back.

Cops say when officers got to the scene, they arrested the 11-year-old. They added that he's since been charged with one count of second-degree attempted murder.

"Nobody wants to arrest an 11-year-old, by any means," Apopka police chief Mike McKinley said of the matter during a press conference on Tuesday, "but based on our investigation we feel those charges are warranted."

An 11-year-old youth football player is facing a second-degree attempted murder charge after allegedly shooting two of his young teammates at practice this week in Florida.

TMZ Sports confirmed the incident with police who say it all happened at the Apopka (FL) Northwest Recreation Center around 8:20 PM on Monday ... when three kids were involved in an argument after practice that took a terrifying turn.

"[The altercation] continued into the parking lot where this juvenile had access to a firearm in his mother's car," Apopka police chief Mike McKinley said during a press conference on Tuesday.

That's when McKinley said the unnamed suspect (cops aren't releasing his identity because of his age), who doesn't have a criminal history, squeezed off a single round, striking his two teammates with a single shot.

One of the victims was hit in the arm and the other suffered injuries to the upper body. Both boys are 13.

"Fired one shot," McKinley said, "and that one shot hit both victims."

McKinley said the young suspect is being charged with one count of second-degree attempted murder (more charges could be tacked on) ... and the department is also looking at potentially pressing charges against the parents who left the gun in a place the child could reach it.

"It is a crime to allow your children to have access to your firearm in an unsecured box," Chief McKinley said.

As for the young age of the shooter, the chief says this isn't a position they wanted to be in.

"Nobody wants to arrest an 11-year-old, by any means, but based on our investigation we feel those charges are warranted."

The alleged kidnapper of 9-year-old Charlotte Sena made a bonehead move to get caught … leaving a ransom note with his fingerprint on it at the girl’s home.

Craig Nelson Ross Jr. was arrested Monday evening after a 2-day frantic police search for Sena, who was abducted while on a camping trip with her family in upstate New York.

Cops say Sena was biking through Moreau Lake State Park Saturday evening, when she was snatched -- and her cycle was later discovered by authorities, launching the quest to find her.

Investigators caught a huge break early Monday morning when they staked out Sena's house and spotted a man driving up in a car, getting out and stuffing the ransom note into the mailbox.

The man -- suspected to be Ross -- jumped back into his vehicle and drove away.

Officers then retrieved the note from the mailbox and lifted a fingerprint off it. The print was later matched to one already on file for Ross after his 1999 arrest for driving while intoxicated.

Cops then raided Ross's camper in nearby Milton, NY, placing him under arrest and finding Sena in a kitchen cabinet.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced at a press conference Sena was in good health, but was still taken to a hospital to be evaluated.

Ross has been charged with first-degree kidnapping.

A gang of motorcycle riders briefly took over downtown Philadelphia this past weekend ... and one pistol-packin' hooligan put a mom and her kids in his violent crosshairs.

Dozens of bikers rolled through "The City of Brotherly Love" Sunday night, stopping traffic and causing a total ruckus.

Check out this video ... which shows all the chaos as it unfolds and the armed troublemaker getting off his bike to climb onto the back of the mom's car.

The young man jumps up and down on the rear windshield, shattering the glass.

As he leaps out of the car, his gun drops to the ground, and he quickly scoops it up as the furious mom exits the driver's seat and confronts him at an intersection.

During their ensuing argument, the mom walks toward him, making him backpedal before he shoves her and headbutts her with his helmet on.

He then straddles his bike, but the mom pushes him over, yet he manages to ride away.

The mom, Nikki Bullock, later told CBS Philadelphia that at the time she was driving for Uber Eats with her kids in the car so she wouldn't have to pay for expensive daycare services. Bullock said her children were terrified and screaming throughout the ordeal.

New York State Police announced Monday that Charlotte was "located and in good health" after vanishing Saturday during a camping trip with her family in upstate New York.

Charlotte disappeared after going on a bike ride in Moreau Lake State Park, hitting the bike trails with her close friends before dinner and never returning. Her mother feared she had been abducted after her bike was found on one of the park's loops.

Law enforcement launched a search of the park ... with state, federal and local agencies working together. The extensive search enlisted police dogs, boats, underwater teams and drones to try and find Charlotte, with 400 people scouring the area.

An AMBER Alert went out Sunday night and by Monday afternoon, State Police said investigators no longer believed Charlotte was still in the park.

It's unclear when and where Charlotte was found ... and officials have not released the name of the suspect, or what charges they could face.

The comedian/rapper hopped on IG Sunday after his recent interview with Sherri Shepherd about paying $200,000 each month -- for his 10 kids with 5 different women -- had so many people dumbfounded.

KW explained he actually enjoyed splurging on his children as opposed to spending it on partying and having Uncle Sam collect the bulk of the earnings.

KW is coming off a successful Netflix special and says his business contracts are set up for him to recoup all the money and the child support system isn't pimping him as people assume.

On the other hand, KW says people who allow themselves to get taken advantage of have no reason to even come for his throat!!!

Blueface's mother is defending the controversial nude baby photo posted on the rapper's social media -- because she believes there's absolutely nothing illegal about seeking help for an infant's hernia.

We got Karlissa Saffold on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles and asked her about the photo, which Blueface claims was uploaded last weekend while his account was hacked.

While Karlissa says she was initially outraged when she saw the graphic post, like most everyone else, which shows her grandkid's unhealthy genitals ... she says her opinion changed when she saw similar posts from other concerned parents seeking input on hernias.

What's more, Karlissa says the graphic photo wasn't done in a pornographic way ... she says it was about helping the child, and thus wasn't illegal.

We also asked about all the drama between her son and the child's mother, Chrisean Rock ... and she said she would step in if there was a need to keep the peace and help the baby. She's seeing the same nasty exchanges we all are, and says they both continue "doing some vicious stuff to one another."

The way Mom sees it, all the drama is what comes with folks who are at the end of a breakup -- and she throws some shade their way, saying there's "3 kids involved" ... Blueface, Chrisean and the infant.

To be clear, Karlissa isn't saying she will take the baby from Chrisean, she says she would never take a child from a mother who is capable of caring for her baby. But, she says she's ready and willing to help in any capacity.

And, this is very interesting ... Karlissa added that she's more concerned about the way Chrisean was carrying the baby in a Walmart than the hernia photo.
