Adultery isn't always a bad thing ... at least that's what Dwyane Wade seems to be saying in a new Instagram post in which it he apparently admits to cheating both with and on Gabrielle Union.

Wade posted a photo of Gabby on "Woman Crush Wednesday" along with the caption: "My #WCW my #beautifulblackqueen... My Life mistakes gave me you and my life mistakes almost made me lose you but your love has conquered all and I hope to spend the rest of my life with you."

Of course, the big mystery -- what are the "life mistakes" Wade is referring to.

The life mistakes "that almost made me lose you" are likely when he knocked up another woman last year. Dwyane has already acknowledged he's the dad but insisted he and Gabby were on a break at the time.

As for the life mistakes that "gave me you" ... Wade's first wife, Siovaughn Wade, has publicly suggested Dwyane cheated on her with Union back when they were still married.

LeBron James' awesome black facemask ain't for everyone .... especially white people ... so says caucasian NBA star David Lee.

The Golden State Warriors big man was boarding the team bus outside the Trump International over the weekend when he told us he was a big fan of LeBron's look.

But Lee admitted he won't be getting a black mask of his own anytime soon ... saying, "I'm a white guy. It wouldn't look right."

Miami Heat sharpshooter Roger Mason is a terrible judge of haircuts ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

The man going after Mason is Brandon Daire -- the brother of Roger's baby mama ... and it's clear, they don't like each other.

According to Daire ... back in 2013, Mason asked court officials to keep Brandon away from his kid due to a pattern of bizarre behavior ... including an incident in which Brandon allegedly gave the kid really bad haircut.

Mason told the court ... the kid's hair was "sloppily shaved in some areas and un-shaved in other areas."

Mason claimed the two got into a nasty verbal argument about the 'do ... and Brandon cussed him out in front of the kid.

But now, Brandon is firing back ... saying Roger LIED about the incident and it damaged his reputation, both professionally and personally. Apparently, he stands by his barber skills.

Now, Brandon is demanding at least $10 million from Mason to make things right.

We've reached out to Roger for comment -- so far, no word back.

LeBron James channeled Oprah Winfrey for his mom's birthday gift ... 'cause SHE GOT A BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!!!

LeBron just surprised his mom with a white Porsche Panamera ... which can run up to $200k.

And if that wasn't enough, the NBA superstar included the following heart-felt message:

As for LeBron's dad -- well, he got something else this week ... a public "thank you" note from 'Bron for not being in his life.

Ray Allen is worth between $200 and $300 MILLION DOLLARS ... and even though it's "not smart" for the guy to play high-stakes blackjack, Ray can afford it ... so says Kenny "The Jet" Smith.

The "NBA on TNT" analyst was leaving LAX yesterday when we asked him about Allen's $10k-per-hand blackjack run in Vegas over the weekend ... a run that didn't turn out well for Ray.

"It's not smart, but it's like $100 to him," Kenny said ... "He's got enough money to probably fund the hotel."

Then, after estimating Ray's ENORMOUS net worth, Kenny dropped some serious wisdom:

"A guy who can play $10k-a-hand in blackjack, I'm not worried about him ... it's the guy who's got ten dollars and loses ... that's the guy I'm worried about."

Ray Allen was LIGHTING UP a blackjack table in Vegas over the weekend ... dropping $10k per hand at the Bellagio ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

The Miami Heat superstar decided to try his luck with the cards on Saturday night ... and posted up at a $1,000 minimum table in the exclusive Club Prive high-rollers lounge.

You can check out his stack (don't worry, it's OK to look) ... it appears Ray was gambling with somewhere between 30 and 40 yellow chips ($1,000-a-pop).

Our casino sources who were there during the gambling run tell us Ray -- who once signed an $80 MILLION contract -- didn't have a great showing at the table ... and walked away empty handed.

Hopefully, he stayed long enough to get his free drink.

We reached out to Ray's camp for comment -- so far, no word back ... but you know somewhere, Charles Barkley is smilin'.

Miami Heat center Chris "Birdman" Andersen is cutting ties with his Colorado nest -- the same house the FBI raided in a crazy kiddie porn investigation two years ago, TMZ Sports has learned.

The 7-footer bought the 5,691 sq ft crib in Larkspur, CO back in '09 for $500K -- but back in 2012, feds raided the place in an investigation allegedly involving an underage girl.

But the whole thing was BS and Anderson was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Birdman put the place on the market last year -- asking $925K -- but he ended up settling for $750k back in November ... chalking up a cool $250k profit.

Gabrielle Union is lying through her big, beautiful teeth ... at least when it comes to her pre-nup -- because she says she's demanding one with Dwyane Wade ... and it makes NO sense.

Union went on "Arsenio Hall" last night and said she's demanding a prenuptial agreement before they tie the knot "at my insistence."

She explained, "I gotta protect my stuff" ... adding, "When you have your own stuff you don't need to worry about anyone else's stuff."

Only problem is ... it's not HER stuff that needs protecting, since Dwyane has gotta be worth at least 10 TIMES what she's worth. In fact, he's currently toward the end of a 6-year, $107 million contract with the Miami Heat.

AND he's expected to sign ANOTHER HUGE CONTRACT sometime in the next year ... some say it could be worth as much as $100 mil.

Let's do some simple math. Even if she's worth $20 mil ... he could be somewhere in the $200 MILLION range.

So, if they continue that financial pattern and he makes 10-times what she makes ... she's saying she would rather walk away with a tenth of what she COULD get.

LeBron -- along with at least 3 other teammates including Ray Allen, Roger Mason Jr. and Udonis Haslem -- hit up Bella Nails and treated themselves to manis, pedis, and massages.

King James proudly posted the photo evidence online right after the outing ... with the explanatory caption "Have to take care of your dogs Men! It's part of our life blood!"

David Beckham says he's stealing a play from the Miami Heat when it comes to building his new MLS franchise -- because he wants to BUY UP all the best players in the league.

Becks just announced his plans to buy a brand new Major League Soccer franchise based out of Miami -- and also said he might get his friend LeBron James to invest in the team.

And at the news conference in Miami on Wednesday, Beckham made it clear he wants to find a Wade, Bosh, James combo in the soccer world and bring all of their talents to South Beach ... no matter the cost.

"I've seen what happens to teams when you bring great players in, "Beckham said ... "I'm talking about the Heat."

"We will wanna bring some of the best players in football, in soccer, to Miami to play on this team."

Beckham says he doesn't even need a strong sales pitch -- 'cause Miami sells itself.

LeBron James would be in for a rude awakening if his Miami Heat ever found a 'suped up time travelin' DeLorean ... 'cause Charles Oakley says his Knicks squad would've probably put a hurtin' on LBJ's team.

Of course, Oakley was likely referring to his '92-'93 Knicks squad ... which was packed with superstars like Patrick Ewing, John Starks and Anthony Mason.

The Knicks went 60-22 that year but lost in the Eastern Conference Finals to Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

LeBron James got in touch with his sensitive, emotional, crotch-thrusting side at a charity event in Miami this week ... breakin' it down to a Montell Jordan R&B classic ... and it was all on video.

James was part of a performance at Battioke -- an annual charity event thrown by his Miami Heat teammate Shane Battier.

Ex-NFL stud Jarvis Green -- a 2x Super Bowl champ -- narrowly escaped being scammed into buying bogus shares of an NBA franchise ... and now the FBI is on the hunt for the con man behind the alleged scheme, TMZ Sports has learned.

The former New England Patriots defensive end -- who spent 8 seasons in the league -- tells us ... he was contacted by a person who claimed to affiliated with the Miami Heat and was offering to sell equity in the team so Green would be a partial owner.

Green said the guy sounded legit at first ... explaining, "He was telling me about LeBron James, courtside seats ... can you imagine high-fiving LeBron?"

The guy wanted more than $250k from Green -- but when the ex-NFL star started considering the offer, he became suspicious.

"It sounded amazing, but I kept thinking, 'Why Jarvis Green? Why not Tom Brady?' Something was off ... but I was excited."

Green says ... when the con man started pushing for bank account information, he contacted the Miami Heat to investigate. The Heat quickly called BS on the scheme and contacted the FBI.

We're told the feds got in touch with Green -- and opened up an investigation.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell us ... they believe the suspect could be the same person who allegedly scammed Warren Moon out of $200k in a similar scheme.

When contacted for comment, a rep for the FBI would only confirm there is an active investigation -- but would not comment on any specifics.

LeBron James is a helluva shot off the court ... so say the folks at a Miami gun range, where LBJ went all Rambo with a machine gun last week, TMZ Sports has learned.

We know ... James and his wife Savannah went for a little his & hers target practice at Lock & Load Miami on New Year's Eve, where they sprayed bullets from multiple guns, including an MP5 (that's the one featured in the video).

We're told both LeBron and Savannah were "very good shots" ... but LeBron had a slightly better aim.

Gun range staff tells TMZ ... LeBron was assigned a specialist to help him on the range -- and the guy is a legit badass ... an ex-police officer who's currently a military reservist.

Mr. and Mrs. James spent roughly two hours firing weapons ... and we're told they were very cool to fans, signing autographs and taking pictures.

No one was harmed in the making of this post.

Exactly 9 months before Dwyane Wade's son was born (by a woman who's NOT his fiancee) ... Wade and Gabrielle Union were still acting like they were very much a couple ... and TMZ has the proof.

We broke the story ... Wade's baby mama Aja Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane's son Xavier on Nov. 10. Wade claims the two were on a "break" at the time.

But on February 5th (9 months before the birth), Gabrielle was Instagramming about Wade ... posting a photo of the NBA star cuddled up with her dog Sasha along with caption, "Sasha don't play when it comes to her man... 'Down to ride 'til the very end, it's me and my boyfriend.'"

A couple of days before that (on Feb. 1), Gabrielle posted a romantic photo of the couple together from a photo shoot for a "Flashback Friday."

Doesn't seem like a couple on a break ...

There's more ... on February 19th, Gabby posted another pic of Dwyane holding one of her scripts ... with the caption, "It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines... @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading. Thanks coach :)"

The patter continues until April ... when Gabby stopped posting pics of Dwyane and started posting a bunch of sad cryptic quotes. One reads, "We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending."

Another says, "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."

But on May 16, Wade returns to the picture ... with Union posting a photo of the couple, along with the caption, "I like this dude."

Gabrielle Union -- the future Mrs. Dwyane Wade -- took her brand new million dollar 8.5 carat diamond ring out in public yesterday ... but not without some serious hired muscle to keep it safe.

Gabby and Ring arrived to the Staples Center in L.A. ... flanked by private security ... to watch their man dominate the Kobe Bryant-less Lakers.

Funny, Kobe knows a little something about expensive jewelry ... in fact, he may have bought the most expensive ring out of ALL the NBA players ($4 million) .. except his wasn't a "Will You Marry Me" diamond -- it was a "FORGIVE ME!" diamond.
