Channing Frye Here's a LOCK for Your March Madness Bracket
Here's Phoenix Suns star Channing Frye with his Final Four champion pick ... but you should be warned, he's a little biased.
Frye was hitting the streets of NYC with his Suns teammate Miles Plumlee yesterday -- and while Channing was all about his pick for the NCAA tourney winner, Miles was suspiciously silent.
No confidence in Duke, Miles? Or just playing it close to the vest?
The tourney technically starts tomorrow night ... so hurry up and fill out your brackets before it's too late ... you gambling degenerates.
Juan Pablo Who Needs 'The Bachelor'??? I'm Famous Without It
"The Bachelor" star Juan Pablo is already suffering from delusions of grandeur -- insisting he's big enough to host major nightclub events around the country ... WITHOUT mentioning his claim to fame, because that's exactly what he demanded.
TMZ has obtained the flier for Juan's upcoming club appearance at The Pool After Dark in Atlantic City on March 29th -- and NOWHERE on the flier does it mention "The Bachelor."
Looking at it, you'd think Enrique Iglesias canceled and the club was forced to hire a cheap replacement.
And it's no accident -- sources tell us, Juan specifically instructed the casino NOT to associate him with "The Bachelor" in any press releases or fliers.
And his ludicrous demands didn't end there -- we're told Juan agreed to a 15-person meet-and-greet on the condition no one asked about his reality show stint. Same rule goes for reporters looking for interviews.
Best part -- he's getting around $20,000.
Oh yeah, Nikki -- whom JP ultimately settled on by the end of the show -- will be there too. That is, if they're still together.

The "Jeopardy" champ who angered viewers for cheating the system and making the game dull as dirt is now going redneck ... something even more difficult than Obscure Painters for $1,000.
Arthur Chu -- a name not immediately associated with farmer's tans and pickup trucks -- is taking to the stage ... and he's feeling generous. Artie scored nearly $300K on the show, so he's taking to the stage in Ohio and offering his services for free.
Arthur -- who has done acting and voiceover work -- agreed to work gratis on the play, "Handle With Care" ... about a young Israeli woman who falls in love after coming to America. Arthur says he plays a "dumb redneck."

Eagles' Malcolm Jenkins Yo Philly, Please Buy My Bow Ties ... I Owe My Wife a Car!
The Philadelphia Eagles made a huge upgrade this off-season in the fashion department -- their new safety Malcolm Jenkins has plans to dominate the rough and tumble world of bow ties.
The ex-Saints star tells TMZ Sports he's not abandoning the Rock Avenue Bow Ties biz he started last year in New Orleans -- and instead plans to expand in his new hometown.
Jenkins says, "I'm gonna go around the city and see about getting the bow ties into retail stores."
Jenkins started rocking the Pee Wee Herman look back in 2010 -- his 2nd NFL season -- and says he decided to launch his own company when he couldn't find enough variety in stores.
Malcolm joked he really needs a sales spike in Philly to pay off a lost bet with his wife -- ""I owe her a G Wagon."
Something tells us his 3-year, $16.5 million Eagles contract will take care of that.
Still, MJ's company got a nice boost last week when his ex-teammate Roman Harper wore a Rock Avenue t-shirt ... while getting baptized!
C'mon, Philly -- if it's good enough for Jesus ...
'Next Top Model' Judge Sued By Male Model He Bashed My Beautiful Face In
It's Zoolander vs. Hansel all over again -- a male model in L.A. just sued "America's Next Top Model" judge Rob Evans (also a male model) for allegedly beating him up so bad in 2012 ... he had to go to the hospital.
Landry Macedo filed the lawsuit for assault and battery, claiming he and Evans were at some modeling event when Evans flipped out for no reason -- striking him repeatedly in the face and head.
Landry claims their management agency Next Management is also responsible for the attack -- because it was aware of Evans' violent tendencies ... in addition to his past as a professional boxer ... and did nothing to stop him.
TMZ broke the story ... Evans was arrested for assault back when all this allegedly happened. The criminal case is still ongoing.
Landry wants unspecified damages -- but really, there's only one way to settle this ... a walk-off.
That Hansel ... so hot right now.
A lawyer for Evans tells us the allegations are baseless -- and believe Landry is trying to "extract an undeserved payday."

M.I.A. to NFL My Middle Finger Was Tame Compared to Prince's Penis Guitar
M.I.A. says the NFL is overreacting big time in their legal war over the middle finger she flipped during the 2012 Super Bowl Halftime show ... and the proof is in Prince's giant penis guitar.
M.I.A. just filed new legal docs saying the NFL's demand for $16.6 MILLION in restitution and damages over the rapper's live 1-bird salute is completely baseless -- since the league already has a reputation for airing risque halftime performances.
Her proof -- M.I.A. says the reputation was built by Super Bowl legends like Michael Jackson who "repeatedly grabbed or fondled his genitalia" during his famous 1993 performance.
M.I.A. says the "genitalia adjustments" were a well-known part of his act at the time and the NFL reveled in the edginess.
There's more ... M.I.A. also points to Prince -- who, in 2007, stroked his guitar like it was "an erect oversized phallus" in what some people consider the gold standard of Super Bowl Halftime shows.
M.I.A. says the NFL knew Prince was planning to get all strokey before the show ... and green-lit the performance anyway.
M.I.A.'s ultimate point is that there is no harm in airing a middle finger -- it won't damage the league or prevent sponsors from paying top dollar for commercial spots.
So far, no comment from Prince or his giant penis guitar.
'Ink Master' Stars Sued They Said I Could 'Go Home And Suck Some D***s'
The tattoo gurus on "Ink Master" are a couple pervs who sexually harass their female staff -- at least according to one former PA on the show ... who says she put up with a laundry list of extremely inappropriate behavior ... and was ultimately fired.
Nicoletta Robinson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Spike TV and "Ink Master" stars Chris Nunez and Oliver Peck -- claiming she worked for the show last year as an errand runner ... and Nunez and Peck treated her like some two-dollar whore.
Robinson includes a bunch of quotes in her lawsuit -- claiming Peck said things like, "Now Nickie can go home and suck some d***s." She claims Peck also tickled her against her will, squeezed her and pinched her ... and pulled her seatbelt tight against her breasts while she was driving.
She claims Nunez also said tons of perverted crap -- like "Are you menstruating? Do you need a hug?" She says Nunez once asked if she was pregnant just because she was sick, and once explicitly described how his dog eats his wife's dirty underwear.
Robinson claims she tried to file a complaint, but the production company didn't really know how to handle the situation -- and she was later terminated in November. She wants unspecified damages.
Spike had no comment.

Diddy RAGER RECON While Bev Hills Mansion Shopping
Diddy has zeroed in on a new Beverly Hills mansion -- but he needs to know HOW HARD CAN HE RAGE??? The mogul is asking the local homeowners' association about its party policies.
Bev Hills real estate sources tell us, Diddy is eying a $12 million 11,200 sq. ft. home in the city's gated Beverly Ridge area. But we're told he won't make an offer if he and his friends can't cut loose.
So, Diddy, if you buy the house anyone you invite in must first be cleared by gate security. If you're throwing a big party you need a valet service and security. And there are noise regs too.
The Homeowner's Ass'n is pretty flexible because lots of famous residents are known for their opulent shindigs.
As for the house itself, Keyshawn Johnson had it custom built in 2003, then sold it in 2004 to Paris Hilton's then-fiance Paris Latsis. When the house went back up for sale last year, we're told Kim Kardashian seriously considered buying it -- but ultimately settled on a nearby $11 million Bel Air mansion.

'Basketball Wives' Star FINALLY HUNTED DOWN Faces Jail In Deadbeat Dad Case
The search is finally over for former NBA player Eric Williams ... because his deadbeat ass was tracked down in Jersey ... and now he could be sent to jail for ducking his baby mama, TMZ Sports has learned.
We broke the story ... 41-year-old Williams -- who also appeared on "Basketball Wives" -- has been on the hook for $24k in unpaid child support to the mother of his 13-year-old son since back in November, but he blew off a court order to pay up and then went M.I.A.
Well, now ... we've learned a process server finally found the guy in the Garden State and gave him a court summons to appear before a judge in April ... OR ELSE!!!!
FYI -- the "or else" means the judge could order a warrant for his arrest if he doesn't show ... which means he could find himself behind bars.
Choose wisely ...
'Magic City' Strip Club Rival Strip Joint Bitch Slapped By Judge
A Chicago strip club just got schooled on how to spell L-O-S-E-R ... because a judge has ruled it can't use the name "Magic City" -- or any version ... no matter how it's spelled.
TMZ broke the story ... Atlanta's infamous "Magic City" strip club sued the Chicago joint for trying to jack the club's name that has become iconic in the rap world -- with regulars like Jay Z, Ludacris and Outkast.
A judge just ruled the ATL club has cornered the market on the name, ordering the Chi-town club to stop using the name Magic or any variation, including Majik, Majic, and Magik.
The Chicago owners are required to take out ads apologizing for confusing customers.
Ass-clapping ATL strip clubs ... accept no substitutions.

'Party Down South' Southern Rebellion Ends in Surrender!
The South will apparently rise again -- "Party Down South" is coming back for Season 2 now that the cast is waving the white flag of surrender in its pay dispute ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... the "PDS" regulars were stonewalling ... refusing to work unless CMT paid them $7,500 an episode -- a hefty 1,400% pay raise from the paltry 500 bucks for Season 1.
But sources close to the show tell us ... CMT refused to budge -- even though "PDS" is the network's most successful show EVER.
We're told, the network is being hard-ass ... saying the cast signed a contract through season 2, so that's the way it is ... the network's way or the highway.
BUT ... CMT dangled a carrot, promising bigger paychecks in Season 3.
Note to cast: That's the oldest trick in the book.

Sources tell us, Cassidy (her stripper name) received a call from Spearmint Rhino honchos, informing her she could have her job back -- but she's not allowed to work at the Santa Barbara location where she was fired.
Instead, we're told Cassidy is now back working at a nearby Spearmint Rhino location in the decidedly less tony Oxnard.

Ariel Winter Buys New Mercedes PAYS IN FULL
Unlike most 16-year-olds -- who scrape together money from their part time job to go halfsies with their parents on a used Ford Taurus -- "Modern Family" star Ariel Winter just picked up a brand new Mercedes ... and paid for it in full.
Winter hit up her local Mercedes dealer recently and scored a fully loaded C350, blacked out with the AMG package. We're told Ariel and her sister went in with the idea of getting something nice, but also responsible and safe.
Our sources tells us Winter's dad -- who only recently began siding with Ariel and her sister in their battle against Ariel's mom -- was there to help her sign the papers. Once the deal was closed, Ariel wired the full payment ... just north of $50,000. APR financing is for suckers!
And get this ... the guy in the photo, who sold Ariel the car, is former soap star/current car salesman Matt Borlenghi. The funny part is ... Ariel's mom sued him for defamation in 2012.
Probably not a coincidence.
