Justin Bieber Fans SUE We Got Charged an Arm and a Leg!

Published | Updated

A New York woman claims there has been a dastardly plot to DENY her the right to see Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi at an affordable price ... and now she's suing the Goliath of concerts.

Jessica Pollard claims in a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- she was forced to pay exorbitant prices for a Bon Jovi show in 2010 and a Bieber show in 2013.

Pollard is pointing the greedy finger at AEG, claiming it intentionally withheld more than 5% of tickets for Biebs and Bon Jovi ... selling them to brokers who would charge way more than retail.

Pollard claims AEG is flagrantly violating New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act, which prohibits promoters from bogarting more than 5% of the tix.

She is suing on behalf of all the now cash-strapped Bieber fans -- and Bon Jovi too -- who now have to eat Top Ramen because they blew their budget on expensive concerts.

We reached to AEG for comment ... so far, no word back.

Frank Thomas Sues Reebok Big War Over 'Big Hurt' Shoes

Published | Updated

Frank Thomas is coming out swingin' at Reebok -- claiming the company had NO RIGHT to re-release his iconic "Big Hurt" shoes back in 2013 ... and he's out to make them pay.

You remember the famous "Big Hurt" shoes from the '90s -- Frank says he had a deal with Reebok from '95 to '98 to let the company use his "Big Hurt" trademark on all sorts of Reebok products.

Now, here's the problem ... according to a lawsuit, filed by Thomas in Illinois, Frank says Reebok resurrected the "Big Hurt" brand for a "Classic Retro Campaign" in 2013 ... but they never got his permission.

Frank says Reebok put the retro Hurts out anyway ... and now Frank's pissed -- claiming the release of the shoe makes it look like Frank signed off on the deal ... when, in fact, he did not.

Frank wants a judge to forbid Reebok from selling any "Big Hurt" shoes ASAP -- plus he wants damages, including any profits Reebok made from the sale of the retro Hurts.

Hulk Hogan BIG Girl Thieves RIPPED OFF My Store!

Published | Updated

Hulk Hogan's Florida beach shop was hit by three chicks who distracted the manager ... while a fourth made off with a signed boot. Simple, and effective.

Hogan tells TMZ his staff discovered one of the pieces of Hulk memorabilia -- a signed wrestling boot -- went missing. But a quick look at surveillance video solved the mystery.

Here's what happened ... four girls came in and chatted up the manager. After luring the manager to the front of the store, one of the four snuck back in and lifted the boot. Someone who has seen the video tells TMZ ... the women are large and in charge.

Hulk tells us he's planning to file a police report today and hand over the surveillance video. He also says the girls showed off Michigan IDs to the manager, so they're probably in town for spring break.

Clearwater PD tells TMZ they are investigating the theft. They say the shoe was taken by "a heavyset white female in her 50s" -- while a worker got distracted by someone knocking over a statue of Hogan outside the store.

Team USA Hockey Auctioning Off Olympic Jerseys From Slovak Annihilation

Published | Updated

T.J. Oshie's sweaty, smelly game-used jersey from the Olympics could be yours ... 'cause Team USA is auctioning off the unis from their destruction of Slovakia for charity ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Oshie, Patrick Kane and a bunch of other Team USA players have donated their jerseys to the USA Hockey Foundation ... in an effort to raise money for hockey programs for kids.

The site is offering game-used jerseys from a couple of the Team USA hockey games in Sochi ... including the February 13th prelim against Slovakia ... where Team USA emerged victorious 7-1.

For the record, the jersey Oshie wore during his insane shoot-out performance against Russia isn't on the site ... but the Slovakia one still has his sweat on it. So, next best thing?

'Party Down South' Money War Ain't Over!!! Cast Threatening Strike

Published | Updated

12:30 PM PT -- It's getting real ... a source connected with the show tells TMZ, "It would be a shame for them to walk away from their big break. Fortunately for the viewers, there are plenty of kids in the South."

The cast of CMT's "Party Down South" is NOT giving up on its war for fatter paychecks -- despite what the network is claiming -- in fact, they've now banded together ... and are threatening to derail the entire show if their money demands aren't met.

As we reported, show reps had claimed the salary war was over -- telling us the cast had agreed to continue with Season 2 production per their original contract ... at a rate roughly equal to their Season 1 rate of $500 per episode.

The cast wanted a raise to $7,500 each per episode -- but CMT refused to budge ... and reps for the show told us the cast had given up its fight.

But now we've learned ... that's not true -- lawyers representing the cast just sent a letter to CMT and 495 Productions, claiming the contracts initially signed by the cast weren't fair.

The lawyers claim the cast signed extremely unfair contracts without lawyer help, and they want new contracts drawn up asap. Among their demands ... way more money.

Season 2 is scheduled to begin production shortly -- but the cast is refusing to participate until CMT comes to the table. Reps for the show tell us, if the cast doesn't shoot, they're in breach of their contract ... end of story.

Pap to Kanye I'm Taking Your Ass to Trial

Published | Updated

Kanye West isn't out of the woods after striking a plea deal in the criminal case stemming from his photog attack last summer -- he's still facing a nasty civil lawsuit ... and we're told the pap is determined to take the rapper to trial.

Normally in civil situations involving celebs -- car accidents, fights, property damage, whatever -- the victim settles for a quick payday in exchange for dropping their lawsuit ... but not this time.

Sources close to photog Daniel Ramos -- who sued Yeezy for assault and battery after the LAX incident -- tell TMZ, Ramos is so confident in his case, he's refusing to settle for any amount of money ... he wants to go the whole nine with Kanye and bring his ass to court.

We're told a trial date has already been set in the case and Ramos is going full steam ahead -- no sign anywhere of a settlement agreement.

And get this -- we're told Ramos' attorney Gloria Allred has already sent Kanye notice for a deposition ... and you thought Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber were good.

Tom and gisele SELLING Mega-Estate in L.A.!!!

Published | Updated

This is really shocking ... the incredible European country estate Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen spent 4 years and $40 million building is on the market ... less than a year after it was completed.

Our real estate sources tell us ... the couple wants out of L.A. permanently and will be living full- time in Boston, where they're building another ridiculously big estate -- a 14,300 square-foot house on 5 acres. The estate is listed for a cool $50 MILLION!!!

As for the L.A. house, Tom and Gisele personally spent a huge amount of time planning the design. It's an amazing property -- a 14,000 square-foot main house, one of the best home gyms in the world, antiques from everywhere around the globe, an amazing infinity pool, waterfall and pond ... all on 4 prime acres in Brentwood.

There was actually a buzz the New England Patriots QB and his supermodel wife would move to L.A. full-time after he retired, but clearly that's not the case.

What we can't figure out -- why not have 2, more modest $20 million mansions in both cities.

BTW ... we called Tom and Gisele's brokers -- Kurt Rappaport and Stephen Shapiro -- but our calls weren't returned.

Justin Bieber Plea Deal Underway In Egging Case

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber will be charged with a crime for allegedly egging his neighbor's house, but the case will probably never go to trial ... sources connected with the case tell TMZ.

Our sources say the L.A. County D.A. has contacted Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, and asked for a meeting to discuss restitution for the egging damage -- which the neighbor puts at $20K.

We're told the discussion between Weitzman and the prosecutor will center around paying for the damage, and pleading no contest to misdemeanor vandalism. Bieber would serve no jail time and be placed on informal probation.

The short of it all -- the case would be over before it begins. Bieber will be charged, the plea bargain will be entered and it would then be case closed.

Our sources say the D.A. and the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. are at odds over the case. The Sheriff wants Bieber charged with a FELONY because the egging was intentional and it caused a huge amount of damage. The D.A., we're told, thinks Bieber's hijinks does not rise to the level of a felony ... and a misdemeanor is more appropriate.

We're told Weitzman has not met with the D.A. yet but that should happen shortly. It looks like this case could be resolved as early as next week.

Dionne Warwick She Knows the Way To Hose the Tax Man

Published | Updated

What do you get when you file for bankruptcy ... in Dionne Warwick's case, you get a pass on more than $10 MILLION in debts.

A bankruptcy trustee filed legal docs Tuesday ... recommending to the judge that Dionne be excused from paying $10,727.429.91 in debts ... almost all of it in delinquent taxes.

The tax bills are as old as hills ... dating back as far as 1991. Under the recommendation -- which is almost always rubber stamped by the judge -- Dionne will have a fresh start.

The trustee is even letting Dionne keep all her personal stuff, including:

-- 2 fur coats and 2 sets of diamond earrings, valued at $13K
-- Various gowns and everyday clothing -- $5K
-- Art work and paintings -- $5K
-- Living room furniture, dining set, bedroom sets, 2-year-old lap top -- $1,500
-- Cash in her pocket -- $1K

The judge should make his final decision soon, so say a little prayer for Dionne.

Charlie Sheen I'm Cutting Off Denise

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen has gone for Denise Richards' jugular ... cutting off her child support and kicking her out of her house ... TMZ has learned.

Denise was getting $55K a month in court-ordered support for their 2 kids -- Lola and Sam. We're told he only forked over half that amount for January and hasn't paid a dime in Feb or March.

As for the house ... as TMZ first reported, Sheen bought it for Richards back in 2011 so she and the kids would be close to him. But we're told Charlie has told Denise he's selling the house and wants her out STAT.

Charlie is not hiding his contempt for Denise or the fact that this is retaliation. Charlie believes Denise is keeping Sam and Lola from him. Sources close to Denise tell us ... she can't just race to give Charlie the kids when he feels like having them on a whim. She also wants to be present when he has the children.

Our sources say Denise is getting her legal ducks in a row to go after Charlie in court. Fact is ... when there's court-ordered child support, there's no such thing as a good excuse for not paying.

John Mayer Sues Charlie Sheen's BFF You Sold Me Fake Rolexes!

Published | Updated

Maron's lawyer, Eric George, just came out swinging, telling TMZ, "John Mayer, who briefly claimed expertise in Rolexes but now has apparently changed his mind, has brought a lawsuit that is legally and factually meritless. Mr. Maron refuses to pay Mr. Mayer a cent to settle his frivolous claim, and will instead defeat him in court."

John Mayer spent $5 MILLION on what he believed were authentic, antique Rolex watches ... but claims he was defrauded by Charlie Sheen's best buddy.

Mayer is a big-time watch collector. He claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he met watch dealer Robert Maron in 2007 and told him he was on the hunt for rare Rolexes to add to his stash of timepieces.

Mayer says he bought a number of watches, and all seemed well. But in 2010, Mayer sent one of the Rolexes to the manufacturer for repair and got word back, "The watch was not authentic in all respects."

Mayer claims Maron admitted to him Rolex was right but called it an "isolated event." Mayer says Maron took the watch back and gave him a credit, which Mayer used to buy another Rolex.

Mayer claims in 2011 Rolex informed him at least 7 of the watches Maron sold him were counterfeit.

Apparently Mayer is still satisfied with some of the watches, but he wants a refund for the 7, which totals $656,000.

As for the Sheen connection -- Charlie's also a big watch collector and became extremely close to Maron, even using him as his manager.

Lil Boosie Massive Alleged Concert Scam Sweeping Country

Published | Updated

Lil Boosie is putting concert venues everywhere on notice -- telling TMZ, a massive Boosie concert scam is currently preying on unsuspecting booking agents across the country ... and several people have already fallen victim.

We spoke to several of the alleged victims -- two in Dallas and one in Detroit -- and each of them claim the scam cost them $25,000.

Here's how it happened -- one of the alleged victims LaToya Thompson tells us, she came across a Boosie booking flier on Instagram recently and called the phone number. She says she was eventually put in touch with a man claiming to be Boosie's brother TQ.

LaToya tells us, "TQ" instructed her to wire him $25,000 to book Boosie for a concert in April -- and as soon as the money went through last week, "TQ" went AWOL.

The two other alleged victims tell the same story -- one says he had booked Boosie for an appearance last week, and the rapper never showed. He says "TQ" also never responded to his phone calls.

LaToya sent us the contract -- which lists a Giovany Productions as the company behind the bookings. We tried to get in touch with someone at Giovany but the phone numbers didn't work.

But Boosie says it doesn't matter -- he never gave permission to any company to book him. All bookings must go through his brother TQ -- the real TQ -- and TQ tells us, he was NOT involved in the bookings in question. TQ also says he plans to file a police report.

For her part, LaToya has already filed a police report ... but she's probably SOL.

Justin Bieber has officially cut ties with California ... he packed up all his stuff and he moved to ATL.

Moving trucks arrived at Bieber's Calabasas home Tuesday to clear a path for the new owner -- Khloe Kardashian.

TMZ broke the story ... Bieber also sold the plot of land next door, which now means he owns no property in California.

Bieber is renting in Atlanta but is looking to buy a house. We're told he's put house hunting in Southern California on hold. Our sources say he'll probably end up buying something in So. Cal., but now he's ATL to the core.

Vince Vaughn Buys Lane Kiffin's Beach Mansion

Published | Updated

Lane Kiffin's loss is Vince Vaughn's gain ... because the "Wedding Crashers" star has been ID'd as the mystery buyer who paid $6.5 million for the Manhattan Beach pad Lane Kiffin sold when after he was fired from his gig at USC.

Don't feel bad for Lane ... he pocketed a cool $1 MILLION from the sale.

And don't feel bad for Vince either ... he gets to move in to one of the coolest mansions on the beach -- a 7,308-square foot palace with state-of-the-art everything and a kick ass backyard.

Everyone wins ... which wasn't happening when Lane was living IN the house.

Playboy Golf Lawsuit Babe AGREED to Butt Stunt ... Here's the Proof!

Published | Updated

Liz Dickson knew damn well her ass would be IN PLAY when she agreed to put a tee in her butt for a golf stunt at a Playboy event in 2012 ... and TMZ Sports has obtained audio that proves it.

We broke the story ... Liz filed a lawsuit against Playboy claiming she thought comedian Kevin Klein would only be POSING with his golf club for a photo op ... and was shocked when he took a whack.

But in audio recorded on the day of the stunt, Kevin makes his intention crystal clear -- saying to Liz, "Would you allow me to place a golf ball on a tee in your butt and attempt to tee off a shot right now down this first fairway?"

Liz initially responds, "Maybe" ... and then says, "What did I get myself into?"

Moments later, she lays down on her stomach and allows a member of Klein's team to place a tee in her butt ... and seems to be 100% in on the stunt.

At one point Klein asks, "How does the golf tee feel in the butt?"
Liz responds, "Ummm ... it's poking my butt."

Klein asks, "Do you enjoy it at all?"
Liz responds, "I love it."

Eventually, Klein takes a swing and smacks Liz in the cheek. When asked if it was painful, she says "it hurt" ... but never seems to object to Kevin taking a swing in the first place.

Liz is suing for more than $500k in damages, claiming she never signed off on the stunt -- but the audio seems to tell a different story.

Kim and Kanye Dude Who Videoed Our Engagement LAME AND BLIND

I DO, RING PLEASE

The guy who Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing for secretly videotaping their engagement is not only sneaky ... he's blind -- at least according to the judge.

Chad Hurley -- who co-founded YouTube -- claimed when he videotaped the proposal at AT&T Park in San Fran and later released it on his website MixBit ... he had no idea he had signed a confidentiality agreement.

The case was in court Tuesday -- Hurley was trying to get it dismissed -- but the judge scoffed at him, saying the entire document Hurley signed was 1 page and at the top the words CONFIDENTIALITY could not possibly be missed.

Kanye and Kim could score a huge payday, courtesy of their lawyer, Eric George ... because the judge said Hurley could be liable for fraud, which opens the door to punitive damages ... which theoretically could mean millions of dollars. Hurley has the money -- Google bought YouTube for $1.6 billion.

The motion to throw the case out was denied. So full steam ahead!
