'Cocaine Cowboy' Widow I Want HALF For Hubby's Coke Stories!

Published | Updated

The widow of original "Cocaine Cowboy" Jon Roberts is getting double-crossed in a deal Jon made to cash in on his life story ... according to the lawsuit she just filed.

Andrea Noemi Roberts says Jon struck the deal with financial adviser Daniel Merandi and his company, M & M Financial -- Jon would get 50 percent from any TV or movie projects related to his 2011 memoir, "American Desperado." Jon died shortly after the book came out, but Andrea says she inherited the deal with Merandi.

Andrea's fighting for every dollar, and with good reason. Jon's book has been linked to a Hollywood project with Mark Wahlberg, Peter Berg and Michael Bay attached ... and it's already been used to make a Telemundo documentary. She's suing to get the half she's due now, plus anything in the future.

Jon was a notorious player in Miami coke smuggling during the '80s -- as told in the award winning doc "Cocaine Cowboys."

Faith Evans Sued She Screwed Me for Bad Boy

Published | Updated

Faith Evans' decision to hit the road with Puff Daddy left a Georgia businessman in the lurch and he's suing to get her pulled from the Bad Boy Family Reunion.

According to docs, Jeremy Hill booked Faith to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on Sept. 10, 2016 -- and paid her $17,500 as part of the deal. Hill says he knew things were going south when he found out she was going to be part of the Diddy and co's big tour.

He especially took note of the fact the Bad Boy tour would be in Atlanta on Sept. 8. That's a big problem because Hill says his contract with Faith included a non-compete -- as in she can't perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept. 10.

In the suit, he says Faith's camp told him she was backing out of his deal.

Hill's suing to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy show in Atlanta ... and he also wants at least $100k for leaving him at the altar.

LAPD's now executed a search warrant at U.S. Bank to retrieve information about the owner of the account where the money was wired. Blue Lives Matter L.A. Wants $10k from Cop Falsely Accused of Racism By 'Django' Actress

Published | Updated

An LAPD cop, falsely accused of racism and brutality, is being attacked by an L.A. City agency for exposing the truth and defending himself ... and now the City wants a big chunk of his retirement.

It's a slap in the face to anyone who believes Blue Lives Matter. The L.A. Ethics Commission is gunning for recently retired LAPD Sgt. Jim Parker, trying to force him to pay a $10,000 fine for leaking audio to TMZ ... audio proving he did not profile a black woman engaged in lewd public conduct with her boyfriend.

You'll recall, "Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts, who is black, was in a car with her white boyfriend near CBS Studios in the San Fernando Valley back in Sept. 2014. People from nearby offices called cops and complained they were having sex in the car.

Sgt. Parker responded, and when Watts refused to hand over her ID and then walked away, he cuffed her and placed her under arrest. Watts' BF went on a Facebook rant, which he then restated, claiming Sgt. Parker showed prejudice and aggression because of her color, and cuffed her so tight she was bleeding.

The LAPD did not come out and defend Parker, and he was getting skewered in the media ... labeled a racist cop.

That's when the Sgt. leaked to TMZ the audio of the encounter, which shows Watts was not only the aggressor, but falsely accused him of racism and threatened to get her publicist involved.

The Ethics Commission met Monday and is pressuring Sgt. Parker -- who has acknowledged he gave TMZ the audio -- to admit wrongdoing by leaking a police tape. The Commissions lawyer -- who was extremely aggressive at the hearing -- tried cutting a deal ... admit guilt and pay $2,500. Otherwise, the Commission would gun for the retired cop's checkbook to the tune of $10k.

Sgt. Parker is not going to fold, so the case is headed for trial.

It's pretty amazing ... a cop who did the right thing in the field and gets falsely accused of racism cannot defend himself from public humiliation.

BTW ... Watts and her BF pled no contest to disturbing the peace ... they had been charged with lewd conduct.

Floyd Mayweather Drops An INSANE $50k On Car ... Repairs

Published | Updated

There's only one thing crazier than spending $3.5 million on a Bugatti Gran Sport Vitesse ... spending $50k just to get the damn thing serviced ... but that's exactly what Floyd Mayweather just did.

We spoke to Obi Okeke from DoctorBugatti.com who tells us he just serviced Floyd's Bugatti ... and it came out to a little bit more than your annual trip to Pep Boys.

Here's the breakdown ... 4 2015 Bugatti tires $33k ... basic service (oil & fluid changes) $23k ... then to top it off a $3k detailing service where the damn Armor All must be made out of 24k gold.

Final price tag was well over $50k.

Wanna feel even LESS normal? Obi says he's had to start AN ENTIRELY SEPARATE COMPANY to service Floyd's cars because he has to move them around for service so often.

Just ... wow.

Nick Jonas Republicans Threw Millions at Me Too

Published | Updated

Nick Jonas was wanted by the GOP -- much like Justin Bieber -- and the party was also willing to hand Nick millions for a concert, but there was one critical difference.

Our Jonas sources tell us Nick's people got an offer to play a free concert in Cleveland on July 24th. The show was intended to be a thank-you to the people of Cleveland for hosting the RNC.

We're told Nick was offered somewhere in the $2 million neighborhood to play the gig, and a "private donor" would pay him directly.

We broke the story ... Bieber received a $5 million offer to play a similar concert near the RNC, but turned it down for a number of reasons -- including manager Scooter Braun's close ties to Hillary Clinton.

Interestingly, we're told the person working with the GOP told Nick's people the show would be "an All Lives Matter" event. As we reported ... Justin's people were told they could not display "Black Lives Matter" banners if he performed, but "All Lives Matter" signage was okay.

Our Jonas sources say there was no way he could have done the Cleveland show anyway, because he was already scheduled to appear at a Roc Nation event in NYC.

Sorry, GOP ... Jay Z's got way more pull with Nick.

Iggy Azalea vs. Uncle Sam She's Too Fancy To Pay Taxes

Published | Updated

Iggy Azalea can't catch a break this year -- she just got slammed with another tax lien.

According to docs ... Iggy's on the hook for $269,980.20 in federal taxes from 2015.

Back in April the rapper was hit with a $391,056.55 lien for unpaid taxes from 2014. Do the math and that's $661k total for both liens.

Almost makes Nick Young and his baby mama seem like no big deal. Almost.

Glen Rice Jr. Arrest Video 'He Has a Ton of Cash' 'Wondering If He Robbed This Dude'

Published | Updated

TMZ Sports has obtained police video from the moment Glen Rice Jr. was arrested this week -- and cops were so shocked by the amount of cash he had on him, they suspect he robbed somebody.

We broke the story ... the ex-NBA player is accused of beating up another man in a grocery store parking lot and then running from the scene.

When cops tracked Rice down -- they searched his backpack and found $2,700 in cash ... along with 6 cell phones.

In the video, you can hear the cops talking about the money ... saying, "He has got a ton of cash. Tons of cash. I'm wondering if he robbed this dude. Mutual f***ing agreement that went bad."

Rice was initially booked for felony robbery, aggravated battery and marijuana possession -- but cops tell TMZ Sports officials are only moving forward with 2 charges ... aggravated battery and possession with intent to distribute.

Lil Wayne Yo Birdman ... Check Out Diss Hat

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne's wardrobe is now doing his trash-talking for him.

Weezy's favorite Birdman slam is emblazoned on a white hat he's rocking in L.A.

It's a strong hint that Mr. Carter and the Cash Money honcho have made ZERO progress on settlement talks in Wayne's $51 mil lawsuit.

He's making another statement too -- if his double-cup's filled with lean, as it usually is ... it's not a good look considering his recent seizures and all.

Paul Pogba Clubbing In Hollywood While Massive Man U Deal Underway

Published | Updated

He's currently in the middle of one of the richest contract negotiations in pro sports ... but Thursday night soccer superstar Paul Pogba decided to HIT THE CLUB!!

TMZ Sports has footage of the 23-year-old Juventus player leaving 1 OAK nightclub in Hollywood after 2 AM -- while surrounded by an entourage that was slapping anyone trying to record the guy on their cell phones.

Pogba had reportedly undergone a medical exam while in L.A. -- while Manchester United continued to work on a 5-year deal that would pay the superstar roughly $90 MILLION!

So far, the deal isn't officially done -- but multiple outlets insist it'll close before the end of the day.

Justin Bieber Sorry, GOP ... I'm Not for Sale

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber got a $5 million offer to perform at a Republican event during the GOP Convention, but turned it down after his manager considered quitting and LeBron James urged him to reject it ... sources tell TMZ.

Sources connected with CAA -- the talent agency which reps Bieber and received the offer -- tell us a promoter contacted Justin's people with the offer, saying he would perform for 45 minutes at a venue near Quicken Loans Arena, where the RNC was held.

We're told the promoter assured Justin's people the event was "not political" and Justin would not be endorsing Trump or any GOP policies.

According to the contract, the $5 million was bankrolled by GOP donors. The money was to be paid "up front" -- before Justin even arrived. The donors would also cover production expenses.

It represented the biggest single payday ever for Justin. Or, for that matter, just about any other singer, and he seriously considered doing it ... partly because he's Canadian and didn't have a dog in the fight and partly because of the money.

Manager Scooter Braun, a big Hillary Clinton supporter who even held a fundraiser for her at his L.A. home, had big problems with the offer ... as did CAA. Scooter and CAA felt, regardless of the representations, this was "100 percent political."

We're told Scooter wasn't heavy-handed at first, and talked to Justin about putting Black Lives Matter banners up in the venue. We're told Braun was told he could not display BLM banners, but the donors would accept banners that read "All Lives Matter." The donors also made it clear ... Justin could say nothing disparaging about Trump or the GOP.

Dana White My Family Keeps Asking for Money ... After $4 Billion Deal!

Published | Updated

It's a good problem to have ... but Dana White says family members are coming out of the woodwork with their hands out after the UFC sold for $4 BILLION ... so he's ignoring their calls!

White was on 'Kimmel' Thursday night -- and was asked how his life has changed now that he's insanely rich (Jimmy estimates he made $360 mil off the deal).

We're guessing Dana was joking about the family -- but says he had a real Howard Hughes moment and locked himself in a hotel room after the deal closed.

He's definitely in a better place now ... and says when it comes to being super wealthy -- "it doesn't suck."

Keshia Knight Pulliam I Want the House And My 'Cosby' Money

Published | Updated

Keshia Knight Pulliam is demanding the Atlanta home she and Ed Hartwell shared, her pre-marriage possessions and everything she made during their marriage.

In new divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Keshia's asking for all assets she acquired during their marriage -- which is interesting considering most couples split assets accumulated during a marriage.

Keshia also makes a point to demand she be awarded all property and assets she had before the two married, which includes even more 'Cosby' cash.

And get this ... in Ed's divorce filing, he stated they had no kids, but Keshia makes it a point to say a child IS expected of the marriage. In other words ... Ed's the daddy.

'Shark Tank's' Scrub Daddy You're Sponging Off Our Customers!

Published | Updated

The company behind Scrub Daddy -- the most successful product ever pitched on "Shark Tank" -- is accusing a man of tricking customers with a knockoff sponge.

Scrub Daddy says Brian Reaux's attempt to push "Scrub 'N EZ" will confuse faithful Scrub Daddy customers because of the similar name and use of a smiley face ... this according to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Scrub Daddy also has beef with Reaux marketing his sponge holder as fitting "perfectly in Scrub Daddy [sponges]."

SD has reportedly generated more than $75 mil since striking a deal with Lori Greiner on the show. The company wants "Scrub 'N EZ" to change its name, and quit using Scrub Daddy in advertising.
