Miley Cyrus Moonman Trophy for Sale! Homeless Date Needs Cash

Published | Updated

The homeless guy Miley Cyrus took to the VMAs is finally cashing in on his big night with the singer ... by hawking her Moonman.

Jesse Helt is auctioning the trophy on eBay-- the bidding starts at $10k, but there's a "Buy It Now" option for $15k. Helt got his 15 minutes back in 2014 when he accepted Cyrus' Video of the Year award with a tearjerker speech about homelessness.

People connected to Jesse tell us he's been on a hot streak -- he recently got a studio apartment in L.A. and he's expecting a baby in a few months. We're told he's selling the VMA to prep for il bambino.

If $10k sounds steep -- keep in mind Coolio's trophy for "Gangsta's Paradise" once sold for $6k, and someone paid $72k for the "We Are the World" statuette!

Fun fact: Miley's Moonman is engraved with her name and Jesse's.

Sean Kingston Sued We Gave You Bling You Gave Us Bouncing Checks

Published | Updated

Sean Kingston has no problem picking out tons of high-end jewelry, but paying for it is another story ... according to the high-end jeweler who says they got screwed.

NYC jeweler Aqua Master just sued Kingston over 9 pieces of jewelry he scooped up last month -- valued at more than $300,000. The jeweler says Sean promised his biz manager would wire money to pay his tab.

According to the suit, Aqua got 2 checks instead of a wire transfer ... and they bounced. Meanwhile, Sean was enjoying 2 diamond necklaces, a few gold chains, a ring, a bracelet and 2 watches. A rep for Aqua tells us Sean even flaunted the goods on IG.

The company is suing Kingston and his company, coincidentally named ... Time Is Money Entertainment.

This is old hat for Kingston, who was sued by a Florida jeweler in March, and also ordered to pay another NYC jeweler for an unpaid bill.

Sean's rep hasn't gotten back to us -- but on Raq Rants he explained why so many jewelers have beef with him.

Chi Chi From 'Scarface' Warrant Out for Unpaid Child Support ... Otra Vez

Published | Updated

Angel Salazar is coming up empty-handed in the child support department again ... and a judge just sicced the law on him with an arrest warrant.

Arizona cops are on the lookout for the actor, who played Chi Chi in "Scarface," for shorting his baby mama $1,100 back in January. He hasn't dropped a dime for the $5k a month obligation since July.

Angel better not show his face in the Apache State anytime soon, 'cause it'll cost him $5,000 to get bailed out if he's arrested this time around.

Chi Chi, get the yayo ... and scrounge together some cash for your kids while you're at it.

'House of Lies' Actor Missed Out on Big Raise Showtime Pulled the Plug!!

Published | Updated

Donis Leonard Jr. might just be a kid but he was making a killing on "House of Lies" and was all set for another sweet raise -- then Showtime canceled the show.

Donis -- who played Don Cheadle's cross-dressing son, Roscoe -- joined the cast at the very beginning. He's 17 now and earned a cool $17,500 per episode in season 4. Then he got a raise for season 5 to $20k per episode ... this according to legal docs.

Season 5 wrapped with a bang -- the finale was shot entirely in Cuba. Things were looking up for Donis ... he was set to get a pay bump to $22,500 per episode in season 6. But Showtime had other plans -- it canceled the show midway through season 5.

Still ... not bad for a 17-year-old.

Charlie Sheen Brooke and Denise Accept Radical Reduction in Child Support

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen is in such financial trouble ... his ex-wives have agreed to slice their child support payments in half, for fear if he goes to court the payments would be reduced to next to nothing ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, both Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards have agreed to around $25k a month ... they were each getting $55k a month.

We're told Charlie is now making next to nothing, which is shocking given his previous earning power with "Two and a Half Men" and "Anger Management."

Our sources say Brooke and Denise both knew if Charlie went to court for a reduction in support a judge would drop the payments to $10k a month, or maybe even lower.

We're told Charlie threw in some real estate for Brooke and Denise and committed to doing a show with Denise.

We're also told Charlie is liquidating his assets, because he's facing a slew of legal claims.

Pregnancy Guru's Child What to Expect When ... You're Getting Divorced

Published | Updated

The woman who wrote THE quintessential guide to pregnancy apparently couldn't pass on the same wisdom for marriage -- 'cause her kid just filed for divorce.

Emma Bing -- daughter of Heidi Murkoff, who authored "What To Expect When You're Expecting" -- is looking to split from her musician husband, Refayat Ali. Emma was the bun in the oven that inspired Heidi to write the book.

Emma wants primary custody of their 3-year-old son, plus spousal support from Refayat ... which seems odd considering her mom's work is a bestseller and was even made into a movie (in other word ... her family's loaded).

Of course, that dough belongs to Heidi ... but we're guessing Emma won't be left hanging out to dry, no matter how the judge rules.

RINGS OVER MONEY

Sorry, Spike ... hip-hop star Fat Joe is officially the biggest freakin' Knicks fan in the world ... 'cause he says he'd give up FIVE MILLION DOLLARS if it meant his squad could take home the Larry O'Brien.

We got Joe out in NYC and posed a very simple, very easy question of choice to the rap legend ... would he rather have the Knicks win a championship ... or be handed $5 million in cold hard cash?

Joe doesn't even hesitate ... dissing the cash (FYI, he's already maaaaaad rich) and taking the title, thus proving how much an NBA championship actually means ... no matter what 'Melo says.

Conor McGregor Spends A Fortune On Custom Suits ... Stylist Tells All

Published | Updated

It takes 60 HOURS and thousands of dollars to make every single custom suit for Conor McGregor ... and the guy has DOZENS of 'em ... so says his personal custom suit guy (yeah, he's got one).

We spoke to the UFC guy's longtime wardrobe guru David Heil -- CEO of David August clothing -- who says McGregor is an animal when it comes to fashion.

Here's the math -- each custom suit ranges from $4,000 to $10,000 ... and Conor orders 8 to 10 outfits every single time he goes out on a media tour.

"We also have 2 or 3 extra outfits on hand in case anything happens to the outfits he’s supposed to wear for an event."

Translation -- money is no object when it comes to Conor's look.

And Heil says he's a full-service outfitter -- "From the suits down to the bow ties to the cuff links, he’s wearing David August."

"Every outfit I make for him takes 60 hours. He likes to wear his suits high and tight and really tailored, and his size changes all the time depending on his fights. So we’re always measuring him to make sure it fits exactly how he wants it."

"He’s such a style guy ... he’s always been that way since the day I met him. He takes everything and makes it his own. It takes a guy with the right mind to pull off these extreme looks, and he does."

Might be time for the rest of us to learn to punch guys in the face.

PICKIN' THE PLASTIC

NFL player William Gay just learned a very important life lesson ... sometimes when you win, you completely freakin' lose in a major way ... especially when the game is credit card roulette.

Gay and his Pittsburgh Steelers teammates went out to dinner recently and the whole group of very large -- and probably very hungry -- athletes decided to settle the bill by playing credit card roulette.

If you don't know what that is ... it's when everyone who ate puts their card in a hat ... and the one that gets drawn has to foot the entire bill.

That was the story for William ... and James Harrison made sure to document the entire thing on video.

Amber Heard Calls BS On Johnny's Charity Donation Now You Owe Double

Published | Updated

Amber Heard has just fired back at Johnny Depp, saying if he really cares about donating Amber's divorce settlement he'll ante up $14 million, not $7 mil ... and in fact she's insisting on that.

Amber's team tells TMZ, Johnny is not being up-front about his latest move ... giving Children's Hospital of L.A. and the ACLU the $7 million earmarked for Amber.

Amber said last week she would donate the settlement money to the 2 charities, but her people tell us if Johnny sends the money directly to the 2 organizations he's not really paying $7 mil, because he gets a charitable tax deduction.

And we're told Amber's position is that the money is not Johnny's to give away.

Amber's people tell TMZ, "If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honor the full amount by donating $14M to charity, which after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his $7M payment obligation to Amber."

The team goes on ... "We would also insist that the full amount be paid immediately and not drawn out over many years."

They blast Johnny's team, saying, "Anything less would be a transparent attempt by Johnny's counsel, Laura Wasser and Patti Glaser, to reduce their client's true payment by half under the guise of newfound concern for charities that he has never previously supported."

Contrary to that ... Johnny's team tells us he was honored by the Children's Hospital of L.A. in 2006 for his work with children worldwide.

Sarah Jessica Parker Blasts EpiPen She Promoted ... Forces Company's Hand

Published | Updated

Sarah Jessica Parker's so outraged about the price hike of the EpiPen, she pulled the plug on her relationship with the company ... and painted them into a corner.

Sarah ripped the pharmaceutical company Mylan for increasing the medicine's price by 500% since 2009. Her son has a peanut allergy, and she not only depends on EpiPen, but also was a paid spokesperson. Thursday morning she posted a scathing announcement that she was done working with Mylan.

It's pretty shocking, 9 years ago an EpiPen reportedly cost $57 -- today a 2-pack goes for around $600.

Mylan felt the heat from Sarah and others -- including Hillary Clinton -- and hours after Sarah's post ... announced it would offer coupons, and take other steps, to help make the meds affordable. For the record, it's blaming health care system flaws for the price increase.

Johnny Depp I'll Honor Amber's Charity Pledge and Send the Checks

Published | Updated

Johnny Depp is heaping praise on Amber Heard for promising to donate her $7 million divorce settlement to charity ... and he's so moved he's sending the checks directly to the 2 organizations she personally picked.

Amber announced after striking her settlement she would donate every penny to the ACLU and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles -- $3.5 mil each. We checked with Children's Hospital Tuesday and they had not yet received any of the money.

We've learned both the ACLU and Children's Hospital got checks Wednesday from Johnny, on behalf of Amber. The checks are the first in a number of installments that will eventually total $7 million.

A rep for Johnny tells TMZ, "Following Amber Heard's announcement that her divorce settlement was to be divided equally and gifted to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and the American Civil Liberties Union, two exceptionally deserving and important charities, Johnny Depp has sent the first of multiple installments of those monies to each charity in the name of Amber Heard, which when completed will honor the full amount of Ms. Heard's pledge."

The rep adds, "Ms. Heard's generosity in giving to these wonderful causes is deeply respected."

Everybody happy now?

Frances Bean Cobain Hubby Wants FAT Allowance You Left Me Broke!

Frances Bean Cobain's estranged husband says he won't have a penny to his name without her ... so he's asking a judge to make her pay up.

Isaiah Silva is requesting spousal support, and according to the docs he wants a ton of it -- nothing less than $25k a month.

Isaiah says he left a steady job when they got married and Frances promised to cover a bunch of his monthly expenses, including paying private school and housing bills for his child from a previous relationship.

Now, he says Frances wants to renege on those commitments. Isaiah claims Frances has upwards of $100 mil in her dad's estate, and says he deserves half of the money she earned off business deals made during the 2 year marriage. He says there's no prenup.

Frances made it clear in her divorce docs ... the Kurt Cobain money is hers alone and not Isaiah's -- but she is open to paying some spousal support.

Thomas Gibson Looking for Cars in Audi Wrong Places

Published | Updated

Thomas Gibson says he's just one of many Americans who got screwed by Volkswagen's massive recall last year, and now he wants to settle the score in court.

In a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ ... Thomas claims an L.A. dealership, and VW by association, lied to his face when they told him his 2012 Audi Q7 offered him horsepower, fuel efficiency AND clean diesel.

He says those claims were BS, noting the feds found VW -- Audi's parent co. -- passed government emissions tests under false pretenses ... which lead to its recall of roughly 11 million cars worldwide.

Thomas -- who's freshly unemployed -- says he's opted out of the class action suit against VW. He's going all lone wolf, presumably because he thinks it'll net him more dough out of zee Germans.

Slash Cuts Bev Hills Pad by $1.5 Mil

Published | Updated

Slash is hoping a fresh coat of paint and a substantially lower asking price will finally attract a buyer for his Beverly Hills mansion.

The GNR guitarist just relisted his Mulholland Estates home for $9.5 million ... about $1.5 million off the original listing for the 7 bedroom, 9 bath home. Slash put it on the market more than a year ago, after he and his wife of 13 years, Perla, filed for divorce.

The 11k sq. foot home has been stripped of most of its rock 'n' roll qualities, but a stripper pole remains ... key selling point, no doubt. Looks like the backyard skate ramp's also been replaced by a beach volleyball court.

Slash and Perla bought the mansion in 2009 for $7.3 million.
