Jackie Christie I'd Gladly Help My Daughter with Medical Bills ... If She Asks

Published | Updated

'Basketball Wives' star Jackie Christie says she did NOT refuse to pay for her granddaughter's medical bills after the child was badly burned in a daycare accident ... and says she's more than willing to help.

Jackie's been taking heat ever since her estranged daughter, Takari, set up a GoFundMe page last month to raise $3,000 to help pay for treatment for her 8-month-old daughter.

Takari said she was suffering serious financial hardships and was having a hard time finding the money to get her kid the proper help.

Matt Barnes and Evelyn Lozada reportedly kicked in more than $3,000 each -- but people are mad at Jackie, claiming she should have paid for everything in the first place.

But Jackie tells TMZ Sports ... Takari has cut HER off and never reached out for help in the first place. Had she called, Jackie says she would have been more than willing to fork over a check.

Jackie also says she's given Takari a ton of money over the years and she should be more than able to cover a $3,000 bill. She feels Takari went public with the money plea to try to embarrass Jackie.

Long story short ... Jackie says if Takari truly needs help, pick up the phone and call your mother.

Ed Hardy's Christian Audigier Sorry, Kids ... I Left My Sperm Behind!!!

Published | Updated

Ed Hardy's late, great designer, Christian Audigier, left his $250 million fortune to his wife and 4 kids ... but if any kids are born from the sperm he left behind, they also get a piece of the pie.

Yes, sperm is front and center in the the legal docs filed with the court. Nathalie Sorensen, Christian's widow, has dibs on the sperm and can "use however she sees fit."

Nathalie was Christian's longtime GF and married him on his death bed.

Here's the rub. If Nathalie uses the sperm to have kids, they will get the same share of the estate as Christian's living children, which means with each baby they get less.

Nathalie hasn't said whether she'll grow the fam, so for now the sperm sits in a freezer at a cryobank, and his children worry.

GOING TO GET GRILLED

Tyga went into serious medical distress mode Tuesday morning when the lawyer for a jeweler started asking him questions about how much loot he shells out for GF Kylie Jenner.

Celeb jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills hauled Tyga into a hearing to determine if he has enough money to satisfy a $200k judgment for a fancy chain and timepiece.

Tyga, who flipped off our photog and aimed a pretend gun at him on the way in, was pretty accommodating, telling Jason's lawyer, Boris Treyzon, about his income and what he owns. But then Treyzon started grilling Tyga about various gifts he's given Kylie, and that triggered a 911-type emergency.

We're told Tyga said he started feeling extremely ill, lost memory and became confused, telling the lawyer he just couldn't go on.

Kylie's New Maybach
YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE!

The tricky part ... Kylie has cooed openly on social media about various gifts she's received from her BF, including a Mercedes as a birthday present. If he can afford that, he can afford to pay Jason. But, if Tyga says he didn't give Kylie all that stuff, he's effectively saying she's a social media liar.

The hearing's been rescheduled for November 1st ... the same day Kylie's set to come in for a separate interview.

DeAndre Jordan Lists Insane $12 Mil L.A. Mansion ... Indoor Hot Tub??

Published | Updated

*DOPE MANSION ALERT* ... courtesy of NBA superstar DeAndre Jordan -- who's selling his massive Pacific Palisades estate which comes with a basketball court and indoor, outdoor hot tubs!

The place is awesome ... 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms ... with killer views of the ocean AND the city.

But the best parts -- the basketball court rules, the home theater is sick, the wine room is massive, the backyard is the ultimate party area ... PLUS he's got a hot tub and pool INSIDE the home!

And all this could be yours for the low low price of ... $12.4 million! (listing agent is Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX Olson & Associates Inc.)

DJ actually bought the home last year for $12.7 mil -- and it's unclear why he's moving, but we're guessing he'll find another nice pad soon enough. He can afford it.

Harry Shearer 'This Is Spinal Tap' Studio's Been Ripping Me Off

Published | Updated

"This Is Spinal Tap" star and co-creator Harry Shearer says he's been getting the short end of the stick for the legendary movie ... to the tune of $125 million.

Shearer's production company just filed suit against Vivendi -- which owns Universal Studios -- and handles accounting on all merchandise and music related to the 1984 mockumentary. According to docs, Vivendi claims the movie's 4 creators -- Shearer, Michael McKean, Christopher Guest and Rob Reiner -- were only owed a whopping $81 for merch, and $98 for music sales ... up until 2006.

Think about it ... that's $179, split 4 ways! The numbers are astoundingly low, if the lawsuit is correct. Shearer -- who also does a ton of voices on "The Simpsons" -- has a two-part solution.

First, he wants Vivendi to fork over $125 mil. Then, he wants his own company, Century of Progress Productions, to take over the film's trademarks.

Doesn't sound like they're gonna do Stonehenge tomorrow.

Tupac Workout Bench for Sale ... $100k Piece of History

Published | Updated

The old Death Row Records gym equipment Tupac once used is up for grabs, and the seller wants a king's ransom for it.

A little backstory ... when Death Row went bankrupt everything in the office was sold -- from Suge Knight's engraved cigar cases to the famous electric chair ... it all went to the highest bidders.

The gym set -- which Tupac used for his 1995 post-prison interview on MTV -- went for $1,166. We're told the buyer actually pumped iron with gear ... but is now hoping it can score him a heavy sack of cash on eBay. The starting bid is $100k.

Check out the pics ... it's hardly Gold's Gym quality equipment, but Gold's probably doesn't have a bench where Tupac planted his ass.

Billy Bush Officially Done at 'Today' ... NBC Pays Up

Published | Updated

Billy Bush and NBC have reached a financial settlement on his "Today" contract ... officially ending his employment with the network after the Donald Trump tape leaked.

Sources with direct knowledge of the negotiations tell us Billy is happy with the final numbers ... which are confidential. As we reported, Bush had just joined NBC's flagship show in August, signing a 3-year deal for $3.5 million per year.

NBC suspended him after the "Access Hollywood" tape came out 10 days ago. Our sources said Bush felt the punishment was unfair because he'd openly talked about the tape in front of his bosses ... and was never disciplined.

We're told he felt like a scapegoat and was cut loose purely for PR reasons.

An NBC memo to staffers said, "While he was a new member of the TODAY team, he was a valued colleague and longtime member of the broader NBC family. We wish success as he goes forward."

Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale Officially List Bev Hills Home ... For $35 Million

Published | Updated

There might be a silver lining to Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's divorce ... they'll profit more than $20 million off their Beverly Hills home if they get the $35 million asking price.

TMZ has learned Gwen and Gavin have finally listed their 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home for $35 million ... not an uncommon price for that part of town.

They purchased the stunning 15,500 square foot pad in 2007 for $13.25 million, and tried to get rid of the property last year as a pocket listing, but it didn't seem to budge. They're now working with realtors Jade Mills and Stephen Shapiro, who were responsible for the Playboy Mansion sale.

As for the home ... it's a modern masterpiece with an infinity pool, hot tub, gym, theater, tennis court, several fireplaces and even has an outdoor kitchen. It's nicknamed "The Summit" because it sits inside a gated community atop of a hill ... which means the place has killer views.

It's community property ... so they'll be splitting the profits.

Mary J. Blige Estranged Hubby Wants to See Green ... and Lot$ of It!!!

Published | Updated

Mary J. Blige's estranged husband is demanding a 6-figure check from her ... EVERY month, while they hash out their divorce.

Martin Isaacs filed for temporary spousal support, and according to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he thinks $129,319 per month is a nice, round number. His argument is simple -- Mary was the breadwinner during their 12-year marriage and got him used to their lavish lifestyle.

Martin says Mary earned anywhere from $1.5 to $5.1 million over the last 2 years. Remember, he used to be her manager ... and he points out she's currently on tour with an album about to drop. He, on the other hand, has zero income since Mary fired him shortly after she filed for divorce.

As for that prenup we told you about ... Martin believes it's bogus since he signed it without a lawyer. And he says Mary knows the prenup's BS, as evidenced by the fact she's already cut him 2 checks for a total of $85k.

Music Mogul Ted Cohen The Mistress Wins Big ... Fork Over the Loot!

Published | Updated

Mega music mogul Ted Cohen will have to pay off his mistress after all.

A judge just dropped the hammer on Ted, ordering him to plunk down around $3 million for Deborah Sass, who had a 7 year relationship with the married man.

Deborah sued Cohen, claiming he promised to be her sugar daddy if she'd move from London to L.A., which she did. She says when push came to shove ... Ted came up short on the cash, even after she supposedly ran his biz.

Deb says she dropped $200k on a house he was supposed to buy for her, but he never put the title in her name. The judge says Ted must split the house 50/50.

Ted and his lawyers were no shows in court ... the good news, the $3 mil is chump change to him.

Celeb Chef Marcus Samuelsson Line Cook Sues ... I Got Burned on Lunchtime

Published | Updated

Celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson is being sued by one of his line cooks who says he was routinely docked for a lunch break, even though he never had time to take one.

Keith Grant says he dished up comfort food at the "Chopped" judge's popular Harlem restaurants, Red Rooster and Streetbird, in 2015 -- and frequently put in overtime, but was never paid for it.

Additionally, he says the restaurant took 30 minutes off his timecard for his lunch break, whether he actually took one or not. Keith is bringing a class action lawsuit because he says several other workers experienced the same issues, but fear they'll be fired if they say a peep.

We reached out to Samuelsson, so far no word back.

Billy Bush Settlement Near Oh So Close to Saying, Goodbye NBC

Published | Updated

6:20 PM PT -- Billy's lawyer Marshall Grossman tells TMZ the report that Billy settled for $10 million is "utterly false," adding a $10 mil figure has never even been discussed.

Billy Bush and NBC are days away from sealing a deal ... but it's not done yet, and it could still go south.

We're told some deal points have been agreed upon, but reports that Billy will walk away with $10 mil are inaccurate ... it's less.

That said, there are still unresolved issues that could torpedo the settlement negotiations, but the likelihood is both sides will work it out ... very possibly this weekend.

TMZ broke the story, Billy showed up at a Century City law firm Friday morning and sat across the table from an NBC exec and an NBC lawyer to strike an exit agreement.

Billy Bush Negotiating Settlement with NBC

Published | Updated

Billy Bush showed up to a law office Friday morning ... to hash out a settlement with the NBC execs who want to give him the ax ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources say an NBC lawyer and a senior executive from NBC News "with full negotiating authority" were across the table from Bush and his attorney, Marshall Grossman.

Grossman tells TMZ the AM negotiations were "positive," adding, "I anticipate a favorable resolution in the near future."

Millions of dollars are on the table ... Billy was just months into a 3-year contract with "Today" and our NBC sources say he was pulling in $3.5 million a year.

We're told NBC made a decision Thursday to sit down at the table because Billy's people made it clear they would sue if the network tried firing him for a cause.

As we've previously reported, Billy was talking openly about the "Access Hollywood" tape in early August and NBC honchos knew what he had said, but had no problem with the tape until it was leaked.

The negotiations are continuing Friday afternoon, and Billy and NBC could be parting company by day's end.

'RHONY' Star Jules Wainstein Ex Misses Payments ... May Cost Him Even More

Published | Updated

Jules Wainstein has a problem with her ex -- she claims he's not bucking up the support the court ordered him to pay her.

A source close to the situation tells TMZ, the 'Real Housewives of NY' star has filed docs calling out her estranged husband, Michael, for not ponying up the $10,000 per month he was ordered to start paying last month. We're also told he hasn't paid their children's tuition or sent a dime for utilities.

Now, Jules doesn't just want the money ... she's asking the judge to find Michael in contempt, which could lead to additional fines.

Jules and Michael have had a rocky few months, starting with an argument that led to a 911 call. Michael's lawyer has claimed he doesn't have the income to make the payments, so looks like this won't be settled easily.

We've reached out to reps for Jules and Michael, but no reply yet.
