Kylie Jenner just threw down millions for a very well-placed pile of dirt, and it's the first sign the mom-to-be could be looking to expand ... TMZ has learned.

Kylie scooped up the plot of land adjacent to her $12 million Hidden Hills home for a cool $5 million ... ALL CASH! The corner lot is about 1.5 acres, and we're told the plan is to turn it into a garden and possible barn with horses since there's a ton of horse trails nearby. Although nothing's set in stone yet ... the purchase gives KJ plenty of room -- 3 acres when combined with her current crib.

She could also build a badass playground for that baby she's got on the way.

As we told you, the Kardashians just signed a new $150 million TV deal -- and while the elder sisters are getting a bigger chunk of the deal, Kylie's obviously more than making due.

Kylie's go-to realtor, Tomer Fridman of Compass, helped her seal the deal.

The San Francisco 49ers are donating $500,000 to help improve police and community relations -- and one of the most influential police groups in L.A. says it's a great first step.

The L.A. Police Protective League -- which represents roughly 10,000 officers -- sent a letter to its members praising the 49ers for the donation, which will also be used to advocate for the ban of bump stocks, which turn semi-automatic weapons into fully automatic ones.

But the letter also acknowledged that there's been a real problem between cops and the NFL recently.

"We have all been angry, frustrated and disappointed with the NFL," the letter states ... "but there is a time for anger and a time for action."

However, the LAPPL says they want to work with the 49ers because of the personal commitment of team owner Jed York -- who has vowed to get "personally involved in improving the relationship between our officers, his team, and the overall public."

Lamar Odom hit up an L.A. strip club Tuesday night -- where he threw money and danced around the place until 2 AM ... which begs the question -- is this a terrible idea for him?!

Odom has been super candid about how drugs, partying and sex all played a huge role in the 2015 drug overdose at a Nevada brothel that nearly killed him.

So, when we saw this video of Odom partying at Crazy Girls ... it made us wonder if a strip club is really the best place for him to be hanging out these days.

Among the 400 items up for grabs are some of the lead actors' costumes and gear -- including Chris Pine's Captain Kirk Enterprise Command uniform, Spock's Enterprise uniform, Lieutenant Uhura's uniform ... plus Starfleet phasers, holsters and commuincators.

We're told Kirk's garb is expected to fetch between $5,000-$10,000, and Spock's getup is expected to go for even more -- around $8k-$12k. At those prices, the whole lot could easily go for hundreds of thousands of dollars. No one said being a Trekkie was cheap, right?

Lil B left the Rolling Loud Festival with a few battle scars after allegedly getting jumped ... also minus thousands of dollars in equipment and cash after his bag was stolen.

Based God had been backstage before his Saturday evening set at the Mountain View, CA fest when he says rapper A Boogie wit da Hoodie and his posse jumped him.

Lil B claims during the fight, someone -- not A Boogie -- skedaddled with his bag which had laptops, a camera, and a ton of cash. Our Lil B sources say in all $45k worth of stuff was taken.

Lil B had to cancel his set since he didn't have the gear necessary to perform.

E! Network execs still know where their Kardashian bread is buttered, which is why Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are getting the lion's share of the fam's new $150 million deal ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources predict 50 - 60% of that 5-cycle deal will be split between the 3 oldest sisters -- despite the fact lil sis Kylie Jenner has gained immense popularity and success since their last contract. Think about it ... Kylie's the only one with a spin-off currently, and she's the only sister who rivals Kim's social media presence.

Still, as one source put it, "It's called 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'" -- and that show has a formula that works: focusing on Kourtney, Khloe and, of course, the OG ... Kim, who our network sources say still gets more than everyone else.

Kylie's next in the dough line though -- thanks to her show. As for Kendall ... she's busy traveling and modeling all the time -- so less screen time translates to a smaller share. Ditto for Rob, despite no modeling or traveling.

We're told the next generation isn't part of the $150 million deal ... but we're told if the young 'uns, born and soon-to-come make an appearance they'll earn some coin too.

As we first reported, master negotiator Kris Jenner gets her 10% managing fee ... a paltry $15 million. Job well done.

Kris Jenner knows how to work it ... because as well as scoring $150 million in the Kardashian's new E! contract, she's pocketed $15 million in manager's fees.

It's standard operating procedure in Hollywood for managers to take a fee. Fact is ... Kris is giving her fam a break with a 10% fee, because many managers get 15%. Plus she's the one who negotiated the deal, which is 50% higher than the last one the family signed with E! in 2015.

In this case, of the $150 million, $15 mil will be taken off the top for Kris. As we reported, the remaining $135 million will be split among the family as they see fit. And remember ... Kris gets a piece of that pie.

As we told you, the $150 million covers all services provided by the family, and is payment for 5 cycles -- or seasons -- which will take them through 2019.

Gotta hand it to her.

The Kardashians just re-signed with E! network and are pocketing $30 million a season ... for 5 seasons, which comes to $150 million, TMZ has confirmed.

Sources familiar with the deal tell us E! made an overall deal with the famous fam ... in TV lingo, the Kardashians were re-signed for 5 cycles -- each cycle is a season.

The contract is a package deal ... E! is paying for all services rendered by the Kardashians. It's a bump from their 2015 contract, in which they got $20 mil a cycle for 5 cycles -- total $100 mil.

Our sources say the Kardashian deal is structured so that the family decides how to split up the money amongst themselves.

The deal takes the Kardashians into 2019.

Teresa Giudice's posse was ready to open a can of whoop ass on our guy for asking her if she's broke ... and safe to say our guy learned his lesson.

Khaled's wife, Nicole Tuck, commissioned Haute Living -- which also threw the birthday bash -- to make a VERY nice watch for Asahd. The piece is laced with more than 600 diamonds which weigh in at 11.65 carats ... all for just over $100k.

We're told the watch is a Franck Muller model in rose gold, with Asahd's name and birth date engraved on the back. It's also adult sized, and seeing as how Asahd just turned 1 ... he probably won't be ballin' out anytime soon. Good to know it's waiting on deck though.

We got Bill out in D.C. on Sunday signing his John Hancock and noticed autograph seekers were also handing him cash. Turns out he was signing under one condition -- donate $20 towards hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico and you've got a deal.

Cameron Diaz owes a big fat debt of gratitude to a very persistent homeless woman who tried to return her wallet but got blown off by a fancy restaurant ... but stayed close by 'til cops arrived.

The actress went to dinner Thursday night in Bev Hills at the super exclusive and insanely expensive Matsuhisa. On her way out, Diaz unwittingly dropped her wallet on the street ... cash, credit cards, I.D., the works.

Enter the homeless lady, who saw the wallet on the ground and made the connection that its owner must have dined at Matsuhisa. So, she walked inside -- wallet in hand -- in search of Cameron.

Law enforcement sources tell us someone who works at the restaurant told the homeless lady Cameron had already left ... and that was that.

The homeless woman left the restaurant, but instead of pocketing the loot and running ... she stuck around.

We're told someone called police and told them some homeless woman had Cameron Diaz's wallet. Cops arrived in short order, found the woman, and she was more than happy to turn the wallet over totally intact.

Too bad, it's not for sale. But the BACKUP statue is on the auction block.

The artist behind the piece, A. Thomas Schomberg, made two versions of the iconic sculpture back in the 80's for the 1982 flick ... #1 was used in the movie and #2 was a backup in case anything bad happened.

The original sculpture from the movie is still in Philly. The backup had been on display for years in the San Diego Hall of Champions, but that place closed down and now Rocky #2 is for sale.

We spoke with a rep for SCP Auctions -- which has auctioned everything from game-worn Babe Ruth uniforms to Michael Jordan game-used shoes -- and they're expecting the Rocky statue to fetch somewhere between $500k and $1 mil.

Charlo hit the Lakers game Thursday night with Brandon Watson -- co-owner of the Team Watson Boxing Gym in L.A. -- and told us if Floyd (who's been working out) is serious about a comeback, he's down.
