Harry and Meghan If Marriage Doesn't Work Out ... His Current Fortune is Fair Game

Published | Updated

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are clearly in love and ready for the altar ... but there's a reality about marriage as Prince Charles will say -- sometimes it doesn't work out, and when that happens money becomes an issue.

We have the lowdown on the money Harry and Meghan get while they're married, and what each might get if it doesn't work out.

-- Harry is currently worth $40 million.

-- Harry gets income, along with William and Kate, from Charles' private estate, which generates around $27 million a year. Harry, William and Kate split $4.4 million from the estate in 2016.

-- Meghan comes into the marriage with $5 million

International divorce lawyer Jeremy D. Morley tells us England recognizes prenups, and although they can influence a judge they are not binding. Charles and William did not have prenups.

Now get this ... in terms of dividing assets in the event of divorce, it's not just what the couple makes during the marriage. What both spouses bring into the marriage is fair game. So Harry's $40 mil and Meghan's $5 mil go into the pot to divide up in the event the marriage doesn't last.

Our Royal sources tell us Charles paid Diana around $23 million when they divorced and that basically cleaned him out.

Hopefully none of this info will ever be relevant and they'll live happily ever after.

Nas is living the dream ... exhibit A -- finally landing the car he dreamed about when he was a kid.

The legendary rapper hit up Will Castro of "Unique Rides" in NYC and challenged him to find a 1988 Mercedes-Benz 190E and turn it into a masterpiece.

Will spent under $5k to buy the beater and his team spent another 8 weeks customizing it with, shall we say, Unique touches -- a custom rag-top, leather piped interior seats, custom Nas wheels and a sick sound system. It's unclear what the whip's worth now but it's gotta be a crap load more.

The episode airs Wednesday at 9 PM on Velocity.

So, why does this car mean so much to Nas? We're told, to him, this Benz personified everything it meant to be rich ... in car, culture, style, life and spirit.

Mission accomplished, Nas.

Floyd Mayweather My Ex Pulled a Cash & Grab ... See You in Court!!!

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather's ex-girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, used his credit cards on the sly and helped herself to his piles of cash ... according to the lawsuit he just filed against her.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Shantel got access to Floyd's credit card accounts, and scooped cash around his house, to go on personal shopping sprees. He claims she shipped all her illicit booty to a secret location to keep him in the dark.

Floyd claims Shantel would praise him in public when he got bad press purely to gain his confidence. In the docs, his lawyer writes ... "As a result of that confidence, Mayweather, who's education ended at eighth grade, did not audit or otherwise inspect either his cash or his credit card statements for theft by Jackson."

(NOTE: Floyd's reps tell us his lawyer has it wrong ... he left school in the 12th grade, not 8th.)

Translation: She pulled a rope-a-dope, and yeah ... Floyd was the dope.

According to the suit, Floyd only found out when a mutual friend told him Shantel had been bragging about her financial exploits.

The champ's suing his ex for theft -- no specific amount. Shantel is still suing him, too ... for a slew of reasons, including domestic abuse and invasion of privacy.

Martin Shkreli Feds Want Wu-Tang, Lil Wayne Albums

Published | Updated

Martin Shkreli might have to hand over his one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang album, and Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter V" if the feds get their way -- but that's the least of his problems.

Federal prosecutors are going after the top secret "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" and Wayne's legendarily unreleased album, along with a bunch of cash. Remember, the pharma bro purchased the Wu-Tang album for 2 million bucks, and apparently got his hands on 'Carter V.' He infamously leaked a few tracks.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors are going after Martin's assets -- totaling nearly $7.4 million -- to pay down what he owes in restitution after getting convicted of defrauding investors. Among the items feds wanna seize:

-- $5 million in cash currently held in an E-Trade brokerage account
-- Shares held in Turing Pharmaceuticals
-- An Enigma machine
-- A Picasso painting

Shkreli's attorney, Ben Brafman, tells TMZ, "Our position is clear. None of the investors lost any money and Martin did not personally benefit from any of the counts of conviction. Accordingly, forfeiture of any assets is not an appropriate remedy."

We got the Hoff at LAX Thursday and congratulated him on getting his support payments to Pamela Bach reduced. He told the judge he's already paid her $3 million in alimony and it's high time she goes out and gets a job.

The judge partially agreed ... reducing her support from $10k to $5k a month. At one point he was paying her $21k a month.

Our real estate sources say he's now the owner of a super cool pad in the Trousdale part of Beverly Hills.

'RHOBH' Star Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky Goodbye, Bel-Air Hello, San Fernando Valley!!!

Published | Updated

Kyle Richards and super real estate agent Mauricio Umansky want to get the heck outta Bel-Air -- makes sense because she's a Bev Hills housewife after all -- so she's giving folks a couple options to take over her pad.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star has put her North Bel-Air mansion up for sale OR lease -- creating options for prospective buyers or renters. If you're in it for the long haul, the price is $6.995 mil ... tenants gotta pay $50k/month.

The 7 bed, 8 bath mammoth home is pretty much the definition of luxury, if that's your thing. It's got a private home theater, a pool and spa, a lighted multi-purpose sports court, a chef-style kitchen, marble fireplace, a wet bar and on and on. In other words, it's nice.

BTW, Kyle and Mauricio just bought a new house in Encino ... so she's still not technically a Bev Hills housewife.

They kept it in the family, because their daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, is the listing agent.

'Beverly Hills Pawn' Star Sued You Got the Time ... Where's My Cash?

Published | Updated

Friday 3:35 PM : We are told the matters between Yossi Dina and William Hubner have been resolved and Hubner will be dropping the lawsuit.

The star of "Beverly Hills Pawn" made a deal with a luxury watch aficionado to hawk a couple of his time pieces worth more than $75k, but came up way short ... according to a lawsuit.

The watch lover, William Hubner, says he went to Yossi Dina with several high-priced watches: 2 Diamond Piagets, 1 Chopard lady's diamond, 1 Patek Philippe Clock and 2 Audemars Piagets. Hubner says Yossi did what he does, and sold the Diamond Piagets.

In the suit, Hubner says his cut was supposed to be $75k, but Yossi only gave him $30k. The shorting pissed him off, so he demanded Yossi give him back the rest of the gear.

That hasn't happened, so Hubner's suing the pawn master to get the outstanding $45k, and the remaining pieces ... which have to be worth more than $100k, if you know watches.

Yossi tells TMZ this was all an accounting screw-up and Hubner will get his dough.

John Cena Sued by Ford for Selling $500k Supercar

Published | Updated

John Cena is on Ford's $#&% list for allegedly flipping his new $500k '17 Ford GT -- violating a contract with the company -- and they're takin' him to court.

According to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Michigan, Cena was "selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT."

Ford says Cena signed a deal in which he agreed to hold onto the car for at least 2 years ... prior to unloading it.

However, Ford claims, soon after receiving the car, Cena flipped it for a big profit.

"Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale."

Ford is demanding that Cena hands over all the profit from the sale, as well as other damages.

According to the suit, for his part, Cena told the company he sold the car, along with other property, to pay bills.

FYI -- Cena ain't the only celeb who's had the GT ... Justin Verlander and Joey Logano also own the whip.

Rick Pitino Sues Louisville ... You Owe Me $38 MILLION!!

In the lawsuit -- filed in U.S. District Court -- Pitino's attorney is attempting to recoup the $4.3 million his client was to make each year through 2026 ... 9 seasons worth of salary.

The suit states that the ULAA -- the part of the University that oversees athletics -- didn't give Pitino a 10-day notice prior to firing him -- as his attorney says was mandated by his contract.

This ain't the first suit Pitino's team has fired off ... last month they sued Adidas for terminating their multi-million dollar deal with the coach.

Ellen DeGeneres Slashes Price Of Santa Barbara Compound By More Than $5 Mil!

Ellen DeGeneres' 17-acre Santa Barbara compound is definitely stunning, and definitely not priced to move ... until now.

Ellen took $5.5 million off the original $45 mil asking price this week. It's now listed for the low, low price of $39.5 million. Quite a deal for a home with 9 fireplaces, ocean views and 800 sq. ft. ... in the living room alone!

The 6-bedroom home's been on the market since March, but real estate tycoons like Ellen don't have to wait to buy new property. She scooped up a waterfront crib last month in nearby Carpinteria.

That one was only $18.6 mil ... aka weekend crash pad.

Nat'l Christmas Tree Lighting Trump's First Is Gonna Be Huuuge And Pricier Than Obama's

Published | Updated

Donald Trump's first National Christmas Tree Lighting is gonna be bigger than Barack Obama's last one -- at least when it comes to the amount taxpayer's gotta spend for it.

Federal docs outlining the government's expenses for this year's tree lighting outside the White House show the total tab will come to $128,424.

That includes $11,452 on the sound system, another $11,972 on ballistic glass to protect the Prez and fam ... and $105,000 for general event management services.

The glass will probably look something like this one from George W. Bush's 2007 lighting.

BTW, the expenses don't include the 40-50 foot tall evergreen, which is usually donated, and is different from the 20-footer Melania and Barron got last week to go inside the White House.

We know you're dying to know -- the expenses for Obama's last tree lighting ran $101,421 and did NOT include a new bulletproof glass purchase.

Ivanka's Jewelry Company Sued You Took Our Jewelry and Stiffed Us!!!

Published | Updated

Nov. 30 2017 -- A rep for Ivanka's brand adds the licensing deal with Madison Avenue Diamonds was terminated by the Ivanka Trump brand last december.

3:39 PM PT -- A spokesperson for the Ivanka Trump brand tells TMZ, "Madison Avenue Diamonds is owned by a separate party and was a typical licensing deal. This matter involving an independent third party has absolutely nothing to do with the Ivanka Trump brand. In fact, the defendant in question owes the brand a significant amount of money."

Ivanka Trump's jewelry company is being sued for skipping out on its bills.

Raselli Franco, an Italian jeweler who manufactures and sells fine jewelry to retailers, claims he sold Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry $56,833 in bling. Ivanka's company agreed to pay in 4 installments, but he says they have not paid $21,222.

Franco says he gave Ivanka's company an extension to pay the bill but got zilch.

Ivanka's company began paying a year ago but missed several payment deadlines.

We reached out to Ivanka's rep ... so far no word back.

The jacking was discovered Tuesday afternoon when someone on Floyd's team found a broken window at the $26 million crib. According to law enforcement ... the staffer found a bunch of stuff was missing, including luggage, sunglasses and other accessories.

That might not sound like much, but this is "Money" Mayweather's place. We're told the minimum value of the stolen property is at least $10k, and likely more than that. They're still taking inventory.

These L.A.-area burglaries are an epidemic now with Jason Derulo, Yasiel Puig, Mariah Carey, Alanis Morissette, Demi Lovato, Drake, Nicki Minaj all getting hit ... to name just a few.

Floyd just bought the 15,000 sq. ft palace in September, and our sources confirm there is a state-of-the-art alarm system. It's unclear if it was on. Floyd is out of the country right now touring China.
