David Tutera should NOT split up his twin babies -- so says one identical celebrity sibling who tells TMZ if the reality star doesn't come up with a better plan, both of the infants' lives will be ruined.

TMZ spoke with Carlos Ramirez -- the twin brother of Efren Ramirez, who played Pedro in "Napoleon Dynamite." CR tells us if David and his ex Ryan Jurica separate the kids, he believes it could cause a major "identity crisis" later in life.

"Splitting twins is a death in itself," he adds. "Twins grow together emotionally and to not let them connect like that will be damaging."

Then again, Carlos' relationship with his twin hasn't exactly been perfect either -- in fact, Efren threatened him with a $10 million lawsuit back in '08 for impersonating him ... and they haven't spoken in years.

One of the tough kid security guards from "Project X" was arrested yesterday after allegedly getting physical with his girlfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- deputies received a call from someone around 4:30 pm claiming 'X' star Nick Nervies had been arguing with his girlfriend and it escalated in a bad way.

It's unclear what happened but when cops arrived the alleged victim had minor injuries -- not serious enough for an ambulance.

The 18-year old actor was cuffed and taken to a nearby jail where he was booked on misdemeanor domestic violence charges.

Kiefer Sutherland has nothing but respect for his "Young Guns" co-star Charlie Sheen ... who finally got his high school diploma this week ... because it's something Kiefer doesn't have.

Kiefer -- dapperly dressed in a suit and fedora -- was outside Madeo in LA last night ... and may have been reliving his own high school memories when he told us it was "fantastic" that Charlie got his diploma -- 30 years after the rest of his class.

Compared to Kiefer, Charlie's something of an overachiever. Kiefer himself attended several different high schools as a kid ... but revealed in interviews, he never got his diploma.

The guy who played shoe-throwing bad guy Random Task in "Austin Powers" has been charged with murder in the death of his prison cellmate, TMZ has learned ... and prosecutors could pursue the death penalty.

The guy in the cross hairs is Joe Son -- who was serving a life sentence in California's Wasco State Prison for torturing a woman -- when he allegedly killed his 50-year-old cellmate in 2011.

The victim, Thomas Graham, was serving a 2-year sentence for failing to register as a sex offender. He had previously been convicted for committing lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Son -- a former MMA fighter -- killed Graham with a combination of kicks and punches.

We're told the brutality of the murder will be a factor when prosecutors decide if they should pursue the death penalty.

Two indisputable facts: 1. Paul Walker is so freakin' hot -- and 2. Paul Walker is so lying to our faces about his photo shoot in Hawaii. Okay, #2 might be debatable.

But we're pretty sure that was him oiled up in the sand, so ... a closer look couldn't hurt.

It was only 71 degrees on Staten Island yesterday, but Ashley Greene made it seem a whole lot hotter ... flashing some side boob in a teeny yellow bikini during a movie shoot in NY.

A pink and white beach blanket just barely managed to conceal the goods ... as Ashley filmed a scene for "Staten Island Summer" at the Great Kills Swim Club ... where some of the locals were used as extras.

The movie's about a couple of dudes who take jobs as lifeguards while trying to figure out what to do with their lives.

Why would you ever do anything else?

Gwyneth Paltrow might be the worst driver in all of Los Angeles (and that's saying a lot) 'cause she CUT OFF A SCHOOL BUS ON HER VESPA WITH HER KID ON THE BACKSEAT ... and it was all caught on tape.

Paltrow and husband Chris Martin were picking up their kids from an L.A. school last week on their respective Vespas ... when Paltrow (with one of her young kids on the back of her scooter) darted out into traffic ... right in front of an oncoming school bus.

The bus driver had to slam on the brakes to stop from plowing into the actress ... and GP scooted away as if she didn't just put a bunch of people's lives in danger.

FYI -- school buses are giant and yellow and generally pretty hard to miss ... so we can't really understand why Gwyneth didn't just wait the 2 minutes for traffic to slow down before leaving the school.

We called Gwyneth for comment -- so far, no word back.

"Twilight" actor Bronson Pelletier has officially learned his lesson after drunkenly whipping out his junk and peeing in the middle of LAX -- finally completing his court-ordered alcohol ed classes ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Pelletier was sentenced to 44 classes following his public intoxication arrest for the pee incident in December 2012 (aka one of the greatest videos ever).

The classes -- designed to teach him the error of his drunk asshat ways -- were part of a plea deal Pelletier struck with prosecutors in exchange for no jail time.

Scott Thorson -- Liberace's one-time boyfriend who was portrayed by Matt Damon in "Behind the Candelabra" -- is back in jail because of a dirty drug test .... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Thorson was popped for violating probation... after he FAILED a random drug test. Sources close to Scott tell TMZ he tested positive for meth ... a drug he's struggled with for years.

FYI -- Thorson had recently gotten out of the slammer for a burglary and identity theft conviction.

Thorson suffers from stage II colon cancer. Dennis Hof -- who runs the famous Bunny Ranch brothel in Nevada -- has been helping Thorson and even got him out of jail recently so he could get proper medical treatment.

There is a blonde woman in Hawaii who has a job MILLIONS of people would kill for -- OFFICIAL PAUL WALKER SIX-PACK OILER-UPPER!!!

Paul is in Oahu to star in an ad for Cool Water cologne ... and during the shoot, the photog decided the actor's stomach needed a little more shine.

Enter, the oil lady.

Besides the grease, the woman also got to feed Paul water from a bottle ... and then poured some H20 on his body .. 'cause, why not?

Brad Pitt got behind the wheel of a giant death machine over in the U.K. ... and we've got the BAD ASS pics

Pitt was tooling around the English countryside Wednesday while preparing for his new film "Fury" ... a flick about a tank crew in the final weeks of World War II.

The 49-year old "World War Z" star listened intently to an instructor while cruising in the hatch of the machine ... which can't be any louder than a minivan filled with six kids. We think Brad can relate.

Boxing champ Tommy Morrison -- who starred in "Rocky 5" -- died from a blood infection ... so says his death certificate which contains no mentions of either HIV or AIDS, TMZ has learned.

According to his death certificate, filed in Nebraska, the 44-year-old died from cardiac arrest ... stemming from a blood infection known as Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Septicemia.

FYI -- back in 1996, Morrison announced he had contracted the HIV virus ... but later recanted and questioned if the disease even existed in the first place.

Melanie Griffith couldn't be happier for her daughter Dakota Johnson ... saying she's the "proudest mom ever" now that Dakota's playing a nymphomaniac sex slave in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie.

You'll recall, Griffith's daughter has just been cast in the role of Anastasia Steele, the protagonist in "Fifty Shades of Grey" alongside Charlie Hunnam (as Christian Grey).

If you know anything about the books, you'll know Anastasia becomes entwined in a disturbing and violent BDSM affair with Christian Grey, essentially becoming Christian's sex-addicted slave. You know, every mother's dream.

Michael Douglas is still sporting his wedding ring ... and wants everyone to know he's STILL MARRIED to Catherine Zeta-Jones, despite reports he split from his wife.

Douglas was in Berlin over the weekend for the premiere of his movie "Behind the Candelabra" ... when a reporter asked him why he was still wearing a ring on his wedding finger.

Michael's response -- "I'm married."

Just last week, reports surfaced that Douglas and Zeta-Jones were taking a break after 13 years together ... and the break was, in part, due to the stress from Douglas' battle with cancer and Catherine's struggle with bipolar disorder.

Kevin Smith is either gonna get a bunch of CREDIT ... or a bunch of BLAME for Ben Affleck's performance in the next Batman flick -- 'cause the director admits, he helped Ben train for the role.

"I'm not saying I made Ben Affleck who he is today," Smith told us in L.A. this weekend ... "but I made 'Mallrats' with him 'Chasing Amy', 'Dogma.' So in some weird way, now that he's becoming Batman, I trained Batman."
