There ain't a damn thing basic about Sharon Stone these days -- she's still rocking a bikini top and board shorts and looking good with 60 right around the corner.

Sharon showed off her bod while shooting her new flick, "A Little Something for Your Birthday," on Zuma Beach in Malibu. These pics prove she's still in the game -- and she's got some too when it comes to beach volleyball.

George Clooney is sticking out like a sore thumb on the set of his new film "Suburbicon" ... and not because he's better looking than everyone else. Although that's probably true.

The movie's set in the 1950s -- which explains all the vintage rides -- but George was sporting jeans and a polo shirt, dressing nothing like a gent of that era. It's cool though, he's only appearing behind the camera for this one ... directing the shoot in Fullerton, CA. His pal Matt Damon's the star.

"This Is Spinal Tap" star and co-creator Harry Shearer says he's been getting the short end of the stick for the legendary movie ... to the tune of $125 million.

Shearer's production company just filed suit against Vivendi -- which owns Universal Studios -- and handles accounting on all merchandise and music related to the 1984 mockumentary. According to docs, Vivendi claims the movie's 4 creators -- Shearer, Michael McKean, Christopher Guest and Rob Reiner -- were only owed a whopping $81 for merch, and $98 for music sales ... up until 2006.

Think about it ... that's $179, split 4 ways! The numbers are astoundingly low, if the lawsuit is correct. Shearer -- who also does a ton of voices on "The Simpsons" -- has a two-part solution.

First, he wants Vivendi to fork over $125 mil. Then, he wants his own company, Century of Progress Productions, to take over the film's trademarks.

Doesn't sound like they're gonna do Stonehenge tomorrow.

Warren G's confesses he's a huge fan of the '80s western "Young Guns" -- after all, his hit song, "Regulate," opens with a quote from the movie -- but we had no idea how deep his knowledge goes on the flick.

Warren was at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheater and absolutely lit up when our photog brought up the movie -- which starred Emilio Estevez as Billy the Kid and his bro, Charlie Sheen, as the leader of a band of cowboys called the Regulators.

We're told a ton of merch was sold in the gift shop, and special guests included Ed Neal and Ed Guinn -- who played the hitchhiker and the cattle truck driver in the OG movie. As you can see in the pics ... some other interesting characters showed up too.

Roy says they showed "Texas Chainsaw 3D" on a big screen, and he'll be serving up more killer barbecue Halloween weekend.

NBA star Caron Butler has made it clear he'd LOVE for Michael B. Jordan to play him in the movie Mark Wahlberg is producing about his life.

So, when we saw Michael B. out at Catch in West Hollywood Tuesday night ... we had to ask the guy -- would you do it???

Good news for Caron, he didn't exactly say no.

Of course, Caron's life story is amazing -- he overcame a hard life as a drug dealing youth to make in the NBA. Wahlberg bought the rights to Caron's story back in March and now a movie is in the works.

The kid who played Juni in the "Spy Kids" movie franchise has been somewhat of a missing agent in Hollywood since the early 2000s ... until now.

Shia LaBeouf tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Mia Goth, in a Las Vegas ceremony that was NOT traditional ... TMZ has learned.

Shia and Mia started dating in 2012, after meeting on the set of "Nymphomaniac: Volume II." They made headlines for a public fight in Germany in July of 2015. Goth was seen wearing an engagement ring back in March.

Shailene Woodley was arrested for criminal trespass while protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

The 'Divergent' star was busted Monday morning for trespassing during what she called a "peaceful protest" in Sioux County, North Dakota. About 100 protesters were on a construction site for the controversial pipeline project before cops moved in and put handcuffs on Shailene.

Shailene was arrested for 2 misdemeanors ... including engaging in a riot. Cops tell us they issued multiple warnings for the protesters to leave. 27 protesters were ultimately arrested.

The planned pipeline affects sacred Standing Rock Sioux land and burial grounds. On Sunday, a Federal appeals court rejected their request to stop the construction ... which sparked the protest.

Bradley Pierce, the little kid from "Jumanji," is splitting with his wife of 10 years.

Shari Pierce filed for divorce ... stating in legal docs the couple separated back in January. She wants joint legal custody of their 3 kids ... and also wants an even split of their Marriott timeshare.

Bradley tells TMZ ... he recently moved into a new home and is living separately from the family -- but everything's amicable. Much like the "Jumanji" franchise, he's starting fresh. Bradley's been dating someone for a few months -- so he's down with this reboot.

Dr. Dre has delivered a clear threat over an upcoming TV movie that shows him beating his ex-GF senseless ... he's threatening to sue if it airs.

Sony Pictures is set to release "Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le" ... a film that depicts Dre as a woman beater. We've learned Dre's legal team fired off a cease and desist letter ... demanding that Sony back off, if it doesn't want to end up in court.

According to the letter, Dre flatly denies ever abusing Michel'le. It makes reference to the fact that they dated around 30 years ago and she never hinted at abuse or any type of violent behavior on his part. They also say she never sought medical treatment or filed a police report.

We're told Dre's character in the film is extremely violent -- attacking Michel'le by pulling her hair, punching her in the face and even pulling a gun on her.

Dre's attorneys have also warned Michel'le to back off.

The film is set for release next week.

He was a helluva boxer ... but as a UFC fighter Rocky Balboa "would have been a water boy" -- so says Sylvester Stallone.

Now that Sly's a part owner of the UFC -- we were asking him all about the sport Wednesday night as he was leaving Catch in West Hollywood ... and he revealed the best perks of UFC ownership.

Lindsay Lohan touched base with her old "Mean Girls" crush just days after Oct. 3 -- National "Mean Girls" Day -- and they were LONG overdue for a catchup.

We're told ... Lindsay and Jonathan Bennett, who co-starred in the high school movie classic, FaceTimed Thursday after not talking for years.

Jonathan was in NYC when he bumped into a close friend of Lindsay's, who suggested they hit her up on the spot. Lindsay posted a pic of their Facetime convo ... and it looks like there was a lot to smile about.

Jonathan told us Monday he totally lost contact with Lindsay.

Lindsay's all stitched up now and back to work.

The producers of a Mike Tyson documentary straight-up jacked photos from the Tyson-Holyfield bout for the film ... so claims the photographer in a new lawsuit.

Famed boxing photographer Teddy Blackburn says Xenon Pictures stole 4 of his shots from Tyson's infamous ear-biting 1997 fight against Evander Holyfield.

Xenon released the documentary in 2004 but, according to docs, never bothered to ask Blackburn for his permission to use the photos. Important note ... none of the photos are of Tyson's bite.

Blackburn's suing for a cut of the profits and other damages.

A spokesperson for Xenon Pictures tells TMZ ... the company licensed the film from a production company in the UK and says the licensor "fully warranted that all material used in the program (including the photos allegedly belonging to the plaintiff) were properly purchased."
