Mickey Rourke says he doesn't care that Manny Pacquiao's camp won't hook him up with free fight tickets -- 'cause he doesn't wanna go anyway!!!!

As we previously reported, Pac's promoter Bob Arum told Mickey he'd have to buy "his own damn tickets" if he wanted to be ringside ... even though he and Manny train at the same L.A. boxing gym.

But when we got Mickey out yesterday, not only did he blow off the ticket thing ... the 62-year-old also told us he wants to get back in the ring himself!!

You know ... 'cause it went so well last time.

Jessica Alba continued to do what she does best Thursday in St. Barts ... rock a bikini better than pretty much anyone.

Sean Whalen -- the "Got Milk" guy with a mouthful of peanut butter who couldn't say Aaron Burr -- now has a tough pill to swallow ... his wife is ready to call it quits.

According to the docs ... Whalen's wife, Deborah filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences after 21 years together. She's asking for joint custody of their two kids, and spousal support.

Besides his milk career ... Whalen also landed roles in "Men in Black," "Charlie's Angels" and the soap "The Bold and The Beautiful."

Sean's rep tells us the divorce is amicable and they are "remaining friends and focusing on being the best parents they can for their children."

In other words ... they're pulling a Gwyneth & Chris.

A member of a Latin musical group claims Kanye West and Damon Dash shamelessly ripped him off by stealing the group's name and tarnishing it to boot, and now he's taking them to court.

"Loisaidas" is a Latin musical duo that's been kicking around NYC since 2008. "Loisaidas" -- a slang term for the Lower East Side -- is also the name of a new movie executive produced by Kanye and Damon.

Kanye and Damon just recently reunited after their days together at the old Roc-A-Fella Records, and they decided to collaborate on the movie.

"Loisaidas" singer Michael Medina believes the movie tarnishes his brand because it promotes murder, violence, and drug sales.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin vacationed together over the weekend, but there's no getting back together ... they're still getting divorced.

It sure looks strange ... the 2 of them seemed cozy in Puerto Vallarta with Apple and Moses, almost a year to the day since Gwyneth announced their marriage was kaput.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, although Gwyneth and Chris are still friendly, they've been working regularly with a private mediator to hash out the terms of their divorce.

We're told they have been in lockstep, trying to keep things friendly, with no court documents spilling details of the split.

Harvey Weinstein was not in a talking mood Wednesday night ... in the wake of the allegation he groped a model.

The Weinstein Company honcho was leaving a building in NYC when our photog asked how he was doing. 22-year-old Ambra Battilana has told cops he invited her to his office and then grabbed her breasts and groped her. Weinstein has denied he did anything wrong.

The Italian model has made similar claims against other men in the past.

There would be no Hollywood movie ending if Ivan Drago were to fight Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao ... so says Dolph Lundgren who claims the "Rocky IV" villain would CRUSH both dudes.

Dolph was out in Hollywood -- signing some pretty cool pieces of memorabilia from the 1985 classic -- when he told us Ivan would have a simple message for the real life boxers -- "You will lose."

Basically, when it comes down to it ... Dolph says Ivan (6'7") would have been too big and too strong for Pac (5'7") and May (5'8").

Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein is accused of groping a 22-year-old woman during a meeting over the weekend ... and NYPD officers have already questioned him.

The co-chairman of The Weinstein Company met with the woman -- an Italian model -- at the Tribeca Film Center, and she told police he grabbed her breasts and touched her thigh. According to a NY Post source ... Weinstein asked her if her breasts were real.

The woman reported the alleged "casting couch" incident to police immediately after leaving the meeting.

Mariah Carey celebrated the birthday of her boyfriend, King Brett Ratner Saturday ... aboard the USS Rich People.

TMZ broke the story ...Mariah and Brett are in full-blown couple mode, sailing around the Bahamas on a mega-yacht owned by one of Brett's billionaire friends.

It's interesting ... these 2 have been friends for a number of years and worked together on Mariah's music videos as well. But it's clearly turned into a lot more.

She may be from Florida, but "Twilight" star Ashley Greene tells TMZ Sports she's pulling for the Badgers in the Final Four ... and she's got UPSET on her mind.

Greene explained why she's a fan of Wisconsin at LAX over the weekend -- and when we pointed out that Vegas odds show a UW upset over Kentucky is unlikely, she had the perfect response:

Ratner recently said he and Mariah were just really good friends, calling rumors of romance "ridiculous." Well now that's just ridiculous, because they're in full romance mode. We're told she's over Nick and moved on.

Ratner has directed a bunch of films, including "Rush Hour" and "X Men: The Last Stand." He also directed music videos, including Mariah's "Obsessed," and "Touch My Body."

It's very age appropriate -- they're exactly one year apart. Her birthday was Saturday and his Friday.

Actress Tasha Smith will think twice about getting hitched again -- the now ex-husband she calls a glorified assistant just scored a fat settlement in their divorce.

According to the court docs ... the "Why Did I Get Married?" star has been ordered to hand over nearly $7k/month in spousal support to Keith Douglas. That's on top of the $50k she already shelled out to him in December.

As we previously reported ... their rocky marriage took some crazy twists, including mutual restraining orders, and both saying they feared for their lives.

The settlement wasn't a total loss for Tasha ... Keith had to give back her Mercedes.

Unfortunately her friends all drive Porsches, but she'll make amends.
