Meek Mill is now free to start doing shows outside of Philadelphia ... thanks to his archnemesis, Judge Genece Brinkley.

Judge Brinkley amended the order regarding his bail conditions, and he now has approval to travel outside of Pennsylvania's Montgomery County for scheduled business activities. He just has to submit his travel plans to the probation dept. 72 hours in advance.

The amended order also gives Meek approval to live in Montgomery Co. The original bail conditions required him to live in neighboring Philadelphia County. Meek still has to submit to at least one urine test per month.

The judge signed the new order on Friday, and Meek took advantage almost immediately. We got him out in NYC that night with 76ers owner Michael Rubin ... after they had a biz dinner with Meek's Roc Nation management team.

Quavo got into a scuffle with a hotel valet this weekend in Vegas -- and we just found out the Migos member was slapped with a battery charge.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Quavo and his entourage rolled into the Encore Hotel & Casino with an envoy of SUVs early Saturday morning after performing in town earlier that night. They were told by a valet that they had to move their car because of an ambulance that was set to arrive.

We're told the valet's order pissed off Quavo, and he and 3 other guys got into a scuffle with the guy. Chaos ensued, and hotel security detained the men -- one of whom you see being hauled inside. Cops were eventually called ... but nobody was arrested. All 4 guys were cited and released -- Quavo included.

Sasha Obama looked super comfortable kicking it backstage with Cardi B and Offset at a huge D.C. music festival.

Cardi B and Migos headlined the Broccoli City Festival in Washington D.C. Saturday and Sasha made it out to the fest for a photo opp many music fans would kill to have.

The festival was worth the trek ... it's the last performance Cardi's doing before she gives birth.

Kanye West is now a marked man -- Tha Dogg Pound rapper Daz Dillinger put the call out for the Crips to beat Kanye's ass.

Daz's video putting gang members on alert for Kanye is the most severe and violent reaction yet to Ye saying he loves President Trump and calling him his "brother." Daz says Kanye is essentially saying, "I'm with you mastah Trump. Burn all these n***ers."

He goes on to make a comparison to "Django Unchained" -- before flat out saying any Crips out there need to "f*** Kanye up."

Zayn Malik's got a shaved and tatted skull -- but even that's upstaged by the fact he's apparently back with Gigi Hadid and doing some serious PDA.

The exes were all over each other Sunday in NYC. The scene, combined with Zayn's new look, would normally draw attention ... but it especially does now, because they announced their split last month.

ABBA holograms will perform 1 of their 2 new songs for a TV special later this year before kicking off their tour -- which will also include virtual reality of the members. We're guessing, based on his reaction, Miguel will be snatching up a ticket to one of the shows.

Kanye West is doubling down with what he hopes will become a movement ... to allow people to recapture freedom of thought.

Kanye spent time Sunday with Candace Owens -- the woman who said African Americans "are focused on their past and shouting about slavery" while others are "focused on the future."

Yeezy loved the fact Owens spoke her mind and took the heat ... for him, it's all about the ability to exercise free thought. He believes social media and traditional media has created such intolerance -- with a shoot to kill mentality for anyone who "goes against the grain" -- that people are deathly afraid to speak their mind.

Logic might be a single man now, which may explain why he went big on a bachelor pad.

The rapper just picked up a $3.57 million sprawling 6 bedroom, 6 bath home in Hidden Hills, right next to Calabasas in the San Fernando Valley ... TMZ has learned.

We're told he bought the pad after filing for divorce earlier this year. Logic and his ex previously lived in a $1.9 million home in nearby Tarzana.

Logic's new pad is 7,075 square feet and has a killer backyard with a pool, hot tub, huge patio, as well as a view of the neighboring mountains. There's also a newly renovated kitchen.

Stop riding Kanye West for supporting Donald Trump ... that's the message NBA star Iman Shumpert has for all the haters coming after the rapper this week.

FYI, Shumpert has a Kanye connection -- his wife, Teyana Taylor, is signed to West's G.O.O.D. Music record label and has an album coming out this summer.

So, with the backlash against West in full swing ... we wanted to know where Shumpert stood.

"I'm a Kanye fan," Shumpert said.

"Long before meeting my wife and knowing the relationship to Ye that she has as far as being signed, I have always walked with him throughout the commotion that he makes."

Shumpert says he's cool with Kanye wearing the MAGA hat -- and says it doesn't mean Kanye agrees with EVERYTHING Trump has to say.

He also really liked Kanye's freestyle with Harvey Levin.

Cardi B got a scare Saturday when the golf card in which she was sitting suddenly rose off the ground, and it doesn't take an Einstein to figure out why.

Cardi was performing at the Broccoli Fest in DC when a golf cart arrived at her trailer to take her back stage, where she was slated to be the headliner.

A few people join her on the cart, but you clearly see a super beefy security guard jump on the back, propelling the front wheels off the ground. The guard quickly stood back, and the cart made it to the stage without incident.

Cardi B's baby daddy Offset was also present. Migos co-headlined the event with her. Miguel also performed for the Broccoli enthusiasts.

Nipsey Hussle led a chant this weekend calling for concert-goers to say "F*** Donald Trump" -- but he might've also been saying "F*** Kanye West."

Nipsey was performing Saturday for the Broccoli City Festival in D.C., where he played his and YG's song "FDT (F*** Donald Trump)" toward the end of his set ... using Kanye's MAGA photo as a backdrop. Some people in the audience seemed to be down with it.

As we've reported ... Kanye has much of the music world divided over his love for the Prez. Macy Gray had something to say about it, as did Janelle Monae and John Legend. John and Kanye appear to continue being pals, though, despite their differences.

Kanye West has upset Chicago, but if he really wants to help the city, he can start by calling out President Trump instead of being his pal ... so says one city official.

Carlos Ramirez-Rosa, Chicago's 35th Ward Alderman, tells TMZ his people are extremely disappointed in the rapper, and although they've always had his back ... they can't defend his support of Trump.

Ramirez-Rosa calls Kanye's recent public support of Trump "reprehensible" ... and blasts him for supporting a Prez who he feels has brought a lot of harm upon people of color.

The Alderman says Kanye can make it up to them, though ... by meeting face-to-face with people in his city who are being hurt by Trump and reconnecting with his hometown.

Chief Keef is off the hook after his former music producer accused him of breaking into his home and then beating and robbing him with an AK-47 in hand.

According to legal docs, prosecutors decided not to move forward with charges against Chief and other suspects who were allegedly present during the 2017 altercation, because there were significant issues with key witnesses.

According to the paperwork, obtained by TMZ, Chief's ex-producer, Ramsay Tha Great -- who publicly accused Chief of the crime -- has since been convicted on charges of pimping and human trafficking ... he's now serving 10 years in prison.

Not only that ... another key witness, who was also apparently robbed, has gone completely MIA after cooperating with cops at first. Considering the circumstances ... the District Attorney's Office decided there simply wasn't enough evidence to move forward.

We broke the story ... Chief was arrested last January after police searched his home based off a warrant in connection to the case. Ramsay took to social media at the time to detail the alleged assault ... touting the fact he was "ratting," but didn't care.

Marlon Wayans respects the hell out of Kanye West, even though he totally disagrees with his views on Donald Trump ... thing is, it's clearly a difficult concept for Marlon to process.

We got Marlon leaving Catch Friday night and asked about the whole MAGA thing, and at first he chalked it up to weed ... VERY good weed.

Marlon left in his SUV, and then quickly rolled back and wanted a second shot. This time around Marlon said Yeezy's a frickin' genius who got us talking.

Kanye West and John Legend clearly agree to disagree, because it was all love Friday night at Chrissy Teigen's baby shower.

Kanye and John had been doing some civilized beefing over Yeezy's call to Make America Great Again ... in other words Kanye's support of Donald Trump.

Kanye posted the pic with the caption, "We got love. Agree to disagree."

Chrissy and Kim chummed it up as well. The couples are super close.

Legend is a fierce Trump opponent, who had been calling Kanye out this week and warning him legacy might be tarnished if he doesn't back off.

Kanye fired back, essentially suggesting Legend was trying to squelch free thought. Our Kanye sources say one of the things he's trying to accomplish with his MAGA hat and support of the Prez was symbolic ... that people should not fear expressing and exploring their views.
