"Snake Salvation" pastor Cody Coots suffered a gnarly snakebite -- just like his preacher father who died from a rattler's bite -- but Coots' wife tells TMZ her husband survived by the grace of God.

The venomous canebrake rattler sank its fangs into Coots' finger on Monday as he was taking the snake out of a cage in his Middlesboro, KY church.

Cody's wife Brittany tells us ... her husband's hand swelled up pretty badly, but he refused to get medical treatment. She says the pain went away by Tuesday, and he seems to be fine now.

When Coots' father Jamie was bitten while preaching back in February he also refused treatment ... and died.

Brittany calls Cody's incident a miracle, telling us ... "Jesus saved Cody. The Lord spared his life."

T.I. took a swing at Floyd Mayweather Jr. and it caused a chair-tossing brawl in the Fatburger on the Vegas Strip early Sunday morning ... TMZ has learned ... and we've obtained multiple videos.

According to several witnesses ... Floyd was eating inside the restaurant when T.I. walked up and started jawing at Floyd.

It's unclear what caused the beef, but we're told T.I. swung at Floyd ... their giant bodyguards jumped in to separate them ... and then the all out melee began.

At one point you hear Floyd telling at T.I., "control your bitch."

Las Vegas PD arrived just as Floyd was leaving and we're told T.I. was already gone.

Police confirm a Fatburger employee was slashed during the fight, but he refused treatment and did not want to cooperate with investigating officers. In other words ... no snitching.

A rep for T.I. had no comment about the fight.

Less than a month ago, T.I. and Game were in the middle of a near riot with LAPD officers outside Supperclub.

The horrific massacre at UCSB Friday night -- in which 6 people were shot dead -- seemed to be triggered by a maniac who was angry at women because they would not have sex with him ... and TMZ has learned shooter has a connection to "Hunger Games."

22-year-old Elliot Rodger posted a YouTube video hours before he unleashed his violence on the streets of Isla Vista -- the UCSB community. We've learned Rodger is the son of Peter Rodger, the second unit director of the first installment of "Hunger Games."

Elliot Rodger was killed as he engaged Sheriff's deputies who responded to the scene. He died from a gunshot wound to the head, although it's unclear if it was self-inflicted.

In the video you hear Rodger's fury at the women who did not find him attractive and you hear his resolve at getting revenge.

According to reports ... a lawyer for Peter Rodger says the director contacted police several weeks ago about YouTube clips his son had uploaded in regards to "suicide and killing people."

The Associated Press says the lawyer claims police interviewed Elliot and found him to be a "perfectly polite, kind and wonderful human."

"My client's mission in life will be to try to prevent any such tragedies from ever happening again," the lawyer said. Adding, "This country, this world, needs to address mental illness and the ramifications from not recognizing these illnesses."

Comedian Luenell Campbell was on a flight from hell this week after a guy flipped out and started speaking in tongues ... so of course, the "Borat" star rolled on the whole crazy scene.

The mid-flight scare went down Thursday afternoon on a flight from L.A. to Miami ... when the man started screaming from the back of the plane and flailing around.

After a few minutes of yelling, Luenell tells us the passenger threw up on the person next to him ... and that's when the air marshal and a civilian passenger sprung into action.

In the video ... you hear the guy wailing and blabbing incoherently while 2 men hold him down. You also get a little commentary from Luenell --- who doesn't seem to concerned with the sitch.

2:39 PM PT -- Paul's rep just released a statement, saying Paul will be fine.

The rep says, "Since contracting a virus last week that led to the postponement of tour dates, Paul received successful medical treatment at a hospital in Tokyo. He will make a complete recovery and has been ordered to take a few days rest."

Sir Paul McCartney is so ill he has to cancel the rest of his "Out There" tour dates for Japan and South Korea.

The 71-year-old ex-Beatle already canceled a concert Tuesday due to a viral infection which keeps getting worse. Doctors have reportedly ordered him to get "complete rest" -- and a Tokyo newspaper say he's been hospitalized, but doesn't specify where.

Cheban ... a fixture on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" ... was grabbing a late dinner with his bodyguard and 3 friends at Sushi Couture in Brooklyn Sunday night when a random stranger started heckling Jonathan.

We're told Jonathan Instagrammed he was at the restaurant ... then a preppy-looking dude with a knife hanging off his belt approached his table, but was blocked by bodyguard "Sal the Contractor." The guy even followed Jonathan to the bathroom.

Sources in the restaurant tell us the instigator waited until the end of the night, to lunge at Jonathan as his entourage got up to leave. That's when Sal slammed a punch into the dude's face, as our video shows.

We're told the guy backed down and left after the punch. Smart.

Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley is a shell of himself -- looking shockingly frail today as he leaned on others for support ... days after admitting he nearly died from years of hardcore drinking.

Deryck had to be held up by two women during a walk in Los Angeles.

On Friday, Deryck revealed he'd been laid up in a hospital bed for a month, and confessed on his blog... "the reason i got so sick is from all the hard boozing i’ve been doing over the years. it finally caught up to me."

Deryck says his liver and kidneys collapsed, and docs have told him if he has one drink he will die.

The damage is obvious when you remember how Deryck looked in his heyday with Avril Lavigne.

Double victory for Lindsay Lohan ... she just got $150k to settle her lawsuit against a clothing company -- huge money for Linds -- and now, she won't have to talk about her miscarriage in court.

According to new legal docs, Lindsay's clothing label 6126 struck the settlement agreement this week with D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, the company she sued last year for $1.1 million.

Lindsay claimed D.N.A.M. failed to pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars for licensing her 6126 trademark for international clothing sales. D.N.A.M. sued Lindsay right back, insisting her druggie reputation made it impossible to unload the merch.

We're told the settlement kills BOTH lawsuits -- and D.N.A.M.'s demand to force Lindsay to testify about the miscarriage ... which she had raised as an excuse for not responding to their lawsuit.

George W. Bush's Scottish terrier Miss Beazley was put to sleep Saturday ... after doctors said the cancer she had been fighting finally got the best of her.

Bush's office announced the death this afternoon ... saying the dog was a "source of joy" for the family during the ex-Prez's time in Washington and Dallas.

Bush gave the dog to his wife Laura as a birthday present while he was in office ... and M.B. was featured in a video the White House made in '05 called, "A Very Beazley Christmas."

Miss Beazley was almost 10.

The owners of the dog that mauled the boy who was miraculously saved by his cat have just gotten away with metaphorical murder ... because they'll have to pay next to nothing and they've dodged a lawsuit.

Erica and Roger Triantafilo tell TMZ ... their insurance will cover almost the entire medical bill, so the only thing they want from the dog owners is the deductible -- $155!!!

The attack -- now seen 'round the world -- could have turned into a wrongful death case were it not for the pet cat, Tara, which chased the dog away. As it stands, the injuries little Jeremy suffered were serious. And Erica tells us ... she too was bit on the leg as she tried to save her son.

Erica says her family is not looking to punish their neighbors. In fact, she says they're still friends.

As for the dog ... it will be destroyed.

Kev was limping around L.A. the other night -- still recovering after the injury he suffered during a game of catch with the Seattle Seahawks QB in between takes.

And when we asked who's to blame for the break, Kev pointed the finger right at Russell -- "I know he's the Super Bowl champion, but it wasn't a great pass."

Kev says he caught the ball -- because he's a friggin' playmaker -- but says, "It was a bad pass, I'm not gonna lie."

The bizarre story of Casey Kasem gone missing has a happy ending, for now at least ... he's been located.

Kasem was found in Washington state, three days after an L.A. judge expressed deep concern over the iconic radio host’s whereabouts.

Santa Monica police Sgt. Mario Toti said Kasem was located by the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday. Kasem's children had filed a missing person's report earlier in the day.

The "Top 40" host has been in poor health in recent years. Kasey's wife Jean had been in control of his medical care and had blocked his three children from a previous marriage from seeing him.

The judge stripped Jean of her power over Casey on Monday, giving Casey's daughter Kerri temporary conservatorship over her dad.

Casey -- who hosted "America's Top 40" for years ... suffers from dementia.

11:34 AM PT -- We're told the dog was picked up Tuesday by animal control -- in an extremely aggressive state -- and a decision has been made to euthanize the animal.

Let's be honest, most cats don't do squat, but this feline from Bakersfield,CA is the exception ... after it ran to the aid of a young boy being attacked by a dog ... and scared the vicious animal away. MEOW!!!!

Check out this surveillance video from Tuesday afternoon ... you can see the boy riding his bike in front of the home when the dog comes around from behind an SUV and drags the boy off his tricycle by his leg.

The dog wrestles with the boy's leg for just a few moments until the HERO CAT comes flying in ... knocking the dog off the boy before chasing the canine away.

The boy's parents say he needed a few stitches after the attack (you can see his injuries below) but overall, he's doing fine. According to local reports, the dog belonged to a neighbor and is now under investigation.

It looked like a replay of the Balloon Boy fiasco ... but this time 2 boys were seriously injured when they fell out of a children's bounce house that got lifted 20 feet in the air by strong winds.

It all went down in South Glens Falls in upstate New York ... where cops say the two boys (ages 5 and 6) both suffered serious injures. They were airlifted to Albany Medical Center and their current condition is unknown.

WNYT says parents told them one boy landed on a parked car and the other landed on asphalt. There was a third child in the house when it went airborne, a 10-year-old girl, but she was apparently uninjured.

While police said the house was blown 20 feet in the air, WNYT says it was more like 50.

Police say the bounce house was staked into the ground and several adults were present at the time. Right now police say they are viewing the incident as a "tragic accident" and don't expect any charges to be filed.
