Party All The Time

Salling was letting loose after a pretty hectic week at the office -- and dude celebrated his first day off in three weeks by partying with a bunch of friends ... who ALL insisted on keeping the streets safe by cabbing it home.

The horror-themed party went down last Thursday, a birthday gathering for a mutual friend. A spy at the party tells TMZ LiLo and Sam only stayed about an hour ... and neither of them drank.

As for those crazy glasses ... we're told the user is supposed to wear them with their eyes closed ... and lights placed inside the frame FLASH along with the beat of the music to create a "tripped out effect."

Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ she is "completely over the club scene" -- no more "I'll just have water, thanks" -- and realizes that cutting it out completely is the best chance for her to avoid temptation and remain sober.

We're also told the no clubbing pledge extends to her friends as well -- as in she's going to stop hanging out with the people that only used her to party.

Which pretty much only leaves her trainer and the pizza delivery guy.

TV Land and the cast of "Hot in Cleveland" are throwing the soiree in Betty's honor Tuesday night (her actual birthday is Monday) at Le Cirque in Manhattan. TMZ snuck a peak at the menu for the evening -- which includes pigs in a blanket, mini crab cakes, and a shrimp display.

TMZ spoke to someone who made it into Sheen's penthouse suite at The Palms Hotel on Sunday ... who tells us, "It looked like porn star auditions ... the girls were all over him and he just sat back and took it all in."

As we previously reported, Sheen had been hanging out with porn queen Bree Olson (blonde)... who invited Bombshell McGee (tatted, left) and BM's friend Lindsay Sinai (tatted, right), to come party in the suite. Apparently, they weren't the only ladies who got the invite ...

Our source tells us Charlie "loved the attention" ... and seemed like he was "in his environment."

The "Two and a Half Men" star caught a flight home the next day -- despite an ear infection -- and returned to work this week.

The girl-on-girl action went down at The Palms Hotel on Sunday ... where the next day, Sheen was spotted taking a shot of Grey Goose at a hotel bar.

We're told the vodka session was the tail end of an epic "bender" -- and Bree, along with two mystery porn stars, was with Charlie for some of the action.

But, as TMZ previously reported, Sheen's people are very concerned about the actor's health -- and members of his inner circle have been urging him to check into a rehab program. We're told Charlie doesn't think he has a problem.

Sheen -- who was with a female companion -- bought himself the Grey Goose vodka shot ... and we're told there were other shots before that.

Charlie -- who has been in Vegas since the weekend -- was complaining to people at the bar that the suits behind "Two and a Half Men" had been urging him to go to rehab.

That's not far off. We're told Warner Bros. has been in touch with Charlie's team, trying to figure out a way of getting Charlie healthy. Sources say members of Charlie's team have urged him to go to rehab, but Charlie doesn't think he has a problem. Apparently, he's the only one who doesn't.

Sheen is due back on the set of the show tomorrow morning.

Cameraman Douglas Thornton filed the seven-figure lawsuit today in Michigan -- claiming he was covering a public event hosted for Epps at the Key Club in Detroit. According to Thornton, Epps went ballistic and started grabbing at Thornton's camera ... at which point a fist-flying brawl erupted.

Thornton claims Epps unleashed a "brutal beating" -- and after Thornton was physically removed from the club, "members of Epps' entourage fired several shots at Thornton who ran for his life."

Thornton's attorney tells TMZ, "Mr. Epps is lucky he is not facing a murder charge."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Thornton claims he was "hired to film the party that was being thrown for Mike Epps."

It all went down at Mansion nightclub in Miami this weekend -- Nicki was supposed to lead the count down to midnight, but she got held up ... and clearly wasn't going to make it to the mic in time.

We're told the super-slick DJ preempted the disaster by setting the countdown clock back 6 minutes -- giving Nicki just enough time to get settled ... and bid an official farewell to 2k10 like a motherflippin' monster.

The giant ball (pictured above) -- with a lit "Snooki" sign attached -- just showed up in Seaside Heights ... near the infamous "Jersey Shore" house.

MTV's New Year's Eve Snooki ball was reportedly banned from Times Square -- but we've learned plan B is shore sweet shore. They're even getting the rigging ready to drop the ball ... and Snooki.

A rep for millionaire entrepreneur Jason Hope tells TMZ ... Luda was paid to perform a 45-minute set for party-goers at Hope's pad in Arizona -- and get this ... Snooki, Stephanie Pratt, Lo Bosworth, and a bunch of other celebs got money to show up too.

Altogether, were told Hope dropped nearly $200,000 to get the famous faces to attend --

-- Snooki got $17,500
-- Lo and Stephanie got $12,500 each
-- "Breaking Bad" star Aaron Paul got $16,000
-- Kardashian stepfather Bruce Jenner got $15,000
-- Giuliana and Bill Rancic got $15,000 total
-- Dean Cain got $5,000.

Miley, who has taken a lot of heat since TMZ posted the story that she was smoking salvia, has been saying, she's just young and having fun ... this, according to friends in direct contact with her.

Miley acknowledged she's seen the TMZ story and also knew it was going to eventually surface. As TMZ first reported, Miley's camp was trying to bury the incident by scooping up copies of the video.

The "High School Musical" star will party at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas this Saturday.

Don't fret, Vanessa ... 22 really does suck, whether you're with someone or not.

In the video, Miley is cackling about how much the mystery man looks like her ex, Liam Hemsworth (middle). Sources at the party tell TMZ the guy was actually Grey Damon (right), who plays newcomer Hastings Ruckle in the latest season of "FNL."

A source close to Damon tells us it was indeed him -- but all he did was walk in the room, heard Miley yell, turned around and walked out. We're told he had never met Miley before.

According to people who deal, legally, in salvia divinorum ... sales have increased since Friday -- in some cases up to 3 times the usual tally.

TMZ spoke with several head shops in the Los Angeles area and we're told -- not only have sales jumped -- but many of the customers specifically asked for "the stuff Miley was smoking." No ... mentioning Miley did not get them a discount.

While Miley's experimentation is generating curiosity in the hallucinogen -- one smoke shop employee tells us, "Salvia is one of those things that you only try once because it is so intense."

Another impact of the Miley video -- as we reported -- is renewed discussion about banning salvia in California. It is already illegal in 15 states.

Minaj is playing the role of host -- alongside Nik Richie of TheDirty.com -- at Mansion in Miami, FL on NYE. We're told the club shelled out $50,000 on an all-pink decor -- including cotton candy machines, carpets, drapery, aerialists, dancers and a specially designed midnight light show in Nicki's honor.

Oh, and all the waitresses will be wearing butt pads in an homage to Nicki's infamous derriere.
