Kanye West was too popular for his own good in NYC early Monday morning -- his planned 2 AM pop-up concert was overrun with fans, then it got canceled and people went crazy.

The concert was scheduled for 2 AM, but an hour before Kanye announced on Twitter there were just too many people packed into Webster Hall. The NYPD eventually decided to pull the plug with such a large crowd "for the safety for all those involved."

Our Kanye sources say he wanted to perform and even tried to find a different venue. Sounds like he's going to try to make it up.

Footballs won't be the only thing bouncing for the Raiders if they move to Vegas ... 'cause one of the biggest strip clubs in Sin City is promising free lap dances FOREVER to any member of the team.

We talked to the good folks over at Sapphire ... a Vegas mega club where celebs like Rihanna, 50 Cent and Katy Perry all party ... and they told us they have some silicon-filled incentive for the team to move.

"Sapphire proposes that if the Raiders do indeed relocate to Las Vegas, all team members will receive free lap dances and limo transportation at the best-voted, world’s largest, and most iconic gentlemen’s club in Las Vegas."

Johnny Manziel is being sued for allegedly wrecking the Hollywood Hills mansion he rented back in April -- with the real estate broker claiming the QB threw drug-fueled ragers in the place and destroyed thousands of dollars in property.

The man behind the suit is Nicholas Goodwin -- who says he was approached by a man who called himself "Travis" about renting the 5,000 square foot pad back in April. When "Travis" showed up to the home, Nick recognized it was really Johnny Manziel.

Lamar Odom's family and friends believe he's back on hard drugs -- and tell us they recently confronted the NBA star and questioned him about crack pipes in his home.

Odom's history with crack is well-documented -- but people close to him thought he'd been scared straight after he overdosed at a Nevada brothel back in October.

But multiple sources close to Odom -- hoping to get through to the NBA star -- tell us he's been acting very strange lately. His friends are convinced he's off the wagon, and for the last few weeks they've been trying to get through to him.

So, a group of people went to his home to convince him to enter rehab -- but Odom scoffed ... telling the group he doesn't need any help. It sounds just like the failed intervention attempt from 2013.

During the confrontation, which took place at Odom's home in Calabasas, we're told his friends noticed drug paraphernalia scattered all over the place ... including crack pipes, baggies and roaches.

We're told the fear is that Odom believes he's invincible -- as evidenced by the fact he's been hitting bars and drinking while still recovering from the damage he suffered from the overdose.

We reached out to Odom for comment -- so far, no word back.

Johnny Depp is very much pro-Sweden ... especially when it comes to the run-of-the-mill beautiful, blonde, fair-skinned citizens.

Johnny was super touchy-feely Monday when an Amber clone approached him in the lobby of the Grand Hotel in Stockholm. She's Desiree Nilsson, a 21-year-old fashion blogger.

Desiree's move was thwarted by a bodyguard, but she pressed her luck and J.D. noticed, which was all it took. Johnny waved her in and within no time he was holding her hand and touching her back.

Johnny had game left, so a few hours later he found his way to the hotel bar where Swedish model Andrea Jay was glued to his side in no time.

Bartender Hartvig Hansen tells TMZ ... the reports Johnny got into a fight with a bodyguard are not true. He says the actor knocked back 3 vodka tonics, with limes -- and a bottle of champagne was passed around.

The Daily Mail got photos of Johnny outside the bar with his entourage. Some people thought it looked like he took a swing at one of his bodyguards, but Hartvig says the pic is deceiving -- Johnny really just has his arm around a chick while he's talking to the guys.

Justin Bieber and Rita Ora connected for sure Wednesday night ... and Thursday morning, too.

The Biebs and Rita arrived separately at Warwick nightclub in Hollywood, Justin shrouded in a hoodie. All pretenses flew out the window on the way out, when they left in Bieber's SUV at around 2 AM and beelined it for a late night/early AM meal.

Kylie Jenner and PartyNextDoor added a touch of romance to Drake's Memorial Day party by getting up on each other on the dance floor.

Drake's Memorial Day party Monday turned pretty ugly when fights broke out and cops came.

We're told police got multiple excessive noise complaints from 9 PM to 10:30 PM, when police paid a visit to Drake's Hidden Hills estate. Things were calmer, so cops left.

We're told girls had been arriving literally by the busload all day. It got extremely rowdy as the day went on and we're told several girl fights erupted. A neighbor tells us at one point paramedics showed up but we don't know the circumstances.
